Craig Mack Cause of Death: How Did the “Flava in Ya Ear” Rapper Die?

Craig Mack, the New York rapper who found fame on Diddy’s Bad Boy label in the mid-1990s, has died at the age of 46 years old.

The rapper’s producer confirmed the sad news to NY Daily News Tuesday morning (Mar. 13). According to NYDN, Mack—famous for his 1994 hit single “Flava in Year”—died of heart failure at a hospital near his home in Walterboro, South Carolina Monday.

“God bless my friend. He was a good friend of mine,” said Alvin Toney, who produced Mack’s albums Project Funk Da World and Get Down Remix.

Toney’s last time seeing Mack was last week at the Overcomer Ministry church in Walterboro. He was there to shoot scenes for a documentary about the retired rapper and his decision to give up fame for his religion.

“Nobody got to understand his story,” Toney said. “I wanted the world to know the talent he had. It was something I wanted people to enjoy, but it was cut short because he was very religious and wanted to go to church.”

During their last meeting, Toney said Mack informed him that he had been sick for a while and was “ready” to go. “He was prepared for whatever comes, to go home to the Lord,” Toney said. “He was prepared to do that. He wasn’t scared. He was ready.”

Mack is survived by a wife and two children, who are both adults, Toney said.

Craig Mack is credited as the first artist to release an album under Diddy’s Bad Boy Records with his debut, Project Funk da World. “Flava in Ya Ear” was the album’s biggest hit, and the single went on to be certified platinum after reaching as high as #9 on the Billboard Hot 100 back in 1994.

Several members of the hip-hop community have already taken to social media to offer their condolences regarding Mack’s death.

DJ Scratch posted a photo of Mack with the caption, “I just got a disturbing phone call. I cannot believe this dude is gone. He just reached out a couple of weeks ago for me to speak on his documentary about his life. Because Craig was my rodie on tour. He would set up & break down my turntables every night on tour. Rest In Peace Lil Bro.”

“Just A Friend” rapper Biz Markie wrote on IG, “R.I.P TO MY MAIN MAN CRAIG MACK ANOTHER GREAT ONE GONE….”

Latania Janell Carwell: Fast Facts About Missing Teen Whose Remains Were Discovered a Year After Her Disappearance

16-year-old Latania Janell Carwell has been missing for nearly a year after allegedly leaving her home in Augusta, Georgia along with her stepdad 38-year-old Leon Tripp in April of 2017. Last week, police found her remains just a mile away from her family home.

Weeks after his disappearance, Carwell’s stepdad Leon Tripp was arrested and charged with kidnapping, which was later upgraded to murder charges. Her mother, Tanya Tripp, was also arrested in connection with her disappearance and presumed death.

Here are some things you need to know about Latania Carwell and her disappearance:

1Latania Carwell’s remains were found just a mile away from her home.

Last week, the remains of Latania Carwell were discovered in a wooded area behind a home on Golden Camp Road in Augusta, GA. Authorities sent the body to the GBI crime lab for identification and were able to positively identify Carwell through her dental records, WISTV reports.

According to WJBF News, the owner of the home where Carwell’s remains were found was surveying his land when he discovered a bone sticking out of a shallow grave.

Carwell’s remains were found just a mile away from her home on Tate Road.

2Carwell’s mother and stepfather are still in jail over her disappearance, and police believe they are both responsible for her murder.

Latania Carwell was last seen alive on April 17, 2017 with her stepdad Leon Tripp.

Her mother, Tanya Tripp, called police early that morning and told them that Latania (who also went by her middle name Janell) and her husband Leon Tripp were both missing and hadn’t answered repeated phone calls from her. Tripp told police that the two had left in her husband’s truck and drove from Augusta, Georgia to Clarks Hill, South Carolina to help a friend of his that was stranded. She said Janell tagged along because she was tech-savvy and went to help with the GPS on a smartphone, Crime Watch Daily reported.

Two weeks went by and police still weren’t able to track down Janell or Leon. They eventually found the white pickup truck Janell and Leon were in before their disappearance a mile away from the family’s home.

Police went through cell phone records and found out that Janell and Leon never made it to the Clark Hill area where Leon’s alleged friend had got stranded. The investigation took a turn when friends of Leon tipped police off that he had been spotted in Atlanta.

Police put out a search for Leon and they end up finding him along with Janell’s mother Tanya at a U-Haul facility in Atlanta.

“We were extremely shocked when we found her and him actually together,” Richmond County Sheriff Richard Roundtree told Chris Hansen from Crime Watch Daily. “And that’s when we really got that sick feeling that, you know, this case is really not heading in a good direction.”

Janell’s mother Tanya tried to lie to police and tell them she found Leon on the side of the road while she was driving through Atlanta and the two happened to be together by coincidence. Authorities didn’t buy Tanya’s story and arrested them both. Leon was hit with kidnapping charges, while Tanya was charged with hindering the apprehension of a criminal.

In June, during a court appearance, Leon revealed to police that Janell was no longer alive.

“We now know have confirmed via statement, and this is from Mr. Tripp, that Janell is not alive,” said Augusta-Richmond County District Attorney Natalie Paine.

Police also found evidence that Tanya was in contact with Leon on numerous occasions throughout the search for her daughter.

“We have now confirmed that is now a lie,” said District Attorney Paine. “They were in regular contact via cell phone records for an extended amount of time prior to Mr. Tripp’s arrest.”

Paine also went on to say, “I would also state that Mrs. Tripp would have facilitated Leon Tripp being transferred back to Atlanta during this time frame that Janell has been missing.”

In August, police upgraded Leon and Tanya’s charges. He is now facing murder, while she is being charged with concealing her daughter’s death.

3Leon Tripp has a violent criminal record and was still in prison when he and Tanya got married.

Before Janell’s disappearance, Leon Tripp had previously been arrested for aggravated assault charges and cruelty to children charges.

According to Crime Watch Daily, Tripp and Janell’s mother Tanya met when he was locked up for aggravated assault charges and got married while he was in prison.

“He actually was released and moved directly into the family home,” said Sheriff Roundtree.

4Carwell disappeared on the day of her 16th birthday and was said to be a “loving” teen who was an honor student with dreams of becoming a doctor.

It was only 90 minutes after Carwell turned 16 when she left her home in Augusta, Georgia with her stepdad Leon Tripp.

Carwell’s pastor Angela Harden says she remembers her as a loving teen who dreamed to be a doctor one day.

“Janell was a loving, very intelligent, smart young woman who wanted to be a doctor, who was an honor student,” said Harden.

5Members of the community were sad to hear the news about Carwell’s remains being discovered.

“We searched this area almost a year ago… right across the street,” Pastor Harden told WFXG. “And this baby was laying across the street hurt, dead, and we didn’t know it.”

Community activist Ray Montana, who also played an avid role in putting together search teams to find Carwell following her disappearance, said he almost wrecked his car when he was told the sad news from a friend.

“He said, ‘Are you alright?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, I’m OK.’ He was like, ‘Are you sure you’re OK? If you need me, I’m here,'” Montana told WJBF news. “I’m like, ‘What’s going on?’ He said, ‘That was her.’ I almost wrecked my car. I said, ‘Her who?’ He said, ‘Janell.’ I almost wrecked the car again.”

Montana also said he believes that Carwell may have been pregnant around the time of her death. “My thoughts are was she dead when she went up there?” he said. “My thoughts are was she pregnant when she went up there?”

Pastor Harden is calling for justice in Janell’s case and wants her mother and stepfather to suffer severe consequences.

“They need to pay for what they done,” Harden said. “There needs to be judgment. There needs to be justice in this case and to the highest level.”

6Carwell’s uncle has custody of her younger sister.

Janell’s 7-year-old sister was found when police discovered Tanya and Leon in a U-Haul in Atlanta. Since their arrest, she has been staying with her uncle Charles Carwell and his wife.

“I’ll have to explain this to her little sister one day,” Charles Carwell told News One. “She was a young, innocent kid. She didn’t deserve this. No one deserves this under any circumstances.”

This is NOT a Drill: Beyoncé & JAY-Z’s “On The Run II” Stadium Tour is Really Happening!

It’s official! Beyoncé and JAY-Z announced Monday morning (Mar.12) via Bey’s Instagram and Facebook page that they are going back on the road for their second co-headlining tour together.

The tour, which will be performed exclusively at stadiums all over the world, is called “On the Run II.” The trek kicks off in the UK in June and will wrap in October in Canada, with U.S. dates in between.

“On the Run II” is the couple’s highly anticipated follow-up to their first joint tour “On the Run,” which racked up $100 million from just 22 dates and was featured in an HBO special. While details about the tour are scarce (other than the dates), we wouldn’t be surprised if tracks from Beyoncé’s Lemonade album and JAY-Z’s 4:44 were prominently featured in the setlist.

While fans of the duo are excited about their new tour, they aren’t surprised, considering a date was accidentally posted on Ticketmaster and Beyoncé’s Facebook page last week, which (despite being quickly deleted) signaled to everyone that something was on the horizon.

The Carters—who welcomed twins Rumi and Sir last summer—recently teamed up with DJ Khaled and Future on “Top Off.”

Before OTR2 kicks off in June, Beyoncé will headline two weekends at Coachella in April. Pre-sale tickets for OTR2 will be available on Wednesday (Mar. 14) with general tickets hitting the box office next Monday (Mar. 19).

If you expect to score tickets, you should definitely be prepared to head to Ticketmaster as SOON as they go on sale, because if any of Beyoncé’s previous tours are anything to go by, this one will sell out pretty quickly.

Check out the tour dates below:

  • July 25 in Cleveland, OH @ FirstEnergy Stadium
  • July 28 in Washington, DC @ FedEx Field
  • July 30 in Philadelphia, PA @ Lincoln Financial Field

Big Sean Caught Cheating on Girlfriend Jhené Aiko With Nicole Scherzinger?

Big Sean may have messed up big time with his girlfriend Jhené Aiko. According to The Jasmine Brand, the “IDFWU” rapper got caught cheating on Jhené with former “Pussycat Dolls” singer Nicole Scherzinger.

A source told the celebrity blog that Sean and Nicole were booed up at an awards party after the 2018 Oscars.

“They both attended an Oscar Awards after-party together and were cozied up together sitting at a table in VIP,” the tipster said, adding, “They were all over each other and they looked really comfortable around each other. They looked like they were a couple.”

Jhené allegedly found out about Sean and Nicole and confronted him about it.

“She was pissed, she confronted him about it and he didn’t really deny it,” the source said.

The rumors seem to be true so far. Jhené is no longer following Big Sean on Instagram and has deleted all pictures of them from her page. The two begin dating in 2016.

Hopefully, these two can work things out because we really liked them as a couple.

Joh’Vonnie Jackson: Michael & Janet’s Half-Sister Discusses Complicated Family Relationship in Memoir “Bastard Child” (VIDEO)

Did you know Michael Jackson, Janet, and the rest of the Jackson kids have a half-sibling? Joh’Vonnie Jackson is Joseph Jackson’s youngest child from a 25-year long affair and she’s telling her story in her memoir, “Bastard Child.”

Joh’Vonnie, 43, appeared on The Talk last week to promote the book. She’s always had a relationship with her father. She also knew of her famous siblings but reveals during the interview that they really didn’t acknowledge her.

Rebbie—the oldest Jackson sibling—was the only one who welcomed Joh’Vonnie and even introduced her to Janet. Though Joh’Vonnie was a fan of Janet’s album Rhythm Nation 1814, she says the initial meeting went left.

“We met up at Rebbie’s house and we were having a pretty good conversation until I said, ‘Daddy’ and she got upset. But the reason she got upset is because he did not allow them to call him Daddy.”

As you may recall, Janet, Michael and their siblings often called their father “Joseph.” Joh’Vonnie explains that Joe was 46 when she was born and believes he allowed her to call him “daddy” (and not his other kids) because he “just didn’t care that much” at that point.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1a9oSCkqhI

Growing up just “5-8 miles” away from Joseph’s family with Katherine Jackson, Joh’vonnie says her father lived two separate lives and supported two families. Joe had a 25-year long affair with Joh’Vonnie’s mom, Cheryle Terrell, which was mostly behind Katherine’s back.

“Katherine believed Joseph was away on business when he was probably away with us for the weekend,” Joh’Vonnie told The Daily Mail.

Joe spent quality time with Cheryle and Joh’Vonnie, often bringing them gifts, taking them on trips and eating dinner as a family, which Cheryle cooked.

“He would come round most days sometimes without warning, he was very much a presence in my life, I was a daddy’s girl. I would be so excited, he would bring me presents, my favorite black walnut ice cream. I was spoiled rotten.”

But what Joh’Vonnie didn’t know is that her father was still married to Katherine, an uncomfortable fact she learned when she was 11. She recalled on The Talk the first time she met Katherine at 14, a chance encounter at a local nail salon.

“We walk in [the salon] and there’s Katherine Jackson sitting right there. I got so upset, so nervous – I was confused. And she said, ‘She looks just like him’ – she said that to my best friend. So, I left out and shouted, ‘I’m gonna call my daddy.’

“The reason I was so upset was because we couldn’t even shop at the corner grocery store. We had to go to a different grocery store. And now she’s in the neighborhood getting her nails done, I’m thinking I might possibly get in trouble. It was such a confusing time.”

Daily Mail reports Katharine often referred to Joh’Vonnie as the “bastard child,” which could explain the title of Joh’Vonnie’s book. However, the two have since made amends.

“You find strength in forgiveness,” she said of her strained relationship with Janet, which could also be applied to her relationship with Katherine and her other Jackson siblings. “That’s being strong… let bygones be bygones.”

“Bastard Child” is available now.

Mugshot Madness: Nick Gordon Arrested for Domestic Violence, Allegedly Punched Girlfriend & Pulled Her Hair

Bobbi Kristina’s infamous ex, Nick Gordon, found himself back in jail on domestic violence charges after he allegedly punched his girlfriend, Laura Leal, in the face and pulled her hair in the middle of a heated argument.

According to reports, Gordon was arrested Saturday (Mar. 10) by police in Seminole, Florida for domestic violence and charged with “battery-touch or strike.” He was released on a $500 bond and is due in court on April 6th.

The Blast has the details below:

According to the arrest report, Cops responded to a possible domestic disturbance Saturday morning shortly after midnight to make contact with Gordon and his girlfriend, Laura Leal. Gordon told cops that he wanted Leal to leave his house because she ripped his shirt and threw a bottle at him. He said that Leal and him had both been drinking alcohol, and that she “attacked him for no reason and that she is ‘crazy.’” Gordon’s injuries amounted to a cut on his thumb.

Cops then spoke with Leal, and observed a “visible injury to include slightly swollen bottom lip with dried blood.” She said that she picked Gordon up from a bar near their home, and while she was driving Gordon struck her in the right side of her cheek area several times. She also told police that he “pulled her hair and stated to her that he should make her wreck the vehicle.” Photographs of her injuries were taken.

She refused to press charges against Gordon, as well as refused to sign any domestic violence paperwork. But, based upon the evidence at the scene, Gordon was arrested for battery domestic violence.

The couple told officials they have been dating for one year, and moved in together 6 months ago.

Nick Gordon was previously arrested in 2017 for domestic violence after allegedly beating up Laura Leal, though she stopped cooperating with officials and the charges against him were eventually dropped.

Gordon was heavily scrutinized in connection with Bobbi Kristina’s death in 2015 due to allegations of domestic violence in the home just before she was found unconscious in a bathtub.

Gordon was later sued by Bobbi Kristina’s family for wrongful death and was ordered by a judge by pay over $36 million to her estate after being found legally responsible for her death. Nick was never criminally charged and has vehemently denied any wrongdoing. The investigation is still open to this day.

Following Gordon’s 2017 domestic violence arrest, a spokesperson for the Fulton County, Georgia district attorney’s office said that his run-in with the law would factor into the ongoing investigation into Bobbi Kristina’s death.

“We have consistently refrained from commenting on our investigation into the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown because of our general policy regarding commenting on open criminal investigations,” the district attorney’s office said in a statement to the media. “However, it goes without saying that the arrest of Nick Gordon in the Florida domestic violence case will certainly add an additional layer of evidence to the final resolution of this matter.”

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Season 7 Trailer: Stevie J & Karlie Redd Are Still Out Here Hoeing, Tommie Is Still Angry, and Kirk Still Ain’t Shit

After forcing us to suffer through the Ambien pill known as Love & Hip Hop New York, VH1 is finally bringing back the best Love & Hip Hop franchise to ratchetify our TV screens.

Back for its seventh season (it’s been that long? wow!), Love & Hip Hop Atlanta is returning with a set of fresh faces along with some old faces that are still up to their old tricks.

When VH1 was teasing the new season, they made it a point to mention that “the game has changed,” but after watching the Season 7 Super Trailer (see below), it looks like more of the same drama, just in a different season.

Take Stevie J, for instance. Now that Joseline and her ‘Diary of a Mad Latina Woman’ storyline have been tossed into the trash where they belong, Steebie is still looking for a Latina woman to make her the “First Lady of Danger Zone Latina.” And he has a lot of women competing for that spot, including newcomer Just Brittany, Estelita Quintero (from Season 6) and Love & Hip Hop OG Erica Mena, who is looking for a “fresh start” in the ATL. The only problem is … Steebie (who is facing federal prison time for not paying child support) still doesn’t understand the concept of not mixing business with pleasure, which is going to cause a lot of problems down the road.

Just like Stevie J, Karlie Redd is still out here hoeing around too, or as she puts it, “still looking for love.” And now that Karlie and Yung Joc are officially dunzo, she’s found a new man to make Joc jealous—singer/songwriter/producer Sean Garrett. I find it extremely sad that Karlie still doesn’t understand how ridiculous a grown ass woman pushing retirement age looks fighting over men on national television, but here we are.

Tommie Lee is back for another season (even though she said she was leaving the show, but hey, bills don’t pay themselves), and she’s still angry as hell. This season, she’s really making an effort at jumpstarting her music career, but she’s still not on good terms with her mama, who thought it would be a good idea for Tommie to “reunite” with her cop-calling sister Versace. One scene shows Tommie hurling a cup of coffee at Versace’s head, so we can assume that reunion idea wasn’t a good one.

And last, but certainly not least, Kirk still ain’t shit. This season, he’s coming in armed with the paternity test results to let us know whether or not he’s Baby Kannon’s father (spoiler alert: he probably is), but he still somehow thinks his relationship with Rasheeda is salvageable. Fortunately, she ain’t having it, and lets him know that he is NOT moving back in, in spite of his “It’s not fair” tears and his big ass moving truck sitting outside the house with all of his personal belongings. BOY, BYE!

Meanwhile, MiMi is finally showing off her latest lesbian lover Tamera, Jessica Dime and her fiancé Shawne are ready to start a family, Kirk’s alleged baby mama Jasmine is making random pop-ups at Pressed looking for Rasheeda, and Sierra has finally moved on from Shooter and is ready for a new relationship.

The LHHATL Season 7 trailer also introduces us to a few new faces, like Tokyo Vanity, BK Brasco, Keely Hill and a Jamaican artist named Spice, who they call the “Queen of Dancehall.”

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Season 7 premieres on Monday, March 19th at 8 p.m.

WATCH: O.J. Simpson Laughs Hysterically While Confessing to Murdering Wife Nicole Brown & Ron Goldman

O.J. Simpson has basically confessed to the murders of his wife Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman.

In a TV special that aired on Fox Sunday night (Mar. 11) called “O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession?” the disgraced former NFL star described a “hypothetical” account of what “allegedly” happened the night of June 12, 1994 before the bloody bodies of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman were discovered.

At the beginning of Simpson’s televised conversation with Judith Regan—the woman who published his “If I Did It” book—he initially hesitated, claiming “it’s not easy to discuss,” which is weird, considering this is all supposed to be “hypothetical,” right? And beyond that, why would someone recount a “hypothetical” situation if they were 100% innocent?

Speaking “hypothetically,” Simpson claimed that on the night of June 12th, a friend of Simpson’s named “Charlie” told him Nicole had something going on at her house, which “allegedly” sparked the fatal chain of events.

“This guy Charlie shows up, a guy who I recently became friends with,” said Simpson. “And I don’t know why he went by Nicole’s house, but he told me, ‘You wouldn’t believe what’s going on over there.’ And I remember thinking whatever’s going on over there, it’s gotta stop.”

Simpson said “hypothetically” (of course) he and his (imaginary) “friend” Charlie drove to Nicole’s house with a cap, gloves, and a knife (“for the crazies,” he said) under the seat of the car, which they parked in an alley.

Simpson said he was confronted by Ron and Nicole, who told O.J. to get the f**k off her property. O.J. said things got a little heated, and Nicole fell and hurt herself. Simpson added Goldman got in a karate stance, which prompted O.J. to say, “Well, you think you can kick my ass?”

Simpson then claimed, “At that time, I think Charlie had followed this guy in, to make sure there was no problem, and he brought in the knife. I took the knife from Charlie, and to be honest, after that, I don’t remember, except I’m standing there and there’s all kinda stuff around. Blood and stuff.”

As O.J. continues his “hypothetical” account of “alleged” events, he suddenly bursts into a fit of hysterical laughter, which is an odd thing for someone to do when they’re “hypothetically” discussing their wife’s murder, even if it was more than 20 years ago.

Anyhow, long story short, Judith Regan said in a panel discussion moments after O.J.’s “hypothetical” recounting of the “alleged” events that O.J. basically confessed to Nicole and Ron’s murders.

Oddly enough, even though O.J. insisted he didn’t remember the murder itself, he remembered possibly leaving the glove behind. “I had no conscious memory of doing that [leaving the glove], but obviously I must have done it because I left the glove there,” he said.

The TV special and accompanying “If I Did It” book with O.J.’s confession was originally scheduled to be released in 2006, but they were both pulled after an outcry from the families of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman, with Fox boss Rupert Murdoch himself even apologizing. A year later, a Florida bankruptcy court awarded the rights to the book to the Goldmans, and they published it in 2007.

The families of Brown and Goldman were aware the unseen footage from the canned TV special would be televised this year and gave the broadcast their blessing. “Their thinking is we know he’s free again, we know him and we’ll think he’ll hang himself in this interview by implicating himself, so let’s see it. Let everybody see it,” said executive producer Terry Wrong.

According to Wrong, the confession tapes were originally shelved because the families were worried Simpson would profit from it. “They feared O.J. would be paid,” Wrong said. “The decision was made not to do it… Eventually, it was brought up to Fox executives that these tapes existed still… I went and looked and sure enough, it was incredibly riveting.”

Thanks to projects like the Academy Award-winning documentary “O.J.: Made in America” and the FX miniseries “American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson,” there has been a ton of renewed interest in Simpson and this case, which was described as the “trial of the century” back in the 1990’s.

Despite being acquitted in October 1995 for Nicole and Goldman’s murders, a civil suit later found him responsible for their deaths and he was ordered to pay $33.5 million in restitution to the victims’ families.

Simpson was later convicted of multiple felonies, including kidnapping, burglary, and armed robbery after a 2007 incident in Las Vegas, and faced up to 33 years in prison. He was released on parole in October 2017.

“Superhead” Karrine Steffans Says Tony Yayo’s Toe Sucking Skills Are on Point (VIDEO)

Former G-Unit rapper Tony Yayo is the best toe-sucker of all time, or at least that’s what former video vixen Karrine Steffans is claiming.

In a video posted by 50 Cent on his Instagram page, a friend of Yayo’s (Ant Tha Ladiesman) and Steffans talk about how Yayo sucked her toes to death and didn’t even bother to take her shoes off.

“Yayo, she say she never had her toes sucked the way you sucked her toes,” Ant jokes in the clip.

“In my life, it was the best toe-sucking of all time,” Steffans said. “The best part is that he didn’t even take my shoes off, he just sucked my toes in the Gucci shoes. Which shows dedication, purpose, and promise,”

https://www.instagram.com/p/BgDOpILlA9L/?hl=en&taken-by=50cent

Yayo hasn’t responded to the video, but we’re sure he had some not so nice words to share with his former group mate 50 Cent, the king of trolling. It must be a “joy” to be good friends with 50.

Alexis Burgess & Treveon Wilson: Fast Facts About Stripper & Boyfriend Who Murdered Club Manager & Security Guard for Not Letting Her Work

Alexis Burgess, 23, and her boyfriend, 24-year-old Treveon Wilson, are facing murder charges over their alleged involvement in a shooting that took place at Temptations Cabaret, a gentleman’s club in Aledo, Texas.

A club manager and a security guard were both shot and killed Thursday night (Mar. 8) after a fight ensued between the two and Burgess’ boyfriend Treveon Wilson.

Here are some things to know about the shooting.

1The shooting at the strip club occurred after Alexis Burgess was told she wasn’t allowed to work that night.

According to a statement from the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office, Alexis Burgess had been employed by Temptations Cabaret, but was not allowed to work on the night of the shooting.

This prompted an altercation to take place between Burgess’ boyfriend, Treveon Wilson, and the club manager and a security guard that worked for the club.

Wilson ended up shooting and killing both men.

2The shooting victims were later identified as 32-year-old Julian Marin and 40-year-old Cesar Estrada-Rangel after they were pronounced dead at the scene.

The two shooting victims were pronounced dead at the scene by Benbrook EMS. They were identified as Julian Marin, 32, and Cesar Estrada-Rangel, 40, by the Tarrant County Medical examiner’s office.

The family of Marin, also known as “Big Leo,” set up a GoFundMe account to help cover his funeral expenses.

Tonight we lost a brother, friend, son, but most of all a great father. He was tragically taken from us tonight along with another member of our family. Big Leo, as we all knew him, was the sole provider for his family and worked tirelessly to provide for his. One of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of calling family. The coming days will be extremely rough for his mother, sister, and children. I ask everyone to please help donate anything you can to help them in this time of need. Thank you in advance, any questions don’t hesitate to text or call 817-841-7325

Within two days, the page has so far raised just under $2,000 of its $10,000 goal.

3Alexis Burgess’ boyfriend Treveon Wilson was found soon after the shooting.

Treveon Wilson fled the scene after the shooting.

He reportedly sustained a gunshot wound in the altercation and was arrested after police found him receiving treatment at a local hospital.

4Alexis Burgess and Treveon Wilson were both charged with murder.

Both Burgess and Wilson are being held at Tarrant County Jail and facing charges of capital murder. While Burgess’ bond is currently $100,000, Wilson has no bond.

Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office spokesman David McClellan said the charges against Burgess may change as the investigation continues, the Dallas News reported.

“I am pleased with the way our team worked to effectively and efficiently work the scene, identify the suspects and resolve this case,” Sheriff Bill Waybourn said in a statement.

Doofus of the Day: Man Arrested After Driving Stolen Car to Court to Face Stolen Car Charges

Ladies and gentlemen, meet the face of stupidity.

A Connecticut man is being labeled as one of the dumbest criminals in the world after he drove a stolen car to appear in court over stolen car charges. Sounds like this fella, 25-year-old Jonathan Rivera, either had zero f**ks to give or he just isn’t too damn bright.

According to the Hartford Courant:

Jonathan Rivera, 25, was at Superior Court in Hartford on Wednesday to answer a charge of first-degree larceny and tampering with a motor vehicle involving the theft of a car in Hartford on Feb. 17.

As he waited to appear before a judge, Hartford Parking Authority agents scanning license plates for parking violators got a hit on a white 2014 Subaru Legacy parked near the courthouse. The license plates had been reported stolen and the car itself had been stolen from Newington because a key fob was left in it, police said.

Police kept an eye on the car, and when Rivera left court, got in and tried to drive away, they moved in and arrested him.

Rivera is facing even more jail time and was charged with second-degree larceny and taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s permission.

Teacher Investigated for Accusing “Moronic Ethnic” With “Parents Too Busy Buying Drugs” of Stealing Computer Mouse

A Lousiana math teacher is under investigation after leaving a racially charged message on a whiteboard in his classroom.

In a message accusing one of his students of stealing a computer mouse from his classroom, Pickering High School teacher Randolph Perez wrote:

“Welcome to Room 312. To the moronic, self obsessed ethnic who stole the mouse from the back computer: the fact that you do not know both your parents, and that the so called adults that are caring for you can not afford a five dollar part because they are too busy buying drugs and [scoring] cigars at the Shop-Rite does not change the fact that you are nothing more than a two bit thief and a waste of carbon and oxygen.”

Britny Taylor, a senior at Pickering High, shared the message on her Facebook account, which has gone viral since the day she posted it. Taylor also accused Perez of calling her “white trash” and “dumb” on another occasion.

“I just wanna repost, I deleted it before but no one can do anything to me at the school cause I made him go viral, I think he’s mean, you think he’s sweet and it’s cause of his chemo but no he’s mean! He called me white trash cause I was talking in class but so was everyone else, he called me dumb cause someone locked my locker and I can’t remember 3 numbers, he says that If were just sitting in class doing nothing, we’ll be going to jump start, basically not college, getting our GED, you can say whatever you want about him but you are not in school anymore, you are not in his class 2 times a day like me, I get the full vision and hearing of what this man says and this is uncalled for. Thank you!”

In a phone call with BuzzFeed News, Taylor said that Perez found the message hilarious and encouraged students to take a picture of it and share it with other students.

“When I first walked in, he was walking around the class saying whoever took it is probably on food stamps and welfare,” she said.

Taylor also told the website that when she made the school’s principal Dana Donaldson aware of the racist message, she laughed at her and didn’t believe her. BuzzFeed tried to reach out to Perez and Donaldson, but didn’t get a response from either.

Vernon Parish Schools Board Assistant Superintendent Mike Kay issued a statement saying that the district is taking the issue very seriously and has already opened an investigation.

“We’re looking into the situation,” Kay said. “I can tell you that the viewpoint that was posted on that board was nowhere near the stance of the Vernon Parish School Board. We don’t subscribe to those beliefs, nor do we condone that action.”

Kay also promised to deal with the situation as soon as the teacher Randolph Perez returned from vacation.

“If I do in fact find out that this was done, then we will take swift action on it. It’s a difficult situation, but I can assure you that we will be addressing this, and it will be dealt with severely,” he said.

Stacey Dash Defends Trump’s Controversial Charlottesville Comments As She Runs for Office in Predominantly Black District (VIDEO)

Stacey Dash is really out here trying to politically represent the residents of Compton by agreeing with Donald Trump about Neo-Nazis. Say it with me, “CLUELESS!”

Dash sat down with MSNBC’s Ari Melber for her first televised interview since announcing her congressional run in California’s 44th district, which includes Compton, San Pedro, and North Long Beach.

The problematic black Republican did herself no favors after saying Trump was “absolutely right” when he placed “blame on both sides” at the Charlottesville neo-Nazi rally that caused the death of counter-protester Heather Heyer after being run down by a car driven by a neo-Nazi.

“There were two extreme sides. And here’s what it boils down to: Our right. They had a right to assemble. Both sides had a right, but they were both extremes. And here’s what I said in the beginning, we have to listen to each other. If we do not listen, there will be no solutions. It’s just a bunch of banter and noise.”

Dash made sure not to co-sign Trump’s “very fine people” comment. She simply said, “hate is not the answer” and continued to support the neo-Nazi’s Constitutional right to assemble and protest. But, Melber pushed even further, hoping Dash would explain the president’s controversial comment.

She responded:

“I’m not here to judge. The one who can judge is God. Do I know if everyone person in the neo-Nazi party? If they have a good heart or not? No I don’t. Do I know every member of a gang, if they have a good heart or not? No I don’t. Do I know every heart of a man in prison, if he has a good heart or not? No I don’t. I’m not here to judge.”

So, let’s recap: Stacey Dash, a black Republican, is attempting to sympathize with neo-Nazis while running for elected office in a democratic stronghold that’s predominately Black and Latino. To boot, 80% of voters in the 44th district voted for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.

The nearly 8-minute interview also covered other political subjects including California’s sanctuary cities, healthcare reform, and gun control. Of course, Dash struggled to answer Melber’s questions, often giving short answers and regurgitating Republican talking points.

One of Dash’s opponents is Compton Mayor Aja Brown. At 35, she’s Compton’s youngest mayor told TMZ her run has nothing to with Dash. Brown wrote in a campaign statement:

“The people of the 44th District deserve to be represented by someone who lives, serves and exhibits genuine love for our community, families and children. I am running for Congress to be the voice and vote for the people who are striving every day to feed and raise their families. This campaign is about real people coming together for real progress in our communities.”

Dash might as well write her concession speech right now!

So far, the “Clueless” star is the sole Republican running in California’s 44th Congressional District. The election will be held November 6, 2018. But I doubt Stacey Dash will even make it to November.

Michael Jerome Barber & Courtlin Arrington: Fast Facts About Teen Charged in Classmate’s Shooting Death

A 17-year-old girl named Courtlin Arrington was shot and killed at Huffman High School in Birmingham, Alabama on Wednesday (Mar. 7).

Michael Jerome Barber, another 17-year-old student at the school, was allegedly responsible for the shooting and was arrested on several charges.

The shooting comes less than a month after the tragic events that took place at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL, where 17 students were shot to death by another student.

Here are some things to know about Courtlin Arrington, Michael Barber, and the shooting at Huffman High School.

1The shooting happened as school was being dismissed.

Around 3:45 p.m. as school was letting out, Courtlin was struck by a bullet that pierced her heart and exited through her back. Rescue workers tried to revive Courtlin at the scene of the shooting and on the way to the hospital, but she was pronounced dead 31 minutes later at UAB Hospital, AL reports.

Courtlin’s mother Tynesha Tatum found out about the shooting through a phone call from one of Courtlin’s friends, but at first, she didn’t believe it. She said it wasn’t until her 16-year-old son, Gera’Micah Tatum, who also attends Huffman High School, called her and confirmed the news.

“I told her friend to quit playing on my phone. They called back and said, ‘We aren’t lying. It’s the truth,'” she said. “Then my son called me.”

Tatum went to the school, only to find out her daughter had been taken to the hospital for her injuries. By the time she arrived at the hospital, Courtlin had passed.

“The last time I saw her I had to identify was it her. I couldn’t say anything. I couldn’t touch her. I couldn’t do none of that,” Tatum said.

Courtlin’s 19-year-old sister, Tamera Tatum, who also attends Huffman, had just got on the school bus to go home when the shooting occurred.

2Michael Jerome Barber, a teen from Huffman High School, is being charged with Courtlin Arrington’s death.

17-year-old Michael Jerome Barber has been named as the shooter in connection with Courtlin’s death.

He was arrested and transferred to Jefferson County Jail, and is facing manslaughter and certain persons forbidden to possess pistol charges. His bond was set at $75,000 for both charges.

Barber was a junior and a wide receiver on the school’s football team. He often posted recruiting videos online.

3Metal detectors were not in use the day of the shooting, and Barber’s gun accidentally went off while he was showing it off to friends.

In addition to fatally shooting Courtlin Arrington, Barber suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the leg during the shooting. He was taken to a hospital where he was treated for his injuries and released.

Barber’s friends told authorities that he brought the gun to school because he was robbed on campus the day before.

Sources say Barber was showing off his gun to classmates when it “accidentally discharged” and fatally struck Arrington. A school employee also suffered minor injuries from the shooting.

On the day of the tragic incident, the school’s metal detectors were not in use. Superintendent Lisa Herring said the school district was revisiting safety procedures “with an extreme amount of urgency” following the shooting.

Police have described the shooting as being accidental, but haven’t released any further details.

4Courtlin Arrington was described as a bright student who had a promising future and wanted to be a nurse.

Arrington was a high school senior and an aspiring nurse. She had recently been accepted into Concordia College.

“Our hearts go out to the family of Ms. Arrington, all of her friends and those whose lives would have been changed through her nursing dreams had this event not occurred,” the district attorney’s office said in a statement Friday. “This is a parent’s worst nightmare.

Courtlin’s mother Tynesha Tatum told local news reporters her daughter was determined to achieve her dreams. “Whatever she put her mind to, that’s what she was going to do,” Tatum said.

Courtlin was also said to have been excited about prom and had already picked out her cap and gown for graduation.

“Her father had just ordered her prom dress online and she didn’t even know it yet,” her grandfather Zach Arrington told news.

5Courtlin’s mother says Courtlin was crazy about fashion and was known for putting others before herself.

Tynesha Tatum said her daughter was very fashion-forward and always kept her appearance up. “Her hair had to be on point. Her nails had to be on point. Her purse had to match. She was a loving, crazy person,” Ms. Tatum said.

Ms. Tatum also spoke about how big of a heart Courtlin had and how she would take care of those who were sick around her.

“She knew when I was down and knew when I was sick,” Ms. Tatum said. “She’d go in there and cook. She’d go in there and clean. She was the Big Mama of the house. She made sure everything was straight.”

Tatum said she’s going to miss Courtlin calling her and asking her to buy her favorite snacks: fruit, Beef n Cheddar sandwiches from Arby’s, and funnel cakes from Rally’s.

“We were two peas in a pod. You see me, you see her. I got up in the morning and jumped in her bed and kissed on her face,” Tatum said.

6Michael Barber’s sister defended his involvement in the shooting on social media.

Makiya Barber posted a selfie of herself and her brother after he was released on bail Friday (Mar. 9).

“Out the big ole gate! Y’all can stop the fake friend request(s) now. God still gotta plan for the kid!” Makiya wrote in a caption of the photo, which has since been made private.

She also wrote a statement in response to those who had negative things to say about her brother Michael.

“And what y’all NOT about to do is make my brother out to be this horrible unparented child,” she wrote in a now-private post. “All the he say, she say … we have the facts! Rest in peace, baby girl, and my brother is gonna come out stronger and wiser.”

Friends of Barber also didn’t appear to be taking the shooting seriously and in a thread on Facebook can be seen asking if he got some real food when he got out of jail and whether or not he would be able to play football again, to which Makiya responded “idk yet about football….leg in pain.”

7Courtlin Arrington’s funeral is set for March 24th, the same weekend as what would have been her senior prom.

Courtlin Arrington’s funeral will be held at noon on March 24th at Boutwell Auditorium. It will occur on the same weekend as what would have been her senior prom.

Courtlin’s family says that they hope her death will bring change in school safety measures and she won’t die in vain.

“We don’t want her death to be in vain,” her grandfather, Zach Arrington, said on the family’s behalf. “We don’t want another parent to have to go through this ever. These children are our precious commodities. If you were driving an egg truck, you wouldn’t go 100 mph and then slam on the brakes, yet they’re taking our children down this road. They’re not caring for them.”

Lisa Bonet Talks Bill Cosby Rape Scandal, Says She Always Knew There Was Something “Sinister” About Him

Lisa Bonet is breaking her silence regarding Bill Cosby’s rape and sexual assault scandal. The Cosby Show star says there was something “sinister” about her TV dad.

As the March cover story for PorterEdit, Lisa briefly discussed her thoughts on the sexual misconduct allegations against Cosby, a subject she has been reluctant to speak publicly about.

Bonet says her positive memories of working on the Cosby Show set remain “exactly as I remember it,” but admitted she felt an unsettling energy around the comedian.

“[T]here was no knowledge on my part about his specific actions, but … There was just energy. And that type of sinister, shadow energy cannot be concealed.

“And if I had anything more to reveal then it would have happened a long time ago. That’s my nature. The truth will set you free.”

In recent years, more than 50 women have come forward to accuse Cosby of sexual assault. The incidents allegedly occurred as far back as the 1960s, with many women sharing similar stories of Cosby secretly drugging them before allegedly assaulting them.

Though the statute of limitations has expired for most of the allegations, Cosby stood trial in 2017 for aggravated indecent assault in connection with a 2004 incident. The case ended in a mistrial and a retrial is set for April.

“I don’t need to say, ‘I told you so’,” Bonet told PorterEdit. “I just leave all that to karma and justice and what will be.”

Until now, Bonet, who also starred on the Cosby Show’s spin-off A Different World, did not talk about Cosby’s scandal, not even to her famous daughter, actress Zoe Kravitz. “She’d plead the Fifth, even to me,” Kravitz said in a 2015 interview.

“I think she’s just staying out of it. She’s just as disgusted and concerned as everyone else is, but I don’t think she has any insight. It’s news to her as well.”

Keshia Knight Pulliam (Rudy Huxtable) remains one of the few Cosby Show stars to defend and literally stand by Bill Cosby.

Wendy Williams Returns to TV March 19th, Jerry O’Connell to Guest Host in the Meantime

The Wendy Williams Show just got a new host. Due to illness, Wendy was ordered to take a 3-week vacation in February. The show will return earlier than expected, with actor Jerry O’Connell sitting in the purple chair starting next week.

Wendy is set to return to her show on March 19. In the meantime, O’Connell will step in for her for one week only. Producers made the announcement on Tuesday (March 6). The first Wendy gust host ever in the show’s nine-year run said:

“I am so excited to help out and fill in. We all know nobody can fill the purple chair like Wendy, but I am honored to sit with her co-hosts and to bring the many fans all the Hot Topics they love. Like Wendy tells us, I am going to Say It Like I Mean It.”

Clearly feeling threatened by another woman or person of color taking her job, Wendy has been quite vocal about not having a guest host if she’s unable to fulfill her hosting duties. She even held this policy during her radio days. Instead, she opts for “encore presentations” (aka re-runs).

However, funny-man O’Connell is not a threat to her job security. Wendy offered her approval of the choice (which I’m sure still was a compromise). Wendy said in a statement:

“Jerry has been such a good friend to me and to the show. We’re happy to welcome him as a guest host while I’m out getting much needed rest. Can’t wait to get back in my purple chair!”

During the February 21 broadcast of her show, Wendy told her studio and viewing audience that her doctor ordered three weeks of rest due to Graves’ disease and hyperthyroidism.

Graves’ is an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid and would noticeably cause Wendy’s eyes to bulge on-camera. “[It] squeezes the muscles behind the eyeballs,” she explained to her audience.

Earlier in February, Wendy missed several days of her show due to “flu-like symptoms.” She also fainted on-air back in October after overheating in her Halloween costume; coincidentally, Jerry O’Connell was also a guest during that episode.

Usher & Wife Grace Miguel Divorcing After 2 Years of Marriage Amid Herpes Scandal

Usher and his wife Grace Miguel have decided to go their separate ways after two years of marriage. The split comes after several people have accused the singer of giving them herpes.

The couple released a joint statement on Tuesday (March 6) exclusively to Us Weekly.

“After much thought and consideration, we have mutually decided to separate as a couple. We remain deeply connected, loving friends who will continue supporting each other through the next phases of our lives. The enormous amount of love and respect that we have for each other will only increase as we move forward.”

A source tells Us the couple has been separated for a few months. TMZ last photographed them together in December.

Another Us source noted Usher “was in a good mood and hugging people hello” at a pre-Oscar party last week.

Usher, 36, and Miguel, 48, have been together for nearly 10 years and eloped in September 2015. The two began dating in 2009, shortly after Usher divorced his first wife Tameka Foster.

While divorce documents have not yet been filed, the couple’s relationship was most likely tested last year due to Usher’s herpes scandal last year. It was revealed Usher paid a woman $1.1 million after infecting her with the STI.

Several women and one man then came forward to claim Usher also infected them without first disclosing that he had herpes. The lawsuits, including one seeking $20 million, began to pile up as Usher and his legal team attempted to discredit the allegations.

Grace stood by her man throughout the scandal. “People are people, living their lives,” she told TMZ in November when asked to address her husband’s accusers. Sources also told the site Grace was unbothered by the allegations and wasn’t “giving the lawsuit[s] any weight.”

2018 has seen the hype around the scandal dissipate, but it’s possible it put a strain on the couple’s relationship.

Stevie J From “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” Is Going to Federal Prison

So, there’s a strong chance that Stevie J is about to get locked up.

The U.S. Attorney Southern District of NY has ordered the hip-hop producer to turn himself into authorities by April 10 for failure to pay child support. Stevie reportedly owes more the $1.3 million in back child support accumulated over the course of 15 years.

Such cases are typically handled by state court. However, several factors have caused the case to became a federal matter, including the amount owed, the significant length of missed payments, and the parties involved live in different states.

The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star accepted full responsibility and pled guilty in the case in February 2017. He was ordered to pay $1,304,835.86 in child support and given 3 years of probation until he did so.

Apparently, Stevie’s actions regarding the case have yet to satisfy the court and now he’s possibly facing jail time.

The child support battle has been ongoing for over 14 years as Carol Bennet has fought for financial support from Stevie for the two children they share together.

Stevie previously expressed concern the case would result in a jail sentence back in September 2016. He wrote in an Instagram post:

“Shout out to my real ones locked up… Bout to do this time starting next week. Sum thing light for this child support case.”

Stevie has six children in total, including the two he shares with Bennett.

Timothy Cunningham Updates: CDC Doctor Was Upset He Didn’t Get Promotion, Made Weird Comment to Neighbor the Day He Went Missing

More details have been revealed about the mysterious disappearance of Center for Disease Control and Prevention worker Timothy Cunningham, who gained a ton of national media attention after he went missing after leaving his job early on February 12th due to feeling sick.

After failing to respond to phone calls from family members, Cunningham’s family went to his home in Atlanta on Valentine’s Day. He was not found at the home and had left behind his wallet, credit cards cellphone, car keys, and driver’s license. His dog Mr. Bojangles was also in the home and his car was parked in the garage.

Cunningham’s family said the last time they talked to him he didn’t sound like his usual self. As news spread of his disappearance, his friends and family began accepting donations via GoFundMe to offer a reward for any information that would help locate him. So far, they’ve raised more than $24,000, which exceeds their original $10,000 goal.

In the weeks following his disappearance, a number of updates have come about, including his supervisor saying he was upset over not getting a promotion, and his neighbor mentioning a weird comment he made the day he went missing.

Here are some updates you need to know about the circumstances surrounding Timothy Cunningham’s mysterious disappearance.

1Timothy Cunningham was upset over not receiving a job promotion.

According to reports, Timothy Cunningham was recently passed up for a promotion at his job.

On the last day he was seen, Cunningham’s supervisor explained to him why he didn’t get the job and he reportedly expressed to his co-workers how upset he was over the decision. Cunningham then ended up going home early from work after complaining that he had felt sick following the disappointing news.

“I think that it was pretty consistent that he was definitely upset. He told several co-workers that he was and that he was expecting this promotion,” Atlanta Police Dept. Major Michael O’Connor said in a statement. “He tells the supervisor that he’s not feeling particularly well. He had actually called in sick the two previous workdays.”

On his way home from work around 9:20 a.m., the 35-year-old called his mother, who missed the call, and he didn’t leave a voicemail.

Though police presume Cunningham drove himself home from the CDC’s Chamblee campus, no one actually saw him getting into his car and leaving.

“CDC is checking cameras now because we wanted to confirm that it was him that gets into his vehicle and drives home. They’re not certain that they have cameras that cover the parking deck but they’re checking that for us again now,” said O’Connor.

2Cunningham’s next door neighbor had a bizarre encounter with him on the day of his disappearance.

Cunningham’s next door neighbor Viviana Tory said her husband spoke to him the day he went missing. She said Cunningham told her husband to tell her to delete his number from her cell phone.

“He told my husband to tell his wife — me — to erase his cellphone number from my cell phone,” Tory told CBS News.

3Police don’t suspect any foul play in connection with Cunningham’s disappearance and are denouncing rumors that he had inside information about the flu.

Police are denouncing rumors that Cunningham’s’ job as an epidemiologist may have led to his disappearance.

Many speculated that Cunningham may have had some inside information about the flu virus, however, according to authorities, Cunningham didn’t have access to any classified information.

“He had no access to classified material. He would not be of the type of person that, if you kidnapped him and held him, he could give you access to some horrific virus that could be a real problem for all the rest of us,” O’Connor said.

Authorities said while they don’t suspect foul play, they haven’t completely ruled it out yet either.

Police thought it was unusual that all of his belongings were left home after he went missing, and they couldn’t find any record of any Uber or Lyft transactions from him.

“The most unusual factor in this case is that every single belonging that we are aware of was located in the residence,” O’Connor told reporters. “His keys, his cellphone, credit cards, debit cards, wallet, all of his identification, passports. Anything you could think of, we’ve been able to locate. None of those items are missing.”

4A search party was launched over the weekend to find Cunningham.

This past Saturday, volunteers and a K9 team searched a wooded area near a CDC office and the Mercer University Atlanta campus.

“I heard about him on the news. I heard this was happening. I wanted to come out and help,” a search volunteer Bryan Thrasher told Atlanta’s 11 Alive.

So far, no signs of Cunnigham have been found. His family and Crime Stoppers of Greater Atlanta are offering a cash reward for tips regarding the case.

A GoFundMe page has also been set up and, within two weeks, has reached over $24,000 out of the initial $10,000 goal. His family wrote on the page:

Dr. Timothy Cunningham has been missing from his home in North West Atlanta, Georgia, since February 12, 2018. Tim is a very loving, brilliant, and responsible young man. Therefore, his sudden disappearance is highly irregular and very much out of character for him. His friends, family, and colleagues are desperately searching for him. We are launching this fundraising campaign to collect funds that will be used to establish a reward for information that will help locate Tim. Your contributions will be greatly appreciated.

Anyone with information on Timothy Cunningham’s whereabouts has been asked to call Atlanta police. “If anyone sees anything that relates to, or thinks you have seen Timothy, please call,” his father Terrell Cunningham said.

The CDC released a statement saying, “Dr. Cunningham’s colleagues and friends at the CDC hope that he is safe. We want him to return to his loved ones and his work, protecting people’s health.”
