Florida Woman Caught on Surveillance Video Peeing Into Ice Cream Bucket & Spitting on Ice Cream

Be careful when you buy ice cream this summer folks, because apparently there’s a war on frozen treats.

If you’ve spent any significant time on the internet over the past couple of weeks, you’ve probably heard about (maybe even seen with your own two eyes) the multiple videos of people desecrating ice cream cartons by licking them and putting them back in the freezer.

The girl who kicked this disgusting new viral trend (seen in the video above) off was recently identified by police, but they wouldn’t release her name because they found out she’s a minor, which also means that they can no longer pursue charges against her.

And over the weekend, a Louisiana man was arrested and charged with property tampering and posting criminal activity for notoriety and publicity after he was seen in a “copycat” video opening a Blue Bell ice cream container, licking it, poking it with his finger and putting it back on the shelf.

Now, Florida police are saying that they were forced to arrest a woman after she was caught on surveillance video at a local ice cream shop spitting in ice cream, picking her nose and touching the ice cream, and urinating in a bucket used to churn ice cream, forcing the shop to close for several days.

66-year-old Jung Soon Wypcha of St. Petersburg was charged with criminal mischief and tampering with consumer products, which are both felonies, on Monday (Jul. 8) after befouling around $2,000 worth of ice cream at Lu Lu’s Ice Cream shop in Indian Shores, Florida, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by USA Today.

Wypcha, who is NOT an employee of the shop, was seen on the store’s surveillance tapes tainting their product on several different occasions beginning on June 17th, the affidavit said.

According to the affidavit, there were five incidents of the woman using the bathroom that her business shared with the ice cream parlor with the door wide open and then putting her unwashed hands into the ice cream containers.

The affidavit also said she was seen on camera picking her nose before putting her hands in the ice cream and then spitting into the containers after opening the freezer.

Police said security footage from June 22nd showed Wypcha urinating into a bucket used to church ice cream before emptying the bucket into a rinsing sink used to wash ice cream utensils.

The ice cream shop was forced to destroy all of the ice cream in the store and closed for about four or five days, owner Paul Chiulli told The Tampa Bay Times.

Wypcha runs Indian Shores Food Mart next door to Chiulli’s ice cream shop, and Chiulli believes her beef with them may have been sparked by the ice cream shop’s growing popularity and disputes over parking spaces in the lot their businesses share.

“We didn’t even know she was mad. But I’m guessing it’s from the parking and us being popular,” Paul told WFTS News in Tampa Bay, adding that he’s since cut off access to the shop’s backroom where they keep the ice cream and the bathroom shared between the two businesses.

“Stuff like this can ruin our business and can ruin our lives,” Chiulli explained. “It just breaks my heart,” added his wife Beth.

Arrest records show Wypcha bonded out of jail Monday night, but she didn’t answer the door when an ABC Action News crew went to her house Tuesday.

Her husband, who was working at their food market Tuesday, also refused to comment on the arrest.

Lil Kim Slams “Messy” Andy Cohen & Cancels ‘WWHL’ Appearance: “Put Some F**king Respect on My Name, Period”

Lil Kim has beef with Andy Cohen. She recently canceled an upcoming appearance on Watch What Happens Live! because the talk show host “wanted to be messy.”

The Queen Bee is preparing a promotion tour for her new VH1 reality show, Girls Cruise. However, WWHL is one studio she won’t be visiting because Cohen refused to put respect on her name and wanted to ask off-limit questions.

“I had a cool relationship with [Andy], I thought,” Kim said in a now-deleted Instagram rant. “My publicist and my manager made the executive decision to shut it down.”

We wonder if her beef with Nicki Minaj has anything to do with this new feud.

Kim continued to slam media that choose to focus on petty mess and not her accomplishments.

“At this point, it’s about me,” she said. “I’m that bitch, nothing else. I refuse to f**king keep doing all these interviews, publications, and all of that sh*t if motherf**kers are not going to respect who I am, what I’ve done, where I’m at now.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5cO6vEfDA8

“Put some f**king respect on my name, period,” she continued.

“I’ve been trying my best to do whatever it takes to make my fans happy… If y’all don’t see me doing press it’s cause I’m fighting… These motherf**kers trying to use me for my iconic status for a moment … It be big sh*t going down when I decline something or I say I’m not doing something.”

Though she hadn’t been announced as a guest, Kim’s now-canceled WWHL appearance was expected to be a pre-taped episode. She also canceled appearances on TODAY and Access Hollywood.

Kim previously appeared on Cohen’s late-night talk show back in 2012 when she dissed Nicki Minaj. Cohen asked her about Nicki’s Grammy performance and her single “Stupid Hoe.”

“I’m pretty sure I feel the way everybody else feels right now,” Kim said. “If you have to make a song called ‘Stupid Hoe,’ you must be a stupid hoe. It makes sense.”

Kim’s new show Girls Cruise premieres July 15th on VH1. It also stars Mya and Chilli of TLC.

Kenya Moore OFFICIALLY Signs on for “Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 12, and She’s Already Bringing the Drama

Though we’ve been reporting this for months, I guess it’s officially official: Kenya Moore is returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

People magazine confirms Kenya has signed a contract to appear on season 12 of the reality series as a full-time, peach-holding housewife.

“It going to be a great season,” an insider tells the publication. “Kenya isn’t wasting time reminding everyone why she’s reality TV gold,” another source added.

Kenya has already been spotted filming alongside Cynthia Bailey and Porsha Williams. Nene Leakes, Kandi Burruss, and Eva Marcille are expected to return as well.

Kenya joined RHOA in season 5 and last appeared in season 10 in which she hid parts of her personal life, such as her marriage to Marc Daly, and possibly contributed to her season 11 absence.

“I was disappointed [not to be on the show again],” she said after contract negotiations fell apart. “It broke my heart but with all the stress, I don’t know how I could have done it.”

However, she did make a brief appearance during the season 11 finale, without an invite from producers. Her appearance was the catalyst to the major rift currently between NeNe and Cynthia.

Bravo has not made any comments on casting, but Kenya is fully expected to be twirling again when The Real Housewives of Atlanta returns this fall.

Facially Challenged Singer Daniel Caesar’s New Album Only Sold 1,635 Copies After He Begged Black People to Cancel to Him

Turning against your own people can sometimes have adverse reactions to your success.

Just ask Daniel Caesar, whose sophomore album flopped like a balled up, wet paper towel after he boldly asked Black people to “cancel” him earlier this year.

It all started back in March when the facially challenged singer put on his captain save-a-hoe cape to rescue his friend YesJulz after she was rightfully dragged on Twitter for thinking it’s OK for her, as a white woman, to wear a t-shirt with the N-word on it.

Then there’s this line she rapped in a very terrible freestyle:

“Because my ass is fat and my skin ain’t black, I’m the vulture they’re huntin, and yet they never do nothin, they never give back, they keep killing blacks…”

In defending his melanin deficient friend, the guy with a face only a mother could truly love made some pretty ridiculous comments about how Black folks are way too sensitive and should be more like White people.

We’re not going to repeat everything Black Gollum said (because he said a mouthful), but you can read all about it (and watch his IG Live video) here.

Cliffnotes: It was trash. But this is the part of his rant that really matters:

“I’ve said what I’ve said before and y’all tried to cancel me and I apologized like a bitch. I don’t believe in that shit ’cause I think you guys are wrong and I think I’m right … and you can cancel me. Don’t listen to my next shit if you think I’m shitMake me broke, make me suffer for my opinion. I believe in it.”

Anyone with good sense in their heads would know that condemning and alienating a group of people who make up the majority of your fanbase is career suicide, but unfortunately for Mr. Unfortunate Face, he didn’t get that memo.

When his second studio album, Case Study 01, was released nearly two weeks ago on June 28th, industry insiders predicted it would sell only 3,000 copies (aka “pure sales”), which is already a pretty pitiful projection.

And according to our good friends over at That Grape Juice, the Canadian singer actually sold LESS than the predictions!

In its launch week, ‘Case’ moved a total of 22,000 units (a figure powered by 20,465 units generated on the likes of Apple Music, TIDAL, Spotify and Deezer) but only sold 1,635 copies….one of the lowest opening figures Billboard has ever seen.

As a result, it will spend its first week at #14 in the US after opening at #89 in the United Kingdom and #186 in Belgium.

Uhm. Wow. Ouch?

Now, mind you, Ceasar’s debut album Freudian, released in 2017, received critical acclaim and earned him three Grammy nominations, as well as a trophy, for the song “Best Part” with H.E.R.

Of course, all of that was before the human eyesore begged Black people to cancel him. And it looks like he got his wish.

Meanwhile, Black Twitter’s response to Dusty Daniel’s album flopping has been a resounding “That’s what your black ass gets,” with some inquiring about his White homegirl’s current whereabouts.

As the old saying goes: “Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it.”

Beyoncé & Blue Ivy Wore Matching Alexander McQueen Outfits to “The Lion King” Premiere in Hollywood

Beyoncé and her oldest daughter Blue Ivy were gracious enough to bless us with their presence Tuesday night (Jul. 9) at the world premiere of Disney’s The Lion King in Hollywood.

Of course, the rest of the cast was there, but all eyes were on Queen Bey and Princess Blue once they hit the red carpet.

According to Women’s Wear Daily, Beyoncé was wearing a custom, crystal-embroidered tuxedo dress designed by Alexander McQueen, which matched her seven-year-old daughter’s similar beaded blazer outfit, also by McQueen.

Beyoncé voices adult Nala in The Lion King—a live-action remake of the award-winning 1994 Disney classic—which also stars Donald Glover as adult Simba, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa and Billy Eichner as Timon. James Earl Jones reprises his role as Mufasa.

The new “Lion King” is directed by Jon Favreau and features original music that will be included on not just one, but two soundtracks, one of which was produced by Beyoncé and includes her latest single “Spirit.”

South Carolina Police Use Old Photo of DMX to Sketch Attempted Murder Suspect, Rapper Responds

DMX is the face of a police wanted poster and he didn’t even do anything.

A police sketch of an attempted murder suspect released by the Columbia Police Department in South Carolina has gone viral because it bears a striking resemblance to the rapper DMX.

The rapper was stunned to learn of the police sketch, especially given that he’s currently on parole and his past run-ins with the law. He told TMZ:

“That’s definitely a picture of me. Think about it. You never see a police sketch with that much detail on it. police sketches be like, outline sh*t. It be like, real quick. That’s a f*ckin’ drawing right there. That ain’t no sketch.”

“He look exactly like me,” he added with a laugh. “[S]omebody drew a picture of me and they added hair to it. You know I’m on parole, man.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBr3oPNZDQA

And here’s the thing—the DMX likeness of the sketch wasn’t exactly an accident.

“The witness said to us, ‘The guy looks a lot like DMX,'” said South Carolina Law Enforcement Division Spokesperson Thom Berry.

So what did the “very well trained and respected” forensic sketch artist do?

They found a dated photo of DMX from the Ruff Ryders website and used it as the basis for the sketch. Input from witnesses altered major details such as hair and a fuller beard.

“We always let the witness dictate the process and how everything unfolds,” Berry added. “We make sure the witness sees everything we do and is comfortable with whatever rendering that we make.”

However, South Carolina newspaper, The State, noted the eerie similarities between the sketch and the photo of DMX used to create the composite.

In the suspect’s sketch and the photo of DMX, the angle and light source are the same. The eyes look the same direction. The curl of the left side lip is similar. A bit of the left ear pokes out. The shape of the inside of the right ear looks like a keyhole and is nearly the same in both renderings. A shadow between the left nostril and cheek match.

Police are looking for an attempted murder suspect who shot and wounded a 27-year-old man following an argument on June 19th. The sketch was released on June 24th.

Columbia Police confirms DMX, who is in New York, is NOT a suspect in the case.

Wendy Williams Is Dating a Doctor, But It’s NOT Criminal Justice Expert Dr. Darrin Porcher

Who is Wendy Williams’ mystery man?

The talk show host recently confirmed that she’s off the market and dating a doctor. Naturally, gossip sites are trying to identify her new fling and one particular name has hit the blogs.

Criminal justice expert and former cop Dr. Darrin Porcher was reported to be the new man in Williams’ life yesterday (Jul. 8). However, the report has been confirmed to be false and Porcher commented on the rumor himself.

“It’s flattering to hear, but it’s not the case,” Porcher told Page Six. “I’m in a relationship.”

Porcher did admit that he has recently interacted with Williams in a professional capacity. “I just worked security for her for a couple of weeks after she filed for divorce,” he said.

He went on to joke that he wished the Williams rumors were true, but he backtracked on the joke out of respect for his current significant other.

“I wish that was the case, but I shouldn’t say that because I do have somebody,” he joked. “I should say, fortunately, that’s not the case.”

Porcher has a Ph.D. and is currently a professor at Pace University. He has also previously appeared on The Wendy Williams Show as a correspondent during her “Hot Talk” segment.

Williams tearfully revealed to her audience that she is dating a 50-something doctor and is very happy in the new relationship.

“I’m not in love but there’s somebody that I’m crazy about,” she said.

However, she remained mum on his identity and wants to keep the relationship private for now.

“I am not gonna say one more word. You’re not gonna blow this for me,” she joked.

This is Williams’ first exclusive relationship since filing for divorce from Kevin Hunter in April after 21 years of marriage.

WATCH: Stevie J & Faith Evans Fail Miserably at Attempt to Dispel Rumored Marriage Issues Days Before 1-Year Anniversary

Well, that was an interesting encounter.

Stevie J and Faith Evans attempted to deflect breakup rumors, but the couple didn’t seem too convincing.

“Da Jordans” are just days away from their 1-year wedding anniversary. However, last week the couple sparked speculation there was trouble in paradise after they unfollowed each other and posted cryptic social media messages.

TMZ caught up with Stevie and Faith on Monday (Jul. 8) while they were leaving the Essence Festival in New Orleans and asked about the rumors.

“What the hell did we do now?” Faith asked the reporter while also playing coy about unfollowing Stevie on social media.

Stevie tried to lean in for a kiss to dispel the rumors, but his wife quickly pulled away after a barely-there peck on the cheek.

Though the gesture was telling, Faith admitted she “thinks” she’s in love. “You can’t believe everything that you hear,” she added.

Since last week’s “trouble in paradise” rumors, Da Jordan’s have re-followed each other on social media. Faith has a photo with Stevie as her Instagram avatar and Stevie recently praised his wife in an IG post.

“#DaJordans So grateful for another successful weekend, business as usual. Baby, a true performer & she burning all stages down,” he wrote.

August Alsina is trying to keep his spirits high for his fans and himself. He is currently hospitalized after suffering mysterious complications from his auto-immune disease.

On Monday (Jul. 8), Alsina shared a health update with his followers in an Instagram video.

He revealed that he experienced temporary paralysis and was admitted into the hospital for tests, which found that he has some nerve damage.

“I woke up one day and wasn’t able to walk,” he said. “I couldn’t feel my legs.

“My doctor ended up admitting me into the hospital. They’re doing a bunch of tests. He said I have some nerve damage going on throughout my whole body that I have to go into a recovery process for. It’s like my immune system just went on vacation. So, I’m just waiting on it to come on back so we can get together and do what it do.”

He also showed off his new car: a walker. He joked that the new whip is clean and gets him from Point A to Point B.

In the video’s caption, Alsina thanked his fans for their support and apologized for missing a previously scheduled performance at Essence Festival.

“I’m here with the stitch & to also apologize for not being able to make the essence fest gig last night. I take my career & your time very seriously & the fact that you guys show up for me, endlessly. Means the world!” he wrote.

“I’m man down right now, & figured I should share…that My auto immune disease is raging, but im fighting this thing & on my mission to shake back & be able to make it up to you! I got so much NEW NEW to share w/ you!” he continued.

The R&B singer recently revealed that he has privately battled liver disease and an auto-immune illness for years.

He says the health issues are hereditary and that his father and grandfather both passed away from complications.

“I have a liver disease where my autoimmune system is fighting against itself,” he told Jada Pinkett-Smith.

“I don’t really like to talk about it because I’m not looking for anybody’s sympathy. Don’t treat me like I’m a f**king cancer patient, ’cause I’m not.”

We wish August Alsina a fast recovery.

Wendy Williams Reveals She’s Dating a Doctor, NOT the 27-Year-Old Boy Toy She Was Pictured With: “Mother Doesn’t Deal With Children”

After a five-month hiatus and an eventful vacation, Wendy Williams finally returned to her daytime show on Monday (Jul. 8).

The refreshed host spilled all the details about her break and also confirmed that she’s got a new man in her life.

“I’m not on the market anymore,” she told her co-hosts. “I’m not in love but there’s somebody that I’m crazy about.”

“It’s not who you think,” she quickly added, addressing rumors that she’s dating a 27-year-old named Marc Tomblin. “Mother doesn’t deal with children.”

The 54-year-old, who filed for divorce from her husband in April, tearfully revealed that she’s seeing man also in his 50s and she seems very happy with the new relationship.

“You all thinking I’m messing around with a 27-year-old? Twenty-seven-year-old boys quite frankly do find me attractive. I get it. But when it comes time for the comfort of a man, I need somebody in his 50s too. And he’s gotta work. It helps that he’s a doctor. He’s been married. His kids are in their 20s, and yes, he’s black. He’s brown-black.”

Williams didn’t offer any more details about the mystery man or the relationship.

“I am not gonna say one more word. You’re not gonna blow this for me,” she joked.

However, she did mention (by name) the 27-year-old boy toy she was seen photographed with in Los Angeles and in New York.

“Here’s me and Marc running around town,” she said as paparazzi pics of the pair flashed behind her.

“He’s from LA. He came to New York. He had never been to New York before. Skyscrapers and everything,” she said. “I’m a hand holder. If we go out, I’m holding your hand.”

Williams says she and ex-felon Tomblin are just friends and were only having a good time.

“Mother doesn’t deal with children, but it just so happens that I guess with my charm and wit, I attract people of all ages,” she said.

In addition to giving an update on her relationship status, Williams also shared other details about her vacation, including vising Kim Kardashian and Kanye at the home, having brunch with Kris Kardashian, attending a pride event with Blac Chyna, and finding peace in Idaho and Arizona.

Williams is in the process of divorcing Kevin Hunter after he allegedly fathered a child with his mistress. They were married for nearly 22 years and shared a 19-year-old son.

Williams has often said that she doesn’t like being single and enjoys the companionship of a man.

Hopefully, this new relationship brings her much peace and happiness after the tumultuous months she’s recently endured.

Cameron Boyce’s Grandmother Was Part of Historic Group of Black Students Known As the “Clinton 12”

Disney Channel star Cameron Boyce star died Saturday night (Jul. 6) at the young age of 20 years old, leaving behind a grieving family, including his mother, father, sister, grandmother and other relatives.

“It is with a profoundly heavy heart that we report that this morning we lost Cameron,” the Boyce family said in an official statement. “He passed away in his sleep due to a seizure which was a result of an ongoing medical condition for which he was being treated.

“The world is now undoubtedly without one of its brightest lights, but his spirit will live on through the kindness and compassion of all who knew and loved him.”

Boyce starred on the Disney film series The Descendants as well as the hit TV show Jessie, and fans were shocked to hear of his untimely death, which came out of nowhere because apparently no one outside of his family even knew he had an illness.

Cameron Boyce was the product of an interracial marriage—his father, Victor Boyce, is Black, and his mother, Libby Boyce, is White.

Cameron was of African and Caribbean descent through his father, and through his mother, of Jewish descent.

In a recent interview, he talked about how his grandmother on his dad’s side was an inspiration to him due to her being a pioneer of the Civil Rights Movement.

Back in 1956, a year before the Little Rock 9, a group of children became known as the “Clinton 12” after they made headlines all over the country for being the first Black students to attend Clinton High School in Tennessee following the Brown vs. Board of Education Supreme Court decision.

Cameron’s grandmother, Jo Ann Allen Boyce, who was only 14 years old at the time, was a part of that historic group.

Once Jo Ann and the other students began attending Clinton, they faced verbal and physical racism from classmates and community members.

“She had to be so brave,” Cameron told Dazed magazine back in March. “She had to face death threats, berating and violence just to go to school. She’s a hero—they’re all heroes.”

“We had no idea that this would have a historical impact,” Jo Ann said to The Washington Post in February.

In December 1956, Jo Ann’s father moved their family from Clinton, Tennessee to Los Angeles, California.

She graduated from Dorsey High School in 1958 and attended Los Angeles City College where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Jo Ann went on to work as a registered nurse at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles for three decades before eventually retiring.

She also released a book earlier this year titled The Promise of Change: One Girl’s Story in the Fight for School Equality, which is loosely based on her real-life experience of being a part of the desegregation of Clinton High School.

The book received the 2019 Boston Globe-Horn Book Award for Nonfiction, according to Heavy.com.

Back in 2016, during Black History Month, Cameron paid homage to his grandmother in a short feature for Disney XD sharing her story about being part of the Clinton 12.

The segment featured the entire Boyce family, including Cameron’s mom and dad, Victor and Libby, and the actor’s sister Maya.

“My Nana stuck up for what she believed in and did something amazing,” Cameron told People in 2016 in a feature for Black History Month honoring his grandmother.

“Things are going to happen in your life and you’re going to face adversity, but if you grow from that and learn from that, you’re a better person because of it.”

Ryan Destiny Joins “Grown-ish” Season 3 Cast Following “Star” Cancellation

Many were shocked to learn that the Fox series Star was canceled after three seasons. Despite its unexpected cancellation, one of its leading ladies has already landed her next job.

Ryan Destiny—who played Alexandra Crane in Star—has landed a role in season 3 of grown-ish (the spinoff of black-ish) which follows Yara Shahidi’s character’s college experience.

“Super exciteddd. Love this show!” Destiny tweeted after the official grown-ish Twitter account announced the casting news earlier today (Jul. 8).

Destiny will portray a new character named Jillian—a transfer student who joins Zoey and her clique of college friends.

According to the character description:

[Jillian is] a transfer student from an HBCU who has come to study filmmaking at Cal U. Smart, worldly, and cultured, Jillian can talk art and music with Luca, politics and activism with Aaron, and also fits right in with Zoey and her eclectic crew of girls.

Destiny will star alongside Shahidi, the newly-announced Ariel of Disney’s live-action Little Mermaid remake, Halle Bailey, Chloe Bailey, Trevor Jackson, and Diggy Simmons.

The Freeform comedy began production of season 3 today and is currently airing season 2B.

The new gig is only another reason for Destiny to celebrate. Though Star is officially canceled as a series, Lee Daniels announced it will return at some point next season as a 2-hour TV movie in order to properly wrap loose storylines.

“We’re gonna make something real special for you to scream about, with all of our cast members — even the dead ones,” Daniels shared on Instagram last week.

Viral Video Shows Massive Brawl Between Family Members in Mickey’s Toontown at Disneyland

Video footage showing a family engaged in a massive brawl in Mickey’s Toontown at Disneyland has gone viral on social media.

The video—which has amassed millions of views on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter—starts out with a man in a pink shirt arguing with a woman in a white tank top. After the woman spits in the man’s face, he retaliates by repeatedly punching her.

The man with the woman in the white tank top then jumps in and the two men exchange blows while their children cry in the background and parkgoers look on in horror.

As the fight escalates, the man in the white shirt steals on the woman with the man in the pink shirt when she tries to break up the fight, and complete chaos ensues as everyone starts throwing punches indiscriminately.

The man in the pink shirt is seen grabbing the woman in the white tank top by her hair as he punches her in the head.

An older woman in the family can be seen getting up from her mobility scooter, and when she tries to get in the middle of the free-for-all, she gets knocked to the ground and is unable to get back up without help.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qPSpPcjz3FA

The fight briefly calms down as the family tends to the older woman, but it starts right back up after the man in the pink shirt punches the woman who started the fight and throws her to the ground.

“Wassup! I’m ready to go to jail tonight!” the man in the pink shirt yells as he paces around the scene.

When the woman with the man in the pink shirt walks up to the man in the white shirt, pink shirt grabs her and escorts her back to the other side with their group.

After someone in their group alerts the man in the pink shirt that the woman with him (presumably his girlfriend) is the one who hit his mother (the lady in the scooter) and knocked her to the ground, he unleashes a brutal attack on the woman, hitting her with several blows until she collapses as he shouts “You hit my mama b**ch?!”

At that point, park security and other bystanders step in to help break the fight up, and a small group of men tackled the guy in the pink shirt and pinned him to the ground.

The video ends after the man gets up and threatens whoever put him in a headlock. “Who choked me out?!” he asks angrily. “Don’t you ever put your hands around my neck, you b**ch a** n***a, whoever the f**k you is!”

Police said all parties involved were members of the same family, but they were unable to make any arrests due to them being uncooperative and unwilling to press any charges against one another.

Police also said there was no video available when the incident was reported, but now that they are aware of the video that has since gone viral, detectives will be following up to see if any criminal charges can be filed.

A spokesperson for Disneyland confirmed the fight took place Saturday evening (Jul. 6) and the entire group was kicked out of the park.

“Any type of violence is inexcusable and will not be tolerated,” the spokesperson said. “Those involved were immediately removed from the premises and turned over to the Anaheim Police Department.”

Man Kills Teen Because the Rap Music He Was Listening to Made Him Feel “Unsafe”

An Arizona man was arrested last week after he was accused of killing an innocent teenager in a brutal stabbing all because he felt threatened by the music the teen was listening to.

27-year-old Michael Paul Adams was charged with first-degree, premeditated murder of 17-year-old Elijah Al-Amin, The Arizona Republic reports.

Adams admitted to stabbing Al-Amin to death around 1:42 a.m. early Thursday morning at a Circle K gas station after he heard the teen playing rap music in his car.

According to the Arizona Department of Corrections, Adams had just been released from prison on Tuesday.

Court records say Adams told police hip-hop music makes him feel “unsafe” because he had been attacked by people who listen to rap music in the past, and he also said that people who listen to rap music are a threat to him and the community.

Adams said he felt threatened by the music, not the teen himself, so he needed to be “proactive rather than reactive.”

Al-Amin had just finished his shift at Subway at 11:30 p.m. and met up with his girlfriend. On his way home, he stopped at the Circle K just after 1:40 a.m.

Surveillance footage from the store shows Elijah Al-Amin walking into the building and Adams following behind a few seconds later.

Adams then walked around the store before lunging at the teen and using a pocketknife to stab the boy in the back before slitting his throat, police records show.

The teen ran out of the store before collapsing near the gas pumps. He was taken to a nearby hospital, but was pronounced dead around 2:05 a.m. Thursday, authorities said.

After a brief search, Adams was found near the Circle K covered in blood, and police arrested him after he admitted to being involved in the horrific stabbing.

Elijah’s father said he told his son not to come home late, so he became worried after he didn’t hear from him for several hours.

“2 o’clock came, 3 o’clock came, 4 o’clock came, I kept calling, calling, calling, texting, texting, texting, and I wasn’t getting a response,” Elijah’s dad told KHOVA News. “I just had a feeling that something wasn’t right.”

Al-Amin’s father said he went to his son’s girlfriend’s house and asked her if she knew where he was. That’s when he found out his boy had been stabbed and was rushed to a hospital.

“You took a helluva kid,” he said when asked if he had a message for his son’s killer.

Elijah’s dad described him as a “good kid” with “so many dreams” he wanted to accomplish.

“He wanted to be in hotel management, he wanted to move to Seattle, he wanted to move different places,” Elijah’s dad said.

“I miss my son,” Elijah’s father added, fighting back tears. “He was a good kid, very good kid, always willing to help kids, help people in general. Always happy go lucky…”

Michael Adams was booked into a Maricopa County jail and is being held on a $1 million bond.

Video Shows Homeless Black Man Getting Shot in the Head After Fleeing Georgia Deputies for Loitering

A homeless Georgia man is fighting for his life after being shot by a police officer and his family is demanding justice be served.

34-year-old Nicholas Bolton was shot in the head after leading police on a car chase in Coweta County.

In the body camera footage obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, an officer patrolling Newnan Crossing Shopping Center finds Bolton asleep in his car at the shopping center around 2:30 a.m. early Sunday morning (Jul. 7).

“Do you have a reason to be here?” the officer asks Bolton.

Bolton’s response to the officer can’t be heard in the footage, but it’s assumed that he said no because the officer responded back to him saying “Then, you’re loitering.”

Moments later, officers ask Bolton to show ID and step out of his vehicle.

“You going to get out, or you going to go to jail?” an officer can be heard saying.

Bolton is then commanded by officers to turn his car off, but instead, he can be seen in the footage driving away, leading police on a car chase.

The footage shows the car chase last for less than a full minute and authorities can be seen using a pit maneuver to trap Bolton’s car.

As officers are getting Bolton to a stop, one deputy can be seen firing a shot into the windshield of Bolton’s car striking him in the head.

The officer who fired the shot has been identified as John Collins. Bolton was taken to Atlanta Medical Center and is said to be clinging to his life.

The Coweta County Sheriff’s Office released in a statement that Collins’ actions were “necessary and justified.”

According to authorities, Bolton’s car was still in drive and his tires were spinning when Collins shot him in the head. They said Collins feared his colleague was going to be run over by Bolton.

However Bolton’s lawyer Tanya Miller is calling for justice in his name and says that Bolton never caused harm to officers during the encounter.

“You saw that the officers had guns drawn from all angles and clearly Nicholas was boxed in with no place to go,” Miller told the AJC.

“Rather than take him into custody, shooting to kill was apparently easier, with the limp excuse that he was trying to hurt them.”

Miller also said that it is a miracle that Bolton made it out alive.

“He jumped out of his car in two seconds and fired a kill-shot into that windshield, striking him in his head,” Miller said. “It’s a miracle that he is alive.”

Bolton’s father, Irwin Bolton Sr., and his brother, Irwin Bolton Jr., have also spoken out on the incident and are asking for prayers for Bolton to have a speedy recovery.

“I feel like it wasn’t called for. I’m shocked that this happened to my son, because I looked at the justice system differently,” Bolton’s father told 11 Alive News.

Bolton Sr. also said the footage shows that his son was in fear of his life when officers confronted him.

“It shows that he was in fear for his life,” he said. “You could see it in his face. He wasn’t aware of what was going on he was just coming out of his sleep.”

Bolton’s brother told news that he recently hit hard times and it eventually led to the tragic event.

“He’s always been a loyal hardworking person. He had just hit hard times, and that’s where we got to this point.”

Since the shooting, officer Collins has been placed on leave. The incident is under investigation.

Disney Channel Star Cameron Boyce Dead at 20 After Suffering a Seizure in His Sleep

Cameron Boyce, a Disney Channel actor known for his roles in the film Descendants and the TV show Jessie, has died at the young age of 20 years old.

Boyce’s family issued a statement confirming the sad news Saturday night, saying that his cause of death was due to “an ongoing medical condition.”

“It is with a profoundly heavy heart that we report that this morning we lost Cameron,” the Boyce family said.

“He passed away in his sleep due to a seizure which was a result of an ongoing medical condition for which he was being treated. The world is now undoubtedly without one of its brightest lights, but his spirit will live on through the kindness and compassion of all who knew and loved him.”

The statement continued: “We are utterly heartbroken and ask for privacy during this immensely difficult time as we grieve the loss of our precious son and brother.”

The Disney Channel also released a statement on Boyce’s passing, writing: “From a young age, Cameron Boyce dreamed of sharing his extraordinary artistic talents with the world. As a young man, he was fueled by a strong desire to make a difference in peoples’ lives through his humanitarian work.

“He was an incredibly talented performer, a remarkably caring and thoughtful person and, above all else, he was a loving and dedicated son, brother, grandson and friend.”

Cameron Boyce & Adam Sandler in “Grown Ups 2” (2013)

While Boyce was well-known for his Disney Channel roles, you also may remember him from Adam Sandler’s “Grown Ups” movies. Boyce co-starred in both films—Grown Ups (2010) and its 2013 sequel Grown Ups 2—as Sandler’s spoiled son, Keith.

He made his acting debut in the 2008 horror film Mirrors when he was just nine years old and achieved fame as one of the leads on the Disney Channel series Jessie, starring as Luke Ross throughout the show’s four-season run.

Boyce also starred in the 2015 Disney Channel film Descendants, as well as its two sequels.

ABC News reported he was set to appear as a series regular in the upcoming HBO series Mrs. Fletcher, starring Kathryn Hahn, as well as the TV spinoff of the film American Satan, called Paradise City, about rock stars navigating the music industry, however, it isn’t clear if he was able to shoot any scenes for those projects prior to his death.

Back in March, in an interview with Dazed magazine, the young actor talked about his career and how he felt like it was his responsibility to be a good role model for the kids who look up to him.

“Being on the Disney Channel, I understood that I was going to affect a lot of young people,” he said. “I’m gonna be 20 in five months, I’m an adult, but I understand that there are nine-year-olds watching my every move, so I try, at least in a public, to be as good of a role model as I can.”

Boyce also talked about his spirituality and how it had grown in recent years.

“I’ve gotten way more spiritual than I ever have been,” he explained. “I’ve never been particularly religious but I have recently acknowledged the universe and its crazy powers, and that will probably fluctuate for the rest of my life. But I believe in a lot of things that you hear, I believe in karma, I believe that things happen for a reason. I believe that if you put an energy out into the universe, you’ll receive it back.”

Black Woman Says She Had to Switch Seats on Spirit Airlines Flight After White Woman Refused to Sit Beside Her

A woman’s Facebook post has gone viral after sharing her worst airline experience ever because a white woman refused to sit next to her.

On June 25th, Tiarra Dowdell’s flight from Detroit was delayed 12 hours so Spirit Airlines placed her on another flight. Once boarding the plane, a white woman refused to let Dowdell take her seat, possibly because she was black.

Despite being booed and called racist by others, the white woman did not allow Dowdell to sit and the flight attendants did little to intervene in the matter.

A white passenger agreed to switch seats with Dowdell, which the white woman took no issue with.

Dowdell shared the experience in a series of Facebook posts.

“I board the Chicago flight and the open seat they gave me was next to a Russian woman, who refused to let me sit by her. Like refuses it to the point that she is arguing with the flight attendant about how she is not going to let me sit by her.

“Luckily there were other (white) people on the plane who chose to switch seats with me so I wouldn’t have to sit by her which she happily allowed. I have never experienced this before. I’m so upset that I couldn’t lay hands on this lady. So appreciative of the other passengers who just rallied around me, held my hand and really prayed with me.”

After the flight, Dowdell says the racist white woman attempted to apologize and claimed the issue wasn’t because she was black. The woman said she didn’t want Dowdell to sit next to her because she was told the seat would be empty—a lame excuse.

The woman also went on to complain to the airline because passengers booed her and called her racist.

Dowdell also slammed the Spirit flight attendants for simply calling her a “team player” instead of doing more to aid in the situation.

“My thing is after refusing to let me sit down the flight attendants should have made her move,” she wrote.

“The attendants thanked me multiple times for being a team player… I said why do I have to be a team player to someone who is obviously putting her racist cards on the table. Them allowing her to block the seat should have been enough for them to escort her off the plane. But Obviously her being comfortable was more important.”

She also recorded a special video message for those who have shown her support since sharing her experience.

She explained that even though she was placed in such a demeaning situation, she didn’t want to appear as the “angry black woman” and will file a complaint at the corporate offices of Spirit airlines.

Walmart Murder Suspect Tells Victim’s Father Why He Killed His Son: “He Was a Rotten Piece of Sh*t That Got Me F**ked All the Way Up”

A South Carolina man was charged with murder after he shot and killed another man in broad daylight at a Walmart in Greenville.

Deputies with the Greenville Police Department said calls reporting shots fired inside the Walmart Supercenter on White Horse Road came in around 1:30 p.m. early Friday (Jul. 5) afternoon.

When the deputies arrived, they found one man dead near the front of the building. The police said they quickly found out the suspect and the victim knew each other and had some sort of altercation in the store that led to the shooting.

The murder suspect, 33-year-old Braylon Lamar Morris, was taken into custody a short distance away from the store, Fox Carolina reported, and he was charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

The victim was later identified as 45-year-old Michael Jason Deck of Pickens, who suffered gunshot wounds to his head and torso, the Greenville County Coroner said.

Morris was denied bond during a hearing at the Greenville County jail Saturday morning (Jul. 6).

Deck’s father made an appearance at the hearing and said he wanted to know why Morris “would just completely murder my son in the middle of Walmart?” He asked: “What was the reason?”

Deck asked the judge if he could speak, which he allowed.

“The reason why I murdered your son,” Morris started, “When I first met him, he was a good dude. He was solid, his word was his bond.”

Morris continued: “He introduced me to a poison motherf**ker. You know Scotty Pope? His homeboy? His brother, Scotty Pope? Well he was a rotten piece of sh*t that got me f**ked all the way up. That’s why he dead. He threatened to kill my life, so I said ‘When I see you, it’s [on sight].'”

Deck’s father told Morris he hopes he pays for it, to which Morris replied he already is. “I’m paying right now, cash money, my life,” he said, as the judge ordered him to calm down.

According to The Greenville News, court records show that Morris has a long criminal history that dates back to 2004.

He’s been on the hook for drug charges, a charge of assault with intent to kill and misdemeanor charges. In 2015, he was arrested for attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, but those charges were dismissed.

If Morris is convicted in the Walmart shooting, he could face up to 30 years in jail.

Lee Daniels Says ‘Star’ is Coming Back to TV As a 2-Hour Movie to “Wrap Things Up”

If you’re a fan of the recently canceled Fox series Star, then boy do we have some good news for you.

Lee Daniels announced last night that the show will be returning to television!

But before you get too excited, you should know that Star not coming back for a full season, however, it will get a proper send-off as a two-hour film, according to Daniels himself.

“I wanted to share some and news and good news,” he said in a video posted Friday (Jul. 5) to his Instagram. “The bad news is that Star is not getting picked up for series. Too long of a story to cry about.

“But the good news is that we’re doing a movie of the week to wrap things up for y’all. We’re gonna make something real special for you to scream about with all of our cast members, even the dead ones.”

Daniels didn’t say where the movie will air (whether on Fox or another network or possibly a streaming service) and he also didn’t elaborate on whether or not it will air in its entirety or as a two-part movie special.

Fox canceled Star back in May, just two days after the shocking Season 3 finale that TV Guide described as an “absolute bloodbath” and featured at least one major character death.

The musical drama series’ cancellation also came on the heels of the Jussie Smollett controversy, which obviously put Daniels in a very awkward position with Fox, who ended up also announcing that Daniels’ other show, Empire, would only be getting one more season.

Daniels tried shopping Star to other networks, but ultimately wasn’t able to get any of the big ones to bite, which he apologized for near the end of May.

“I tried my best, guys…But in a nutshell, it ain’t happening. I did my best,” he said at the time.

The finale movie sounds like a great compromise for everyone.
