Wendy Williams has already taken the necessary steps to distance herself from her estranged husband Kevin Hunter, including totally cutting him off financially and separating their assets.

According to TMZ, Wendy has hired a team to make sure all of her finances are safe.

Sources close to Williams say that she’s separated her funds from Kevin’s and has created new accounts, a process she started before she filed for divorce.

Wendy has also reportedly found a new home in Manhattan and she is in the process of moving out of her Livingston, New Jersey mansion where she and Kevin raised their son, Kevin Hunter Jr.

“Our sources say she signed the lease on her new home a few weeks ago and has already paid rent for the next year,” TMZ reported.

Regarding their business matters, Wendy has reportedly decided to cut all ties from Kevin and is currently looking for a new manager.

TMZ also reports that, contrary to rumors suggesting Hunter received a $10 million payout to leave The Wendy Williams Show, he hasn’t received any money from the show following his departure … yet.

Kevin knows his way around business deals, so execs from the show expect he’ll insist on some type of severance package.

Meanwhile, more Wendy insiders say that she has absolutely no regrets after filing for divorce.

According to one source who spoke to Us Weekly, some people in Wendy’s inner circle “fear Kevin will try to manipulate his way back in” following Williams’ April 11th divorce filing, but the daytime talk show host “is done with Kevin” and has absolutely zero intentions of going back to him.

“Wendy’s not looking back. Her friends and family think the sky’s the limit now that Kevin’s gone,” the source said. “She still has healing to do, but she’s taken several major steps in the right direction. She’s strong and resilient.”

The source added that following the divorce filing, and Hunter’s subsequent firing as executive producer of The Wendy Williams Show, Wendy has been spending a lot of quality time with her 19-year-old son, who “cares deeply about his mom and has been a rock” for the talk show host.

Wendy and Kevin have been having relationship troubles for years, but things started to come to a head in 2017 after he was seen out and about with his longtime mistress Sharina Hudson. Then in 2018, Hudson became pregnant and in 2019, she gave birth to a baby girl who is believed to be Hunter’s child.

Kevin, at one point, reportedly told Hudson he couldn’t divorce Wendy to be with her full-time because Wendy was financing his lavish lifestyle.

Someone better remind Future that he has one more Mother’s Day gift to pick up. Rumor has it, he may have just become a father for the 6th time.

Social media star Eliza Reign has claimed for months that Future is her baby daddy. And it seems she gave birth on Easter Sunday (Apr. 21).

Though unconfirmed, Reign posted a selfie on Sunday while lying in a hospital bed. “Still Glowing,” she captioned the pic.

She sparked further speculation that she’s a new mom after mentioning breastfeeding in an Instagram story.

Reign teased her followers last week with a post suggesting that she was giving birth soon. “Can y’all guess my due date?” she asked.

Future has neither publicly confirmed nor denied the allegations that Reign was pregnant with his baby. But, Reign did defend him in the comment section last week and implied the two have private conversations about their situation.

“Are you on the phone line when we converse with each other?” she clapped back. “Now mind the business that pays you.”

If Reign does, in fact, share a newborn child with Future, it means the Atlanta rapper would have two new babies just months apart. He welcomed his fifth child into the world on Christmas Day 2018, with model Joe Chavis (Bow Wow’s baby mama).

Future has five confirmed children with five confirmed baby mamas, the most famous one being singer Ciara. The two share a five-year-old son, Future Zahir.

In a series of now-deleted Instagram videos and posts, Cardi blasted TSR and its owner, Angie Nwandu, for what she believes is a “hate campaign” against her and people she associates with and/or supports.

The “Please Me” rapper went on the epic rant today (Apr. 23) and claims that since TSR agreed to not post about her, the Instagram blog then started going after artists she’s close with, like artists signed to QC (Quality Control Music label), despite them being successful and doing positive things.

“Every artist that he got under his label is rocketing,” Cardi said of QC owner Pierre “Pee” Thomas. “But nah, [Nwandu] rather not post when he’s getting good accomplishments. She’d rather post him when he’s dealing with baby mama drama or his personal life.”

In another video, she pointed out Offset’s recently charitable and philanthropic work, such as donating $25,000 to Ellen DeGeneres’ wildlife organization and working on a cancer-free campaign, yet The Shade Room did not cover these positive stories, Cardi said.

“But they sure posted when he had drama with his baby mom. They sure posted about his court cases,” she said.

She went on to say that blogs shouldn’t be biased.

“I’m not saying that I only want people to post positive sh*t about us. At the end of the day a blog is a blog and I feel like they got to post the good and the bad. But that biased sh*t … that sh*t is getting whack. It’s trash.”

After Cardi’s multiple rants went viral, The Shade Room took to its IG Stories and posted examples of positive stories they’ve written about Cardi and Offset in the past. The articles included “Bodak Yellow” hitting No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and Migos handing out turkeys on Thanksgiving.

Cardi still clapped back, stating that most of the positive articles TSR shared were written last year. She also insinuated the blog was getting paid to “smear” her name.

“What positive sh*t have you posted about me or my n***a this year? Nothing at all. So, stop with the sh*ts. Or anybody that I’m associated with. All you do is try to get them dragged. So, stop it b*tch.”

Cardi eventually deleted the videos and then advised blogs to stop claiming to be “for the people” when they continue to capitalize on the misfortune of urban artists they supposed to be supporting. She deleted that post too.

So yeah, Cardi had time today and it’s safe to say her beef with The Shade Room is far from over.

Political commentator and activist Van Jones stopped by The Wendy Williams Show today (Apr. 23) to promote his new CNN show, The Redemption Project, which he also happens to produce with his soon-to-be ex-wife, Jana Carter.

So, as Williams likes to do, she pried into Jones’ private life.

“You still wear a ring,” Williams said while looking at Jones’ hand and mentioning his ongoing divorce from Carter.

However, Jones wasn’t having it and quickly clapped back at the gossip host.

“You got something on your hand, too, so I ain’t talking about that,” he quipped. “I’m just saying … we’re talking about jewelry.”

Williams—who is obviously in the process of a very publicized divorce and has chosen to only subtly address it on her show—seemed stunned to find herself in the hot seat on her own show, but she playfully let Jones know what the deal was.

“Excuse me, this side of the couch is for the asking of the questions,” she said. “That side is for giving up the information,” she pointed at Jones.

The two laughed off the moment and the interviewed continued without any other hiccups.

The exchange was most likely friendly banter between friends. Jones has appeared on Wendy several times and Williams always speaks highly of the lawyer/activist.

While Williams was wearing a ring, it was not her wedding ring. It was a flower ring that she regularly wears on the show.

Williams announced her divorce earlier this month after months of reports that Kevin Hunter fathered a child with his longtime mistress, Sharina Hudson.

Kenya Moore Will Take Major Pay Cut to Return to RHOA While NeNe Leakes is Set to Become Bravo’s Highest Paid Housewife

Kenya Moore may have finagled her way back onto The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but producers are letting her know early that she’s not running anything.

Thanks to the inside scoop over at Straight From the A, we have it on good authority that Moore will return for season 12 of the show. Now, Radar Online is reporting Moore will be on a tight leash during filming and will have to settle for a major pay cut.

“No one wants Kenya back,” a source told Radar. “The network execs want her back for the ratings but nobody else is looking forward to filming with her again after all the crap she pulled in Season 10.”

Moore reportedly put producers through hell during season 10 by secretly getting married and then refusing to film with her husband, Marc Daly. However, that won’t be the case for season 12.

“The show is about housewives and their husbands, not single ladies, so Kenya has been told that she has to film with Marc,” the source said. “No temper tantrums or trashing the show.”

And Moore won’t be able to hide from NeNe Leakes or anyone else she has issues with, not even Phaedra Parks who is rumored to be returning as well.

“Kenya has been told that this is an ensemble show. She can’t be a diva and she has to film with the other women, including NeNe,” the source continued.

The 48-year-old reportedly banked $1.5 million from the show when she was fired. But she was apparently so “desperate” to return the Bravo staple, she’s even willing to take a pay cut. Radar’s source doesn’t give an exact figure, but states Moore will be offered a “daily rate,”

“[It’s] going to be much lower than she will want, but she’s going to take it,” Radar’s source shadily revealed.

In comparison, Moore’s current number one foe, NeNe Leakes, will reportedly get a major raise for season 12. Sources say she just inked a $2.75 million deal to return to the show and will now be the highest paid housewife from any franchise.

The RHOA insider also added one more crucial detail: Moore’s peach could be snatched before season 12 airs. “Her status is up in the air until filming is over and they see what she delivers,” the snitch said.

Texas Mom Sentenced to 6 Years in Prison for Selling 7-Year-Old Son for $2,500 to Pay Off Drug Debt

A mother from Corpus Christi, Texas who admitted to selling her 7-year-old son to pay off a drug debt will spend six years in prison after striking a plea deal with prosecutors.

KRISTV reported that Esmeralda Garza took a plea deal on April 5th admitting to three counts of sale of a child, one count of money laundering and one count of conspiracy to sell a child.

Investigators found at her 7-year-old son at a home in Corpus Christi in June 2018 while executing a drug warrant, reported USA Today.

Garza was arrested after she told investigators that she sold her son for $2,500 so that she and her boyfriend could pay off a debt they owed to a drug dealer. Garza also tried selling two of her toddler-aged daughters, police said.

According to KRISTV, Garza was sentenced to six years for each count of sale of a child, two years for money laundering, and an additional two years for the charge of conspiracy to sell a child.

The judge later ruled that Garza would serve her sentences concurrently for a total of six years in prison.

“She was charged with three different counts of sale or purchase of a child,” Assistant District Attorney Jenny Dorsey said, according to KIITV. “Those are third-degree felonies, and then there was a fourth count for money laundering, and a fifth count for conspiracy to commit sale or purchase of a child. Those are two state jail felonies.”

First Assistant District Attorney Matt Manning said: “She was sentenced to six years in TDC, in prison, and the companion state jail counts. She was sentenced to the maximum, which is two years in state jail. It’s very important to us that we send a very clear and unequivocal message: If you hurt children or have the audacity to sell a child, we’re going to do all we can to hold you accountable and put you in prison where you belong.”

According to local reports, however, Garza may not have to serve the full six years because she’ll become eligible for parole after two years. And for some people, the full six years isn’t enough for a crime like this.

Social media users were outraged at the light sentence, with one person writing: “6 years huh? How is that justice? Sell your child and get 6 years. Sell dope and get 20. She should get at least 20 years.”

Another wrote: “Such a weak justice system!! It’s a shameful day when you can sale your child to pay a drug debt and ONLY get 6 yrs!! That’s NOT JUSTICE!”

Another person shared: “Soooooo it’s a 3rd degree felony for selling your kids…. and a first degree felony if you get caught selling drugs W.O.W”

District Attorney Manning said he believes that any prison time is hard time and people should be happy that she’s going to jail.

“The most important part though is that she is absolutely going to prison and she’s been held accountable for this most heinous offense,” Manning said.

There’s no word on where Garza’s three children are now living. Meanwhile, DPS is building a case against Garza’s boyfriend and the couple who purchased her son.

Amber Alert Issued for 5-Year-Old Boy Abducted By His Father After He Stabbed His Mother

An Amber Alert has been issued in Washington State for a 5-year-old boy who police say was abducted by his father after stabbing his mother.

According to the Spokane County Sheriff, Ethan O. Robertson was taken from a home in Spokane Valley, Washington early Tuesday morning (Apr. 23) around 5 a.m.

Spokane Valley Deputies responded to a panic alarm at the residence and arrived to find the side gate wide open. They knocked on the front door and heard a female screaming for help inside.

The front door was locked, so deputies moved to the back of the house and noticed the back door wide open. When they entered the home, they found the victim bleeding profusely from what appeared to be stab wounds.

The victim told police that she had recently served Justin P. Robertson with divorce papers, and he broke into her house, stabbed her and fled with their son Ethan.

The woman was taken to the hospital with serious but what is now believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

Ethan Robertson is a 5-year-old white male with brown hair and brown eyes, weighing around 30 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue pajamas and an orange Nike t-shirt.

Justin P. Robertson is described as a 42-year-old white male with green eyes and a goatee beard. He’s around 5-feet-9 inches tall and 205 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green Adidas t-shirt and black Adidas shorts.

Robertson was last seen driving in a red 2014 Subaru Legacy with Washington license plate APN2450.

Authorities said Robertson has access to weapons, but it’s unknown if he currently has any in his possession.

Brothers Accused of Staging Jussie Smollett Attack Sue His Attorneys for Defamation

Abimbola “Abel” Osundairo and Olabinjo “Ola” Osundairo—the two brothers who say Jussie Smollett paid them to stage his hate crime attack—have filed a federal defamation lawsuit against the Empire star’s team of lawyers, including celebrity attorney Mark Geragos.

The suit accuses Geragos and his law firm of lying to the media and trying to make it appear as if the Abel and Ola “led a criminally homophobic, racist and violent attack against Mr. Smollett,” even though they allegedly knew that wasn’t the truth.

The Osundairo brothers filed the lawsuit in Chicago federal court, claiming Jussie “used his clout as a wealthy actor to influence [the brothers] who were in a subordinate relationship to him and were aspiring to ‘make it.'”

The suit says that when Tina Glandian (one of Jussie’s attorneys) told all types of lies in her interviews with Good Morning America, Today and the Reasonable Doubt podcast after Jussie’s charges were dropped.

The suit says Glandian lied about the brothers wearing whiteface during the attack and she also lied about them being involved in an illegal steroid tracking ring.

The lawsuit also claims that Glandian falsely claimed one of the Osundairo brothers “engaged in fornication with Mr. Smollett.”

As for Geragos, the suit claims that he “repeatedly indicated that plaintiffs conspired to criminally attack Mr. Smollett, and by doing so, implied plaintiffs committed perjury” to the Grand Jury and conspired to make false statements to the Chicago Police Department.

The suit also claims that the brothers didn’t know Jussie would be going to the cops because they were under the impression that he was just staging the attack for social media.

Abel and Ola Osundairo said they’ve “suffered significant emotional distress,” humiliation, anxiety, damages to their reputation, and damages to current and prospective business relations as a result of the alleged defamation.

“We have sat back and watched lie after lie being fabricated about us in the media, only so one big lie can continue to have life,” the brothers said in a statement. “These lies are destroying our character and reputation… Anyone who knows us knows we do not have hate, that is not who we are… We will no longer sit back and allow these lies to continue.”

The Osundairo brothers are seeking punitive damages as well as lost income in the lawsuit.

Some people don’t make it out of the boy band experience unscathed and of the B2K crew, Raz B is definitely the one who seems to have emerged with the most collateral damage, largely due to his scathing accusations that Chris Stokes touched him inappropriately.

While Omarion has had an on-again, off-again solo career and Lil’ Fizz and J Boog joined Omarion on reality TV with Love & Hip Hop, Raz B has been struggling to find his place in the world as no one has sought out his solo music endeavors or booked him for a TV gig of any sort. In fact, up until the Millennium Tour, he was hiding out in Asia scrounging up change wherever he could.

But since the Millennium Tour popped off this year, Raz B has been running amuck on social media. Sometimes he’s quitting the tour, only to turn around and rejoin it promptly, other times he’s caught on camera dry humping a random girl in the club reverse cowgirl style.

Now … I have many questions. Shouldn’t a star of Raz B’s stature be capable of pulling groupies to perform actual sex acts instead of simulating sex acts with their clothes on in a public venue?

Dry humping just seems very … middle school. Also, the reverse cowgirl move was … unexpected. The way Raz B was throwing his ass back in his female victim’s face was mad … aggressive. But hey, do you, playa!

After suffering a mental and emotional breakdown himself, Kid Cudi understands what it means to help those in need. As part of his stint at the Coachella music festival, Cudi decided to give back in a more tangible way than he normally might.

In a unique partnership with Postmates and Popeyes, Kid Cudi ordered $10,000 worth of Popeyes food for a homeless shelter in the Coachella area in California, according to TMZ:

Kid Cudi just wrapped up a very busy weekend at Coachella, but he still found time to feed the needy … with a huge assist from Postmates.

The rapper got things started off on the right foot in the California desert Friday night by ordering $10k worth of Popeyes chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes and fries to provide to the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission.

The fact that Cudi blessed the people with fried chicken and biscuits shows how much of a real-ass G he is. I just hope Cudi bossed up and gave ’em the spicy fried chicken option and not the mild.

It seems like America’s favorite mulatto good guy Russell Wilson isn’t just out here making life sweet and pleasant for his wife, Ciara. He’s also blessing his fellow Seattle Seahawks teammates.

The news about Russell’s ground-breaking $140 million signing renewal with the Seahawks spread far and wide, and while Russell will most certainly enjoy much of that wealth, he’s also sharing the love with his offensive linemen in form of $12,000 worth of Amazon stock for each, according to TMZ.

In a touching letter that was delivered to his teammates, Wilson spelled out why he felt the investment was warranted and profusely thanked his teammates for having his back.

“Every Sunday we go to battle together,” Wilson wrote … “You sacrifice your physical and mental well-being to protect me, which in turn allows me to provide and care for my family.”

“This does not go unnoticed and it is never forgotten.”

Russell says he wants to help his teammates prepare for life after football and believes stock in Amazon will help these players achieve their dreams.

“When I sat down to think of ways to honor your dedication a dozen different ideas came to mind. Some were flashy, some were cool, but I wanted to give you something that had a lasting impact. Something that would affect the lives of you, your family, and your children.”

I don’t know what Russell’s mommy and daddy did while raising him, but they did obviously good by him because he’s exhibiting simply saint-like behavior.

Police Rush to Wendy Williams’ House After Someone Calls 911 Accusing Husband of Poisoning Her

Police were called to Wendy Williams house to perform a welfare check on her after someone reported that Williams’ husband, Kevin Hunter, was poisoning her.

TMZ reports:

According to the police report … the outrageous call, made back in January, came from someone claiming to work for Williams’ production company. The caller believed Kevin was slipping Wendy something harmful, and he or she wanted cops to check on her.

The report says 2 officers went to Williams’ New Jersey residence and were greeted by Hunter, who was hesitant to let them in for the welfare check because he said Wendy was sick and recovering from a health problem.

Cops say they explained to Hunter they were required to speak with Williams due to the anonymous call. When he allowed them to enter, they found Williams in bed “with the blanket covering from neck to toe.”

According to the report … one of the officers asked Kevin to leave the bedroom so they could talk to Wendy alone, but he didn’t want to leave her side. As for the health problem she had — Wendy told cops she was recovering from a broken shoulder.

An officer eventually asked her if there was any truth to the anonymous tip she was being poisoned, and Wendy responded with something like … “Well, I’m very popular.” When the cop repeated the question, the report says she became tearful, but denied there was any truth to it.

The cops left after Wendy told them once more she was okay.

As we all know, Wendy was on hiatus from her show at the time cops performed the welfare check. She filed for divorce from Kevin a few months later amid rumors he reportedly fathered a baby with his alleged mistress.

Wendy’s divorce filing came just weeks after she returned to her eponymous talk show and announced she was living in a sober house and getting treatment for drug and alcohol addiction.

Hunter has since apologized to Wendy, their son and her fans for “his recent actions” and said that he was going to take time out to reflect and “right some wrongs.”

Kevin, who was an executive producer on The Wendy Williams Show, was reportedly paid $10 million to leave the show for good.

Last week, Hunter was given 48 hours to vacate the New Jersey home he shared with Williams.

Video footage shared on social media shows the exact moment the fruit was thrown at her while she was performing a song from her new album called “NASA.”

Because lemons are widely associated with Beyoncé due to her iconic Lemonade album, fans quickly pointed the finger at disgruntled members of the Beyhive, who are probably in their feelings after rumors suggested Ariana earned more than Queen Bey for her Coachella-headlining gig.

It was widely reported that the “thank u, next” singer was paid $8 million, whereas Beyoncé was only paid $4 million, however, a source later clarified to The Blast that both women were paid $8 million—$4 million for each weekend.

Needless to say, Ariana’s fans were not pleased that their fave was assaulted with a lemon while she was on stage.

After returning to the stage, Ariana briefly acknowledged the attack, saying to the crowd: “What the f**k? That’s ’cause one of y’all threw a lemon at me. Shit.”

5-Year-Old Boy Called 911 to Order McDonald’s While His Grandmother Was Sleeping & Cops Delivered It

Ready for one of those “police officers doing good” stories?

Last Sunday (Apr. 13), a 5-year-old in Michigan stunned a 911 dispatcher due to his odd emergency.

“Can you bring me McDonald’s?” the little boy secretly asked while his grandmother was sleeping.

Dispatcher Sara Kuberski explained to the 5-year-old that she couldn’t bring him any food, but she did alert Officer Dan Patterson of the call and asked him to conduct a wellness check on the hungry child.

Patterson complied, but also went an extra step further.

“I’m laughing to myself—5-year-old calls dispatch and orders McDonald’s,” Patterson told ABC 13 News. “I figured, ‘Hey, I’m driving past McDonald’s on my way there and I might as well get him something.'”

Patterson arrived at the home with McDonald’s in hand, but did not get the welcome he anticipated.

“My grandma’” gonna be so mad. Can you please go away?” Iziah Hall told the officer.

While his grandmother slept, Iziah had gotten hold of a deactivated phone, connected it to Wi-Fi and called 911.

Kuberski says this is actually a common occurrence. She explained many parents give their child deactivated phones to play with, not realizing that it can still make emergency phone calls.

Iziah told news reporters that he thought it was funny when the officer showed up to door with fast food. However, Officer Patterson was also able to use the McDonald’s run as a teachable moment.

They Got Her! Woman Caught on Video Throwing Puppies Away in a Dumpster Arrested & Charged With 7 Counts of Animal Cruelty

The Coachella woman caught on surveillance video footage tossing a bag of newborn puppies into a dumpster has been arrested.

The woman was identified as Deborah Sue Culwell and she was arrested Monday (Apr. 22) by Riverside County Animal Services at her Coachella home.

She remained silent as officers led her away in handcuffs.

The Riverside County Animal Services released security camera footage showing Cullen pulling up to the area behind a Napa Auto Parts last Thursday (Apr. 18) in a white Jeep Wrangler and tossing a bag filled with seven puppies into a dumpster.

A man rummaging through the dumpster shortly afterward spotted the bag and took it inside the store, which officials said saved the puppies’ lives.

“The Good Samaritan played a major role in saving these puppies’ lives,” Riverside County Animal Service Commander Chris Mayer said. “His actions were humane and heroic.”

The man reportedly left the bag outside the auto parts in plain sight so that someone would find the puppies, and eventually, a customer did.

“I noticed the bag on the floor, and they were tied up in the bag, so I immediately opened the bag a little further and I proceeded to call animal services to see what I could do with them because I couldn’t leave them there,” said the customer, who didn’t want to be identified.

Authorities said the puppies, believed to be 3-day-old terrier mixes, probably wouldn’t have survived the 90-degree heat had they not been found within an hour of being dumped.

The puppies are being cared for at a rescue organization, and as for Deborah Culwell, Riverside County Animal Services is working with Riverside County Sheriff’s investigators as well as the District Attorney’s office to build an animal cruelty case against her.

She was charged with seven felony counts of animal cruelty, one for each puppy. If she’s found guilty on all counts, she could face up to six years in jail.

Whether it’s his ignorant comments or his legal issues, Kodak Black has to be used to getting dragged on social media by now.

Recently, he was mocked on social media after debuting a yellow dye job and a hairdo that makes him look like an animated supervillain.

Over the weekend, the 21-year-old must have felt like his look needed a changed and enlisted “beauty influencer” Despeignes Cheveux for her services.

The end result was Kodak’s black hair being dyed bright yellow and shaped into several pyramids.

“The sh*t be crazy,” the rapper said as he modeled the look.

As he had to know it would, the bizarre hair makeover was fodder for social media.

Kodak was trolled and clowned as many noted the rapper’s resemblance to Lisa Simpson from The Simpsons and Dragonball Z’s Goku in Super Saiyan Mode.

But before Kodak was the butt of Lisa Simpson jokes, he was being dragged on social media for insensitive comments about Lauren London following the murder of her boyfriend, Nipsey Hussle.

The comments sparked a war of words with T.I. and The Game.

And just last week, Kodak was arrested at the U.S.-Canada border for drug and weapon possession. He was released on a $20,000 cash bond.

Arrest Warrant Issued for Teairra Mari Because She Refuses to Pay 50 Cent the $30K She Owes Him

Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star Teairra Mari is wanted by police after a judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest after she bailed on a court hearing in her legal battle with 50 Cent.

According to The Blast, Teairra was supposed to attend a court hearing today, and after she was a no-show, the Los Angeles judge issued a bench warrant for $5,000 which states that Mari is to be arrested if she comes into contact with law enforcement.

Teairra sued 50 Cent last year for posting a graphic still image from her sex tape, which she claimed was a form of revenge porn (considering he’s BFFs with Teairra’s ex-boyfriend Akbar, who she accused of leaking the tape), but that backfired after a judge threw her case out and ordered her to reimburse 50 Cent’s legal fees.

50 actually tried to argue for Teairra to pay his entire $161,660 legal bill, but the judge didn’t grant him the full amount, instead ordering Mari to pay $30,618.

50 has been trolling Teairra on social media pretty hard lately, and she responded by releasing a song called “I Ain’t Got It.”

50 fired back by trademarking the phrase and releasing his own line of “I Ain’t Got It” swag, including t-shirts and phone cases.

Teairra recently said in an interview that the fact that she has to pay 50 Cent anything is “injustice.”

A couple of days ago on Instagram, she posted a casting call for an upcoming music video for “I ain’t Got It.”

Blogger Tasha K Threatens to Shoot Law Officer in the Head After Cardi B Serves Her With Defamation Lawsuit Papers

Cardi B is suing two YouTube vloggers for defamation, and when she tried to serve one of them with papers, the vlogger threatened to shoot the process server in the head.

Last month, TMZ reported that Cardi was a filing lawsuit against two bloggers for saying that Cardi B is a prostitute who has herpes.

Tasha K, who runs the popular YouTube channel unWinewithTashaK, has uploaded 23 videos about Cardi B over the past 14 months that the rapper wants taken down, in the words of T.I., “quickly, expeditiously.”

According to the lawsuit, Tasha posted a video last April saying that Cardi and Offset’s daughter Kulture might be born with intellectual disabilities, inferring that Cardi was doing drugs while she was pregnant.

The other blogger Cardi is suing, Starmarie Ebony Jones, posted a video last September accusing Cardi of doing molly and cocaine and engaging in prostitution. “Just a Grammy-nominated prostitute running around spreading her herpes,” Jones said in one video about Cardi.

Taking things even further, Latasha and Starmarie even teamed up and did a video together making more allegations about Cardi having STDs and prostituting.

Cardi says in the suit that she’s never been a prostitute nor has she ever used cocaine and molly, and she also denies having herpes.

She said she’s asked the women to take the videos down and retract their statements, but since they refused, Cardi is now suing them for defamation and is seeking in an injunction to have the videos removed.

When a law officer attempted to serve Tasha Kebe with the legal papers related to the lawsuit last Thursday night (Apr. 18) Tasha went all the way off, as heard in audio obtained by TMZ.

You hear the server ID himself to Tasha and a male companion as they pull up to their home. Tasha got pissed because she says the guy was in her driveway, looking through her mail.

Although she was pissed, he does his job … handing her the docs and delivering the line, “You’ve been served.” Tasha responded by informing him she’s within her rights to “blow something in your head.”

The server assures her he didn’t do anything illegal, but Tasha wasn’t having it.

T.I. & Scrapp DeLeon Helped Bail 23 People Out of DeKalb County Jail for Easter

23 people in jail received an unexpected Easter gift after being bailed out just hours before the holiday, thanks to rappers T.I. and Scrapp DeLeon.

On Easter Sunday (Apr. 21), 23 nonviolent and first-time offenders, were bailed out of DeKalb County Jail in Georgia due to an initiative launched by New Birth Missionary Baptist Church of Lithonia, Georgia and backed by the efforts of Tip and Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta star, DeLeon.

“I was ecstatic. I was shocked. I broke down and cried,” Tyron Pollard told Fox 5 News, expressing his emotions of hearing the news he’d be home for Easter.

New Birth launched the “Bail Out” program during Lent and had hoped to raise $40,000 by Easter.

However, once T.I. and DeLeon became involved, donations poured in and the church was able to raise $120,000.

The program doesn’t just stop with posting bail.

The 23 Easter recipients—seven women and 16 men—as well as any future recipients, will each be connected with a certified mentor for weekly check-ins. And portions of the donations will be designated for college savings for children of former inmates.

“It wasn’t just: Here you’re free, you’re on your own, go to the street and do what you gotta do. They’re willing to help,” Pollard added.

New Birth’s senior pastor, Jamal Bryant, says the church is committed to offering first-time offenders a much-needed second chance.

“It’s almost like finally meeting the good Samaritan—somebody who you don’t know that you didn’t see coming,” Bryant said. “They’re appreciative to be able to press the refresh button.”

The “Bail Out” program is targeted to those jailed in DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinett and Rockdale counties.

Tip has had a very charitable 2019. He was quick to patronize Nipsey Hussle’s The Marathon clothing store following his murder, and was recently recognized by the Georgia State Capitol for his philanthropic work which includes helping low-income families and those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia through non-profit organizations.

Man Shot Alongside Nipsey Hussle Released From Jail, Charges Dropped (For Now)

Kerry Lathan, one of two men who was injured in the shooting that killed Nipsey Hussle and thrown in jail for allegedly violating his parole by associating with the rapper, has been released from jail.

Lathan was with Hussle when he was shot and killed in front of his The Marathon clothing store in L.A’s Crenshaw neighborhood on March 31st.

At the time of the shooting, Lathan had just been released from prison after serving a 25-year sentence for murder, and because he was on parole, and because Hussle (born: Ermias Aasghedom) maintained a well-known affiliation with the Rollin 60’s Neighborhood Crips, Lathan was allegedly in violation of his agreement not to be around known gang members.

Lathan reportedly met Hussle at the store to pick up clothes before reconnecting with friends and family, and sources close to Hussle said that’s the only reason why the rapper was at the store in the first place.

The two of them, along with a third man (Lathan’s nephew, Shermi Villanueva), were shot in the parking lot in front of the building.

Lathan—who suffered a gunshot wound to the back and is now confined to a wheelchair—was arrested on April 8th, just one week after the shooting and days before Hussle’s public memorial service that was attended by more than 20,000 people and live-streamed online.

According to NBC Los Angeles, Lathan was released at 3:18 a.m. early Saturday morning (Apr. 20).

“He’s very excited to be home with his family,” Lathan’s lawyer, Lauren Noriega, said Sunday in an announcement about his release.

“He’s still got the bullet in his back, and I don’t think they’re gonna remove that because it is so close to the spine, so he’s dealing with a lot of physical pain. Other than that he’s very pleased to be with his family.”

Noriega said that even though her client is now back home, and the parole violation charges initially brought against him have been dropped for now, they’re still facing the possibility of Lathan being charged in the future.

According to Noriega, the L.A. District Attorney’s Office only got Lathan’s charges dropped so that they could conduct their own independent investigation.
