Mom Pushed Her Kids Off Parking Garage Roof Before Jumping to Her Own Death in Double Murder-Suicide on Christmas Day

The woman who police say pushed her two young children from the roof of a parking garage in Boston before jumping to her own death on Christmas Day has been identified as 40-year-old Erin Pascal.

The bodies of Pascal and her two children, 4-year-old Allison and 16-month-old Andrew, were found near each other on the sidewalk Wednesday afternoon (Dec. 25) at the Renaissance Park Garage near the corner of Columbus Ave. and Melnea Cass Blvd, police said.

Authorities believe the double murder-suicide was the result of an explosive argument Pascal had with her husband, who is also the children’s father.

“Yesterday, the unspeakable happened and now we are all struggling to make sense of the circumstances surrounding these deaths,” District Attorney Rachael Rollins said in a news conference Thursday.

“Though we remain in the very early stages of our investigation, the evidence collected thus far suggests that these deaths—which occurred between approximately 1:25 and 1:35 p.m. yesterday—were very likely a double murder-suicide.”

WCVB reports that Pascal’s husband called police to say that they had recently gotten into an argument and she was suicidal.

“For a parent to come to a place in which they harm their children in this way, indicates that their mental health struggles were severe and in need of immediate supports,” Rollins added.

“Mental health issues are not specific to one type of individual. It has many faces. This Christmas Day tragedy demonstrates the urgency of addressing mental health.”

Police found baby’s shoes and a pair of sunglasses near Pascal’s at the top of the parking garage. Investigators also located two car car seats—one forward-facing and one rear-facing—inside the abandoned SUV.

Officials said they were providing counseling to the first responders who witnessed the aftermath of the tragedy.

“We know all too well that this kind of trauma leaves scars on first responders as well,” Boston EMS union President Michael MacNeil wrote in a statement. “We are committed to caring for our members and our brothers and sisters in the police and fire services so that we can all continue to protect the safety and health of the residents and visitors of Boston.”

DA Rachael Rollins said there was no suicide note found and she didn’t know of any complaints about the mother. She described the scene as “awful” and especially heart-wrenching because it happened on Christmas.

“There were children’s shoes and an adult shoe. Just belongings from the children and the mother strewn upon the street,” Rollins said. “The impact of the fall was visible from the street.”

Rollins said the deaths mark the third, fourth and fifth suicide-related deaths at that particular parking garage within the last seven months.

Back in May, 22-year-old Alexander Urtula, a former Boston College student, jumped to his death in a suicide that his girlfriend, 21-year-old Inyoung You, of South Korea, is now being charged for after she urged him to kill himself (similar to the very high-profile Michelle Carter case).

Another person committed suicide by jumping off the parking garage’s roof earlier this month on December 9th, however, details about that incident haven’t been revealed.

The Renaissance Park garage is owned by Northeastern University, which said that they were adding additional security patrols to three multi-level parking facilities on campus, including the Renaissance Park garage.

The university also said it has indefinitely blocked pedestrian and vehicular access to the top two floors of the Renaissance Park garage following Wednesday’s tragic incident.

Baltimore Salon Owner Shot to Death at Her Shop Told Police She Feared For Her “Life & Business”

While the rest of us are celebrating during this holiday season, a Maryland family is mourning the loss of a loved one.

Destiny Harrison, a 21-year-old Baltimore business owner, was shot to death this past weekend on December 21st.

Harrison was a young hair salon owner and had big dreams.

Here are some things to know about Destiny Harrison and her tragic death:

Destiny Harrison’s salon, Madam D Beauty Bar, was broken into 12 days before her death.

According to news reports, Destiny feared for her safety after her business was recently broken into and ended up filing charges against two people caught stealing $3,000 worth of hair bundles from her store.

“I’m scared for my life and business,” she told officials.

Destiny told authorities when she confronted the thieves, one of them held her down while the other one hit and stomped on her after she demanded her property back.

She also revealed to police that the suspects lived near her salon and she personally knew one of them. The two suspects were later arrested and charged with assault, theft and burglary.

Destiny was shot to death at her hair salon.

Police were called to Madam D Beauty Bar on North Milton Avenue at 6 p.m. on Saturday (Dec. 21).

When they arrived, Destiny was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head. She later died at the hospital, according to reports.

So far, authorities have not arrested anyone in connection with the murder. However, police revealed that there were witnesses inside the salon at the time of the shooting and are asking those who were there to speak up.

Destiny’s family is also hoping someone comes forward with the truth.

“Somebody gotta know something. Please come forward,” Destiny’s uncle Dewine McQueen said.

“We need to get these demonic souls here. They need to pay for their crime. There’s no doubt about that, in the name of Jesus, there’s no doubt.”

Destiny’s family says she was a proud mother, ambitious and hard-working.

Destiny’s uncle Dewine McQueen remembers her as being a go-getter and overall great person.

“She was my heart, loved her greatly… wonderful girl, entrepreneur, a go-getter. She built this [Madam D Beauty Bar] from the ground up,” Dewine McQueen he told WMAR Channel 2 News.

Destiny was also a new mother and often shared pictures of her pregnancy and her 1-year-old baby on Facebook.

Destiny’s mother, Racquel Harrison, got her granddaughter from child services after Destiny’s death and will now have custody of the child.

“Destiny loved her daughter; that was the light of her life. That was probably the most pivotal moment in her life, was her daughter,” Harrison told WBALTV.

Destiny’s mother also said that she can feel her daughter’s presence through her young baby.

“My baby is still with me. I still feel her all around,” Harrison said. “We’ve got her daughter, she’s definitely going to live through me and her daughter’s going to know her mother.”

A GoFundMe page was created for Destiny’s funeral expenses.

Destiny’s family set up a GoFundMe page on her behalf.

The page reads:

“On December 21, 2019 we lost a angel Destiny Harrison  due to tragedy that broke hearts all over baltimore. We are asking that if anyone have any monetary donations we would greatly appreciate the help to lay my beautiful daughter in peace. All funding is greatly appreciated. We thank you in advance. The Harrison family.”

Anyone with information about Harrison’s death should contact homicide detectives at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-Lockup.

Ammika Harris Shuts Down Hater Who Called Baby Aeko “Not That Cute” & Doubts Chris Brown is the Daddy

Chris Brown IS the father! And there never was any doubt.

Brown just celebrated his first Christmas with his son Aeko Cori. He and the baby’s mother, Ammika Harris, shared photos of Aeko on Christmas Day.

But one fan just isn’t ready to accept the fact that Brown has another child.

A hater posted a nasty comment on Harris’ photo, casting doubt that Brown is Aeko’s father and even going so low to say that the infant is “not that cute.”

“Try it again… He’s not looking like him,” they wrote. “Royalty is his daughter and she’s special and beautiful since beginning… He’s just an Asian boy nothing more… I love babies and god forgive me but he’s not that cute.”

Though it’s probably frustrating when it seems like many assume that babies must look like their daddies and a mother’s DNA has no influence on appearance, Harris took the Michelle Obama approach and went high to combat the low comment.

“God bless your heart too,” she simply wrote.

Brown also shared the same photo that sparked the rude comment. Captioning the post: “BABY BRUCE WAYNE! #aekobrown”

Brown and Harris welcomed Aeko in November. Though the two are no longer together, they have both doted on the baby since his arrival, making several appearances on their social media accounts.

ESPN Reporter Edward Aschoff Dies on Birthday & Christmas Eve After Brief Battle with Pneumonia

Rising ESPN reporter Edward Aschoff unexpectedly died on Christmas Eve which also happened to be his 34th birthday.

“We are very sorry to have to share the devastating news of the tragic passing of friend and ESPN colleague Edward Aschoff,” ESPN shared in a statement on Tuesday. “He died earlier today, his 34th birthday. Our thoughts are with his loved ones, including his fiancée, Katy.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DUr9sIjSjCw

Aschoff’s exact cause of death was not released, but the young reporter had been suffering from pneumonia in both lungs since early December. He even took to Twitter to ask his followers for advice on the illness.

Young adults are typically at a lower risk of contracting pneumonia. However, CBS reports that half of adults with normal immune systems who are hospitalized with severe pneumonia are younger adults.

The CDC states the lung infection kills about 50,000 Americans every year.

The 34-year-old leaves behind his fiancée, Katy Berteau. The two became engaged last year after Berteau proposed with a Godzilla-shaped ring, Aschoff’s favorite film character. They were set to marry in April.

In his last Instagram post, Aschoff thanked his fiancée for support during his illness.

“Having pneumonia is pretty terrible…But it helps having this sweet angel taking care of you even when she’s risking getting this soul-crushing illness herself,” he wrote on December 4th. “Thanks for putting up with my 5 am coughing fits.”

Aschoff joined ESPN in 2011 and quickly proved to be a great addition to the network. He was often on the sidelines reporting on college football games across the country and reported for various ESPN platforms, including SportsCenter.

In 2016, he won first place in the Football Writers Association of America’s contest in enterprise reporting for his reporting on race and discrimination in college football. He shared the honor with fellow ESPN reporter Adam Rittenberg.

Several of Aschoff’s ESPN colleagues paid tribute to him on-air and on social media after learning of his untimely passing.

Lil Wayne’s Private Plane Searched for Drugs & Guns By Federal Agents at Miami Airport

Lil Wayne is reportedly aboard a private jet that was stopped by federal agents at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport in Florida and was searched for drugs and guns.

Citing “three law enforcement sources,” The Miami Herald is reporting that agents were tipped off that “contraband” (i.e. drugs and/or illegal weapons) were being transported on Weezy’s private plane, and as of Monday afternoon (Dec. 23), authorities were in the process of obtaining a search warrant from a Miami federal judge.

FBI and ATF investigators are a part of the search squad, as well as Miami-Dade police officers, The Herald reports.

Opa-Locka officials said that the plane, a Gulfstream G-V capable of accommodating up to 14 passengers and crew, was traveling to Miami from California.

Agents discovered that Lil Wayne was a passengers on the plane, along with others, and all of them had to wait at the airport until federal agents and Miami-Dade police searched the private aircraft.

It’s not immediately clear whether any contraband has been found on board or whether anyone would be charged.

However, if someone on board is charged, The Herald reports that they could spend Christmas in federal custody because the courts will be closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Lil Wayne made headlines back in May when he announced he would not be performing as scheduled at Rolling Loud Miami because he refused to be searched by police.

“I’m sorry but I won’t be performing,” he said at the time. “The Festival Police (Not Rolling Loud) made it mandatory that I had to be policed and checked to get on the stadium grounds. I do not and will not ever settle for being policed to do my job and give you guys a great show.”

This story is developing. Stay tuned for updates.

Jeannie Mai Rumored to Be Pregnant With Jeezy’s Baby After Previously Stating She Never Wanted Children

Things seem to be getting really serious between talk show host Jeannie Mai and rapper Jeezy. So serious, that word on street is that they may be expecting a baby together.

According to reports earlier this week, there is speculation on The Real set that Mai is pregnant. The production source says they have suddenly been told to shoot Mai from different angles than usual.

“We’ve been told to shoot Jeannie from the side to make her look slimmer. Jeannie is already a tiny girl, so there’s really no need to make her slimmer.”

The source also revealed there’s an expectation that Mai will gain weight soon.

“Then we were told that they expect her to gain weight, and they wanted to try and hide it from the cameras,” the insider said.

A rep for Mai, however, exclusively tells Love B. Scott that she is NOT pregnant.

We’ll have to settle for the official statement for now. But this could be a case of a celebrity couple denying details of their private life until they’re ready to make the announcement themselves.

The rumors are pretty unexpected since Mai has long been adamant that she didn’t want to have children.

In fact, she divorced her husband of over 10 years in 2018 because he was ready to have children and she did not. Her ex-husband is already expecting a baby with his new girlfriend.

The relationship with Jeezy must have changed Mai’s thoughts about motherhood. In a November episode of The Real, she shared with the audience that she’s becoming more open to the idea.

“Who knows? You might have a little Jeannie!” she said after reflecting about how she’s changed since turning 40.

Mai and Jeezy were first spotted hanging out together in early 2019. However, they didn’t publicly confirm their relationship until September.

They spent Thanksgiving with the rapper’s family, Mai’s first time meeting them. She called it an “unforgettable” moment.

Alleged Nude Photos of Steph Curry Leak Online Months After Wife Ayesha Expressed Concern It Would Happen

Yesterday it was A$AP Rocky and today it’s Steph Curry.

Earlier Friday morning (Dec. 20), nude photos allegedly of Curry began circulating on social media, causing them to go viral and making the Warriors star a trending topic on Twitter.

It’s unknown who first uploaded the photos. And some even doubt if they are even real because there are discrepancies in the photos and Curry’s face is not visible in the ones where he is on full display, if you know what I mean.

USA Today reports that uploading the photos could violate California’s revenge porn laws. If the original uploader is identified, they could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 maximum fine.

In June, Curry’s wife, Ayesha, expressed concern that their private photos could leak. She admitted that she had sent “hundreds” of racy photos to him.

“He won’t delete them off of his phone, he’s not that secure with his phone so it’s actually one of the scariest things in my life,” Ayesha told E!’s Daily Pop.

The Currys have not commented on the mater.

Just yesterday (Dec. 19), a sex tape allegedly of A$AP Rocky with a woman was published on the site, PornHub. The rapper is currently in the process of having the video removed from platforms.

Real Housewives of Potomac Star Katie Rost Ends Another Engagement, Wasn’t Ready to Go Into “Straight-Up Wife Mode”

Katie Rost remains unlucky in love. The Real Housewives of Potomac star has confirmed that she has broken up with her fiancé, Jesse.

Katie shared the unfortunate news exclusively with Page Six on Wednesday (Dec. 19).

“It wasn’t anything too overly dramatic — it was more so like a car running out of gas,” she told the outlet, adding that Jesse didn’t want her to put a hold on the relationship.

Katie and Jesse—whose last name has not been reported by the press—began dating in February and announced their engagement in July, complete with a family heirloom engagement ring.

However, Katie says she ended the relationship shortly before Thanksgiving because they weren’t on the same page with what they wanted for the future.

“He wanted certain things right away, and I was just, like, I have so many other things that I need to focus on, and so I need to pause,” she said.

Children seems to have been a major issue. Katie—who is the midst of a long and contentious custody battle with her ex-husband over their three children—says Jesse wanted to have kids right away.

“I can’t do that again, so I needed to just wait,” she said. “I just don’t know if I want to go into straight-up wife mode right now.”

She’s also considering moving back to the east coast in the new year in order to continue fighting the custody battle. She has been living in L.A. with Jesse.

Though the ex-couple remain on good terms, they’re not currently in direct communication, partly because Katie thinks they’ll end up right back together without figuring things out first.

“He does speak to me through my mom,” Rost said. “He’ll send her a message and is like, ‘How’s Katie doing?’ She kind of gives him updates. I feel like if we were to talk, we’d end up right back together.”

For now, Katie is fine being single, but she’s also somewhat open to meeting someone new.

“I think I’m good with just doing what I’m doing. I mean I’d go out on a date, but … don’t get me in trouble,” she joked.

8-Year-Old Named YouTube’s Highest-Paid Star of 2019, Earning $26 Million Reviewing Toys

YouTube’s most popular personalities and content creators are raking in major dough, regardless of age. In fact, the highest-paid YouTube star probably still relies heavily on his fingers in math class, let alone counting his millions.

8-year-old Ryan Kaji topped Forbes’ list of the highest-paid YouTube stars of 2019, earning a whopping $26 million!

Not impressive enough, this is $4 million more than he earned last year when he also topped Forbes’ annual list.

Kaji amassed his fortune by providing toy reviews on his channel, “Ryan’s World.”

However, he recently expanded his content to conducting science experiments, playing games, and educational/instructional videos for his young viewers.

Earlier this year, his own preschool TV series, Ryan’s Mystery Playdate, premiered on Nickelodeon. His brand also consists of toys, clothing and other merchandise.

Originally in the “unboxing” genre, Kaji launched his YouTube channel in 2015. His videos showed him unboxing various presents and toys and then offering his review from a child’s perspective.

The channel now has nearly 23 million subscribers and each video easily receives over one million views.

Kaji beat out other popular YouTube stars like Jeffree Star ($17 million) and PewDiePie ($13 million).

The second place is held by a group of friends who run the “Dude Perfect” channel, earning $20 million by recording themselves performing stunts and challenges, and showing attempts at breaking records.

Kaji isn’t the only child on the list either. Anastasia Radzinskaya, a 5-year-old with cerebral palsy, brought in $18 million with feel-good videos featuring her dad.

YouTube’s biggest earners of 2019 (according to Forbes)

1. Ryan Kaji, $26 million
2. Dude Perfect, $20 million
3. Anastasia Radzinskaya, $18 million
4. Rhett and Link, $17.5 million
5. Jeffree Star, $17 million
6. Preston (Preston Arsement), $14 million
7. (joint) PewDiePie (Felix Kjellberg), $13 million
7. (joint) Markiplier (Mark Fischbach), $13 million
9. DanTDM (Daniel Middleton), $12 million
10. VanossGaming (Evan Fong), $11.5 million

Dwyane Wade Speaks on Raising LGBTQ Son Who Now Identifies As a Girl: “Nothing Changes With My Love”

Dwyane Wade just made a very powerful statement about what it’s like raising a gay child coming from his hyper-masculine background as a former NBA star.

D Wade recently sat down with Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson for an interview on their All The Smoke podcast, and opened up about the relationship he has with his 12-year-old son Zion—who now apparently uses “she” and “her” pronouns—and also the support he has for the LGBTQ community.

“I had to look myself in the mirror when my son at the time was 3 years old and me and my wife started having conversations about us noticing that he wasn’t on the boy vibe that Zaire [Wade’s other son] was on.

“And, I had to look myself in the mirror and say, ‘What if your son come home and tell you he’s gay? What are you going to do? How are you going to be? How are you going to act? It ain’t about him. He knows who he is. It’s about you. Who are you?’

“They born a certain way and you say they gotta be that way. That’s not life, man. I’ve watched my son from day one become into who she now eventually has come into. Nothing changes with my love. Nothing changes with my responsibilities. Only thing I got to do now is get smarter & educate myself more.

“I grew up with the same perspective as a lot of these people out here that’s a little ignorant. I grew up with a similar perspective. And, you meet people along the way that help you take those glasses off and put on some different ones. Look through life through a different lens. That’s what my wife has been able to do. So, it’s been cool.”

Wade went on to say that Zion, who sources say now uses the name “Zaya” and now identifies as a girl, is one of the strongest people he knows, and he’s learned a lot from her.

“You want to talk about strength and courage? My 12-year-old has way more than I have,” Wade said. “You can learn something from your kids.”

Wade added that he’s not speaking out because he’s offended by public opinion and comments he sees on social media, but because he’s aware of his platform and feels the need to speak out for LGBTQ rights.

“Everybody get used to it, man,” he said. “This is the new normal. So if anybody different, we looked at as different. You know what I’m saying? The ones that don’t understand it. The ones that don’t get it. The ones that are stuck in a box. You’re different. Not the people that are out here living their lives, man.”

Dwyane Wade and his wife, Gabrielle Union, have been publicly supportive of Zion/Zaya (Wade’s child from his previous marriage) over the past year, and even came under scrutiny for taking her to a Gay Pride Festival in Miami earlier this year.

Wade was also forced to defend Zion/Zaya on Twitter after Union shared a family on Instagram on Thanksgiving that showed the 12-year-old wearing a crop top and long white fingernails.

“Whatever you want to do, it is my job to support you and make sure you have all the tools to be as happy as you are while you are doing it,” Wade told Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson about supporting his child.

“The Game” Reboot in the Works at The CW With Original Cast & Creator Mara Brock Akil on Board

Amid the recent influx of TV show reboots comes news that The CW is currently working on bringing back The Game, the series that launched the network back in 2006.

According to an exclusive report from Deadline, The CW is in the process of developing a brand new reincarnation of the show, which would be set in Baltimore (instead of San Diego like the original version), and would feature “some” of the original cast members.

Here’s a brief synopsis via Deadline:

The Game family was coasting to retirement but they heard the call of the fans to make a comeback… and like the record-breaking winners they are, they decided to pick up and move from a half-hour sitcom in San Diego to a one-hour dramedy in Baltimore.

This time, our out-of-touch old-timers are determined to help a bunch of knuckle-head new-schoolers navigate the ruthless game of football on and off the field. They will clash through the pitfalls of fame, fortune and love.

Some will win, others will lose, but that’s what happens when you play The Game.

Deadline also reports that the original series’ creator Mara Brock Akil will be on board for the reboot as executive producer (as well as her longtime husband and business partner Salim Akil) and American Soul co-creator Devon Greggory will serve as the showrunner.

It isn’t clear which members of the original cast would return to the show, which started off as a spinoff of Girlfriends and ran for three seasons on The CW before being canceled in 2011 when the network exited the business of producing half-hour comedies.

BET later revived the series, which aired for six more seasons before it was axed in 2015.

The original cast featured Tia Mowry, Pooch Hall, Hosea Chanchez, Wendy Raquel Robinson, Coby Bell and Brittany Daniel. Lauren London, Jay Ellis and Brandy joined the cast of BET’s version.

A$AP Rocky’s Alleged Sex Tape Leaks on PornHub & Twitter is Extremely Unimpressed

A$AP Rocky’s last few months have truly been a wild ride. And it seems like he may just end 2019 with a bang.

A video published on the site PornHub went viral late Wednesday night (Dec. 18) and many began speculating that it’s a leaked sex tape of A$AP Rocky with a woman.

Though it has not been confirmed, fans are convinced the man in the video is Rocky based on similar tattoos.

Rocky and the man in the PornHub video both have “A$AP” tatted across their stomachs. They each also have the same small symbol tattooed on their left hands.

The alleged sex tape caused A$AP Rocky to became a top trending topic. Even if it is him, the 31-year-old may not want to claim so because, unfortunately, he is getting clowned.

Many are unimpressed with the rapper’s bedroom performance.

The uploader of the video also suggests that Rocky is the man in the clip.

Yo, Lmao, don’t befriend me expecting more ASAP BBC,” they wrote in the description and also explaining that they only posted the video because the original was taken down by Google Drive.

Again, it has not been confirmed whether A$AP Rocky is, in fact, the man featured in the graphic video.

However, Rocky has admitted to recording himself during sexual acts and has even described himself as a sex addict.

In a 2018 interview with Esquire, he revealed that he engaged in his first orgy when he was just 13 years old.

It occurred on an apartment rooftop with several of his male and female middle school peers. He’s continued to engage in group sex into adulthood.

“Yeah man, lot of orgies,” he told Esquire. “I’ve photographed and documented many of them. The women that I’m around are into that free-spirited sh*t like me.”

Fox News Reporter Arrested After Trying to Sneak Crack Pipe Into Manhattan Federal Courthouse

A Fox News reporter was arrested last week after he was caught trying to sneak a glass crack pipe into the federal courthouse in downtown Manhattan.

Lawrence Crook III, who, according to the New York Daily News, was a member of the Fox Business crack reporting team, was reportedly on his way to cover the Sprint/T-Mobile merger trial at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan Courthouse last Monday (Dec. 9) when security personnel noticed a strange object protruding from his sock.

Sources with knowledge of the incident said Crook immediately confessed to possessing the contraband, and complained to authorities about how he’d recently lost his job at CNN and was in “big trouble.”

A Federal Protective Services spokesman contradicted reports that the pipe was found in Crook’s sock, however, claiming that the glass pipe fell out of his pocket. Another discrepancy noted that the paraphernalia wasn’t a crack pipe, but a pipe used to smoke meth.

Regardless … Crook, 36, was escorted from the premises without incident, and was later booked on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia on federal property, the federal spokesman said.

The New York Post reported that Crook claimed in a series of emails that he was framed and had recently received a “death threat and a promise articles would come out.”

Cook’s attorney, who, according to NYDN, is representing him in a separate case over him allegedly violating an order of protection, said he was unaware of the paraphernalia charge.

Quality Control CEO Pierre “Pee” Thomas Says Lira Galore Snorted Coke While Pregnant, Had Multiple Abortions

Quality Control CEO Pierre “Pee” Thomas has fired back at his baby mama Lira Galore’s claims that he was physically abusive towards her and is a bad father, and says in court documents that she’s the one who was abusive towards him when she was under the influence of drugs.

As we previously reported, Lira Galore filed a $15 million lawsuit against “Pee” on claims that he beat her “violently and regularly” while she was pregnant with his child.

Lira said “Pee” beat her on five separate occasions during the first eight months of her pregnancy, including one alleged attack in which he punched her in the face, threw her to the ground, choked her and punched her in the head so many times knots were formed.

Galore said Thomas also ripped off the engagement he gave to her, which dislocated her finger. She claimed in the other four attacks, she was routinely punched and choked.

Lira’s claims of abuse stemmed from a custody case Pee filed earlier this year requesting joint custody of their child, who was born in mid-March.

In Galore’s court docs, she requested sole physical custody of the newborn on the grounds that Thomas “has consistently demonstrated physically violent, emotionally abusive, irrational and erratic behavior.”

However, Thomas says none of that is true, and he responded to Galore’s accusations in a series of since-deleted comments on Instagram.

“One thing I don’t play about is my father hood. I have 16 [artists] on my label, I still make time to see my children 4 times out of the week. The only women I leave my children with are [their] mothers and the women I was engaged with.

“I wasn’t gonna address this but I’m just tired of seeing my child’s mother try and slander me as though I’m so unfit. No I’m not perfect but if anyone knows me they know I go hard every day so my children will never have to go what I’ve been through.

“She can deny her bad drug habits and her toxic aggressive behavior all she wants but the truth of the matter is what I’ve tried to do nothing but help her.

“THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A 15 MILLION DOLLAR SHAKE DOWN FROM AN ANGRY [WOMAN] WHO IS DOWN TO HER LAST AND CLEARLY UPSET BECAUSE A FAILED ATTEMPT TO GET HER CHILD SUPPORT SWITCHED TO LA THEREFORE SHE’D ACCUMULATE MORE EACH MONTH VERSUS GEORGIA.

“I’VE NEVER ONCE BEAT ON THAT [WOMAN] … DID I TAKE MY RING BACK, YES! WHEN I BECAME AWARE SHE WAS HAVING SEX WITH OTHER MEN, PLOTTING WITH HER PIMP AS WELL AS SNORTING COKE WHILE PREGNANT WITH MY CHILD. WHAT MAN WOULD NOT WANT [THEIR] RING BACK? I HAVE NOT SEEN MY CHILD SINCE FATHER’S DAY WHY? Because the root of all evil… MONEY!!

“I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES AS WELL AS PROOF THAT WE WERE ON PRETTY [FAIR] TERMS UNTIL SHE REALIZED SHE WAS NOT GONNA BENEFIT AS SHE ONCE WAS WHEN WE WERE TOGETHER. People that know me and her know the truth! This is my last time speaking out about this situation, hopefully we can keep this matter out of the public eye for the sake of our daughter having to look back and see.

“A wise man once told me when you lay down with pigs you get mud all over you.. guess he was right.”

Pee then posted receipts seemingly proving Lira’s alleged coke habit via text message screenshots, which he also deleted, but have been preserved below:

Another text message exchange shows Lira accusing Pee of not defending her, and having his artist, Yung Miami (whose real name is Caresha Brownlee) go on a trip to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico so that he could cheat in peace.

In another text thread, Thomas tells Galore she’s a good mom, and she responds by telling him that she’s still in love with him.

However, a separate thread shows when things go completely left, and Lira tells Pee: “No worries, I ain’t havin ya baby bitch a** hoe a** bitch”

Thomas then accused Galore of not allowing him to see their child, and said he wanted a custody agreement put in place.

Another text thread shows Pee revealing Lira allegedly had multiple abortions, as she told him “I DON’T [WANT] YOUR BABY.”

At this point, we don’t know who or what to believe, but one thing is for certain … this situation is a whole mess!

Donald Trump Becomes Third U.S. President to Be Impeached After House Majority Vote

It’s official … Donald Trump has been impeached for abuse of power!

Trump’s impeachment due to majority vote from the U.S. House of Representatives (230 total “Yeas” and 197 “Nays”) makes him the third President to be formally charged under the Constitution’s ultimate remedy for high crimes and misdemeanors, the Associated Press reports.

The historic vote split along party lines, much the way it has divided the nation, over the charges that the 45th president abused the power of his office by enlisting a foreign government to investigate a political rival ahead of the 2020 election. Then a majority of the House approved a second charge, that he obstructed Congress in its investigation.

The articles of impeachment, the political equivalent of an indictment, now go to the Senate for trial. If Trump is acquitted by the Republican-led chamber, as expected, he would have to run for reelection carrying the enduring mark of impeachment on his purposely disruptive presidency.

Democrats led Wednesday night’s voting, framed in what many said was their duty to protect the Constitution and uphold the nation’s system of checks and balances. Republicans stood by their party’s leader, who has frequently tested the bounds of civic norms. Trump called the whole affair a “witch hunt,” a “hoax” and a “sham,” and sometimes all three.

The trial is expected to begin in January in the Senate, where a vote of two-thirds is necessary for conviction. While Democrats had the majority in the House to impeach Trump, Republicans control the Senate and few if any are expected to diverge from plans to acquit the president ahead of early state election-year primary voting.

Nancy Pelosi, once reluctant to lead Democrats into a partisan impeachment, now risks her majority and speakership to hold the president accountable.

“Today we are here to defend democracy for the people,” Pelosi said opening debate.

Trump, who began Wednesday tweeting his anger at the proceedings, scheduled an evening rally in Battle Creek, Michigan.

He pumped his fist before an enthusiastic crowd, boasted of “tremendous support” in the Republican Party and said, “By the way it doesn’t feel like I’m being impeached.”

Trump is the fourth U.S. president to face impeachment, following Andrew Johnson’s impeachment in 1868 and Bill Clinton’s in 1998. Richard Nixon resigned before he could be impeached in 1974.

Boosie Badazz Blames “Snitchin’ A** Bitch” Pilot for Juice Wrld’s Death (VIDEO)

While the hip-hop community continues to mourn the unexpected death of one of its rising stars, Juice Wrld, Boosie Badazz says he knows exactly who should be blamed for the rapper’s tragic demise.

In a recent interview with VladTV, Boosie said the pilot who flew Juice Wrld’s private plane caused the “Lucid Dreams” rapper’s death, which police said may have been the result of him swallowing a large quantity of Percocet pills, which caused him to have a seizure and go into cardiac arrest.

Law enforcement sources have said it was the pilot who brought it to the attention of the feds that Juice and his crew had drugs and firearms on the plane.

Boosie expressed sadness about never being able to meet the late rapper in person, and spoke about how the pilot is a “snitch” for ratting on Juice and his crew.

“I ain’t never get to meet Juice Wrld,” Boosie admitted. “I DM’d him a couple times, but I ain’t never get to meet him face-to-face.”

The Louisiana rapper went on to say that since Juice Wrld’s passing, he’s learned a lot about him and how his career got started.

“This dude’s had talent since middle school,” Boosie said. “Like, this dude been knew he was destined to be great.”

Boosie added: “I want to beat that f**kin’ pilot a** … Somebody need to beat that f**kin’ pilot a**, bro. The one who told the f**kin’ people they had guns on the plane.

“Bitch, you the one who made the f**kin’ people come search the plane. That’s why he swallowed the shit. The rat! The f**kin’ snitching. It’s a worldwide f**kin’ epidemic: snitches. Ol’ snitchin’ a** bitch driving the plane gone alert the authorities. You snitchin’ ass ho. You a ho, if you listening, bitch.”

Once the plane landed at Chicago’s Midway Airport, as federal agents searched Juice and his crew’s luggage, the 21-year-old rapper allegedly swallowed a bunch of Percocet pills in a desperate attempt to hide them from authorities.

Not long after, he started having convulsions and was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

After all was said and done, officials found 70 pounds of marijuana, three guns and a bottle of codeine.

“When the people come, mane, whatever you got, you gotta get rid of that sh*t, dawg,” Boosie explained to DJ Vlad. “When the police come, you gotta try your best to get rid of that sh*t and he took too much of that sh*t, mane. That sh*t had me pissed off! Ol’ rattin a** bitch.”

Auntie Maxine Waters Reads Donald Trump for Filth at Impeachment Hearing, Garners Applause From House Floor

Rep. Maxine Waters of California said what needed to be said and did what needed to be done at President Donald Trump’s impeachment hearing.

Speaking before the House of Representatives Wednesday (Dec. 18), Auntie Maxine let the Cheeto-in-Chief have it while explaining why she’s 100% for him being impeached.

“When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time,” Waters said, quoting the late great Maya Angelou.

She continued: “This day was not inevitable, but it was predictable, because this president has shown himself time and time again to believe that he is above the law. He has no respect for our Constitution or our democracy.”

Dressed in a bright yellow blazer, Waters also publicly denounced Trump’s alleged high crimes, saying it’s “shameful” that her Republican colleagues are “willing to turn a blind eye to hard facts.”

“Yes, I called for Trump’s impeachment early,” Waters continued. “This is our country. Our foremothers and forefathers shed their blood to build and defend this democracy. I refuse to have it undermined.”

Following the conclusion of her 3-minute speech, Auntie Maxine was met with a well-deserved round of applause from the House floor.

K. Michelle Disses Camila Cabello on Twitter Over Her Racist Past: “Find a D**k to Suck, Racist Rat!”

Welp! K. Michelle is definitely not a Camila Cabello fan and she wants everybody to know it.

While most of the country is celebrating #ImpeachmentDay this Wednesday (Dec. 18), K. Michelle casually dropped a tweet to shut Cabello all the way up.

K. checked the pop singer for her racist past and told her to have several seats.

K. also gave zero effs when it was brought to her attention that she misspelled Cabello’s last name.

The singer’s understandable attack on Cabello comes just hours after Cabello—whose debut solo album just dropped—released a lengthy apology regarding her racist social media past.

“I am sorry from the bottom of my heart,” she wrote in a message she shared on both Twitter and Instagram.

Cabello wrote in part:

“When I was younger, I used language that I’m deeply ashamed of and will regret forever. I was uneducated and ignorant and once I became aware of the history and the weight and the true meaning behind this horrible and hurtful language, I was deeply embarrassed i ever used it.

“I apologized then and I apologize now. I would never intentionally hurt anyone and I regret it from the bottom of my heart.”

The apology is in response to her racist social media past coming back to haunt her.

Before she was famous, Cabello used the n-word in multiple posts on the social media platform Tumblr.

She also shared numerous memes and GIFs featuring the racial slur, racial stereotypes like black people with fried chicken and watermelon, and other racist or racially insensitive material.

These posts resurfaced just one day before Cabello’s apology and K. Michelle’s tweet on Dec. 17 via Twitter account @motivatefenty.

As a Normani stan, K. Michelle also probably knows the racism that Normani encountered during her Fifth Harmony days with Cabello, specifically because of Cabello’s fans.

In 2016, after Normani made a comment about Cabello, which some Cabello fans perceived to be shady, Normani was bombarded with racist comments calling her the N-word and “Normonkey,” as well as photoshopped images of monkeys over her face.

She was forced to quit social media at the time due to the constant harassment.

Normani—who is gearing up for the release of her own solo album debut—reflected on the racist incident and the support of Cabello and her bandmates in a cover story interview with The Fader earlier this month.

“[The girls] offered support, but I’m not sure they could be there in the way that I needed because it’s not their experience. They don’t have to face on a day-to-day basis the things that I have to. I definitely learned after that that I had to walk a different way. I can’t look like everybody else.”

However, Normani affirms that there’s currently “no bad blood” between her and Cabello, noting that they see each other at major award show events and always speak.

Though Normani and Camila Cabello are on “good terms,” we at least know one thing: K. Michelle has Normani’s back!

Black Mom Claims Elite Cheerleading Squad Kicked Daughter Off Team Because of Her Naturally Curly Hair

A Colorado mom is upset after her 11-year-old daughter was kicked off an elite cheerleading team because the coach refused to let her compete with her natural hair.

Tiyana Young claims Diamond Elite All-Star Cheerleading coach Stephanie Trujillo demanded her daughter, Niemah, wear a ponytail hairpiece instead of her naturally curly hair during competitions in order to match her white and Latina teammates.

But when Niemah no longer wanted to wear the piece, it became an issue and the 11-year-old was kicked off the team.

“It is easily a two-hour process,” Young told CBS News. “I have to literally use a hard brush and pull her hair back into the tightest ponytail I can get it into.”

Niemah wore the hairpiece throughout the previous season. However, it would often cause her to become lightheaded due to its tightness.

“Coach said, well if she doesn’t like it, she doesn’t have to wear it,” Young said.

Young says Coach Trujillo suddenly changed her mind during this season and would even subtly antagonize Niemah during practices.

“The coach continues and asks the other teammates: ‘How do you feel that this African-American girl gets to wear her natural hair?’” Young added.

After the matter became an ongoing issue, Niemah was ultimately asked to leave the squad.

However, in a statement, Diamond Elite and Trujillo state the 11-year-old’s dismissal from the team was never about her hair, but because of alleged threats Young had made to staff.

“[Niemah’s dismissal] was never based on the athlete or her ethnic background. The decision was based on threats received that were directed at the staff which brought forth major safety concerns.”

Young pushed back against the claims to CBS News.

“I’ve worked hard to not become that person that unfortunately black women and black men are portrayed to be, is violent,” she said.

Diamond Elite does say that the issue has caused them to review their uniform guidelines and expectations.

According to the national governing body for U.S. cheer and dance teams, “hair must be secured off the face with a simple and unexaggerated style that is adaptable to all diversities.”

Unfortunately, Niemah no longer wants to cheer anymore because of the debacle. She no longer feels welcome in the cheer community, but would appreciate an apology from Diamond Elite.

Houston Woman Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison for Shooting Man in the Head on Facebook Live

The Houston woman who was seen on video shooting a man in the head during a live stream on Facebook has been sentenced to prison.

Cassandra Damper appeared in court Tuesday (Dec. 17) where she was sentenced to 10 years for an aggravated assault charge and five years for tampering with evidence.

Back in August, Damper pleaded guilty to the charges following the April 2018 shooting of Devyn Holmes. She will serve the sentences concurrently.

“So happy. I am so happy,” Holmes told Houston’s ABC 13 after the sentencing. “It’s perfect because it shows a human’s life is valuable. Because if [the judge] didn’t come with a verdict that good, it was like saying a human’s life is not valuable, but he showed me it is. So I’m glad about it.”

Holmes was shot in the head while he, Damper and another man were inside a vehicle recording a video on Facebook Live. The video showed Damper playing with a gun as the three of them laughed and joked around.

At one point, Damper pointed the gun at the camera, which apparently frightened Holmes enough for him to tell her “You’re making me nervous.”

Not long after, Damper—apparently unaware that despite the gun not having a clip, there was a bullet in the chamber—pointed the weapon and Holmes and fired a single shot, which hit him in the head.

Miraculously, Holmes survived the shooting, but he had to undergo intense physical and mental rehabilitation since then.

He spent his 27th birthday in the ICU, however, he was able to celebrate his 28th birthday with a big party with friends and family in June 2019.

During the trial, Damper took the stand and tearfully admitted to shooting Holmes, saying “I shot Devyn,” while also recounting what happened on April 1st, 2018.

Damper also read a letter in court addressed to Holmes, in which she expressed remorse, sorrow and sympathy for all that he’s gone through over the past year-and-a-half.

“Please know how sorry I am during this tough time. I cannot imagine what you are going through or what you are feeling since this tragic accident,” Damper read.

“There is no amount of anything I can give you. It has hurt me even more to be unable to assist or be by your side during this recovery process.”

Damper said the grief consumed her so much that she even considered “killing [herself] to make it fair.”

She added: “I am here to take responsibility for a reckless accident I caused. I was in disbelief because I really thought the gun was not loaded. I was just really scared.”

Damper also recounted in her letter the thoughts that went through her mind in the moments after the gun went off.

“When the gun first went off, I was in shock, in total disbelief that this can’t be real. I felt the best thing to do would be to keep quiet,” she said.

“Please accept my heartfelt sympathy and apology. I pray that God gives you the strength you need to finish your journey at 100 percent.”

During Monday’s proceedings, it was revealed that Damper called 911 and reported that Holmes had shot himself. However, the next day, police were able to review the footage showing Damper pulling the trigger herself.

The day before Damper’s sentencing, Holmes confronted her for the first time since the near-fatal shooting, telling the court that he believes she should receive jail time because he’s been living in his own prison since being shot. He said he’s now unable to walk, dress himself or use the restroom alone.

Holmes also rejected Damper’s attorney’s statement that the shooting was an accident between friends, describing Damper as simply an acquaintance.

Sheree Holmes, Devyn’s mother, said of Damper: “You got what you deserve. You got what you deserve. You wanted to be ‘gangsta.’ Now you can go be ‘gangsta’ for 10 years. She can be ‘gangsta’ all she wants.”
