Kevin McCall Says He’s Gonna Hurt Somebody If He Doesn’t See His Kids Soon

Tamar Braxton is doing it again. She is defending estranged husband Vince Herbert to the point that she’s refusing to promote the new season of Braxton Family Values unless producers stop trying to portray him as a villain.

Season 6 of BFV premieres tomorrow, but sources say Tamar has refused to promote the show because she feels her own family wants to vilify Vince and perpetuate reports he’s abusive for ratings.

“We’re told show cameras have captured Tamar and Vince as they steer through their pending divorce, but Tamar feels the family’s using fake storylines to drum up ratings and frame Vince as a villain. We’re told she’s pissed her kin would ‘stoop so low for personal gain’ and unless producers edit out what she feels are lies … she’ll refuse to promote it.”

Since Tamar filed for divorce last year, there have been several reports that Vince has exhibited abusive towards her, including a Christmas Eve incident, Tamar herself alluded to on social media.

Despite the allegations—which were also exacerbated by her mother—Tamar has continued to publicly deny the rumors and defend Vince, most recently during a joint appearance on The View.

“All of the other allegations are just not true,” Vince, defending himself, said on The View. “I love this lady with all my heart, I love my family with all my heart and I will never stop fighting for my family and trying to make it be great.”

In a new BFV clip, Evelyn Braxton, the Braxton matriarch, continued to slam Vince saying her daughter was “miserable” in her marriage.

“She had the big house, and let’s keep it real, people, she was miserable. So sometimes big is not always better. It just depends on who you’re in there with. Oh, did I say that?”

Trey Songz Booked on Felony Domestic Assault Allegations, Says He’s “Being Lied on and Falsely Accused”

Trey Songz was booked on felony domestic assault charges. The singer turned himself into the authorities Monday (March 19) after allegedly punching and choking a woman during NBA All-Star weekend last month.

Songz—with his lawyer Shawn Holley by his side—turned himself into the Los Angeles Police Department around 6 a.m. Monday morning and was booked on the felony charges. He was released at 8 a.m. after posting $50,000 bond.

The 33-year-old has remained mostly quiet on the alleged incident. However, he broke his silence before turning himself in and denied the allegations. “I am being lied on and falsely accused for someone’s personal gain,” he tweeted against his lawyers and management’s advice.

A woman named Andrea Buera accused Songz of physically attacking her for talking to another man at a Hollywood Hills party during All-Star weekend in February. She said he hit her so hard, she had a concussion.

Buera described the alleged incident in a press conference:

“I was attending an after party when Trey began yelling at me, choking me, punching me and ultimately, he knocked me to the ground. While I was on the ground, he continued punching me. And he did not stop until his security guard pulled him off of me.

“…I had to go to the hospital because he hit me so hard I had a concussion and was throwing up from the migraines.”

TMZ shared several photos of Buerea’s alleged injuries.

According to TMZ, Songz says there are witnesses that refute Buera’s claims. The site also reports that Buera’s original statement to police was “filled with inconsistencies.”

Buera’s lawyer Lisa Bloom made a statement to Page Six upon learning Songz had turned himself in:

“We are delighted at the news that Trey Songz has been arrested for felony domestic assault against my client Andrea Buera. Andrea will fully cooperate with the investigation and is ready, willing, and able to testify at trial, should that be necessary. We urge any witnesses to contact the Los Angeles police.”

Buera was granted a temporary restraining order against Songz earlier this month. A hearing for a permanent order is set to occur in late March; Buera will testify.

O.J. Simpson Criticizes Colin Kaepernick, Praises Donald Trump in New Interview: “I Think Colin Made A Mistake”

O.J. Simpson sat down for his first major interview since being released from prison. Though he refused to discuss his famous murder trial, he sure had a lot to say about a few other hot-button topics, including Colin Kaepernick and Donald Trump.

Simpson’s in-depth interview with Buffalo News was published Friday (March 16). As one of the first black athletes to “transcend race” and did everything imaginable to distance himself from Black America and racial injustice, Simpson slams Colin Kaepernick for protesting police brutality.

“I think Colin made a mistake,” Simpson said of Kaepernick choosing to kneel during the National Anthem in protest of racial inequality in America. “I would always stand for the flag,” Simpson said.

“I really appreciate what [Kaepernick] was trying to say. I thought he made a bad choice in attacking the flag…

“When he did it the first time, I thought, ‘Well, you took a gamble, and I give you credit.’ But it was him continuing to do it where he made the biggest mistake.”

Simpson then made a reach by comparing the American flag to the Bible and why neither should be disrespected because of racists.

“I grew up at a time when deacons were in the KKK. I don’t disrespect the Bible because of those guys. The flag shouldn’t be disrespected because of what cops do. The flag represents what we want America to be.”

Again, Kaepernick and other NFL players who joined in the protest have repeatedly said that they are NOT protesting the flag, but that still goes over people’s heads who are committed to silencing black people and have no interest in ending racial inequality.

Anyways, the current POTUS was one of the main people to object to Kaepernick exercising his First Amendment right. And here comes Simpson agreeing with him and describing Trump as a “fun guy.”

“He would have been fun,” Simpson said of Trump who attempted to buy the Buffalo Bills, the NFL team Simpson played most of his career with.

“Ain’t no doubt about it. The one thing I can say about The Donald is The Donald is fun.

“Well, for a dude — and I consider myself a dude — Donald is a man’s man. He would be a fun guy. But that’s hanging out. … If the Bills weren’t winning, it would have been tough.”

Prior to his trial, Simpson and Trump had a friendly relationship. The two were golfing buddies and Simpson attended Trump’s 1993 wedding to Marla Maples.

Buffalo News even notes that Trump said he believed Simpson was framed for the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman during a 1995 interview on The Howard Stern Show. Trump has only had negative remarks to say about Simpson in recent years, though.

Still considering him a friend, Simpson did say that he “probably” wouldn’t vote Trump.

“I only know two of my friends I’d vote to be president,” he said. “Some of my best, best besties I would not vote to be president. That has no bearing on it, you know?”

Before tonight, you may have never even heard of UMBC—which stands for University of Maryland Baltimore County—but, after Friday night’s (Mar. 16) historic upset against Virginia, you are now required to put some respeck on UMBC’s name.

UMBC, a No. 16 seed, managed to pull off the biggest upset in the nearly 80-year history of the NCAA tournament, by not only defeating, but SLAUGHTERING No. 1 seed University of Virginia in the tourney’s first round, practically ruining 99.9% of everyone’s brackets.

Because Virginia was the No. 1 seed, most people probably chose them to win it all, or at least make it to the Sweet 16. So, them losing tonight’s game pretty much messes up EVERYONE’s brackets.

In fact, according to the NCAA, who’ve been tracking millions of brackets for this year’s championship, there are ZERO perfect brackets remaining.

Excuse Me While I Throw Up: Sonic Is Selling Pickle Juice Slushies

Just when you thought folks couldn’t come up with anymore crazy food combinations, Sonic says, “hold my beer.”

The popular fast food joint that has been bestowing upon the world such recent gems as 50 cent corndogs (in honor of national corn day, of course) and 99 cent chilli cheese tater tots and fries has slipped and bumped their damn heads.

Food & Wine is reporting that Sonic will start selling a pickle juice flavored slushy beginning in June.

This June, Sonic will unveil a pickle juice snow cone slush, according to Sonic representatives. And the drink is exactly what it sounds like: a sweet slush flavored with pickle juice. As could be expected, the beverage is bright green—in a way no brine of pickles ever has been—but this is Sonic, so everything should be a little fluorescent and playful.

We tasted the drink at Sonic’s headquarters in Oklahoma City, and it’s surprisingly delicious (and makes a good accompaniment to burgers and/or tots and/or corn dogs.) Sweet and tangy, the bright brine compensates for the over-savoriness you might have been worried about. You won’t understand why, but you’ll keep going back for more sips, likely until it’s all gone. Our only gripe is that the slush is a bit too sweet, as if overcorrecting for the acidity, but maybe this is what has to happen for America to acclimate to—and embrace—pickle-flavored soft drink.

As a member of the Sonic team tells Food & Wine, you can add the syrup to anything, once it’s officially rolled out. No one can stop you for asking for a squirt of pickle juice in your shake, or on your burger, or on whatever your sick heart desires. Though the Sonic rep makes sure to point out, she can’t control what they’ll charge you for that extra pickle squirt on your sundae—it’s up to each individual franchise. Fair.

Can you say… EWW?! Pickles are meant for burgers and sub sandwiches, Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches (I always get extra), salads and sometimes fresh out of the jar, if you’re feeling froggy.

But pickle juice syrup on a sundae or pickle juice in a slushie just sounds ungodly.

I’m sorry, but, NOPE. I’ll pass.

Kim Kardashian Says Everyone Should Try Surrogacy At Least Once: “I Would Recommend [It] for Anybody”

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s newborn daughter Chicago is barely two months old, and people are already talking about a fourth Kimye baby.

According to a fresh set of Kardashian rumors, Kim and Kanye are open to having another child—which would be their fourth, following North, Saint, and now Chicago, who was born via surrogate like their future little follow-up Kimye baby would.

Not so fast though, says an anonymous ‘source’ to Hollywood Life. If Kim’s going down that road of letting someone else carry her baby for her again, she has one condition. “As long as it isn’t anytime soon,” the insider (probably one of HL’s editors) said.

The insider went to add that although Kimmie wouldn’t mind making the Kardashian/Jenner clan just a little bit bigger, she wants to enjoy her time with Baby Chi before considering going through the process all over again.

“It would actually be a few years from now when she is in her early forties because she wants Kanye to make his comeback and the kids to get a little older,” the source added. “She loves the baby years so much that she knows she will miss it once Chicago gets a little older.”

Hollywood Life’s article is hella convenient, considering Kim just said in her cover story interview with Elle that she planned on having one more child, but four is her absolute limit.

“I don’t think I could handle more than that,” she said. “My time is spread really thin. And I think it’s important that in all couples, the mom give the husband as much attention as the kids.”

As for using a surrogate for Baby Chi-town, Kim said that even though she “hated being pregnant” with North and Saint she still would have preferred to carry her own child the third time around. But she says surrogacy is a great experience that everyone should try at least once.

“The control is hard at the beginning. Once you let that go, it’s the best experience,” she said. “I would recommend surrogacy for anybody.”

There are people who love Chris Brown, then there are people who hate Chris Brown. There’s really no in-between with this guy, but what you can’t deny, hate him or love him, is that man is talented as all get-out when it comes to this music isht.

Take this new song and video he did with Lil Dicky for instance. The concept isn’t 100% unique, as it is based on the 2003 movie “Freaky Friday,” where a daughter (played by Lindsay Lohan) switches lives with her mother (Jamie Lee Curtis) for a few days.

Chris and Dicky’s video is basically that, but what makes their version not only hilarious, but also pretty damn ingenious, is the song—also called “Freaky Friday”—that goes with it.

They could have spared us that disastrous first minute of the video (I mean, I get what they were trying to do, but… no.), but, from 1 minute and 3 seconds on, it’s nothing but pure greatness.

After Lil Dicky and Chris Brown get their respective wishes of having “different lives” (thanks to the random fortune cookie guy), Dicky wakes up in Chris Breezy’s body, which is currently sandwiched between two women.

Not only is he excited about having tattoos on his neck, but he’s having a complete ball: singing, dancing, scrolling through lit af DMs, FaceTiming Kanye, and all.

But wait, “Holy sh*t I’ve got a kid,” he sings, with Chris Brown’s voice of course. (Sidebar: The jury’s still out on whether that little girl is really his daughter Royalty, but she’s pretty convinced it’s her).

Then, Dicky realizes… ‘Wait! I’m black, which means I can finally use the n-word without repercussion. BECAUSE I AM A N**GA NOW!’

“Wonder if I can say the N-Word?” Dicky (as Breezy) asks himself, “Wait, can I really say the N-word?!”

The best part of the song:

Then comes the hook, which is equally good (and hella creative):

The next part of the song/video is Lil Dicky’s verse, which is rapped from Chris Brown’s point of view, as he is now trapped inside Dicky’s body. And he’s feeling a bit depressed, because now he’s stuck living inside an awkward-looking white boy, and he even has his “little dick(y).” (Now you see where he gets the name “Lil Dicky” from, right?)

One perk though: Chris (as Dicky) is able to walk down the street without being harassed by the paparazzi or mobbed by crazy fans. Even the nice white people in his nice white neighborhood are waving at him, as if they, **gasp** actually like him and aren’t threatened by him.

But, after enjoying the little things of life, like being able to finally wear blue without any repercussion, Chris is getting annoyed being Lil Dicky (his Mom won’t stop calling either, OMG), so now he’s ready to get his old body back.

Making matters worse, Dicky, still occupying Chris’ body, is out here posting dick pics on Twitter (and trending because of it), enjoying courtside basketball games, and chillin’ in the VIP section at the club.

After what seems like a day’s search, Chris (as Dicky) finally locates Dicky (as Chris), who refuses to acknowledge him, which makes him go full Chris Brown upside the security guard’s head with a beer bottle, which now gives him face-to-face access.

The two finally reason with each other (after Dicky reminds a hella angry Chris that if he hurts him, he’s hurting himself), and they’re switched back into their old bodies just in time for a dance break.

There is no reason why this video shouldn’t get all the awards at the MTV VMAs this year, because as far as I’m concerned, this IS the video of the year for 2018.

And if you’re still not convinced, keep watching until the end for the bonus round with Ed Sheeran, DJ Khaled, and Kendall Jenner (which, to me, was a bit awkward, but if she’s OK with it, so am I).

No Surprise Here: Dylann Roof’s Sister Morgan Arrested for Bringing Weapons to School, Says She Wished Black Students Got Shot on National Walkout Day

Dylann Roof’s sister is following in her crazy, psychopath brother’s footsteps.

Morgan Roof was arrested Wednesday (Mar. 14) at A.C. Flora High School in Columbia, South Carolina after she was found with pepper spray, a knife, and marijuana on school grounds. She also posted a Snapchat saying that she hoped the students who were participating in National Walkout Day would “get shot.”

On Wednesday, thousands of students across the country walked out of class to demand stricter gun laws in honor of the 17 students and faculty members killed at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida last month.

Roof said in her Snapchat post that she figured most of the participants would be black.

“Your walking out for the allowed time of 17min, they are letting you do this, nothing is gonna change what tf you think it’s gonna do? I hope it’s a trap and y’all get shot we know it’s fixing to be nothing but black people walkin out anyway. No offense ofc buuut”

According to Lieutenant Curtis Wilson, a spokesman for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, Morgan claimed to have brought the weapons to school for protection.

She was taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center and charged with simple possession of marijuana and two counts of carrying weapons on school grounds. Her bond was set at $5,000.

A.C. Flora High School’s principal, Susan Childs, released a statement regarding the incident.

“As many of you know, today was set as a time for a student walkout. Our student leaders had asked to be allowed to spend seventeen minutes to remember each of the victims of the Parkland, Florida school shooting. This student-led event was voluntary. The walkout went well with only a minor verbal disagreement that occurred at dismissal from the event.

“A rumor then started that a certain student had a weapon. This was heavily investigated and found to be inaccurate. In a separate situation, a student used social media to post a hateful message. The posting was not a threat, but was extremely inappropriate. That student was dealt with in a swift and severe manner as the posting caused quite a disruption.”

In June of 2015, Morgan’s brother Dylan Roof shot and killed nine black churchgoers during a Bible study at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston. He was sentenced to the death penalty last year.

This is a prime example of what not to do on social media, especially if you’re living a double life and don’t want the world to find out how you spend your free time.

A married New York-based preacher went viral after he reportedly accidentally posted a picture of himself and a male companion on Facebook. Pastor Tommy Clark is said to have mistakenly uploaded a photo to Facebook showing him a the currently unidentified man kissing each other, Instagram blog Industry On Blast reports.

Many members of Clark’s congregation were said to have been shocked and/or disgusted by the photos—which show Pastor Clark and his “friend” shirtless, and possibly naked in the bed.

“Our pastor just uploaded the wrong picture and he’s married to a woman… smh,” one of the church members wrote on social media.

Clark immediately deactivated his Facebook account after he became aware of the error. A lesson learned for Pastor Clark: Social media ain’t for everybody.

A popular prostitute with a huge social media following named “Pretty Hoe” is making headlines after she was recently arrested for pimping minors and making them endure violent beatings. She’s also known for flaunting cash on social media and showing off the men who pay her for her services.

Here are some things to know about Pretty Hoe.

1Pretty Hoe (real name: Melanie Denae Williams) is facing life in federal prison.

Pretty Hoe, whose real name is Melanie Denae Williams, was indicted in U.S. District Court for trafficking minors for sex and using force or fraud to coerce an adult into prostitution.

Williams was arrested on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24, 2017) after she allegedly assaulted a woman she recruited for prostitution. According to an affidavit, Williams took the woman’s phone, pulled her hair, and made her strip naked before throwing a cup a bleach on the woman and beating her with a broomstick.

The victim told authorities Williams forced her to sell sex and took all the money she profited. Williams also made the woman tattoo her first name “Melanie” to her wrist and face to prove that she was her property. When the woman got ready to part ways with Williams, she allegedly threatened to kill her and her family.

The victim claims Williams had attacked her before on another occasion in which she bent her fingers, pinched her lower lip, and slapped her in the face.

Authorities also confirmed a video in Pretty Hoe’s phone which shows a gun being pointed at the alleged victim, and Pretty Hoe’s voice can also be heard in the video.

Williams was taken into custody by Federal authorities in February for sex-trafficking two underage girls, The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Williams is being held without bail and is due in court on Friday (Mar. 16) for her arraignment. She faces life in federal prison if convicted.

In a video posted in July 2017, Pretty Hoe is seen punching and slapping a man as a group of bystanders just sit back and watch.

In another video posted on Youtube, Pretty Hoe and her friend Fine Hoe chase after a woman (possibly a prostitute) named Tatiana who she claims stole from her. They never manage to catch up with the woman, but they somehow were able to get her purse. Both women joked about the purse having no money or condoms inside, and captioned the video, which was initially posted to Snapchat, “Broke ass hoe where the money at?”

Pretty Hoe also wrote in another snap, “A bitch that steals from me out my house will never get no pass from me. When you see me you already know what’s up but you always run from me. Tatiana when will you have the balls to FIGHT ME?”

There’s also another video of Pretty Hoe and her ride-or-die Fine Hoe shooting a gun out of a car at someone before speeding off. After the shooting, Pretty Hoe posted on Snapchat, “IM NOT SCARED OF JAIL SO STOP TELLING ME ANYTHING ABOUT THE MF POLICE.”

She calls herself the “The Most Hated Hoe In LA” on her website, brags about face tattoos she has dedicated to her best friend Fine Hoe, and promotes her fan merchandise.

To the surprise of many, Zachary Cruz, the younger brother of Nikolas Cruz, is African American, which seems odd considering Nikolas was reportedly a proud racist and often shared his prejudiced views on the Internet.

According to CNN, Nikolas took part in a private Instagram chat and spoke on killing Mexicans, keeping Black people in chains, and cutting their necks. Cruz also talked about his hatred for Jews, gays, and white women who were in interracial marriages.

According to a Florida Department of Children and Families investigative report, in 2015, Cruz had a “Nazi symbol drawn on his book bag” and “hate signs on a book bag stating, ‘I hate n**gers.'”

Zachary and Nikolas share the same biological mother.

A neighbor who lived next to Nikolas’ family between 1999 and 2000 told Radar Online that the troubled teen’s mother was a drug addict, who put him and his brother up for adoption.

“Nick’s biological mother was just a complete screwup, drug addict and thief,” Trish Devaney told the site.

A woman by the name of Lynda Cruz paid $50,000 to adopt Nikolas from the hospital when he was just days old. She also paid another $15,000 to adopt Nikolas’ brother Zachary when she found out the boys’ mother was pregnant with him in jail. From there, the brothers remained in the custody of Lynda and her husband Roger.

“She was happy with Nikolas and wasn’t going to try for another one, but when she found out he would have a biological brother, she decided right away to take him and her husband was on board,” Devaney said. “The birth mother was just a mess and I even said to Lynda, ‘You don’t know the mother’s background.’ Both children were born after one-night stands. The birth mother, she didn’t even really know who the two biological fathers were.”

Lynda’s husband Roger died of a heart condition in 2004 and Lynda recently died of pneumonia last November at the age of 68. Her death is believed to have taken Nikolas over the edge.

Days after the Nikolas’ shooting, Zachary was removed from the home of family friends who took him in after Lynda’s death and was involuntarily committed to a mental facility under Florida’s Baker Act, which allows for a person to be held for up to 72 hours for mental evaluation through a psychiatric exam.

“He was hospitalized because he was shocked,” a neighbor who lived near Cruz when he was growing up said. “They were close growing up.”

Zachary was committed just a week before his 18th birthday.

4Zachary and his friends would often bully Nikolas because he resented him, but now he regrets it.

Two days after the massacre, Zachary told investigators that he felt guilty about the shooting and could have prevented it from happening. He said that he and his friends would often bully Nikolas and he now regrets it.

Zachary also shared that he resented Nikolas because he believed he was favored over him with their new adoptive family, which explained the taunting.

Zachary is no stranger when it comes to the law, and according to the NY Post, Broward County Sheriff’s Office was called around 25 times about Zachary.

Zachary’s adoptive mother Lynda called the police to report he had run away, and also over fights that occurred between him and Nikolas. One time she reported to officers that Zachary had hit her.

Another 19 calls were reported by police to the family home having to deal with Nikolas.

Days after the shooting, a photo showing Zach and Nikolas holding the remains of their adoptive mother Lynda—who died in November 2017 due to complications from the flu—in a crematorial urn surfaced on the Internet.

In the photo, which appears to be taken at a mausoleum, the Cruz brothers actually appeared to have been actually getting along.

Nikolas Cruz was in court Wednesday for his arraignment for last month’s massacre at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

Cruz, wearing a red jumpsuit and shackled at his waist and ankles, bowed his head during most of the hearing, and said nothing as judge Elizabeth Scherer entered a not-guilty plea the teen’s behalf. However, his younger brother Zachary became emotional during the hearing and was pictured crying.

Family members of nine of the victims of the attack were present for the arraignment, and while some cried, one upset relative yelled out to Cruz, calling him a “son of a bitch.”

A Broward County grand jury indicted Cruz on 17 counts of first-degree murder and attempted murder. Wednesday’s plea came after Cruz’s defense attorney said that he was standing mute on the charges, which means he declined to enter a plea.

State prosecutors said that they would be seeking the death penalty for Cruz, a decision Florida Republican Governor Rick Scott says he agrees with. A trial date will be decided on April 27th.

Cruz’s court appearance just so happened to be the same day of a nationwide school walkout in protest of gun violence and to pressure Congress to approve gun control legislation.

Despite her recent denials, Cardi B is definitely pregnant, and she’s waiting for the right time to make the big announcement.

According to reports, Cardi B is about four or five months with Offset’s baby, which means that she’s due sometime around the first week in July. She’s set to perform in April at Coachella, but she’s not letting the fact that she’ll be at least five to six months pregnant by then stop her from making money moves, TMZ reports.

Since she’ll be closer to her due when she performs at Coachella, she might use that as an opportunity for a big pregnancy reveal if she doesn’t make an announcement before then.

According to Fameolous, she and her team and at Atlantic are working on putting a plan together to reveal the news. “Our industry source says the pregnancy isn’t a secret like many believe and Cardi is reminding people close to her that she is pregnant,” the site reported.

Cardi B reignited pregnancy rumors when she wore a huge fluffy dress (that noticeably covered her belly) at the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards this past Sunday, where she opened the show with a performance medley and announced that her album would be released in April, just in time for Coachella.

Rumors of a possible Cardi B pregnancy started last month after Super Bowl weekend when members of her entourage were allegedly telling folks the “Bartier Cardi” rapper was with child.

As for her upcoming tour with Bruno Mars, TMZ says that’s still on, because the tour doesn’t kick off until September 7th, which will be about two months after she gives birth. According to TMZ, Cardi is set to make around $100K per night, which, in the end, could put more than $2 million in her bank account by the end of the tour.

“Power” Renewed for Season 6 As Season 5 Premiere Date Is Announced

Fans of “Power” will be thrilled to know that there isn’t much time until the hit drama series makes it way back to television. According to Deadline, the highly anticipated fifth season of Starz’ most-watched series will debut this summer on Sunday, July 1st at 9 p.m.

#FreeMeekMill: Meek Mill Could Be Released From Prison & His Conviction May be Overturned Due to Corrupt Cop

The #FreeMeekMill campaign may just be working. The rapper could finally be released on bail very soon. In fact, his entire decade-old conviction could be overturned.

“The office is not opposed to him being out on bail,” a spokesperson for Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner announced on Wednesday (March 14).

This is great news for Meek who’s been in jail since November after Judge Genece Brinkley controversially sentenced him 2-4 years in prison for probation violations. The decision to release him on bail ultimately rests with Brinkley.

Though Brinkley denied Meek bail in December, the D.A. is stepping in due to police corruption currently being exposed in Philly involving 29 officers (so far), including Meek’s 2007 arresting officer, Reginald Graham.

The scandal has already caused hundreds of convictions to be overturned. And because Graham was the only government witness to take the stand in Meek’s trial, the corrupt officer’s testimony has been called into question.

D.A. Larry Krasner said in a statement:

“[T]here is a strong showing of likelihood of (Mill’s) conviction being reversed (in whole or in part). Therefore, the Commonwealth is unopposed to (Mill’s) petition for bail…

“As Officer Graham was the only witness called at trial and was the affiant on a search warrant which produced evidence against (Mill), his veracity is essential to the Commonwealth’s prosecution in this matter.”

Last month, Meek’s lawyers submitted two affidavits with other Philly officers stating that Graham “repeatedly engaged in misconduct, including lying.”

Krasner took office in January and was recently made aware of the corruption, which the previous D.A. kept secret. The list of corrupt officers was released to the public last week.

Meek’s mother, Kathy Williams, tearfully begged Krasner to look into her son’s case during a news conference on Tuesday (March 13). Williams said in a statement after learning Meek’s conviction could possibly be overturned:

“I would like to thank the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office for carefully evaluating my son’s matter and not opposing the request for bail. The fact that Robert’s entire conviction could be overturned is a blessing and I pray that God gives Judge Brinkley the wisdom to make the right decision and allow my son to return home to his family. I truly believe justice will prevail.”

Meek’s attorney, Joe Tacopina, added: “We look forward to [Mill’s] immediate release by the court on bail in light of this development.”

Meek’s 2017 probation violations and subsequent imprisonment stem from a 2008 drugs and weapons conviction. He served eight months in jail and was initially given five years of probation, which Judge Brinkley increased to 10 years after violating his parole agreement.

California Teacher Accidentally Shoots Gun in Classroom & Injures 3 Students During Safety Lesson

And President Trump believes teachers should be armed with guns…

As many as three students at a California High school was injured after a teacher accidentally fired a gun inside a classroom. According to a press release from Seaside Police Department, the teacher has been identified as Dennis Alexander.

Alexander worked as a math teacher at Seaside High School in Monterey County and is a reserve police officer with the Sand City Police Department. He is also a city councilman. He was teaching a class on gun safety when he pointed a semiautomatic weapon at the ceiling and it accidentally fired a shot.

Seaside Police confirmed 17-year-old student Fermin Gonzales was struck in the neck by debris or a fragment from the ceiling after the weapon was discharged, and an updated report from the Associated Press notes that two other students were injured as well.

One of the parents of the injured 17-year-old student told KSBW that the teacher told the class he had to make sure his gun wasn’t loaded when it fired off into the ceiling.

“It’s the craziest thing. It could have been very bad,” Fermin Gonzales Sr. said to the news outlet.

Gonzales also said he immediately rushed his son to the hospital when he returned home with blood on his shirt and bullet fragments in his neck. His son is OK, but was shaken up by the whole thing. Gonzales is upset that the school never reported the incident.

“He’s shaken up, but he’s going to be OK,” Gonzales told KSBW. “I’m just pretty upset that no one told us anything and we had to call the police ourselves to report it.”

Gonzales also no longer supports President Donald Trump’s proposal to have teachers armed with guns in schools.

“I was kinda leaning toward having armed people in school in case something happened,” Gonzales said. “After today, I get why people say there should be no guns in schools.”

Since the incident, Alexander has been placed on administrative leave from his position at the school and the Sand City Police Department. He is also currently under investigation and could face charges.

“We’re looking into any violation of city ordinance or the penal code and we’ll determine whether or not there are any applicable charges,” Seaside Police Chief Abdul D. Pridgen said.

In 2015, guns were banned from schools and colleges in California.

“I have concerns about why he was displaying a loaded firearm in a classroom. We will be looking into that,” City Police Chief Brian Ferrante told KSBW.

The Superintendent’s office sent out a letter to parents saying:

“We want to make you aware of an accident that occurred in the Administration of Justice class today at Seaside High School. As some of you may know, the teacher is a reserve police officer. Today, during class, the teacher accidentally discharged his firearm during a lesson while it was pointed at the ceiling. Debris from the ceiling then fell. Upon learning of the incident, our Human Resources department, school site administration and the Seaside Police Department immediately began investigating the incident, including interviewing students in the class. We will also have counseling services available for students. Due to the nature of this personnel incident, we are unable to share any other details. The teacher has been placed on administrative leave for the duration of the on-going investigation. The safety of your student is always our top priority, and we will continue to remain vigilant in our efforts to keep them safe while they are under our care.”

Craig Mack’s Involvement in Religious Cult That Doesn’t Believe in Doctors Responsible for Him Dying of Heart Failure?

Former Bad Boy rapper Craig Mack died of heart failure on Monday (Mar. 12) at a hospital near his home in Walterboro, S.C. and now fans are wondering whether the religious cult he was a part of that allegedly bans medical care had something to do with it.

Mack found fame on Diddy’s Bad Boy label in the mid-1990’s and gave the label its first hit with his single “Flava In Ya Ear.” His first album, Project: Funk Da World, went on to go gold, however, his early success with Bad Boy was overshadowed when the Notorious B.I.G. joined the label’s roster and dropped his debut album Ready to Die.

Mack ended up splitting with Bad Boy after his first album and released his second album Operation: Get Down in 1997. The album, however, failed to produce a hit single and his career went downhill from there. Mack disappeared from the Hip Hop world for nearly a decade following the failed album and wasn’t seen until he made a random appearance in Diddy’s music video for his 2002 single “I Need a Girl (Part One).”

In 2016, the rapper resurfaced in a Youtube video giving a testimony at a church in Walterboro, S.C. In the video titled “Craig Mack Testimony,” Mack raps about living a life of sin before devoting his life to the Lord at Overcomer Ministry. He also rapped about moving his family from New York to South Carolina so that he could be a full-time member of the church.

The church’s leader Ralph Gordon Stair (a.k.a. R.G. Stair) preached after Craig’s rap about him being found by God.

“Craig Mack did not find the Lord. He wasn’t even looking for him,” Stair said in the video. “He found what he was looking for: fame, women, money, pleasure. He found it all and when he found it, he found he was lost. He found he was lost because the Lord found him. The Lord found Craig Mack. Craig Mack didn’t find the Lord. The Lord found him.”

In another video, Stair is seen asking Mack “What did you do when you was in the world?”

Mack responds, “Wickedness.”

Stair says, “And what are you doing now?”

“Righteousness!” Mack fires back before waving his hands and jumping up and down.

Stair also refers to Mack as a “boy” in the video and tells him he’s no longer a slave and now a servant of the Lord.

Many of Craig’s fans found the video to be shocking and disturbing, to say the least, but it wasn’t until his death on Monday that reports came out claiming that the ministry may be responsible for Craig’s death.

Overcomer Ministry is said to be a religious cult that requires its members to live on the church’s land and to give all their “worldly goods and monies to the Lord.” The members are also prevented by Stair from seeking medical attention by doctors.

Pastor R.G. Stair’s wife Teresa said in a 2002 interview, “Medical doctors—it’s almost like a—they call it a practice. They practice on your body, a medical practice. We believe the Bible that Jesus Christ died for our sins, and he received stripes on His back for our healing. We believe that. We believe he’s our healer. The Bible talks about gifts of healing. We don’t think medical doctors are included in those gifts of healing.” She added, “If medical doctors healed everybody, nobody would be dying in the hospitals.”

A brochure for the church reads, “We live in community homes of mobile trailers for each family or accommodations for brothers or sisters with common baths and common eating, all seeking to live together in love for God and each other. We go nowhere, no shopping or trips to see what have you. Your life will be here on the farm until Jesus comes.”

All of this may have played a role in Mack’s death, and according to one of his close friends, Alvin Toney, he was very sick around the time of his death.

“He was prepared for whatever comes, to go home to the Lord,” Toney said. “He was prepared to do that. He wasn’t scared. He was ready.”

Toney also said that Mack was shooting a documentary weeks before he died about his decision to give up fame for his religion.

There are other rumors that Mack may have been killed because he was supposed to testify against Stair in his criminal case. Stair was arrested in December of 2017 and hit with charges of assault with intent to commit first-degree criminal sexual conduct, third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, kidnapping, first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary and three counts of criminal sexual conduct. Stair’s bond was set at $750,000 in his first court appearance last month.

Stair’s arrest came after he posted a video of him inappropriately groping a 12-year-old girl’s breast during a worship service. “I’m gonna touch them things till nobody else can touch them,” he said in the video.

In another video on YouTube, a 16-year-old girl accuses Stair of molesting her over the course of five months, The Post and Courier reports.

In 2002, he was arrested on two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct after two women alleged he raped them on numerous occasions. He pleaded guilty to two lesser counts of misdemeanor assault and battery and was sentenced to time served.

Mack’s death may have been simply from bad health, but his association with the Overcomer Ministry doesn’t stop us from wondering if they had any involvement.

Stephen Hawking Cause of Death: How Did the Renowned Physicist Die?

Stephen Hawking, the world-renowned theoretical physicist and cosmologist best known for his work on black holes, has died at the age of 76 years old.

According to official reports (via confirmation from his own children), Hawking died Wednesday (Mar. 13) at his home in Cambridge, England. While an official cause of death has not been released, his passing was the result of complications related to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, the progressive neurodegenerative disease known as “ALS.”

Stephen Hawking was considered one of the greatest minds of our time, and at one point, was considered the “smartest man on earth.”

Hawking is survived by three children, Lucy, Robert and Tim, who said in a statement: “We are deeply saddened that our beloved father passed away today. He was a great scientist and an extraordinary man whose work and legacy will live on for many years. His courage and persistence with his brilliance and humour inspired people across the world. He once said, ‘It would not be much of a universe if it wasn’t home to the people you love.’ We will miss him forever.”

Just 2 hours after the embarrassing footage leaked, Bow Wow hopped on Instagram live in a desperate attempt to clear his name.

Without explicitly saying it, he pretty much alludes to defending himself and throwing his own punches, but that wasn’t shown on camera because people are haters.
