Adrienne Bailon & Israel Houghton Are “Saving Themselves” Until Marriage

Nothing about Adrienne Bailon and Israel Houghton’s 9-month courtship has been traditional. However, the engaged couple has decided to put one aspect of their relationship on hold before they walk down the aisle.

During their recent co-ed wedding shower (Oct. 15), Bailon revealed to People magazine that the two are waiting until after they are married to have sex. Fellow The Real co-host Jeannie Mai was in charge of the shower games, but some were a little naughtier than Bailon anticipated and that’s when she opened up about their intimate life.

“Jeannie is a game host for all time. She had people reenacting moments in our relationship and then some that were very risque since we’re saving ourselves.”

It’s not totally shocking that the couple would be celibate until marriage as religion is extremely important to both Bailon and Houghton; they say it’s one of the reasons they fell in love. In fact, Haughton is a gospel singer and a former pastor.

However, it does become interesting because it seems it’s difficult for Houghton to keep his pants zipped. It was recently revealed that Houghton allegedly fathered not one, but two children outside of his previous 20-year marriage. He has even been sued to pay child support for the children.

Also, based on the timeline of their relationship, many have suspected that Bailon and Houghton began dating while he was still married to his wife. Bailon shot down these rumors on her talk show, stating Houghton was in the process of divorce before she became romantically involved with him.

On the bright side, Ciara and Russell Wilson were also celibate until their honeymoon, and it seems to have worked out for them. Bailon and Houghton are expected to wed before the year’s end.

As the political circus officially known as the 2016 election cycle draws to an end, our two presidential nominees Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump squared off Wednesday night (Oct. 18) for the third and final presidential debate, which aired live from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.

Though this debate in particular lacked the fireworks we witnessed in the previous two debates, Donald Trump was still Donald Trump as he ducked and dodged questions questions like the professional liar that he is.

The debate, which was moderated by Fox News anchor Chris Wallace, aired on every major news network and was also live streamed online via YouTube, Facebook and Twitter, as well as various news sites such as Reuters, MSNBC, CNN and C-SPAN.

As we previously mentioned, this debate is the most important because it is one of the last chances for either campaign to sway voters and will mark the official countdown to Election Day on November 8th, which is less than three weeks away from today.

The debate featured six 15-minute segments, with each devoted to a single topic: debt, immigration, the economy, the Supreme Court, foreign hot spots and the candidates’ fitness to be president.

On Wednesday, October 19th at 9 p.m. ET at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will face off in the third and final 2016 presidential debate.

This debate is the most important as it is one of the last chances for either campaign to sway voters and will mark the official countdown to Election Day on November 8th, which is less than three weeks away from today.

Hillary came out of the first two debates with wins so the odds are in her favor to take home a third and final win, especially since Trump’s campaign has been going into a downward spiral with the now infamous leaked tape in which Trump bragged about how his fame gives him the privilege of grabbing women by the p***y.

The third and final presidential debate will be moderated by Fox News anchor Chris Wallace and will be in a more traditional form. The audience isn’t allowed to cheer/boo so that both candidates can focus on giving clear and coherent answers.

The debate will feature six 15-minute segments, with each devoted to a single topic: debt, immigration, the economy, the Supreme Court, foreign hot spots and the candidates’ fitness to be president.

As for how you can watch the debate, if you prefer the “old school” method (i.e. TV) the following broadcast networks will be airing it live: ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS and Univision. The following cable networks will also air the the debate live: CNN, Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, MSNBC, CNBC, Fusion and C-SPAN.

If you don’t have a television or prefer to watch the debate online, a number of networks, like NBC for instance, are hosting live streams either through their own websites or via YouTube. Jazmine Sullivan Dragged on Twitter After Eulogizing Thomas “TC” Clay by Explaining How She Curved the Late Gospel Singer

Of all the celebrities, Jazmine Sullivan is probably the last person you would expect Twitter to drag. Unfortunately, that day came as the singer made the poor decision to post an extremely strange eulogy for Thomas “TC” Clay that primarily focused on how she curved the late gospel singer for a year.

TC passed away from a still-unknown cause Saturday (Oct. 15) and was found in his New York hotel room. Sullivan took to her own Facebook account on Wednesday (Oct. 19) to remember him as the guy that was “bothering” her for a year who she replied to “maybe 3 times.” She even went as far to say, “I know u still gotta crush on me in heaven.” To make matters worse, she ended the post with a picture of herself looking “sad.”

Though Sullivan has since deleted the insensitive and self-centered post, here is a screenshot of her full statement:

Twitter immediately began dragging Sullivan online, which caused her to become a trending topic and also prompted the Grammy-nominated singer to delete her post.

It’s clear that Jazmine Sullivan did not have the best experience with TC. So, what exactly was the point of this post? I hate saying what celebs should or shouldn’t do, but in this particular situation, a simple “Rest in peace” or “RIP” would have been the most appropriate acknowledgment of his passing. Better yet, she could have not posted anything at all. Both options would have spared her from the current Twitter dragging.

Beyoncé: Not Even a Bleeding Ear Could Stop Her From Slaying TIDAL X 1015 Performance

When you’re Beyoncé, nothing on this earth can stop you from putting on a show.

Your group mate falls on live television? The show must go on. You trip and fall down stairs while performing live in concert? The show must go on. Your hair gets caught in a fan? What about if your signature ponytail snags your earring, ripping it out of your earlobe, and causing blood to run down your ear? Guess what? THE. SHOW. MUST. GO. ON.

Beyoncé headlined the second annual TIDAL X charity concert over the weekend, and her show-stopping performance included dancing holograms, moving shelves and a certain level of tenacity that allowed her to continue performing even though her ear was bleeding.

After performing “6 inch” (a song from her visual album Lemonade), while transitioning into the next song, “Haunted” (from her surprise 2013 album Beyoncé), somehow Beyoncé’s dangling earring got caught on her long ponytail and was ripped from her left ear.

However, being the professional that she is, she didn’t even notice until she had already started singing, and at that point, she was all, ‘IDGAF, THE SHOW MUST GO ON ON.’

She wiped her ear, looked at the blood on her fingers and kept on going as if nothing had even happened. If you weren’t really looking closely, you may not have even noticed it. That’s just how it is when it comes to Beyoncé and her onstage snafus. She could lose a foot while performing and you probably wouldn’t even notice it until someone on Twitter pointed it out. THE GIRL IS JUST THAT GOOD.

After performing “6 Inch” and “Haunted,” Beyoncé returned to the stage at the end of the concert and closed it out singing “All Night,” another song from Lemonade. As the 9-minute performance ended, Bey reminded the crowd and everyone watching the live stream of the importance of voting next month.

“It can be easy to feel helpless and want to just block the world out. But doing nothing right now is not an option, y’all,” she said. “I know it seems like things are bad, but if you think they can’t get worse, just ask your grandparents. Remember Barack Obama is our president. You made that happen. Young people made that happen.”

She added, “We are not helpless. The fire is still burning. Please go out and vote this November. So many people have died and sacrificed so much for us to have our voice. We have to use it. Get in formation, use our voices to do something great for our children.”

You heard the Queen! Unless you’re OK with an old, angry cheese puff becoming the next POTUS, you better make sure you “get in formation” and VOTE on November 8th (November 28th if you’re voting for Trump).

Love & Hip Hop Hollywood Recap: Moniece’s Sex Tape Makes Everything Messy

For most of the third season of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, Moniece Slaughter has been in charge. She’s struck back at her enemies, both big and small, and laughed in the face of her rivals.

After successfully vanquishing Brandi Boyd and Princess, Moniece was sitting comfortably in her evil throne, but she forgot one truism: What goes up, must come down.

While Moniece has had the upper hand for some time, a reversal in fortunes came her way when Jason Lee, the blogger behind Hollywood Unlocked, decided to arm Princess and Brandi with the ammo to truly bring her down: Footage from an unauthorized sex tape.

Now I don’t know if Moniece’s mama was a nun in a former life, but for some reason, when Moniece catches wind through her baby daddy Lil’ Fizz that Jason Lee is shopping a sex tape of her around, she turns into a scared little girl.

But let’s start at the beginning, shall we?

Jason is invited to a studio session with Princess, Brandi, Max and Ray J. However, he’s not there to hear the latest Ray J mixtape: He’s there to screen Moniece’s sex tape to her arch enemies.

For some strange reason, Ray J, a man who built the second wind of his career on a sex tape with Kim Kardashian, feels like this is “going too far.” He takes every opportunity to let it be known that he’s disgusted by this and that he’s too classy for this trash.

You really lose the credibility to take the high road when you put out trash like “Hit It First,” which features you bragging about sleeping with Kanye West’s wife first, though.

Princess and Brandi are all about it though and they crack jokes about Moniece’s butthole being hairy. You can’t blame them for being petty. Moniece did drag the hell out of them the last time they met so turnabout’s only fair play.

While Brandi and Princess are now firmly in control, Brandi’s husband, Max, starts to feel guilty about his role in taking Moniece down because he has a friendship with Lil’ Fizz, Moniece’s baby daddy.

So Max calls Fizz for a man-to-man meeting in a dark alley.

Max explains the entire situation to Fizz and lets him know that Moniece attacked his wife at her event by exposing her pending court case, and that Brandi and Princess have linked up with Jason Lee to expose Moniece with an embarrassing sex tape.

Fizz is embarrassed that his baby mama is once again in the middle of some mess, but to protect his son, he once again plays Captain Save-a-Ho and tries to clean up Moniece’s mess.

He calls in a favor with Jason Lee for a meeting because apparently they have a “cool” relationship.

Fizz spends much of the meeting licking his lips and pouting in Jason’s direction. I can’t tell if he’s trying to intimidate him or come on to him. But he insists he needs Jason to “dead” the sex tape for the sake of his son. The whole thing is very strange.

And then, just when it can’t get anymore awkward, in shuffles Moniece with a lacefront wig, sunglasses and Chinese slippers that make her look like Cousin It.

Standing on very little legal ground, Moniece does her best to pretend like she’s making legal claims by stating in big girl English to Jason: “I do not consent to dissemination of this tape and I will have my attorney reach out and that’s how I’ll get the name.”

But Jason ain’t never scared.

And he feels he’s acted within his rights and the law. Guess we’ll see who’s right if this goes to court.

Ray J’s Mama Is Not Here for His Wedding to Princess

If there’s one thing that most people should know by now when it comes to these LHH shows, it’s that you don’t ever, ever wanna mess with the mama.

Ray J, as much of a player as he is, is a big time mama’s boy and it turns out that Sonja Norwood is not down for the Princess-Ray J nuptials. Her concern is rooted in logic: Ray J and Princess have broken up and made up in spectacular fashion over and over again. Doing so as boyfriend and girlfriend is one thing, but with a legally binding marriage, it could cost Ray J severely if he’s hit with alimony and child support payments.

Although Sonja lost the first battle at their engagement party, she renews her efforts to cast doubt in Ray J’s ear after trashing Princess’s wedding decor and taste in front of her wedding planner. And as if THAT wasn’t enough, she pulls Ray J to the side to let him know she doesn’t think getting married is a good idea, and even worse, when Princess sits down, she tells her the same damn thing.

While Lyrica and A1’s mamas are showing their physical gangsta on this show, Sonja Norwood is punching bitches between the eyes with her words. Poor Princess never saw Hurricane Sonja coming and as Ray J starts to succumb to his mother’s influence, she finds herself scrambling to save her marriage before it’s even started.

Lyrica Garrett Continues Her Petty Assault Against A1

Lyrica Garrett is a mean-ass bitch. She lives vicariously through her daughter, oversteps her boundaries as a mother-in-law and shows zero regard for her daughter’s happiness.

But damn if that bitch doesn’t make for some good reality TV.

In an attempt to get back at A1 for “embarrassing her” by offering her a waist trainer on the previous episode, Lyrica Garrett has the car that A1 drives, which is in her name, towed.

Safaree, who is clearly a man in search of a story line, jumps up and tries to defend A1 and starts throwing out his Jamaican accent at the clearly non-Jamaican tow truck driver and standing on top of the tow truck. Safaree is here to just play around and his goofiness adds much appreciated levity to the ratchet mess.

But once again, Lyrica Garrett nearly comes to blows with Pam. A1, however, tries to one-up Lyrica by stealing her car and driving off. Which really doesn’t make sense because he would definitely be arrested for grand theft auto if it were real. But I guess we’ll play along.

When Lyrica catches wind of what has happened, she quickly runs over to A1 and Pam. At first, Pam is kind and complimentary to Lyrica Anderson, but she quickly goes in on her mama, which Lyrica doesn’t take kindly to. Before you know it, Lyrica is trying to scrap with Pam and she ends up being carted away by producers.

The two trade serious insults, with Pam calling Lyrica Anderson a “lil’ spoiled bitch.”

Basketball Wives L.A. Recap: Jackie Christie Gets a Surprise, Royal Portuguese Wedding

While it’s true that this season of Basketball Wives L.A. has been way more ashy than it has been classy, in the season finale, Shaunie and ’em decided to turn the ratchet down for a hot second and act like they had some home training and common sense.

But before we were able to get to the good behavior, the fifth season finale picked up where the previous episode left off where Tami Roman was running around the streets of Lisbon barefoot in pursuit of Duffey (who was already calm, cool and collected in her car) like a madwoman with poor Shaunie O’Neal and Malaysia Pargo running right behind her.

Once production and Shaunie were able to get through to Tami and help her understand that Duffey was not within her grasp, she got herself together and packed herself off to the hotel. Later that evening, Tami, Shaunie and Malaysia summon Jackie Christie to their chambers for a tribal council meeting.

In this meeting, Tami recounts how she gave Duffey the opportunity to air out her grievances the day before and she declined to do so, only to turn around the following day and drop some, “Well, what Tami did that made me feel some type of way…” mess.

After the incident, Tami issues an ultimatum to Jackie: Either Duffey leaves Portugal or I do.

Poor Jackie, who is sweating from every pore in her FUPA during this meeting, swallows a boulder-sized lump in her throat and tells Tami that she’ll uninvite Duffey from the trip and advise her to pack her shit and get out. At that point, Malaysia Pargo emerges as Princess Petty as she volunteers to join Jackie in delivering the “bad” news to Duffey.

“I’m not trying to gang up on her, but it is what it is. Sorry, it’s a tough titty but she gotta go suck it somewhere else,” says Malaysia during the tribal council.

She follows up with this devastating shade during her confessional. “No offense, Duffey, but you are new to the group. And actually, you’re a plus one,” says Malaysia.

Picking up on the sense of glee that Malaysia is displaying over Duffey’s misfortune, Shaunie makes an astute observation. “I think Malaysia might just wanna see Duffey’s face because you know I don’t think Malaysia likes Duffey a whole lot,” says Shaunie.

Meanwhile, the Grinch (Tami) is pleased with Jackie’s submission and her alpha female victory over DJ Duffey.

So Malaysia and Jackie go for a stroll and meet up with Brandi and Duffey to catch up and tell Duffey that she’s got to go.

Although Jackie pretends to be sympathetic to Duffey’s situation, with her hoodie pulled up over her head, she quickly gets to the point and essentially says, “Hey girl, I know you got attacked but I’m gonna need you to pack your shit and leave. You know, for your safety.”

Duffey, who quickly realizes that Malaysia and Jackie have clearly chosen to stand with Tami and not her, is stunned at the lack of compassion.

“It’s only right. I’m missing money, I could be working right now, there’s a lot of things I can be doing right now,” says Duffey. “I will go on tour, like I’m supposed to be doing and making my money instead of getting fired.”

Tour? Bitch, are you Beyoncé? Why is she talking as if she some headliner who STAYS booked? Even in the realm of DJs, she is not a damn David Guetta, DJ Snake, Calvin Harris, NOTHING. But OK, girl. Do whatever you gotta do to save a lil’ face, because ya girl Brandi sure ain’t helping you pick the pieces up off the floor. Real talk, that’s because Brandi low-key agrees with Tami coming for Duffey, but because she’s her “sister,” she can’t come out and say it.

A Sightseeing Tour Turns Into a Wedding

So after Duffey is sent on the next plane back to the States, the girls get on with their Portuguese vacation the following day by heading off to Pena Palace in Sintra, Portugal. Tami, however, is once again nowhere to be found.

Once again, it appears, Tami is feeling under the weather. We find Tami laid out on her couch with her bonnet on and a leopard-print blanket on her. She feels drained and thinks it might have to do with her assumption that she’s pregnant. This little side story about Tami’s alleged pregnancy goes on and on but I promise you it’s not interesting and in the end, it turns out she wasn’t pregnant any damn way.

Real talk: Tami’s fertility is not an interesting plot device for the show and the producers need to move on from it.

Because Tami is feeling unwell, and because Shaunie is Tami’s shadow, the two of them stay behind as the girls head off to explore the castle.

Jackie loses her mind once she gets to the palace and starts swooning about princes and princesses and about how she spiritually feels like she should’ve been born in that era. Let’s not burst Jackie’s bubble and alert her to the fact that as a black woman in Europe at that time, she would’ve been nobody’s princess or queen. But clearly, Jackie feels inspired by her surroundings.

As the group continues on the tour, they reach the top of a set of stairs and Jackie pauses for a moment and you can see her spirit leaving her body as she sees her husband Doug, dressed in a tux, standing with their children for their 20th wedding.

Immediately, Jackie is whisked away to hair and makeup as she prepares for her wedding ceremony. Even though this ceremony is purely ritual and not legal, all of the other ladies who are merely baby mamas, ex-wives and jumpoffs of NBA players, feel inspired by Doug and Jackie’s devoted relationship.

Which makes sense since most of these hoes are trying to get a baller to marry them just once. And here Jackie Christie’s crazy ass is getting married every damn year. Ain’t that a bitch?

Once Jackie’s done with her hair and make-up, she emerges to exchange vows with Doug. She’s wearing a lace black number and has a tiara on her head. She’s really taking this palace thing seriously, huh? She looks like “What If Downton Abbey was recast as a TV One drama based in Oakland” but I guess it’s classy for Jackie.

Watch out, Queen Elizabeth! Lady Jackie Christie is coming for her kingdom and she will serve you some tea.

After Doug and Jackie exchange vows and he kisses his bride, for the 20th time, the happy little family walks off to their wedding reception.

At the reception, which is immaculately decorated, the women continue to marvel at Doug’s thoughtfulness and romanticism. But question: While Doug made sure to get all of the decor, flowers, and props for the wedding, why didn’t he swing by David’s Bridal to get these women more formal clothing? You had Brandi, Malaysia and the Angels breaking bread at your wedding in Lululemon, Forever 21 and Baby Phat.

That’s a hood look.

At the dinner reception, Doug inquires about Tami, Shaunie and Duffey, who are all missing from the table. That’s when the ladies inform him about the assault and drama that took place the day before. Doug acts shocked, as if that isn’t what this ratchet band of women have been doing on this show season after season.

But the festivities continue without incident and the gang catches up with Tami and Shaunie in the hotel lobby.

Tami and Shaunie are expecting to hear about their sightseeing adventures but Brandi, Malaysia and the Angels tell Tami and Shaunie that they instead participated in Jackie’s surprise 20th wedding. Stunned that their decision to call out sick resulted in them missing out on the wedding, Tami and Shaunie are remorseful that they skipped out on the day.

Doug and Jackie, in a rare display of class, bear them no grudges however and warmly greet Thing 1 (Tami) and Thing 2 (Shaunie).

In an attempt to make things better though, Shaunie and Tami surprise the happy couple with a first dance experience that includes a Portuguese man playing the guitar and serenading them as they dance on a bed of rose petals.

It’s a nice reminder that even though Tami and Shaunie have played the sinister puppet master role for much of this season, that when they want to be, they can be good human beings.

And with that, the fifth season of BBWLA comes to an end. It’s a strangely anticlimactic end to what has otherwise been a highly charged season though. One more episode to tie up the Duffey/Tami situation and provide some resolution to the Angel beef with the two messy white women Shaunie and Tami randomly introduced to the group would’ve been good.

Hopefully, that just makes for a better reunion special.

Meet the Cast of “Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel’le” (PHOTOS)

When Straight Outta Compton hit theaters in 2015, a number of unflattering accounts about the way Dr. Dre allegedly mistreated women were revealed from the women who say they suffered the abuse themselves.

One of the women who says she suffered the most was R&B singer Michel’le, who dated Dr. Dre for years and had a child (a son) by him in 1991, all while witnessing the rise and fall of one of Hip Hop’s most legendary groups, N.W.A.

Even though Michel’le was a known part of Eazy-E’s Ruthless Records, for obvious reasons, her story was not included in Straight Outta Compton — hell, they didn’t even mention her name! Now that the smoke has cleared from SOC, Lifetime has turned the focus away from N.W.A and is placing the spotlight on Michel’le Toussant and her relationships with two of the most famous names in Hip Hop.

Narrated by Michel’le herself, Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge and Michel’le is Lifetime’s new made-for-TV movie that follows Michel’le and showcases the struggles she went through being a punching bag for Dr. Dre (and eventually Suge Knight) — allegedly, of course — all while trying to make a name for herself in the music industry.

Dr. Dre is obviously none too pleased about the way he’s being portrayed in the film, so in an effort to protect his image, the rapper sent Sony a cease and desist letter threatening to sue them (and Michel’le too) if the film airs. Michel’le basically told TMZ in an interview that she ain’t skurred because she’s ready to tell the truth in court if need be.

Well, the movie finally aired on Saturday night (Oct. 15), so that means that, unless Dr. Dre was just bluffing, the 3-digit millionaire should be meeting with his legal team right about now to figure out how they should proceed forward with their lawsuit against Sony and Michel’le.

Trinity Gay: Things to Know About Tyson Gay’s Teen Daughter Shot Dead at Cook Out Restaurant in Kentucky

Olympic sprinter Tyson Gay’s 15-year-old daughter Trinity was shot and killed at a Cook Out restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky early Sunday morning (Oct. 16).

The teen, who was a rising track star herself, was reportedly shot in the restaurant’s parking lot and was immediately rushed to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead shortly before 5 a.m.

Here are some things to know about Trinity Gay and the senseless shooting that took her life.

1. Trinity Gay was shot in the neck at Cook Out restaurant in Lexington, KY.

Lexington police said they responded to a call of shots fired at the Cook Out restaurant on South Broadway (near the University of Kentucky campus) around 4 a.m. According to police, people in two separate cars exchanged gunfire and then drove away.

Somehow, Trinity Gay was shot in the neck and she was rushed to a hospital via private vehicle. She was quickly transferred to UK Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 4:41 a.m. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday morning.

At 2:19 a.m., almost two hours before the shooting that claimed her life, Trinity tweeted that she had witnessed another shooting.

2. Trinity’s father is Olympic sprinter Tyson Gay.

If Trinity’s name sounds familiar, it’s because her father is world-famous Olympic sprinter Tyson Gay, who has competed in the last three Summer Olympics.

He was part of a team that won a silver medal in the 4×100-meter relay at the 2012 Games in London, though he was later stripped of that medal after testing positive for steroids in 2013.

Tyson spoke with local news station LEX 18 after the shooting. “She didn’t make it. I’m so confused,” he said. “She was just here last week for fall break. It’s so crazy. I have no idea what happened.”

Gay said he was flying back to Lexington on Sunday.

3. Just like her father, Trinity was a sprinter at Lafayette High School.

As a track and field athlete, Trinity was following in her father’s footsteps at Lexington’s Lafayette High School, where Tyson Gay excelled as a sprinter, breaking the school’s stadium record for the 200 m.

Trinity, a sophomore, was also a top sprinter for the school and was said to be “a staple in the track and field community of Kentucky,” according to KYtrackXC.

Trinity, a rising star for Lafayette, was a staple in the track and field community of Kentucky. She was a middle school state runner up in the 100m and placed in the top 4 numerous times at the KHSAA state meet. She was the Region 6 AAA champion in the 200m last season.

“Being the rising star that she was, we hadn’t seen her best yet,” said Chris Hawboldt, MileSplit Kentucky editor and former head coach at Tates Creek High School in Lexington. “She was sweet and obviously a quality athlete, but more importantly she was good for the track-and-field community in Lexington.”

Kentucky High School Athletic Association Commissioner Julian Tackett expressed his shock and sadness over Trinity’s shooting death on Twitter.

“Shocked to hear of death of Trinity Gay,” Tackett tweeted. “A life of such potential cut so tragically short. Sympathies to Tyson and entire family.”

Lafayette High School Principal Bryne Jacobs said in a statement on Twitter: “We are devastated to lose Trinity. Our Lafayette family will come together to provide love and support for our students and one another during this tragic time.”

Fayette County Superintendent Emmanuel Caulk said in a separate statement: “Our hearts are broken this morning over the loss of Trinity to this tragic and senseless act of violence. Please join us in keeping the Gay family close in thought and prayer and supporting the students, staff, and families at Lafayette High during this unspeakably difficult time.”

4. Several athletes have shared their condolences on social media.

A number of athletes have taken to Twitter to express their condolences for Tyson Gay over his daughter Trinity’s shooting death, including Olympians Lolo Jones (hurdler), Lauryn Williams (sprinter), Darrell Hill (shot-putter) and Ato Boldon (sprinter), as well as former NFL player Chad Ochocinco.

5. Trinity was not the intended target in the shooting.

According to police, a group of men in two cars shot at each other before speeding off. Police said Trinity was not in either of the vehicles and was not the intended target of the shooting, meaning that she was likely an innocent bystander.

The two vehicles involved in the shooting were described by police as a “gray Dodge Charger” and a “dark-colored sports car.”

As of Sunday afternoon, two persons of interest were being questioned because their car matched the description of the Dodge Charger, WKYT reported. Police were still looking for the other vehicle (the “dark-colored sports car”).

6. Cook Out is a popular late-night fast food restaurant in the South.

Cook Out is a fast food restaurant chain that is located in the following Southern states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Mississippi and Maryland.

The menu features grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, BBQ and milkshakes. The food has a distinct “Outdoors Style” taste (i.e. it tastes like it was cooked at a “cook out,” hence the name) and the restaurant is popular with young people as a hang-out spot because it stays open past midnight (up to 3 or 4 a.m. at some locations).

BeyHive Attacks Ann Coulter After Wrongly Quoting a Beyoncé Lyric to Criticize Michelle Obama and Defend Donald Trump

Ann Coulter tried it, and failed miserably. The conservative pundit really tried to come for Beyoncé in a desperate attempt to criticize Michelle Obama and defend Donald Trump.

The First Lady gave an impassioned speech earlier this week denouncing Trump for his comments and sexual predatory behavior. Some have said it’s one of the greatest speeches by a First Lady. Well, Ann Coulter can’t have that. So she went on Twitter and compared Trump’s lewd comments about women to a Beyoncé lyric, or so she thought.

The glaring issue here is that Beyoncé did NOT sing this lyric, Nicki Minaj did. The line is a part on Nicki’s verse from the 2014 hit “Flawless” remix.

Obviously, the BeyHive did what it knows how to do best and got Coulter together for coming their Queen.

Coulter most likely heard what fellow conservative white woman Betsy McCaughey recently went through, yet she still couldn’t help herself. McCaughey, former NY Lt. Governor and Trump surrogate, was swarmed by the BeyHive earlier this week for also using Beyoncé lyrics to somehow prove Trump’s, “grab them by the p***y” comment was not as bad as most of us think.

However, if Coulter and McCaughey actually listen to the songs they referenced, they would understand context is key — like it always is! Beyoncé’s songs are meant to empower women and encourage them to own their bodies and sexuality.

Trump was casually describing how he uses his star power to demean women and violate their bodies whenever he feels for his own instant sexual gratification.

The scenarios are completely different, but Coulter and McCaughey just want to defend their problematic candidate by any means necessary. The lesson every conservative pundit should learn after this week is to never come for Beyoncé!

Israel Houghton Sued for Unpaid Child Support, Fathered Two Children Outside 20-Year Marriage

Much like their courtship, drama continues to follow Adrienne Bailon and Israel Houghton as they prepare to walk down the aisle. In a bombshell report, Houghton allegedly fathered two love children and now the Texas State Attorney General is suing the gospel singer for back and current child support.

Houghton allegedly had two sons outside of his 20-year marriage, Kingston (4) and Khristian (2), with 31-year-old De Vawn Moreno. The attorney general is demanding Houghton take care of his children by paying child support, medical expenses, and providing health insurance.

Houghton admits to being the father of Kingston, but the courts still have to determine whether he’s the father of the youngest. However, both children have Houghton’s last name. Nonetheless, the state is moving forward with the case.

The attorney general is asking Houghton to provide tax returns, checking and savings account statements, 401k information, proof of health insurance, and income history in order to determine child support payments. The former megachurch pastor’s wages could be garnished if he doesn’t comply.

Former Basketball Wives LA star Brittish Williams her ex-fiancé Lorenzo Gordon have been in a social media war for the past few days and Soulja Boy is at the center of all the drama.

Brittish and Lorenzo recently split, after dealing with multiple infidelities on Lorenzo’s part. However, it seems Brittish has moved on to Soulja Boy — who also recently split with ex-girlfriend Nia Riley.

Soulja posted a video on Instagram of the two at dinner with friends. He also posted a pic with Brittish with the caption, “that way.” He later deleted both posts. However, blogs like Cup of Messy and Fameolous were quick to save the posts.

Lorenzo also claimed Brittish is only hooking up with Soulja because she thinks he’s still cheating. He, of course, denies being unfaithful.

Brittish responded to Lorenzo’s IG rants and his claim that he’s been faithful recently.

“Talking to bitches at 2am and 3am on the phone bill I pay ain’t cheating huhh,” she wrote in a now-deleted post. She even wrote that her 70-year-old grandmother informed her that Lorenzo was still cheating after overhearing a conversation in a restaurant.

It seems Brittish might have been right because a woman has since come forward claiming Lorenzo was sending her late-night text messages.

Once all was said and done, Lorenzo deleted his posts and issued what seems to be a heartfelt apology to Brittish.

He wrote in part:

“After being with a person for 5 years you just don’t stop loving them. As a man I am definitely hurt once you love someone you never stop loving them. Brittish I apologize for all my actions and I wish you well in all of your future endeavors.

Lil Jon: Yes, Donald Trump Called Me “Uncle Tom” and I Had to Tell Him to Stop

On Friday (Oct. 14) reports surfaced about some of Donald Trump and rapper Lil Jon’s interactions while on-set of Trump’s reality TV show Celebrity Apprentice. According to The Daily Beast, during an episode that aired in 2013, the contestants were tasked with promoting hair-care products. Lil Jon decided his best bet was to rock an Uncle Sam costume.

According to staffers on the show, once Trump heard about this, he began referring to Lil Jon as “Uncle Tom” rather than Uncle Sam.

“Look, he’s Uncle Tom!” one longtime Apprentice staffer recalls Trump blurting out at least twice. Apparently Trump either didn’t know or didn’t care that Uncle Tom is a derogatory term meant to demean black men who bows to serve white people from the classic novel Uncle Tom’s Cabin.

Apparently it got so bad that executive producers of the show had to call him directly to plead with him not to say it. Trump’s response? “No, that’s a saying, it’s Uncle Tom.”

Well, Lil Jon has come out in response to this news via Twitter later in the day. Basically, he says that he doesn’t know if Trump was just ignorant into the meaning of the term or not, but once they explained its offensiveness, he backed off.

He also wanted to be clear in saying that he doesn’t agree with many of Trump’s statements made during his campaign.

Lil Jon isn’t the only contestant to be insulted by Trump, though. In an earlier season, staffers reported that Trump called Marlee Matlin — the deaf comedian — retarded. Staffers also said Trump called Khloe Kardashian a “piglet” and fired her because she wasn’t hot enough.

I find it hard to believe that this was simply an accident on Trump’s part. I mean, he’s repeatedly bragged about how smart he is, but he didn’t know this was offensive? Regardless, Lil Jon doesn’t seem too upset, so we’ll just chalk this up to another dumba$$ moment from the Donald.

The benefit concert, which is called “TIDAL X: 1015,” goes down tonight (Sat, Oct. 15) at the Barclays Center in New York City featuring a star-studded line-up of performers, including Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Common, Robin Thicke and more.

Hosted by Angie Martinez, the show will also feature performances from “TIDAL Rising Acts” like Dave East, Kevin Garrett and Lil Yachty. Proceeds from ticket sales will go towards helping Robin Hood continue their fight against poverty in New York as well as aiding educational non-profit organizations. Last year’s concert raised more than $1.5 million.

Tickets for the concert are completely sold out, so if you haven’t scored any by now, you’re pretty much out of luck. Donald Trump Fired Khloe Kardashian From “Celebrity Apprentice” Because She Wasn’t Hot Enough

Well the Trump ridiculousness from his time on The Apprentice continues. As news has surfaced of repeated allegations that Trump insulted and used derogatory terms to contestants on the show, another one just came out about Khloe Kardashian’s stint.

During the 8th season of the show, Kardashian was “fired” because she had to miss an episode for a court-ordered DUI class. At least, that’s what Donald Trump said on national television.

“I hate people who drive under the influence; I really do,” he said before firing her on the show. “If I had known that you were missing time away from the task because of a DUI, you would have never been on the show.”

But according to the Huffington Post, that was all bullsh*t. An editor on the show has come out and said, “He basically wanted to just get rid of her. He called her a ‘piglet.’” Trump even asked, “what is this? We can’t even get the hot one?” – referring to Kim.

Another source has backed up the story, describing what Trump said about Khloe: “Why don’t we fire Khloe? She is a fat piglet. Why did we get the ugly Kardashian?”

What’s sad is that for anyone else this would actually prove to be a detriment for a presidential run. But for Trump, who has been accused of sexually assaulting a growing number of women, this probably won’t hurt him at all.

NY Senate Candidate Promised to Provide Kool-Aid, KFC, & Watermelon During Harlem Campaign Event Before Being Arrested

If you thought you’ve seen (and heard) it all during the 2016 election, meet New York State Senate candidate Jon Girodes. The Republican is running for New York’s 30th District and promised to provide watermelon and fried chicken and at campaign event in Harlem.

Yep, you read that correctly. It’s 2016 and this man running for office is really trying to appeal to black people with fried chicken and watermelon. Girodes mentioned the event in an email to NBC 4 reporter, Sarah Wallace, who was contacting Girodes to discuss a rent scam he’s been accused of.

He wrote:

“Ps I’m hosting an event in Harlem which will be in front of the state building in a few weeks. We will [donate] Kool Aid, KFC and watermelons to the public on 125th street in Harlem. Please join us to help the community.”

Wallace printed out the email and then asked residents near the planned event their thoughts. Not surprisingly, the Harlem residents were outraged.

Despite the fact that the stereotypical and racist connotation behind these foods are known to basically everyone, Girodes claims otherwise.

“What I think is anyone who gives free food to people is doing them a favor. Get a bunch of people who say it’s offensive and let me go into their neighborhood and give it out for free and see if they take it.”

But wait, this story gets even crazier. Remember the “rent scam” I mentioned previously? Well, the candidate was arrested Friday (Oct. 14) for stealing a total of $50,000 from 10 people!

Girodes faces several grand larceny charges after listing his luxury apartment on Craigslist and pocketing rent deposits. Police say Girodes would ask for a year’s worth of rent and other expenses up front and then back out of the deal.

BeyHive Swarms Donald Trump Campaign Advisor Betsy McCaughey After Using Beyoncé Lyrics to Slam Hillary Clinton

I thought I had seen everything when Rosie O’Donnell was mentioned during the first presidential debate. But oh boy, was I wrong. Former New York Lt. Gov. Betsy McCaughey was so desperate to defend Donald Trump, she went on CNN and cited Beyoncé lyrics in order to point out Hillary Clinton’s own hypocrisy. As you can already guess, the BeyHive attacked back.

McCaughey appeared on CNN Tonight with Don Lemon on Monday (Oct 10.) to discuss the fallout following the release of a tape showing Trump casually boast about sexually assaulting women. However, like most Trump surrogates, she resorted to an extreme, nonsensical length to defend the candidate and slam Clinton.

Reciting lyrics from Beyoncé’s “Formation,” McCaughey said:

“Hillary Clinton expresses that she finds the language on that bus horrific, but in fact she likes language like this, quote, ‘I came to slay bitch, when he ‘F’ me good I take his ass to Red Lobster,’ that happens to be a line from Beyoncé, her favorite performer, whom she says she idolizes and says she would like to imitate. So you know what I’m saying to you, there’s a lot of hypocrisy in Hillary Clinton expressing such horror in the language on that bus.”

The clip went viral and the BeyHive got “in formation” and swarmed McCaughey’s official Facebook page with bee emojis and comments. I would provide a link so you could see for yourself, but it seems McCaughey’s account has since been deleted or deactivated. This screengrab will have to suffice.

Beyoncé has expressed her support for Clinton and the Democratic presidential candidate has publicly stated she admires the performer. However, Trump’s disturbing comments/behavior absolutely cannot be compared to Beyoncé’s lyrics. 2016 has really become “The Year of Michelle Obama.” The First Lady of the United States has always been a great speaker, but in her final year in the White House, she has blossomed into one of the best orators in the political spectrum. On Thursday (Oct. 13) she delivered an impassioned speech in response to Donald Trump’s lewd comments about being sexually aggressive towards women that everyone needs to hear.

Obama attended a rally for Hillary Clinton in Manchester, New Hampshire. Noting it would be “dishonest and disingenuous to me to just move on to the next thing like this was all just a bad dream,” FLOTUS decided to forgo her typical campaign speech.

“I can’t believe that I’m saying that a candidate for president of the United States has bragged about sexually assaulting women. I can’t stop thinking about this. It has shaken me to my core in a way that I couldn’t have predicted,” she said.

With her voice quivering and almost on the verge of tears, the First Lady continued:

“This was not just a lewd conversation,” she said. “This wasn’t just locker room banter. This was a powerful individual speaking freely and openly about sexually predatory behavior, and actually bragging about kissing and groping women…

I feel it so personally. The shameful comments about our bodies, the disrespect of our ambitions and intellect, the belief that you can do anything you want to a woman — it is cruel, it’s frightening, and the truth is, it hurts.

It’s like that sick, sinking feeling you get when you’re walking down the street minding your own business and some guy yells out vulgar words about your body, or when you see that guy at work that stands just a little too close, stares a little too long and makes you feel uncomfortable in your own skin.”

It’s that feeling of terror and violation that too many women have felt when someone has grabbed them, or forced himself on them and they’ve said no but he didn’t listen ? something that we know happens on college campuses and countless other places every single day.”

Obama never mentioned Trump by name, only referring to him has “a candidate.” However, she made it abundantly clear that his comments were more than “locker room talk” and was not the character/behavior of the President of the United States.

“Too many are treating this as just another day’s headline, as if our outrage is overblown or unwarranted, as if this is normal, just politics as usual. This is not normal. This is not politics as usual. This is disgraceful. It is intolerable. And it doesn’t matter what party you belong to ? Democrat, Republican, independent ? no woman deserves to be treated this way. None of us deserves this kind of abuse…

I can tell you that the men in my life do not talk about women like this. And I know that my family is not unusual. And to dismiss this as everyday locker-room talk is an insult to decent men everywhere.”

Though Clinton was campaigning in San Francisco during Obama’s moving speech, she applauded the First Lady’s words.

“If you haven’t seen it, I hope you will see Michelle Obama’s speech today in New Hampshire and, once again, she gave a compelling and strong case about the stakes in the election, but about who we are as Americans. And we cannot let this pessimism, this dark and divisive and dangerous vision in America take hold in anybody’s heart. We have to keep lifting up this campaign.”

Peter Gunz Organizes Family Fun Night With Amina, Tara and 2 Other Baby Mamas

Imagine having all of your baby mamas and all of your kids in one place for a “family fun night.” It’s possible for this to actually happen. Surprisingly, Peter Gunz — of all people — just proved it.

Last weekend, Peter rented a bounce house and coordinated a “sister wives” type reunion with four of his six baby mamas so that his 10 kids could spend time together. Current wife Amina Buddafly and fellow Love & Hip Hop New York co-star Tara Wallace were both in attendance.

Cameras for LHHNY were obviously there to shoot footage for the upcoming season.

The three posted several photos of the family outing on Instagram. Tara even took a photo of Amina holding Tara and Peter’s son, Gunner, born in February. Remember, Tara and Amina were both pregnant by Peter at the same time. Amina gave birth to their daughter, Bronx, in August.

After many shared their shady thoughts on the photo, Peter reposted the pic and responded to the backlash. He wrote:

“Sad how people talk s—t about a photo that @iamtarawallace took… My kids will know and love one another as long as I’m alive no matter how adults feel about one another or me for that matter… love is in the air don’t hate on it embrace it.. goodnight world”

Photos show the baby mamas and the kids all getting along and having a good time. Amina and Tara even took pictures with Peter’s mother, Valerie Pankey Griffith.

Hold on, there’s more. We can’t forget this classic shot of the four baby mamas in attendance posing together.

A fan also recently caught Amina and Tara being civil, claiming their feud may be faked for the sake of the show. The clip shows Tara holding Amina’s infant daughter.

Is “The Real” on the Brink of Cancellation Following Tamar Braxton’s Abrupt Firing?

The Real prides itself on keeping everything one-hundred. So just “keeping it real,” producers and the current host must concede that abruptly firing Tamar Braxton was a bad move. This is not just an opinion, this is fact. The talk show’s ratings have plummeted since Braxton was kicked off the show.

The show has reportedly seen a 22% drop in viewership and is currently matching series low ratings. According to trade magazine Broadcasting & Cable, the show is currently experiencing “the largest declines of any talkers that haven’t already been canceled.”

Entering its third season, The Real was finally hitting its stride and boasting respectable ratings in the cut-throat world of daytime television. However, Braxton’s exist seems to be a more damaging blow to the show than producers (and sponsors) probably expected.
Fans feel something is missing now that Braxton is no longer sitting at the table. Lack of chemistry and being boring overall are more criticisms fans have of the new season.

Friend of GoT, Michael Arceneaux, writes for The Root:

“Whatever one makes of the youngest Braxton sister, she’s certainly never been dull. Now more than ever, I miss her interjecting her opinion whenever the mood suited her. The same goes for her beginning statements with, ‘I mean … ‘ and ‘Welll … ‘ and ‘Tuh, girl … ‘ Ditto for her rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth.

Wait. I cannot forget my favorite: the very high-pitched, ‘You tried it!’”

While guest co-hosts have filled the empty seat, a permanent host is most likely needed to save the show from an early exit to the daytime talk graveyard. The show is currently renewed until 2018. Meanwhile, Braxton will have her own talk show (produced by Steve Harvey) by then.
