A make-up-less Keyshia Cole stopped for a picture backstage with Broadway actors Tshidi Manaya (L) and Ta’rea (R) at “The Lion King on Broadway” at Minskoff Theater Sunday evening (Jul 12) in New York City.

Mario // 2009 Burger King Fam Fest in Atlanta, Georgia

FreddyO hit up the 2009 Burger King Fam Fest in Atlanta over the weekend. R&B singer/actor Mario hit the stage as the headliner at the event, which included a full day of activities, contests and other events, including the concert. The event is totally free and was hosted by comedian Kevin Heart. Producer/songwriter turned singer Sean Garrett and new R&B girl group Rich Girl also performed during the concert portion of the event.

Ja Rule // Grand Opening of Float and 207 at the Hard Rock Hotel

Ja Rule was giddy as a mutha as he performed at the Grand Opening of Float and 207 at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego Friday. Homeboy must be ecstatic to finally be collecting a check … that is, if he didn’t do this event for free. Let’s be real now. These days, who’d put up good money for a Ja Rule performance or appearance? We are in a recession, after all.
