Wardrobe Stylist Says K. Michelle Threw a Vase at Him & Made Homophobic Remarks on Music Video Set

A wardrobe stylist is spilling a little bit of tea on K. Michelle.

Hollywood Larry styled K. Michelle for her music video for the “Supahood” remix, which featured Kash Doll and Yung Miami.

In a series of tweets, Larry accused the singer of being abusive and homophobic on the set of the 2019 music video.

Larry began sharing his experience with K. Michelle after someone posted a clip from the “Supahood” video.

“I styled Kimberly for this video. She publicly humiliated me, threw a flower vase at me and still has unpaid invoices.”

“I’m not going to tell you about the very extreme homophobic comments she made,” Larry added.

Larry explained that K. Michelle became upset because she wanted him to “build her a silicone/gel butt and hips,” but that’s not something he does.

A producer for the video also echoed Larry’s allegations of K. Michelle’s behavior, even claiming the artist “cussed out” and “attempted to attack” the director.

Larry also revealed some insight into the behind-the-scenes behaviors of some of your faves.

K. Michelle has not responded to Larry’s claim. However, she’s been called out for making homophobic remarks in the past.

And one day prior, to Larry’s Tweets, K. Michelle patted herself on the back for supporting creatives.

Naya Rivera Presumed Dead After Her 4-Year-Old Son Was Found Alone on Boat on Lake in Los Angeles

Naya Rivera, a former star on the hit TV show “Glee,” is presumed dead after she went missing while on a boat on a lake in California with her 4-year-old son.

According to reports, Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies found Naya’s 4-year-old son, Josey Hollis Dorsey, asleep and alone on the boat shortly before 5 p.m. on Lake Piru, but Naya was nowhere to be found and her life jacket was still in the boat.

Josey told police he and his mom were swimming, but she never came back up. It wasn’t immediately clear how the boy was able to get back into the boat.

A team of divers immediately searched the lake, but have so far been unable to find the former “Glee” star.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s office said via Twitter that the search had been put on hold and “will continue at first light.”

TMZ reports that Josey is “okay and is now with family members.”

Naya Rivera and Josey’s father, Ryan Dorsey, divorced in 2018 and have joint custody. Rivera also previously dated rapper Big Sean.

Her last post on social media is a photo she shared on Twitter and Instagram of her and Josey with the caption “just the two of us.”

Kodak Black Apologizes to Nipsey Hussle for Trying to Shoot His Shot at Lauren London After Nipsey’s Death: “I Never Meant to Disrespect Your Queen”

Kodak Black is finally apologizing to Nipsey Hussle and his family for making disrespectful comments about Lauren London last year while she was grieving Hussle’s death.

“I never meant to disrespect your queen,” Kodak wrote in a poem he penned that honored Hussle.

“Willin To Accept When I’m Wrong & Stand Firm When I’m Right. The Whole World Know Your Example Was A Guiding Light. I Pray Your Fam Light & Accept This Humble Apology In My Kite.”

He posted the message on his Instagram page on Monday (Jul. 6), which included a photo of Hussle.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CCUhkualATW/

Kodak goes on to express his admiration for Hussle and compared him to rappers like Easy E, Ice Cube, and Black Panther Part co-founder Huey P. Newton.

“I Saw Your Vision But I Notice That My Words Are Often Misinterpreted,” he continued.

“Sometimes A Man Say Things He Doesn’t Really Mean But On Some Z Shit I Never Meant To Disrespect Your Queen, Homie I Was Really Respecting Your Scene.”

The apology comes after Hussle was dragged on social media and called out by several rappers for stating that he would give London a year to grieve before pursuing her romantically.

“Lauren London that baby, though. She about to be out here single. She’s finna be a whole widow out here. I’ll be the best man I can be for her. I’ll give her a whole year. She might need a whole year to be crying and sh*t for him.”

He offered a fake apology after receiving the backlash.

“If I disrespected you, Lauren London, in any shape or form, I’m sorry, even though I didn’t,” he said at the time.

Kodak’s latest apology might be more genuine after doing lots of self-reflection. The rapper is currently in prison on gun charges.

Back in May, his lawyers accused seven prison guards of attacking him. The lawyer requested that the Justice Department launch an investigation into the matter.

Adele Reportedly Teams Up with Raphael Saadiq & John Legend, Wants New Album to be “Full of Soul”

It’s been five years since Adele released 25 and anticipation for her next album is right up there with fans desperately waiting for Rihanna to drop “R9.”

While the release date for the superstar’s upcoming fourth album has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic, she has reportedly enlisted some musical heavy-hitters to work on the project.

According to The Sun, Adele is looking for a soulful sound and has asked R&B producer Raphael Saadiq to oversee her upcoming album. She has also worked on several songs with John Legend.

“She’s been a fan of Raphael since she was a teenager and loves his back-catalogue. She wants her next album to be full of soul, with a more eclectic sound,” a source told the British paper.

Saadiq is known for his work with Whitney Houston, the R&B group Tony! Toni! Toné!, and Mary J. Blige. He also executive produced Solange’s A Seat at the Table.

Adele’s album had been set to be released in September, but her manager has confirmed that the pandemic has postponed those plans. A new date has not been set.

“Adele is pouring her heart and soul into this record, including how she feels post-divorce,” The Sun‘s source added.

The 32-year-old split from husband Simon Konecki last year and creating new music has reportedly been “almost like therapy” for her.

Adele also made waves earlier this year after debut a much slimmer figure following her divorce from Konecki.

“I used to cry but now I sweat,” she captioned one of her social media posts.

And on a personal note, Adele is reportedly dating British rapper, Skepta.

Fans even think the two flirted last week with each other on social media, with Skepta joking that he finally got Adele’s Instagram password.

With news of Adele exploring new musical sounds and working with Raphael Saadiq and John Legend, Skepta just may make an appearance on Adele’s next album, too.

Video Allegedly Shows Member of ATL Rapper Foogiano’s Team Shooting Into Crowd at S.C. Nightclub

Video footage has surfaced appearing to show a member of Atlanta trap rapper Foogiano’s camp shooting up Lavish Lounge nightclub in Greenville, South Carolina, allegedly after someone tried to snatch his chain while he was performing.

As we previously reported, at least two people died and eight others were injured Sunday morning (Jul. 5) after a shooting broke out Lavish Lounge while Foogiano was on stage.

A Facebook Live stream showed the exact moment the shooting happened. Foogiano was performing on stage when all of a sudden shots started to ring out. At least a dozen shots could be heard as patrons scrambled to either exit the building or seek cover.

Witnesses say that someone with Foogiano—who recently signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 label—was the gunman, and a video obtained exclusively by Gossip On This shows a man with what appears to be a machine pistol shooting into the crowd indiscriminately, spraying the nightclub with bullets.

We haven’t been able to confirm the person in the video, but sources tell us that they’re a member of Foogiano’s team and the reason they opened fire was because someone in the crowd tried to steal the rapper’s chain off his neck.

Police said the shooting happened just before 2 a.m. early Sunday morning.

Two deputies were driving on White Horse Road when they noticed a disturbance at the club.

The deputies called for backup after hearing gunshots from inside and seeing a large crowd of people running out of the building.

Lt. Jimmy Bolt with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said deputies found multiple gunshot victims were found inside the club. The victims were taken to the hospital via EMS and personal vehicles, reports indicated.

The Greenville County Coroner’s Office confirmed that two people died from their injuries, while police said the eight other victims’ injuries ranged from non-life-threatening to critical.

Greenville County Sheriff Hobart Lewis said there was a “very, very, very large crowd” inside the nightclub for “some type of concert.”

“There’s a lot of shell casings inside,” Lewis said. “Everything is turned over, there are a few chairs in there, food on the floor, some bottles busted. You can tell somebody left in a hurry. There are some pretty large amounts of blood.”

Police said they are actively investigating the shooting and are seeking two suspects. Lewis said the shooting could have possibly been gang-related.

The shooting happened as Coronavirus cases in South Carolina have spiked, with Greenville being named as a hotspot in the state.

Last week, South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster reminded residents that he hadn’t lifted restrictions on large gatherings, and those operating nightclubs illegally or holding concerts against his orders could face criminal charges.

Sheriff Lewis said he didn’t know whether the club sought an exemption to the governor’s order or secured a permit for the event Saturday night, but said it was clear that clubgoers were not wearing masks or socially distancing.

“It’s certainly not the best situation to stop the spread of this virus,” the sheriff said.

Police said they are actively investigating the shooting and are seeking two suspects. Lewis said the shooting could have possibly been gang-related.

Lily From “Black Ink Crew Chicago” Arrested for Attacking Girlfriend After Catching Her in Bed With Another Woman

Liliana “Lily” Barrios from Black Ink Crew Chicago was arrested last month after she allegedly attacked her girlfriend after catching her in bed with another woman.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Lily got into a verbal altercation with her girlfriend at their apartment on June 3rd.

After the verbal altercation turned violent, Lily left for the night. But when she returned the next day to pick up clothes, police say Lily caught her 22-year-old girlfriend in bed with another woman, which enraged her and triggered another argument.

Police said Lily pushed her girlfriend onto the couch and a struggle ensued, with her scratching her GF’s neck, arm and biting her right leg.

It isn’t clear who called the cops, but the officer who responded claimed they observed scratches and abrasions on Lily’s girlfriend’s knee.

Police determined that Lily was the aggressor and “intentionally and knowingly caused bodily injury,” and she was arrested for assault/bodily injury on a cohabitant.

Lily is a tattoo artist and is best known for her appearances on the popular VH1 reality show Black Ink Crew Chicago. She was a recurring cast member on Season 3 and a main cast member on Seasons 4 and 5.

On the show, Lily was known for being a drunk and getting into fights with her castmates (see below) so none of this is surprising … like, at all.

DJ Akademiks Suspended from “Everyday Struggle” After Repeatedly Calling Chrissy Teigen a B*tch for Dissing Him

DJ Akademiks has been suspended by Complex News after repeatedly calling model Chrissy Teigen a “b*tch” during a virtual rant on Twitch earlier this week.

On Thursday (Jul. 2), Akademiks posted an apology for his comments and confirmed that he had been suspended from at least the next two episodes of Everyday Struggle, the daily show he hosts with Wayno and Nadeska Alexis.

“I definitely wanna start off by kind of like apologizing for some of the stuff that’s been going on outside the show,” Akademiks began the apology.

“I think I definitely went over the line when I was disrespecting women. It just wasn’t right. After thinking about it, even seeing the clip, it’s nasty.

“Truth be told, given everything that’s going on not only the world, given what’s going on with the current climate at Complex and also former employees and current employees , also working with Nadeska, someone I have a lot of love for, I just felt it was completely out of pocket.”

The suspension comes after Akademiks called Teigen a “b*tch” for allegedly dissing him one time. He also had few choice words about Teigen’s husband, musician John Legend.

“It’s bewildering to me. His b*tch be talking mad shit online…I dislike this b*tch so much, I can’t even lie to you. One time she sneak-dissed me so f**k that hoe, straight up. And John Legend could hear that. Don’t have your b*tch dissing me because I don’t give two f**ks about none of y’all n*ggas.

Akademiks continued:

“One time she was sneak dissing me. I don’t play that. I don’t care if you John Legend’s b*tch or any other b*tch. How about you take that f***ing big ass mouth of yours and that f***ing weird ass looking face and start promoting your man’s album and maybe he wouldn’t do 25,000 f***ing first week.

“Cause you got all the jokes and when you’re tryna get at n**gas you think you’re the smartest, cutest, funniest thing possible but your man is still f***ing flopping. He’s a legend doing 25,000 – that’s a f***ing flop.”

He also told both Teigen and Legend to “suck a d*ck.”

As of now, neither Teigen nor Legend—who are both outspoken and active on social media—have addressed the matter.

Miami-Dade Police Officer Fired After Video Shows Him Punching Black Woman in the Face at Airport

A Miami-Dade County police officer has been relieved of duty after a video Wednesday (Jul. 1) showed him punching a woman in the face during an argument at Miami International Airport.

Bodycam video emerged Wednesday evening showing the violent encounter.

The video shows a masked officer speaking to a Black woman in a terminal when she becomes angry and starts taunting him, saying: “You acting like you white when you really Black … what you want to do?”

After the woman steps to the officer and gets in his face, the officer delivers a single punch to hers, knocking her several steps backward.

“She headbutted me,” the cop says as the other officers rush in to handcuff the woman.

According to the Miami Herald, the fired cop has been identified by multiple sources as Antonio Clemente Rodriguez, who is Black and of Puerto Rican heritage. The woman’s identity and whatever charges she’s facing weren’t immediately known.

One law enforcement source said the woman was complaining loudly about a missed or delayed flight, and a ticket agent called police.

When Rodriguez showed up, he tried to calm the woman down, but the confrontation escalated after she started yelling at him.

The footage started circulating Wednesday among police officers and was made public by documentary film director and activist Billy Corben via Twitter.

The president of the Miami-Dade Police Benevolent Association said the woman was “clearly” the aggressor in the situation, and Rodriguez simply hit her with an “open-hand” slap,” which is sometimes referred to as a “diversionary strike.

“Clearly she was the aggressor. She was being asked to leave. She’s being belligerent and she pushes her face right into his face,” PBA President Steadman Stahl told the Miami Herald.

County officials, however, condemned the officer’s actions.

“I am shocked and angered by a body cam video that I just saw involving one of our officers,” Miami-Dade police Director Alfredo Ramirez said in a statement on Twitter.

“I’ve immediately initiated an investigation and ordered that the involved officers be relieved of duty.”

Ramirez’ statement continued: “Actions such as these undermine the hard work that we have invested in our community and causes my heart to break for our community and for the vast majority of our officers who dedicate their lives to serving our County.

“This will not stand, and I assure our community that any officer acting in this vain will be held to account.”

Ramirez said he also asked Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle to participate in the investigation.

“This is appalling,” Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Giminez added in his own Twitter statement.

“It’s excessive use of force and unnecessary. That’s NOT what our @MiamiDadePD are trained to do. @MDPD_Director Ramirez has ordered the officer relieved of duty & investigation is underway. This is why I instituted body cameras & MDPD is reviewing all footage.”

The video comes as interactions between cops and the public have been under a microscope following the May 25th death of George Floyd in the custody of Minneapolis police officers. Floyd’s death has also sparked protests across the country against police brutality.

In South Florida, two cops have been arrested for battery since the protests started.

Former Miami Gardens police officer Jody Martel was charged with battery last week after he put his knee on a pregnant Black woman’s neck and shot her twice with a Taser in a January incident.

And on Tuesday (Jun. 30), Fort Lauderdale Officer Steven Pohorence was hit with a battery charge for pushing a kneeling woman to the ground during a protest.

VIDEO: White Woman Pulls Gun on Black Mom & Teen Daughter After Almost Hitting Them With Car

Yet another “Karen” has gone viral after losing her damn mind … this time in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Video surfaced Wednesday evening (Jul. 1) showing a confrontation after a white woman pulled a gun on a Black woman and the Black woman’s 15-year-old daughter in the parking lot of a Chipotle after a car the white woman was riding in almost hit the Black woman and her daughter.

Takelia Hill told the Detroit News that she and her daughter’s encounter with the woman first started when the woman bumped into her daughter while they were walking into the restaurant.

Hill’s daughter said the woman started yelling at her like a crazy person after she asked the woman to apologize.

“Before I could walk into Chipotle, this woman was coming out and I had moved out the way so she can walk out,” Hill’s daughter, Makayla Green said.

“She bumped me and I said, ‘Excuse you.’ And then she started cussing me out and saying things like I was invading her personal space.”

The teen said the woman’s bizarre reaction frightened her … so she called her mom over.

“I walked up on the woman yelling at my daughter,” Hill said. “She couldn’t see me because her back was to me, but she was in my daughter’s face.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iZhdMcrBuDU

The video footage starts once the altercation moved to the parking lot, as the initial counter wasn’t captured on video, the Detroit News reported.

At one point, the woman who pulled the gun listens to the mom and teen, one of whom repeats that the woman is “ignorant” and “racist.”

A man from the vehicle exits and asks the pair, “Who the (expletive) do you think you guys are?” and helps the woman into the SUV. He and Hill exchange angry words before he walks back to the driver’s side.

From the passenger seat, as Hill asks the woman why she bumped her daughter, the woman says through the rolled down passenger-side window: “You cannot just walk around calling white people racist … White people aren’t racist … I care about you and I’m sorry if you had an incident that has made someone make you feel like that. No one is racist …”

The woman rolls up her window and Hill is seen stepping back as the SUV starts to drive away.

Hill then accuses the male driver of putting the vehicle in reverse. She said she thought the driver was going to hit them, so she hit the back window of the SUV to stop it.

After Hill tapped the back of the SUV … that’s when the white woman jumped out of the SUV and pulled her gun on the mother and daughter.

“She got the gun on me! Get the license plate!” Hill can be heard shouting.

“Don’t you f**king jump behind my car!” the woman replied as she continued to point her weapon at Hill. “Get the f**k back! Get the f**k back! Back the f**k up!”

Hill said she called the police after the woman and the man driving the SUV both drew their guns. The woman was arrested, but was released.

According to a family member of Hill’s, who reposted the video of the encounter on Twitter, the police said they took the woman and the man’s guns away, but couldn’t charge them with a crime because Hill “hit” their car first.

Hill said her other two daughters were in the car the whole time, and the incident has left the four of them traumatized.

Alleged KKK Member Patrick Fontaine Creath Jr. Out on $500 Bond After Shooting Daughter’s Black Boyfriend, Claims It Was Self-Defense

A white man who is allegedly a member of the Ku Klux Klan is out on bond after he shot his daughter’s Black boyfriend in Virginia Beach and told police that he acted in self-defense.

43-year-old Patrick Fontaine Creath Jr. was charged with malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony stemming from a June 19th shooting in the 900 block of Maximus Square, where a man—Creath’s daughter’s boyfriend—was seriously injured.

Police said there was an altercation between Creath and his daughter’s boyfriend, which escalated to a point where Creath took out a handgun and shot at the man three times.

Creath told police that he went to the scene of the crime to originally talk to his daughter’s boyfriend, but said the man “kept threatening to kill him” and continued to make threats as he got into his car.

Creath said the man allegedly pointed a weapon at him and his daughter “as if to shoot them.” He told police he feared for his life and shot at the man’s car several times “in defense of himself and his daughter.”

The man was seriously injured in the shooting and drove to a nearby 7-Eleven convenience store, where the Virginia Beach Police Department and emergency services were called.

When police arrived, they found the man inside the store suffering from several gunshot wounds, and his car was also damaged by bullets.

Officers provided first aid until EMS arrived. The man was then taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

An off-duty cop told police the man removed a bag from his car and took it into the store. The police located the bag, which had a gun inside, according to court documents.

Police said Creath remained at the scene and was eventually taken into custody. He was released from the Virginia Beach Correctional Center on bond a week after the shooting on June 26th and is scheduled to appear in court on August 21st.

“Mr. Creath remained on scene of the shooting and was in possession of the firearm that he used at the time of police arrival,” VBPD Officer Linda Kuehn told WAVY.

“Regarding to the investigation as a whole, another firearm was in fact recovered, however, as this investigation is still ongoing, we cannot comment where it was recovered, or who it belonged to at this point. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.”

The victim, whose identity wasn’t released, is not facing any charges, and he and his family declined to speak with reporters … however, a woman who claimed to be the man’s cousin spoke out about the incident on social media, calling out law enforcement for their “disgusting” system and revealing the gunman as a member of the KKK.

“Last week my cousin was shot by his girlfriends father who is a member of the KKK,” the family member wrote on Twitter.

“He shot my cousin 3 times through his car as he was trying to drive away. My cousin [survived] with a pierced lung. Today he was let out on a $500 bond and I am livid. The system is disgusting.”

Civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump brought attention to the case as well when he tweeted about it early Wednesday and also identified Creath as “a known member of the KKK.”

Crump said Creath was “trying to KILL” his daughter’s boyfriend, adding: “When I talk about two justice systems in America — one for Blacks and one for Whites … THIS is what I’m talking about. Our nation’s problems are due to more than a few bad apples. We DEMAND systemic change now!”

The victim also shared gruesome photos of his injuries on social media, including a huge open wound on his leg. “My ancestors had it way worse ….. but look what this white man making me go through,” he wrote.

The leniency of Creath’s charge and his low bail also inspired someone to start a Change.org petition calling for police to upgrade the charges. It has more than 22,000 signatures so far.

“This petition is to bring change to the injustice to the young man that sustained injuries due to racism. Had this situation been vice versa, the black young man that was shot would still be behind bars without the possibility of bond,” the petition reads.

“This story also has not received the attention it deserves on local or national news. The charges should be upgraded to federal hate crime charges with no bond. Please sign the petition to bring justice to the injured young man. The time of turning a blind eye to racism and hate is over. No longer will we tolerate being treated as less than human. We demand justice!”

Jada Pinkett-Smith Denies Romantic Relationship With August Alsina: “Absolutely Not True!”

The true nature of the relationship between August Alsina and Jada Pinkett-Smith (and Will Smith by extension) is turning into a he said, she said situation.

During an interview with Angela Yee to promote his new album, Alsina seemingly confirmed that he was in a romantic relationship with Pinkett-Smith for several years.

“I totally gave myself to that relationship for years of my life. And I truly and really, really deeply loved and have a ton of love for her,” Alsina revealed.

He even added that Will Smith “gave me his blessing” to be in a relationship with his wife.

However, Pinkett-Smith is denying all of this. Page Six reached out to the actress’ reps to comment on Alsina’s assertion.

A rep for Pinkett-Smith says the affair story is “absolutely not true!”

The rep did not give any more comment and Pinkett-Smith has not shared her side of the story. It’s also unclear if she will address it on Red Table Talk or any other platform.

So, while Pinkett-Smith denies a relationship with Alsina, the 27-year-old singer says he was deeply in love with her.

“I devoted myself to it. So much so that I can die right now and be okay with knowing that I truly gave myself to someone. I really loved a person,” he told Yee.

Rumors of a relationship between Alsina and Pinkett-Smith began in 2015 and the two were often seen together in public and on social media.

“Contrary to what people may believe, I am not a troublemaker. I don’t like drama. Drama actually makes me nauseous,” Alsina told Yee during the interview.

“And I also don’t think that it is ever important for people to know what I do, who I sleep with, who I date … but in this instance it is very different because as I said, there are so many people that are side-eyeing me, looking at me questionable [sic].

“I have lost money, friendships, relationships behind it and I think it is because people don’t necessarily know the truth. But I have never done anything wrong.”

The alleged relationship ended in 2018 or 2019 after Alsina’s sister died and he realized he wanted more from a partner than Pinkett-Smith was willing to give.

August said of the Smith family: “I love those people literally like my family. I don’t have a bad thing to say about them. They are beautiful people.”

Will and Jada—who have been married for 22 years—have long faced rumors that they have an open marriage. While they’ve never officially confirmed it, they have both admitted that their marriage is unconventional.

Back in 2018, Smith revealed that he and Pinkett-Smith “broke up within” their marriage and “got back together again.”

August Alsina Confirms Romantic Relationship With Jada Pinkett-Smith: “Will Gave Me His Blessing”

UPDATE: Jada Pinkett-Smith Denies Romantic Relationship With August Alsina: “Absolutely Not True!”

Original story:

August Alsina has seemingly confirmed that he was once in a relationship with Jada Pinkett-Smith … and her husband Will even gave him his blessing!

Rumors that August and Jada were dating first cropped up back in 2016 when he was spotted on vacation in Hawaii with the Smith family.

The following year, he shared a photo of himself with Jada’s mother, Adrienne Banfield-Jones, and captioned the image “Date night.”

In 2018, August appeared on Red Table Talk and explained the nature of his relationship with Jada, and how she helped him battle addiction … but made sure to make it seem as though they were strictly platonic.

“I was on tour or something and you called me and you literally broke down about it,” he said at the time.

“That was the thing. To feel your emotion and to hear you bawling. That was a reality check for me. I was like, ‘Wow, if someone else can love you that much that it hurts them, why doesn’t it bother you that you are actually hurting yourself?’ That moment really changed the trajectory of my life.”

But in 2019 … he released a song called “Nunya,” which had folks speculating that he was talking about his “affair” with Jada. On the track, he sang:

“The time I invested, you can’t give it back. You can’t get mad at the way I react. You had me feeling it was just as an act. YOU’RE JUST AN ACTRESS!! Putting on a show.”

Now, in 2020, August is revealing to the world that his relationship with Jada was real and romantic, and he even sought and received approval from her husband Will Smith … basically proving speculation that Will and Jada are in an “open marriage.”

“I love those people like my family. I don’t ever have a bad thing to say about them. They are beautiful people,” August told Angela Yee in a new interview while promoting his new album The Product III: StateofEMERGEncy.

The 27-year-old singer said at one point during his relationship with Jada, he had a man-to-man conversation with Will Smith.

“I actually sat down with Will and had a conversation, due to the transformation from their marriage to life partnership—that they’ve spoken on several times,” Alsina said.

“And it not involving romanticism—He gave me his blessing—I totally gave myself to that relationship for years of my life. And I truly and really, really deeply loved and have a ton of love for her.”

He continued: “I devoted myself to it. So much so that I can die right now and be okay with knowing that I truly gave myself to someone. I really loved a person.”

Asked if he was disappointed that Jada, who at age 48 is 21 years his senior, never addressed their relationship, August said: “I really can’t even … I never even can get into the thought of that because I’m only responsible for myself, right? I’m only responsible for what I do.”

August also appeared to discuss why his relationship with Jada ended in this clip from his upcoming documentary:

Little Caesars Employees in Ohio Fired for “Accidentally” Giving Customer Pepperoni Swastika Pizza

A pair of Little Caesars employees were fired for preparing a pizza with a swastika made out of pepperoni and “accidentally” giving it to a customer.

According to WJW-TV, Jason Laska stopped by a Little Caesars in Brook, Park Ohio (just outside of Cleveland) on Saturday (Jun. 27) to pick up dinner for his family.

When he got home, his wife Misty opened up the box and saw the symbol, which was popularized by the German Nazi Party in the 1930s.

“She turned and asked me ‘Babe, did you order this, did they make it for you?’ And I turned around and looked at it and I could see the shock on her face and then my jaw just dropped,” Jason told the local news station.

Jason told CNN his wife thought an employee gave him the pizza “on purpose thinking they were targeting me because they stereotyped me or something.”

However, the pizza was pre-made … Jason said he grabbed it from the “hot and ready pizza” warmer.

“I was like they didn’t cut our pizza, but then I stepped back for a second and I saw the symbol. And I looked at him and I was like ‘Hold on, did you have to order fresh pizza or something?'” Misty said.

The Laskas didn’t eat the pizza so that they could keep it as proof, but when they called the store to complain, it was already closed.

“That’s when we posted to social media, wanting to express our anger and show our family and friends what kind of place it was,” the couple told CNN.

Misty shared a photo of the pizza on Twitter, writing: “So my husband stopped at #LittleCaesars for a quick bite, husband brings this home! I’m truly disappointed. This is truly saddening and disturbing and not funny at all! These aren’t funny jokes and shouldn’t be made period and on company time?!”

The next day, Jason and Misty received a call from the store manager.

“[The employees] told him that it was supposed to be an internal joke that they were playing on each other and the other employee, and the pizza was never intended to go out,” Jason revealed told WJW-TV.

Little Caesars said in a statement on Monday (Jun 29): “We have zero tolerance for racism and discrimination in any form, and these franchise store employees were immediately terminated. We’re deeply disappointed that this happened, as this conduct is completely against our values.”

Jason and Misty said they were frequent customers of that particular Little Caesars location because it’s close to their house … but after this incident, they said they’ll never set foot in a little Caesars restaurant ever again.

“It’s unacceptable and in our minds, we are just never going to go back there,” Jason explained.

“We are the type of people that support the diversity in our country, we embrace and love it. We just want to see this hate stop,” Misty added.

Jason also said to CNN: “This is an example of what needs to change in our world. And we hope that people start to realize that and use their time to make those changes and not blast us for trying to do it.”

WATCH: A1 Bentley & Lyrica Anderson Work Through Marriage Troubles on “The Conversation” As Their Mamas Almost Come to Blows

Another Love & Hip-Hop couple is about to sit down for “The Conversation” in a last-ditch effort to save their troubled marriage.

Lyrica Anderson and A1 Bentley will be featured on the Zeus’s latest installment of The Conversation, where they will attempt to address their infidelity and trust issues and try to find a path forward.

“I did you wrong, made a mistake, cheated, you couldn’t get over it,” A1 says to his wife in the newly released trailer.

“I just have a really hard time being with someone that I don’t think it going to be completely faithful,” Lyrica responded.

Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood fans know that the couple’s relationship has been tested for several seasons, with both accusing the other of cheating and having a lack of trust.

The couple ultimately split, and Lyrica moved out of the shared home, taking their 1-year-old son with her.

In the teaser clip, Lyrica and A1 looked like they were making some progress in hashing out their issues … that is until their mothers joined the “conversation.”

Lyrica Garrett and Pam Bentley reignite their years-long feud, even almost coming to blows during their one-on-one sit-down. Production had to intervene to pull the grandmas apart.

Pam even picks up a decorative rock and threatens to throw it at her daughter-in-law. Lyrica G. intercepts and throws something in Pam’s direction.

The whole situation is a mess and does not look productive in repairing the familial relationships and certainly not Lyrica and A1’s marriage.

Ray J and Princess Love was the first couple to appear on The Conversation earlier this year after hitting a rough patch in their relationship.

Princess filed for divorce less than two months after the special aired.

Though it didn’t help them, Ray J and Princess must believe in the process (or the money) because they both serve as executive producers for the Lyrica & A1 special.

The Conversation featuring Lyrica and A1 will air Sunday, July 5th on Zeus.

Will “Knuck If You Buck” Be Canceled Now That We Know Lil Jay From Crime Mob is a Trump Supporter?

Social media is calling for rap fans to cancel “Knuck If You Buck” by Crime Mob after member and producer Lil Jay confirmed that he supports Donald Trump.

Lil Jay was seen on Twitter rocking the infamous red MAGA hat … and the post garnered attention from people on both sides of the political aisle.

His entire timeline is filled with pro-Trump posts, including #maga in his profile, posts that read “All Lives Matter,” and him saying that it’s not a publicity stunt but he has genuine “support” for Donald Trump.

“Yes I really do support Trump yes I do,” he wrote on Instagram. “But it’s my views, you just can’t just wipe it off and say he’s a racist. Look at the speeches, look at his policies, go to the website, and see what he did for black people.”

“Even if you’re not a pro-black for whatever it is, look at the policies. Compare his sh*t to Obama sh*t, when it comes to black people,” he concluded.

Following the announcement, many people took to social media to say that this was enough to cancel Lil Jay’s music.

While the revelation has caused many people to unfollow and call for the cancellation of the rapper’s music, there are also plenty of pro-Trump supporters who have come out and started following the Atlanta-based producer.

Influential Bay Area Rapper Young Curt Dies at 27 After Violent Car Crash

The rap game lost one of the real ones early Monday morning when Curtis Denton, better known as Young Curt, passed away at the young age of 27 years old.

Young Curt had long been a legend in the Bay Area rap scene, putting out hits like “B.A.Y.,” “No Bitch,” and “Game Done Changed” over the past decade.

While Young Curt wasn’t necessarily a household name across the country, many people credit the young rapper for elevating the SoCal sound of influential rappers like Tyga, YG, and DJ Mustard.

Curt was killed after being involved in a violent car crash around 2 a.m. Monday morning (Jun. 29) on Byron Highway south of Brentwood, CA according to authorities.

“California Highway Patrol officers arrived on the scene on Byron Highway just south of Brentwood around 2 a.m. and found an overturned vehicle with a man on the side of the road,” the official report read.

“Officers called in medical support from East Contra Costa Fire, which landed a medical helicopter at the scene to transport the victim to a nearby hospital.”

Authorities attribute the accident to speeding. They believe Young Curt lost control of the vehicle while going through a bend.

The vehicle flipped several times and was “mangled” by the time authorities arrived and it’s believed he wasn’t wearing his seatbelt at the time.

Curt was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival.

As news of the passing spread across the internet, many people took to Twitter to express their sorrow at the loss of such a talented artist.

Aaron Hernandez’s Alleged Prison Boyfriend Gives First Televised Interview: “He Wanted to Marry Me”

Aaron Hernandez’s cellmate and alleged lover has given his first televised interview and is sharing details of their alleged relationship.

In the upcoming REELZ special Aaron Hernandez: Jailhouse Lover Tells All, Kyle Kennedy says Hernandez was his “right-hand man” and “the most [loyal] person I’ve ever met.”

“It was definitely [a relationship]. I mean, the things we talked about, it wouldn’t even be believable. He used to tell me he wanted to marry me. Anything I ever wanted in life, he would make sure it came true.”

Kennedy claimed that he and the former Patriots tight end had sexual encounters “once or twice a week” and they spent as much time as they could together.

“We would lock in to either cook food or smoke, get high, listen to music, just chill when we didn’t want to be around other people, I had never done anything like this before. We used to write letters back and forth to each other all day.”

Kennedy also revealed that the two sold drugs to other inmates every day.

And another inmate previously told authorities that Hernandez was heavily smoking synthetic marijuana in the days leading up to his suicide.

However, a toxicology report showed no drugs were in Hernandez’s system at the time of his death.

In 2017, Hernandez hanged himself with a bedsheet in his jail cell just days after being acquitted of a 2012 double homicide.

At the time of his death, he was serving a life sentence for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd.

Hernandez allegedly wrote a suicide note to Kennedy, but this was denied by Hernandez’s lawyer.

Hernandez is survived by fiancée Shayanna Jenkins and their daughter, Avielle.

Aaron Hernandez: Jailhouse Lover Tells All will premiere Sunday, July 5th on REELZ.

Louisiana Man Arrested After Video Shows Him Beating Down Cop at Hospital; Cop Threw First Punch

Video footage has surfaced showing a Louisiana man beating the brakes off of a police officer Friday night (Jun. 26) after the cop started a physical altercation while trying to detain him.

It all started when someone reportedly called the police on two Black men who were denied entry into a hospital in Alexandria, LA while trying to visit a sick family member, likely due to visiting restrictions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

When a lone police officer arrived, he immediately tried to place both men in handcuffs.

While one of the men was cuffed without incident, the other man—reportedly identified as 20-year-old Jonathan Rhodes—questioned the cop, and was immediately met with violence … which is where the video starts.

The footage shows the cop grabbing Rhodes by his hair and punching him in the face, which results in Rhodes acting in self-defense by returning a haymaker punch of his own, causing the officer to hit the ground pretty hard.

From there, Rhodes was seen straddling the cop and throwing even more punches while hospital workers and other bystanders tried to stop him to little avail.

Rhodes was eventually arrested and charged with battery, resisting arrest, disarming a police officer and misdemeanor trespassing, online records showed.

He remained jailed at the Rapides Parish Detention Center on a $500 bond as of Saturday evening (Jun. 27).

L.A. Dodgers Outfielder Andrew Toles Arrested After He Was Found Sleeping Behind Florida Airport

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Andrew Toles was arrested earlier this week after police said they found him sleeping behind an airport in Florida.

According to the Miami Herald, citing the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the 28-year-old MLB player is facing a misdemeanor trespassing charge.

Authorities found Toles snoozing behind the Federal Express building at Key West International Airport, and he refused to leave when asked several times to vacate the premises.

Toles was then taken into custody and booked into the Stock Island Detention Center on a $500 bond. He has a court date scheduled for July 2nd and remained in jail as of Friday (Jun. 26).

In his arrest report, his address was listed as the “streets of Key West,” and police said all he had with him was a black backpack, suggesting that he’s currently homeless.

Toles played for the L.A. Dodgers between 2016 and 2018, but missed most of the 2017-2018 season after tearing his ACL.

He didn’t show up for spring training in 2019 and left the organization in May, citing personal reasons. He remains on the Dodgers’ restricted list.

Toles—who has a history of mental health issues, including depression and anxiety—was originally drafted in the third round by the Tampa Bay Rays in 2012 out of Chipola College in Florida and was Tampa’s Minor League Player of the Year in 2013. By 2015, however, he was released from the team due to disciplinary reasons.

“He was imperfect, and he began to deal with crippling anxiety,” wrote Pedro Maura of The Athletic in 2018. “He struggled to sleep. Regularly, he showed up late to the ballpark and committed mental mistakes on the field, and regularly he heard from manager Jared Sandberg.”

Toles worked at a grocery store and spent some time in a mental health facility before he was recruited by the Dodgers.
