A new Usher song called “Rockband” was recently leaked to the Internet and we can definitely assure you that it’s better than that “Papers” song he dropped a few weeks ago!

R&B singer/songwriter Alicia Keys played host to her sixth annual Black Ball to benefit the “Keep A Child Alive” AIDS organization Thursday night (Oct 15) at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. The huge celebrity guest list at the event included Halle Berry, Usher, Samuel L. Jackson, Nick Cannon, Tyler Perry, Robin Thicke, Mary J. Blige and more. Alicia performed with John Mayer at the event, and also premiered her new song “Sleeping with a Broken Heart.”

TMZ has obtained the 911 call Usher made back in September when that crazy lady he decided to marry and have two kids with keyed his car. The R&B singer kept it cool as he explained what happened and even recalled of an incident with his ex-wife Tameka the night before, insinuating that beyond a shadow of a doubt she was indeed the culprit.

After completing an investigation, cops were unable to charge Tameka with anything because there wasn’t enough evidence available to make an arrest. Click here for more that.

And here it is people. The baby mama drama that always goes along with a very nasty and a very public divorce settlement! TMZ is reporting that Usher and his soon-to-be ex wife Tameka Foster-Raymond recently got into an argument regarding the custody of their two young sons, Usher V and Naviyd and Usher reportedly called the cops after she vandalized his truck the next day.

According to the reports, Usher told the Johns Creek Police Department that on Sept. 10, he had a “verbal argument” with Tameka over the phone regarding weekend custody of their children. Usher told cops that after the argument, he dropped his kids off at his mother’s house — but when he drove back to his home, Tameka showed up “demanding to take the kids.” Usher claims Tameka eventually left and he drove back to his mother’s house — but when Usher got there, Tameka showed up and began “knocking on the door” and making several phone calls to the residence. Usher claims he and his mom ignored Tameka — and eventually called police. When cops arrived, Tameka was nowhere to be found.

The next day, Usher called police again after he noticed several scratches on his truck — Usher told cops he believed Tameka vandalized the car in retaliation for their fight just hours before. In the police report, the responding officers who checked out the scratched car claim they found no evidence to support Usher’s accusation. The cops even reviewed the entrance log to Usher’s private neighborhood … but there was no record of Tameka ever getting into the area where the alleged crime would have taken place.

Usher recently opened up about his divorce to Tameka Foster in his new single “Papers” but it seem that he might be the one that’s holding up the divorce. Though they have been separated for a while now, divorce papers have yet to be signed by Usher while Tameka waits, ready to move on.

Well looky here. Here’s Usher’s new song “Papers,” the debut single from his forthcoming sixth studio album, Raymond vs. Raymond, set for release December 8th. The Sean Garrett penned track, which made its debut shortly after 2 PM (EST) today (Oct 5), has Usher’s ex-wife Tameka’s name written all over it. He talks about giving his all and receiving nothing in return, even though he damn near separated himself from the world, especially his mother.

“I gave my heart and turned my back against the world / ‘Cuz you were my girl / I done damn near lost my mama / I done been through so much drama / I done turned into the man that I never thought I’d be / I’m ready to sign them papers!”

With lyrics like, “I done took all I can take, but you leave me no options, girl…” it’s evident that going through that divorce was a last resort for Usher.

I can’t deny how much I loved you / I done gave up everything I had too / As hard as it is I’m afraid I’ve gotta say, I’m ready to sign them papers

You’ll also notice that Usher has silently changed his name from “Monster” to “Raymond vs. Raymond.” No word on the name change just yet, but we’re sure the question will come up in an upcoming interview of some sort. R&B singer Usher, who recently settled his divorce with his now ex wife Tameka Foster, is reportedly releasing his sixth studio album this December!

The newly-single R&B star’s sixth studio album will arrive just in time for the busy holiday shopping season. Monster is scheduled for release on December 8, Rap-Up.com has exclusively learned. Usher has logged studio time with Jermaine Dupri, Ne-Yo, and The Neptunes for the project. A first single is expected within the next month. His last album, 2008’s Here I Stand, debuted at No. 1, selling over 440,000 copies in its first week.

Usher Raymond and Tameka Foster’s divorce has been finalized according to BV Buzz, which explains that smile you often see Usher with now. A smile that most likely won’t be going away for a while!

BV Buzz has learned that the 30-year-old singer’s divorce from his wife, Tameka Foster, has been finalized and an agreement was reached in a pre-court settlement. The camps aren’t talking now – likely preparing to give an exclusive to a media outlet like People magazine – but I hear an official announcement should drop soon. A rep for the singer did not answer a detailed request for comment.

Foster’s publicist refuses to issue any statements to BV Buzz.

“In the future, please don’t bother us again for direct quotes or responses from Tameka,” a one-named flack identified only as Melody e-mailed last week.

Usher is in Paris celebrating the end of the two-year marriage.

Here are a few recent pictures of Usher enjoying the single life on La Voile Rouge beach  in St. Tropez, France last Saturday (Aug 22). He was spotted in the club with Snoop Dogg later that night.

Rapper Snoop Dogg was spotted by photographers as he got cozy with an unidentified female who we know is NOT his wife and mother of his children, Shante Broadus, in the VIP section at a club in St. Tropez Friday night (Aug 21).

But we’re almost positive that this is the norm and Mrs. Broadus just doesn’t care since she and Snoop most likely have what we call an “open relationship.” As long as he’s bringing the money (and the “D”) home … wifey’s all good! That’s just how it works…

A soon-to-be single Usher was also at the club getting his swerve on with his boy Snoop.
