Ever since Donald Trump came into power, Kim Kardashian has been channeling her daddy, Robert Kardashian, and getting really acquainted with the legal system.
Her most high-profile case was, of course, Alice Johnson, who she was instrumental in freeing last year. But, according to TMZ, quiet as its kept, Kim has been BUSY giving more inmates their wings.
We’ve learned Kim and her legal team helped 17 prisoners gain freedom over the last 3 months or so — each of them having served years of life sentences without parole … for low-level drug offenses.
It’s all part of the 90 Days of Freedom campaign launched by Kim’s lawyer, Brittany K. Barnett, in partnership with lawyer MiAngel Cody of The Decarceration Collective. The campaign puts the First Step Act — signed by President Trump last year — to work for prisoners who received Draconian sentences.
Kim is footing the bill while Barnett, who also co-founded the Buried Alive advocacy group, and Cody handle the lawyering. We’re told Kim’s been secretly funding the campaign over the past few months.
I mean, good for Kim! It seems like she finally found her calling after decades of wasting time partying and having sex with Ray J on tape.
Just imagine how much further along she could have been in her legal career if she’d gone to college for a law degree like everyone else?

18-year-old Devon Erickson has been identified as one of two shooters accused of wounding nine students at a K-12 STEM school in Douglas County, Colorado on Tuesday (May 7).
According to parents of students at STEM School Highlands Ranch, one of the shooters pulled a gun out of a guitar case in a classroom and opened fire on a number of students.

One reporter hailed Castillo as a “hero” who “faced the gunmen … seeking to save the lives of his companions.”
At least four of the victims were treated and released from hospitals by Tuesday evening.
Investigators described the second suspect as a juvenile male but haven’t released his name, nor have they revealed a motive or explained the roles Erickson and the unnamed second suspect played in the shooting.
“We know that two individuals walked into the STEM School, got deep inside the school and engaged students in two separate locations,” Douglas County Sheriff Tony Spurlock said. “There were a number of students that were shot and injured.”
Officials said Devon Erickson was a student at the school, and prior to Wednesday’s events, the only thing on his record was “a Feb. 13, 2018, ticket in Douglas County for careless driving,” according to 9 News.

Police in Louisville, Kentucky have charged a man with murder after he punched his newborn son after a losing a video game, sending the infant to the hospital where he later died of his injuries.
Police said 26-year-old Anthony Trice was home alone watching his 1-month-old son De’Anthony Trice on Friday (May 3) while playing a video game in his bedroom. When he started to lose the game, Trice became angry and threw the controller, police said.
Authorities said Trice then directed his anger to his innocent baby, hitting the child in the head with his fist, which caused serious physical injury.
After hitting the child, police said Trice then picked the crying infant up in an attempt to soothe him, and while carrying him into the kitchen, Trice dropped the baby, then picked him up and continued to the kitchen to make a bottle, WDRB reported.
Investigators said Trice then brought the baby back into the bedroom, “propped him up in a seated position,” put a blanket in front of the baby and placed the bottle in his mouth.
Trice then reportedly left the baby alone to use the bathroom. When Trice came back to the bedroom, he noticed the baby was distressed and called 911.
Tanjia Howlett, De’Anthony’s maternal grandmother, told WLKY News Trice called the boy’s mother after he dropped him.
“He was like, ‘Get to the hospital. The baby was throwing up milk. So, I told my daughter, ‘Why would he take the baby to the hospital for choking on baby milk?’,” she said.
De’Anthony was rushed to Louisville’s Norton Children’s Hospital, where he clung to life for two days before dying of his injuries Sunday night (May 5).
Anthony Trice was arrested Saturday and initially charged with first-degree criminal abuse. Police added a murder charge after the baby died Sunday.
Trice pleaded not guilty to the murder and the first-degree criminal abuse charges in court Monday (May 6) and a judge raised his bond to $1,000,000 full cash—meaning he can’t pay 10% ($100K) to make bail.
De’Anthony’s aunt, Ronika Tunstill, said she and her sister left the baby with Trice to go out for Derby weekend.
Tunstill said before leaving Trice’s apartment, Trice talked about how excited he was about buying new clothes for his newborn son.
“We were talking about the clothes that he got and what he was about to get him and stuff,” Tunstill said. “Everything was fine, like, they weren’t arguing. My sister and her boyfriend weren’t arguing or none of that.”
To help cover De’Anthony’s funeral costs, his grandmother started a GoFundMe that has so far raised more than $3,000 of its $5,000 goal.

“We need your help,” the GoFundMe reads. “Some of you have seen on the news we were recently hit with a tragedy. My grand baby was severely beaten by his father and the baby De’Anthony Trice lost his life on May 5, 2019. None of us saw this coming and the [sic] We need help to burial my grandson. Cardi lived up to this year’s “Camp: Notes on Fashion” theme by wearing an over-the-top “anatomically correct” ruby red gown featuring a corset that accentuated Cardi’s waistline and bust, with embroidered red beads made to look like nipples, as well as “yonic embellishments” (Google is your friend) and a heart-shaped cutout on her butt.
According to Vogue, the custom-made Thorm Browne gown “extends outward in concentric circles for about ten feet.” It’s made of tulle and silk organza and was also decorated with 30,000 burned and dyed coque feathers.
Cardi’s look was finished off with a bugle-bead headpiece Browne made in collaboration with Stephen Jones.
The massive gown took 35 people and more than 2,000 hours to create.
“I designed this dress for Cardi specifically because she has the ultimate beauty in a woman’s body, and that is what the dress is about for me: taking advantage of that beauty,” the designer said.
Kodak Black just dropped an insane amount of cash on a pacifier covered in diamonds.
TMZ reports the “ZEZE” rapper spent “a whopping $180,000” on a brand new diamond necklace and matching diamond pendant in the shape of a pacifier.
Celebrity jeweler Eliantte told the gossip site the pacifier charm hangs from a Hermes link chain and the entire necklace features 98 carats of blue and white diamonds.
Eliantte said he and Kodak have been collaborating on the piece for a few years and he’s finally able to show off the finished product.

In possibly one of the biggest goofs in television history, a Starbucks cup was spotted in a scene on Sunday night’s (May 5) episode of HBO’s Game of Thrones.
After last week’s “The Long Night”/Battle of Winterfell episode aired, fans took to social media to complain about how dark the picture was.
Well, it’s obvious screens were a bit brighter for this week’s “The Last of the Starks” episode because several eagle-eyed viewers noticed this:

The domestic violence incident between Raz B and his girlfriend that led to the B2K singer’s arrest in Minneapolis last week will reportedly be featured on the next season of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood.
Sources close to production snitched to TMZ that Raz B would be joining the show’s upcoming sixth season. According to The Jasmine Brand, Raz’s B2K bandmates Omarion, Lil Fizz and J Boog will be on the VH1 reality show as well.
TMZ reports that Raz inked a deal with the show last month and started filming a few weeks ago.
The gossip site said VH1 cameras have reportedly captured all of his ups and downs on the B2K reunion tour, but surprisingly were NOT rolling during his arrest for allegedly strangling his girlfriend last Wednesday (May 1) just hours before he was scheduled to hit the stage in Minneapolis.
Ultimately, a single charge of domestic assault by strangulation was dropped by prosecutors due to lack of evidence in the alleged incident.

Kevin Hunter has filed court documents seeking spousal and child support from Wendy Williams in their divorce.
The amount of money he’s asking for hasn’t been disclosed, but, according to the docs (obtained by TMZ), the adulterer wants Wendy to foot the entire bill for their 18-year-old son Kevin Jr.’s college expenses.
Wendy Williams filed for divorce from Kevin last month after 20 years of marriage.
The divorce filing came after allegations of abuse that became too evident to ignore and after Kevin’s longtime mistress Sharina Hudson gave birth to a love child believed to be Kevin’s.
Since the divorce filing, Kevin has been terminated as executive producer of The Wendy Williams Show and has also been fired as Wendy’s manager.
It was reported just weeks ago that Wendy had completely cut Kevin off financially and had separated their assets, which explains why he’s seeking alimony.
Raz B was officially released from police custody Friday (May 3) after spending two days behind bars for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.
The B2K singer was booked on a single charge of domestic assault by strangulation Wednesday after he allegedly strangled his girlfriend during a heated argument outside a Macy’s in Minneapolis.
TMZ reported over the weekend that Raz—who said his girlfriend attacked him and he was simply defending himself—won’t be charged for the incident because the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office dropped the case after they were unable to gather enough evidence to successfully prosecute him.
Raz missed a string of dates for B2K’s “Millenium Tour” due to his arrest, including Wednesday night’s show in Minneapolis, a concert in Little Rock, Arkansas on Friday, a show in Alabama on Saturday, and last night’s concert in Mississippi.

Remember that wild tale about the twin sisters who got pregnant by the same guy? Well, one of them is speaking out and telling her side of the story, and it sounds nothing like the original version.
You remember the story: A man named Keonyae met twin sisters Nia and Nydia at a gym where he’s a personal trainer, and somehow ended up getting them both pregnant just a month apart from each other.
Keonyae told The Shade Room all parties involved were OK with the situation and have been living happily as a “throuple” as they wait for the babies to arrive.
He even posted on Instagram: “I bet [I’m] the only n***a y’all know wit twin baby mommas and both kool wit it.”
But according to one of the sisters, that couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact, there’s a lot more to the story than what Keonyae originally revealed.
A screenshot showing Nydia venting on a Facebook group called “Mommy & Me” has been floating around social media, and she spilled ALL the tea about the “situationship” between herself, her baby daddy and her sister.
According to Nydia, when Keonyae bragged on social media about getting twin sisters pregnant, he left out a number of key details, including the fact that he already has kids and is still “dating” his baby mama.
Even worse, Nydia said she didn’t find out her sister had also gotten pregnant by Keonyae until just a little over a month ago.
“I just found out April 1st that while him and his other [baby mama] were dating he got my sister pregnant as well and that she is due a month after me,” Nydia shared. “When I found out it hurt me. Alot,” she added. “Can’t even be excited to be an aunt.”
Nydia went on to say that her sister wants to give her baby for adoption “so we can have a normal life,” and Keonyae wants to keep the baby, but “me and her feel like he ruined that chance when he wanna make it seem like we in a polygamy relationship.”
“I would never f**k on the same n***a as my sister,” she said. “Just gross.”
Nydia said that she’s now having to worry about a DCFS investigation due to Keonyae’s clout-chasing on social media, and he also caused her to get arrested just days before her due date.
Two Florida teenagers are thanking God for answering their prayers after a boat named “Amen” rescued them after they were stranded in the middle of the ocean.
High school seniors Tyler Smith and Heather Brown were with a group of their classmates from Christ’s Church Academy when everyone went to Vilano Beach to celebrate senior skip day on April 18th.
Smith and Brown, who’ve been friends since they were 8 years old, separated from the group and spotted an island nearby.
When they tried to make a swim for it, they ended up getting stuck in the middle of the ocean for two hours and had to be rescued, which they attributed to a quick last-minute request to the man upstairs.
Smith said they first went for a red buoy a few dozen yards away, but the distance appeared to grow larger. He then told Brown they’d aim for the direction of the St. Augustine Lighthouse because of its proximity to the coastline — but that suddenly looked harder to do, too.
“We started to realize we were getting further away from the lighthouse rather than getting closer,” Smith told CBS News. “That’s when we started to freak out.”
“This current pushed us so far we couldn’t do it,” Brown added. “At that point, we knew were in trouble.”
Desperation was settling in and exhaustion started to become a factor. They linked arms and floated together; otherwise, Brown feared, “If we kept swimming, we would have drowned.” As they floated, they prayed for help.
“When we linked arms, honestly cried out to God, ‘If you’re out there, please send something to save us,'” Smith said. Around 30 minutes later, a boat en route from South Florida to New Jersey spotted them.
“It came out of nowhere,” Brown said. “When I saw it, I knew we were getting out of here.” At that point, her first thought was, “God is real.”
The crew on the boat hauled them in and gave them blankets to warm up. Captain Eric Wagner had a surprising yet fitting revelation for the teens — the boat’s name is the “Amen.” Both teenagers were safely returned to shore.
On Thursday, they spoke to the captain via Facetime for the first time since their encounter at sea. Smith said Wagner felt “God sent him there.”
“They weren’t even supposed to there,” Smith said of the boat. “The ocean was really bad that day. The water was really choppy but he and his crew decided to wait it out.”
With graduation weeks away and college on the horizon, the teens are thanking God and Captain Wagner for their rescue.
“He obviously has a plan for us,” Brown said. “We’re not supposed to leave this earth yet.”

R. Kelly is currently being investigated for sex trafficking among other crimes in the state of Illinois, and it sounds like he’s going to have a helluva fight on his hands in court if state prosecutors have their way.
TMZ reports that federal investigators in Illinois are looking for more sex tapes that allegedly show the troubled singer with underage girls to help build a solid case against him.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois is interviewing parties closely associated with Kelly. We’re told prosecutors have been asking about the possible existence of VHS tapes purportedly showing Kelly having sex with minors.
Rumors about an alleged stash of R. Kelly sex tapes have been floating around since Kelly went to trial on child porn charges back in 2008, but it’s never been found … not by law enforcement, anyway.
As we’ve reported … the feds are building another case against Kelly in Illinois, which we’re told is entirely separate from the 2 probes currently underway in New York — one by the Eastern District and another by the Southern District.
We’re told feds in Illinois are investigating Kelly on 3 different fronts: sex trafficking, tax evasion and obstruction of justice.
In terms of obstruction … we’re told prosecutors have been asking people close to Kelly an array of questions focusing on his 2008 trial, believing Kelly and his handlers may have pressured witnesses. Some of the questions involve alleged payoffs to prevent witnesses from testifying in court or speaking out publicly.
We reached out to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, but it declined to comment.
Meanwhile, R. Kelly’s attorney, Steven Greenberg, says, “The purpose of this, as with all investigations, is to see if there was or was not wrongdoing. It certainly does not mean there was.”
If R. Kelly goes down over this, it’s his own damn fault. He had no business having sex with underage girls in the first place, and then he had the nerve to put that nasty sh*t on camera and keep the videos as trophies.
Diana Ross says that she was treated like a queen while spending time in New Orleans recently. But when she got to the airport, it was a totally different story.
Ms. Ross performed at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival Saturday (May 4). She went through nine costume changes as she thrilled the crowd, performing an 80-minute setlist featuring a slew of hits dating back to 1964.
“I love New Orleans it was an incredible night at the jazz fest,” she tweeted afterward.
Then she got to the airport and everything went to hell.
Apparently, a TSA officer was a bit too handsy while searching Ms. Ross, who complained via Twitter that it felt more like she was being “violated” rather than being routinely searched.
The legendary performer tweeted: “OK so on one hand I’m treated like royalty in New Orleans and at the airport I was treated like sh*t.”
She explained that she didn’t have a problem with the actual airport or the airline she used (Delta), saying it was the TSA agents who were “over the top” and made her “want to cry.”
Ms. Ross added: “[It’s] not what was done but how … I am feeling violated – I still feel her hands between my legs, front and back (saying to me [it’s] her job) WOW!! Really mixed emotions … I always like to see the good things but not feeling good right now.”

Ross’ fans on Twitter were far from pleased about her bad experience at the airport in New Orleans.
“Whoever is treating Ms. Ross like this in 2019 can pull up,” one user said in response to Ross’ tweet airing out her grievances.
“Ms. Ross, please have your lawyers contact TSA…their leadership needs to answer why their employees were so inappropriate with you,” said another.
Another fan suggested in the future she charter a private plane and fly through New Orleans Lakefront Airport, where she’ll get the “royal treatment” she deserves.

Brooklyn Nets star D’Angelo Russell was cited for marijuana possession in New York Wednesday night (May 1) at LaGuardia Airport after TSA officers reportedly found marijuana hidden inside a container made to look like an Arizona Iced Tea can in his luggage.
DLo’s luggage was searched before his flight to Louisville took off from LaGuardia airport around 7 PM … when a suspicious can of Arizona Iced Tea flagged the system.
As it turns out, it wasn’t just an ordinary can of tea — it was one of those “cans” that actually has a secret compartment people use to hide their drugs (y’all stoners know what we’re talking about).
We’re told there was more weed found in a grinder inside the fake can as well.
Law enforcement sources tell us Russell initially tried to say the weed belonged to his brother, but he was alone and in possession of the bag.
TMZ Sports has learned that Russell was cited for possession of marijuana (under 50 grams) … and was allowed to leave. We’re told the summons usually results in the defendant paying a fine.
The Brooklyn Nets released a statement Thursday afternoon, saying, “We have been made aware of the situation involving D’Angelo Russell and are in the process of gathering more information at this time.”

Fortunately for D’Lo though … this little incident won’t affect his value as a free agent, and the Nets still plan to offer him a deal to extend his contract before he officially hits the market on July 1st.

Remy Ma is confident that the video evidence her attorneys will present in court when she answers to her assault charge later this month will be enough for prosecutors to drop the case.
Remy turned herself in to police early Wednesday (May 1) and was booked for misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching fellow Love & Hip Hop New York castmate Brittney Taylor in the face backstage during a concert at NYC’s Irving Plaza.
She was released on $1,500 bail Wednesday evening, and the judge put her on an 8 p.m. curfew and ordered her not to have any contact with Taylor.
Because Remy is out of jail on parole after serving six years in prison for shooting her former friend in 2007, Taylor’s assault allegation sparked an investigation not only into the alleged incident, but also into whether or not the incident is a possible parole violation on Remy’s part.
But Remy’s defense team has evidence that they believe will clear Remy of the assault allegations and she won’t even have to worry about the possibility of going back to jail.
Remy’s lawyer, Dawn Florio, explained to TMZ that the “All the Way Up” femcee has security cameras installed throughout her house, and the timestamp on the footage will prove that she was at home at 9:30 p.m. on April 16th—which is the same time Brittney says Remy punched her.
So that means unless Remy can travel faster than the speed of light, or be in two places at one time, it would have been physically impossible for her to attack Brittney as claimed.
Florio added that prosecutors were “dumbfounded” in court earlier this week when the defense told the court they had evidence supporting Remy’s claim that she was nowhere near Taylor when she was allegedly punched.
Florio said that once the court reviews the security footage, the prosecution’s case against Remy will crumble and they’ll have no choice but to drop the charges.
And not only that, but Florio says there’s no surveillance footage from Irving Plaza backing Taylor’s claim that she was assaulted backstage in the venue’s green room area.
Additionally, Florio said Remy went to Target to pick up some stuff for her baby and didn’t even arrive at Irving Plaza until around 10:45 p.m.—more than an hour after the alleged incident occurred and just 15 minutes before she hit the stage at 11 p.m.
Remy’s attorneys also reportedly obtained a photo of Brittney from the night of the alleged assault with a timestamp hours afterward that shows no visible marks on her face.
Long story short … Remy’s legal team feels like their evidence is solid enough for Remy to be confident that the assault charges will be dropped and she won’t be headed to jail for violating her parole.
Even if the criminal charges are dropped though … Remy still has to worry about the civil suit Taylor plans to file against her.
Taylor claims she suffered serious personal injuries from the alleged assault and will most likely be seeking a cash settlement from Remy for damages.
Despite Remy’s denials, however, Brittney previously insisted (via her attorneys) that she has “confidence in our system of justice.”
Brittney’s lawyer, Sanford Rubenstein, said in a statement: “This arrest demonstrates how serious this matter is, it is real life and not reality TV entertainment.”
Florio praised her client—who just welcomed a new baby with her husband Papoose in December and also has an 18-year-old son from a previous relationship—as “the absolutely perfect parolee” since being released from prison in 2014.
However, Florio noted that the allegations also made Remy’s parole officers tighten the conditions around her freedom, including requiring her to now wear an ankle monitor and submit to an earlier curfew.

“Avengers: Endgame”—the sequel to “Avengers: Infinity War” and the culmination of 21 feature films and 11 years of production—officially opened in theaters worldwide last weekend.
Joe Russo—one half of the Russo Brothers director team—spoke with The Blast and talked about how happy he was with how fans (some, not all) have made sure not to reveal spoilers on social media and anywhere else.
But he made it a point to mention that it’s OK for people to talk about the movie’s plot in detail after this weekend.
“I think people have really been treating us with a lot of integrity,” Russo said while walking through Manhattan Thursday (May 4).
“We’re really happy. We’ve just asked everybody to hold spoilers until this Monday. After this Monday, it’s fair game because everybody’s had two weekends to see it and I think people want to start talking about the movie.”
“Endgame” had the biggest global opening in film history with an unprecedented $1.2 billion opening its first weekend in theaters, which included a record $357 million opening weekend in North America.
Impressively … those numbers don’t even include the money the film earned last Thursday (Apr. 25). If you combine Thursday’s revenue and the revenue generated during the first weekend, “Avengers: Endgame” earned nearly $1.8 billion worldwide its first few days out.
The film, which stars Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man along with a slew of other Marvel heroes, is also now on track to have the highest-grossing second weekend in North American history.
In case you didn’t know, the record for the biggest second weekend is owned by “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” which made $149 million domestically its second weekend out in 2015, according to Comscore.
But early estimates Friday (May 3) showed that “Endgame” will definitely top that, with $175 million reported in North America so far (not including Saturday and Sunday).
FYI: “Avengers: Endgame” ($1.8 billion) is already the fifth highest grossing movie of all time, behind last year’s “Infinity War” ($2.05B), 2015’s “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” ($2.07B), 1997’s “Titanic” ($2.2B) and the highest grossing film ever, 2009’s “Avatar” ($2.8B).
A Houston senior is making history at his prestigious private school. He just became the first black valedictorian in the school’s 119-year history.
Kellin McGowan is St. Thomas High School’s 2019 valedictorian, earning the honor with a 4.57 grade point average.
“It was a mixture of ‘Yes I did it’ and ‘Wow, mind blown’. I’m excited,” Kellin said.
“Kellin has always been an academic stud. Just an all-around great kid,” Principal Aaron Dominguez told Fox26. “I’m super proud of you,” he told Kellin in the halls of St. Thomas High.
And becoming the first black valedictorian of the school is not lost on Kellin, either.
“It’s surprising but I’m glad these barriers are being broken,” the 17-year-old added.
St. Thomas High opened in 1900 and the first black student wasn’t enrolled into the early 1940s.
Though it took nearly eight decades for Kellin’s history-making moment, he hopes it ushers in a new era for the school and society.
“People have these misguided notions of what it means to be African American. I believe by seeing an African American do well in an institution like this, they can see there is more to us than what they think,” he said.
In addition to being valedictorian, Kellin is a permanent member of the exclusive St. Thomas Club.
Membership is only granted to students who maintain a 4.0 GPA for seven consecutive semesters. That’s certainly quite an achievement.
Kellin is also the secretary of the National Honor Society, a member of the student council, and the recipient of the Albert R. Gaelens Award, which is given to students who exemplify the school”s motto: “Teach Me Goodness, Discipline and Knowledge.”
Kellin’s English teacher even described him as a “superhero [with] a cloak of humility.”
“We don’t have to know everything—that is God’s job. And Kellin McGowan is God’s superhero,” Mr. Darrel Yarbrough said.
Kellin will attend the University of Chicago in the fall and major in political science. He has aspirations of becoming an immigration lawyer.
“I’m looking at Immigration Law, because I just want to help people seeking better lives and I believe I can do so,” he said.
Kellin McGowan’s advice to other students: “You can do anything that you set your mind to and don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do anything.”

Disney voice actor Jim Cummings—who is best known as the voice behind Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Mickey Mouse’s arch-nemesis Pete and many others—has been accused by his ex-wife of a number of disturbing things, including raping her in front of their children and abusing animals.
The 66-year-old actor is currently engaged in a court battle with his ex-wife Stephanie Cummings over the alleged abuse that occurred between 2011 and 2018 after their divorce, The Blast reports.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, Stephanie claims that since her divorce from Jim, he “has engaged in physical, sexual and emotional abuse including but not limited to death threats, rape, and various sexual deviant behavior forced upon me without my consent.”
Stephanie also notes that Jim is a “very successful voice over actor. He has provided voices for such films as ‘Winnie the Pooh,’ ‘Lion King,'” and adds that “he has done over 250 voices.”
She claims to have obtained two separate domestic violence restraining orders against the 66-year-old star, including after an incident on August 31, 2011, when she says Jim came over to her home and slapped her on the buttocks and forced himself on her in front of their 4-year-old daughter.
“He later came up behind me,” she claims, “grabbed my arm, spun me around, and forcefully put his hand on the back of my neck and kissed me while holding me in place against the wall.”
She says after the kiss, Jim asked if she could “see him leaking, because that’s what I make him do when he touches me.” Stephanie says she felt “humiliated and degraded” in front of their child, and allegedly reported the incident to the L.A. County Sheriff, who advised her to get a domestic violence restraining order.
According to documents, Jim did not dispute the incident but remembers it differently than his ex. The Disney star said he was “joking and laughing” with Stephanie, and then “I touched her slightly on the butt.” He says Stephanie gave him a consensual hug and says “the whole incident was happy.” He added that his ex-wife, “who is much taller than I am, and a large woman, made no objection to anything.”
Stephanie also claims that she was raped by Jim in 2013, and allegedly filed a police report over the incident but did not give more detail. In open court testimony, Stephanie describes how she entered rehab after the rape for “co-dependency” and Jim showed up to the facility unannounced and was asked to leave.
She claims that Jim would frequently “without consent, would touch my buttocks, my groin, and my breasts. He would hold me in place attempting to kiss and fondle me. He would spank me in front of our daughters. He would then follow up by making sexual comments to me that I found repugnant.”
Of all the inappropriate comments he allegedly made to the former couple’s daughters, Stephanie claims Jim commented that he was allowed to “touch Mommy’s breasts since he had paid for them.” Stephanie broke down in tears on the stand while recalling some of the comments made to her by Cummings.
In documents, Jim addressed the situation, writing in an email to Stephanie, “Shame on you, you’re [sic] distortions are obscene. ‘forcing’? Please, everyone, Gracie myself and especially YOU were all giggling and laughing, it was pleasant to have one moment of light-heartedness. We both erupted into laughter…I’m hardly the first person in the world to point out one ‘catches more flys [sic] with honey than vinegar’ for you to overlay a reference to being a whore is little too telling, Let’s get this over with for the love of God.”
The ex-couple has also been fighting for custody and support payments and, in legal documents, Stephanie claims Jim would withhold payments of support and “demand sex from me in exchange for meeting his support obligations.”
In 2015, she claims Jim showed up to her home and confronted her while on a date with an off-duty police officer, and the man was forced to pull his gun to make Jim leave the scene.
Stephanie says the constant harassment from Jim resulted in a decline in her health, so in 2017, she moved to Utah with their two daughters.
During a visit to see the children, she claims Jim asked to stay at the house and she allowed it. However, during the middle of the night, she claims Jim was “standing over me with his erect penis in my hand. He was using my hand to stroke his penis while my youngest daughter was asleep on the other side of me. She was 10 years old at the time.”
Stephanie explained, “I told him to stop and get out of the house. He refused. He then came back and did the same thing, insisting I masturbate him or he would wake Lulu up. I did as he asked given his threat to wake up my daughter and my worry that I could not control what he would do in front of her.”
After that incident, Stephanie says she obtained the second restraining order against Jim, which was filed in Utah. In 2018, both Stephanie and Jim testified in court and the restraining order was issued against Jim for two years.
Stephanie also said Jim has had longstanding history of drug abuse, stating in court documents, “The primary reason James and I separated was his abuse of alcohol, marijuana, and Adderall.”
Stephanie said during one particular rehab stint in 2010 (his second that year alone), he was kicked out after just five days after he was caught abusing Adderall.
Stephanie claims after she and Jim split, between 2012 and 2018, he showed up at her house multiple times “uninvited while intoxicated or high on Adderall.”
Stephanie also accused Jim of once abusing the family puppy to the point where it almost died.
She said when the newly purchased puppy urinated in the house, Jim “took the dog and placed it inside a metal bucket outside of the house on a day which it was over 100 degrees, then left it there for a long time,” adding, “The dog came close to dying.”
Jim acknowledged in court documents that he put the dog in a “tub” as a form of discipline and then forgot it was there “for a while,” but claimed the pet was ultimately fine.
Stephanie said in another incident, Jim had “taken a broom and hit the puppy so hard that he shattered the puppy’s hip necessitating surgery.”
Stephanie is fighting for full custody of her daughters because she believes their lives are in danger around Jim, who she says is a “much smaller version of Harvey Weinstein” and needs help for his alleged addictions.
Stephanie also testified in court that Jim currently lives with a former sex worker.
“Winnie the Pooh lives with a whore, pays a whore to pretend to be his girlfriend, rapes and abuses the mother of his kids,” she said, adding that Jim has tried to get her to “kill herself” and has also referred to their daughters as “n-word babies.”
Meanwhile, Jim claims Stephanie has previously threatened to ruin his celebrated career, once allegedly telling him, “I will go and I will ruin your reputation … I am going to tell people Winnie the Pooh is a woman beating, drug addicted freak!”
Jim said the recent alleged outburst came after he refused to take Stephanie to the premiere of the Disney movie “Christopher Robin” in 2018.
