Rapper Lil Peep Dead at 21 From Drug Overdose

Lil Peep—an up-and-coming rapper, singer and YouTube star—has died, according to multiple internet reports and an Instagram post from his manager Mikey Cortez.

UPDATE: Lil Peep Took a Nap Before His Concert and Never Woke Up, Police Report Reveals

“I’m completely heart broken and lost right now,” Cortez said on Instagram. “I can’t even feel it’s not real. I love you and I’ll miss you always. One of the realest. Please someone tell me this isn’t real.”

Though his cause of death has yet to be revealed or confirmed, it is believed that the New York-based emo artist (real name: Gustav Åhr) died as the result of a drug overdose. He was just 21 years old.

WATCH: Shocking Video Shows Lil Peep Dead on Tour Bus After Drug Overdose

Lil Peep, who had a large internet following in the millions (nearly 900K Instagram followers, over 200K Twitter followers, 235K Facebook likes and more than 300K YouTube subscribers), had a promising career ahead of him.

Peep’s initial fame came from his YouTube channel, where a number of his music videos have millions of views. His debut album, Come Over When You’re Sober, was released on September 1st.

The rapper’s drug-infused anthems and his social media accounts offered a glimpse into his lifestyle, which often included him drinking heavily and abusing prescription drugs. In fact, within the last 24 hours, he posted photos of himself taking Xanax and talking about death, saying, “When I die You’ll love me.”

His album included numerous references to his use of cocaine, molly, Xanax, ecstasy and other drugs.

Posts on online forums such as Reddit and KanyeToThe are attributing Lil Peep’s death to an overdose before a concert in Tucson, Arizona Wednesday night (Nov. 15).

Peep, whose “Come Over When You’re Sober Tour” launched last month in Seattle, was scheduled to perform a concert at The Observatory in Santa Ana, California tonight (Thurs, Nov. 16), which would have marked the end of the tour.

Lil Peep’s name is currently trending on Twitter, with many users (including well-known celebs and Hip-Hop artists) are sharing their condolences and paying tribute to the emerging rapper.

Drake Threatens Male Fan for Groping Women During Concert: “I Will F**k You Up!”

Drake doesn’t play around when it comes to his fans. ESPECIALLY his female fans.

During a concert afterparty at a nightclub in Sydney, Australia, the “6 God” stopped in the middle of his performance to threaten a man who was inappropriately touching women in the crowd.

“If you don’t stop touching girls, I will come out there and f**k you up. If you don’t stop putting your hands on girls, I’m gonna come out there and f**k your ass up,” Drake shouted out to the male fan.

As Drake confronted the guy, the audience went crazy and applauded his quickly timed and well-needed reaction.

Instagram user louisesukari captured the footage, which has gone viral since it was posted this morning.

“I got this close to Drake threatening to jump into the crowd to start a fight with a guy groping a woman in the audience. Violence against women, 6 God says no.”

The video comes amid a number sexual harassment allegations plaguing Hollywood over the past couple of weeks.

Jordin Sparks Announces She’s Married & Pregnant: “I’m The Most Content I’ve Ever Been In My Life”

Jordin Sparks is no longer the 17-year-old girl we first met years ago. The American Idol winner is now a married woman and a mom-to-be.

Sparks, now 27, shocked us all by exclusively revealing to People magazine that she privately eloped with aspiring model, Dana Isaiah, 25, on July 16 in Hawaii. Only a month later, the couple found out they will be expecting their first child in spring 2018.

“We’re both really excited. He’s been like, ‘I want to shout it from the mountain tops!’ We’re really proud to be married to each other and to be celebrating this.”

Prior to tying the knot, Sparks and Isaiah had only been dating for a few months. They were introduced via text by their mothers while the singer was in Houston for the Super Bowl. The two bonded over their Christian faith and met for the first time on Easter.

Sparks says she immediately knew Isaiah was the one. “I knew right away; it took him a little bit longer,” she said.

“A couple days after we had actually met, I was like in my head ‘That’s going to be my husband! That’s my husband right there… When I’m with him, I feel comfort and safety and calm and peace, and those aren’t things that I normally felt. So it was a little wake-up call for me.”

Sparks has not been lucky in love in the past, experiencing public rough break-ups with Jason Derulo and Sage the Gemini.

“I’d gone through a crazy time last year, so I was just like ‘You know what? I’m good. I’m going to stay single. I’m just not going to look,’” she recalled. “It’s amazing that that phrase ‘When you don’t look for it, that’s when it comes’… he just showed up at my door.”

Sparks’ surprising, but exciting news caused her to become a top 15 trending topic on Twitter.

Though this relationship is most definitely on the fast track, we wish the happy couple well. “This is the best part so far because I have [Dana] and I have this little one and I have a new family,” Sparks told People. “I’m the most content I’ve ever been in my life.”

FBI Reportedly Investigating Judge Who Sent Meek Mill to Jail

Ever since Judge Genece Brinkley slapped Meek Mill with 2-4 years in jail for a probation violation, she gained national attention with many questioning her fairness in the case. And it looks like she’s even got the FBI’s attention.

The New York Post is exclusively reporting that the FBI has launched an investigation into Brinkley due to her behavior and actions while presiding over Meek’s case. A source tells Page Six:

“The feds have an interest in the judge and [her] potential relationships. This is an investigation looking into a possible extortionate demand. Undercover agents have been in the courtroom monitoring the Meek proceedings since April 2016.”

Meek’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina, claimed last week that Brinkley was biased against his client because he refused to remake Boyz II Men’s “On Bended Knee” at her request and give her a shout-out in the song.

It was also reported that Brinkley repeatedly asked Meek to sign with Philadelphia-based music manager Charlie Mack, who is reportedly acquainted with Brinkley. Meek worked with Mack earlier in his career, but is currently managed by JAY-Z’s Roc Nation. Mack also manages Boyz II Men.

Even though Meek, Judge Brinkley, and Mack are all from the same part of Philly, Mack denies knowing the judge. “I’ve spent more time talking to you than I ever talked to the judge. There is no conspiracy, Meek is an old friend of 30-plus years,” he told Page Six.

Brinkley sentenced Meek 2-4 years in jail for violating his probation from a 2008 conviction. The decision was controversial because neither the district attorney nor Meek’s probation officer recommended jail time. The rapper was immediately taken into custody and is currently in solitary confinement.

Brinkley has presided over the case since 2008, but Meek’s lawyer is seeking to have her removed.

Meanwhile, hundreds gathered at a “Free Meek Mill” rally at the Philadelphia courthouse on Monday night (Nov. 13). Celebs like Rick Ross, Dr. J, and Eagles players Malcolm Jenkins and Vinny Curry were among Meek’s supporters.

As with all its investigations, the FBI did not confirm or deny whether it is investigating Judge Genece Brinkley.

Tyrese Blames Anti-Depression Medication for Emotional Breakdown & Feud With The Rock

Over the past several weeks, we’ve seen Tyrese unravel and practically suffer an emotional breakdown in front of the world. The actor now says his “meltdown” was caused by a bad reaction to a medication he was taking to treat stress.

Tyrese is currently in the middle of a messy custody battle with his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, over their 10-year-old-daughter, Shayla. The court battle and being unable to see his daughter for two months caused Tyese to breakdown in a Facebook video. “Please don’t take my baby!” he begged as he periodically broke into tears.

After the disturbing video went viral, many became concerned about the actor’s mental health. In a (now-deleted) Instagram video, accompanied by a lengthy post on Saturday (Nov. 11), Tyrese blamed his recent erratic behavior on the depression medication Rexulti. He wrote in part:

“[B]ecause of this high stress and very traumatic experience I was advised then ultimately connected with multiple therapist and psychiatrist I had a few private meetings and this particular drug that was suggested although maybe helpful to others had an adverse effect on me and this is the reason I had a complete meltdown online.”

Tyrese assured fans that he is not mentally ill and that he does not do drugs of any kind. He says he was on Rexulti for two months, but has stopped the medication after experiencing how it affected his “mind state.”

“I’m in the clear now, this is being flushed out of my system and I’m ready to get back to 100% – please don’t chalk this up as ‘oversharing’ a lot of people were effected by what these meds did to me over these last 2 months and this is my public apology a few I will make personally. I’m so very sorry guys – please guys just know again this is not the Singer, actor this is Shayla’s father.”

In addition to the viral “meltdown” video, Tyrese has also been feuding with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, even going as far as threatening the quit the Fast & Furious franchise if Johnson appears in the next film.

Tyrese and Norma still have to settle the custody case, however, Tyrese is no longer being investigated for child abuse.

We hope Tyrese gets better, but also hope he gets the treatment he needs.

Eve Returns to TV As Permanent Co-Host of “The Talk” Following Aisha Tyler’s Departure

Talk about a pleasant surprise! Eve is back on the scene and she’s adding another title to her resume: talk show host. The rapper/actress has officially joined The Talk as a permanent host.

Joining Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne, Sara Gilbert and Sheryl Underwood, Eve made her debut at the Talk table on Tuesday (Nov. 14). “Honestly, I am the most excited I’ve been in a long, long time,” she said.

“I feel like the first day of school. My face hurts from smiling. I am so honored to be here with you ladies. Thank you so much for having me. Thank you!”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzJSEUlmA0I

Eve tells Variety she excited to show fans another side of herself:

“It is a new career move for me. I am interested in hosting, and specifically on this show, because I feel as though I can express myself in a way people haven’t seen me before, and be able to engage in great discussions [and] have some fun. I’m just in a place in my life where I was looking for a platform to express myself.”

The Grammy winner guest co-hosted the show for a full week just two weeks ago and was a hit with viewers and her future co-workers. “I just love the passion, and that somebody’s willing to fly from London and be part-time with her family,” Gilbert said of Eve who lives in London with her husband and four stepchildren.

“She had done so many things and now that she wants to take on this arena, I just respect her so much,” Osbourne added. “We’re all so different, and this brings such a different element to our table… So, we love her.”

Even Chen’s mother pushed for the rapper to join the talk show. “She said, ‘She has a kind of aura, and [it’s not] The Eve Show. She just looked like she fit in.’ I was like, ‘Alright Mama Chen, I’ll put the vote in the ballot box.'”

Interestingly, Eve recently had a recurring role on the short-lived VH1 series, Daytime Divas, a campy primetime soap about the private lives and antics of the hosts of a fictional daytime talk show. Eve portrayed a lifestyle guru who was in the running to replace one of the co-hosts.

It seems life is imitating art. Eve replaces Aisha Tyler, who announced her departure from The Talk just three months ago to focus on other projects. We wish Eve well as she enters the jungle of daytime talk.

Ray J Signs $31 Million Deal With Tech Company to Create Line of Electronic Transportation

When Ray J debuted his Scoot-E Bike in 2015, I’m sure I’m not the only one who gave him a side-eye accompanied with a “Whatchoo doin?!” As it turns out, the entertainer knew exactly what he was doing and just signed a massive million-dollar deal to produce a brand of electronic transportation.

It was announced last week (Thurs, Nov. 9) that Ray J sealed a $31 million deal with Cowboy Wholesale to launch a line of electronic transportation under his own brand, Raycon. A press release regarding the deal says Ray will have “an active full-time role” in the partnership and will “oversee marketing and global branding strategy.”

Cowboy Wholesale added:

As the entrepreneurial CEO of his own electronics brand in 2015, Ray J is best known for popularizing the Scoot-E-Bike, a foldable, two-wheeled electric vehicle. Today, Ray J believes Raycon is the next evolution for his business ventures. With a family of innovative, high-demand electronics designed and backed by celebrities, Raycon addresses the everyday needs of the urban technophile, focusing on impactful electric transportation.

Though the $31 million is a sweet deal, Ray seems to be eager to produce clean transportation. “The world is moving towards renewable green energy, and electric transportation is a big part of that. With the Raycon movement, we are going to make sure we are one of the first ones there,” he said.

Raycon products are expected to officially launch in mid-November and will be available at RayconGlobal.com.

Here Are the First REAL Photos of Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s Twins Rumi & Sir Carter

Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s twins, Rumi and Sir Carter, will be five months old this month, and the only time we’ve seen them was when Beyoncé posted that semi-obscure photo on Instagram that nearly broke the Internet.

Well, that changed Saturday (Nov. 11) when the twins were spotted for the first time with their superstar parents as they enjoyed a little fun in the sun at a mansion in Miami.

The Carters were in Florida for Jay’s concert at the Amway Center in Orlando on Saturday night. The rapper will perform in Miami at the American Airlines Arena Sunday night.

Despite Bey and Jay’s efforts at keeping their children’s faces out of the public eye, the paparazzi were able to snap a few photos of the Carter twins with Beyoncé and their nanny, as well as their grandmother, Tina Knowles-Lawson.

And unlike the staged photo Queen Bey shared on Instagram, we can actually see the twins’ faces, and they’re just as adorable as we imagined.

Check out the pics below:

According to Grandma Tina, Rumi and Sir have “very different personalities.”

Last month, she told Entertainment Tonight, “They’re doing great. They are absolutely beautiful and so much fun. I mean, I haven’t ever been around twins, but it’s so cute, I can hardly take it.”

She added, “[It’s crazy] … It’s just really, really different with two babies. I mean, a boy and a girl. They have very different personalities.”

Richard Lawson, Tina’s husband, also talked about how big sis Blue Ivy has “grown up” since Beyoncé and JAY-Z brought the twins home in June.

“It’s making her grow up, it’s bringing some maturity,” said Richard. “She’s only 5, but you can see the transition in terms of her being a little more calm.” He added, “Because she’s the diva, but she’s sharing her diva-dom.”

Shemar Moore Clears Up Rumors He’s Dating Phaedra Parks As She Plots Reality TV Comeback

So what’s really going on between Phaedra Parks and Shemar Moore? The internet was buzzing last week that the two are currently dating. However, Shemar says he hasn’t seen the former Real Housewife in over a year.

Shemar Moore appeared on E! News; Daily Pop yesterday (Nov. 9) and stated he was shocked by the random rumor just like everyone else. “This thing, it’s crazy to me, I just woke up, like last week and everybody’s like, ‘Phaedra, Phaedra, Phaedra,” he said.

The actor said he first met Phaedra last year while on Watch What Happens Live! and that was the last time the two have seen each other.

https://youtu.be/QIqRHX7LPBk?t=2m32s

“I’ve heard of Phaedra and she was looking like… and so she looked at me and I kind of had this sense of like, ‘Oh, she thinks I’m the guy from The Young and the Restless or ‘She thinks I’m a certain Shemar.’ And I said, ‘Well, I’m gonna introduce you to a different kind of Shemar.'”

“So I just decided to have a good time and she was such a good sport and we played and we flirted and we got our little kissy face on. And then that went viral and that’s the first and the last time that I’ve ever seen or met Phaedra.”

So, for the record, the notorious bachelor is still on the market and somebody should let Phaedra know. She helped start the rumor by posting a photo of her and Shemar from their WWHL appearance and referred to him as “bae.”

The post was most likely to promote Shemar’s new CBS show S.W.A.T. However, she’s done nothing to put the rumor to bed, leaving many to believe she’s capitalizing on the publicity to either get back on The Real Housewives of Atlanta or to pitch another reality show idea.

The lawyer is said to be pitching an “arbitration-based reality court show” to networks, which was rejected by Bravo years ago.

It sounds like Phaedra is back to her old tricks: lying on people for her own gain.

Louis C.K. Confesses & Apologizes for Sexual Misconduct Allegations: “These Stories Are True”

After five women recently accused comedian Louis C.K. of sexual misconduct, the actor has admitted to the disgusting behavior and expresses remorse in a written statement.

Four named women and one anonymous woman revealed to the New York Times that C.K. had exposed himself to them, masturbated in front of them, or did so while on the phone.

In a statement today (Nov. 10), C.K. says “these stories are true. He apologizes for his behavior, expresses remorse, and says that he’s now learning his actions were wrong.” Louis C.K. writes in part:

“These stories are true. At the time, I said to myself that what I did was okay because I never showed a woman my dick without asking first, which is also true. But what I learned later in life, too late, is that when you have power over another person, asking them to look at your dick isn’t a question. It’s a predicament for them. The power I had over these women is that they admired me. And I wielded that power irresponsibly.

“I have been remorseful of my actions. And I’ve tried to learn from them. And run from them. Now I’m aware of the extent of the impact of my actions. I learned yesterday the extent to which I left these women who admired me feeling badly about themselves and cautious around other men who would never have put them in that position.”

The writer and actor also apologized to the cast and crew of his current projects for how his past behavior is presently affecting them professionally and personally. He apologized to his family and takes ownership of his sexual misconduct.

“There is nothing about this that I forgive myself for. And I have to reconcile it with who I am,” he writes.

C.K. says he plans to make changes moving forward after finally being publicly called out for his sexual misconduct. “I have spent my long and lucky career talking and saying anything I want. I will now step back and take a long time to listen.”

Louis. C.K. is the latest Hollywood celebrity accused of sexual misconduct, harassment, or assault. Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, Dustin Hoffman, Jeremy Piven, Brett Ratner, Steven Seagal, James Toback, and Ed Westwick have all faced allegations in recent weeks.

Richard Sherman Leaves Postgame Press Conference in Tears After Discussing Season-Ending Injury

Seattle Seahawks All-Pro cornerback Richard Sherman will miss the rest of the 2017 NFL season after suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon in Thursday night’s game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Sherman, who has been bothered by a sore Achilles’ tendon all season, went down while trying intercept a pass in the third quarter of the game, which the Seahawks ended up winning, 22-16. He laid on the field clutching his right heel before limping to the bench, where he appeared to break the sad news to his teammates.

Seahawks head coach Pete Caroll said Sherman will undergo surgery after the swelling goes down.

Sherman, one of the league’s best cornerbacks, had two interceptions and 31 tackles heading into Thursday night’s game, and losing him will likely be a devastating blow to Seattle’s chances of making it to the NFL playoffs.

During the postgame press conference, Sherman, who walked in on crutches, fought back tears as he answered questions from reporters.

From ESPN:

“I thought I could get the ball. Once it popped, just unfortunate,” said Sherman, who was visibly emotional at times while addressing reporters. “One of those things that you have to play through for as long as you can. When it goes, it goes. I’ve put a lot of stress on it. Think it would have gone eventually.”

In a text message to ESPN’s Josina Anderson, Sherman later said, “I’m gonna be back with a vengeance.”

When specifically asked about the love and support shown by his teammates, Sherman said, as his voice cracked, “I’ve just gotta stay positive, that’s all I can do.”

Sherman also spoke about his injury on Twitter, saying the support he’s received from his fans and teammates means a lot to him.

While Sherman’s injury was the biggest and most notable, he wasn’t the only Seahawks player injured Thursday night. Left tackle Duane Brown and running back C.J. Prosise suffered ankle injuries, safety Kam Chancellor left the game with a “stinger” (injury to the nerves in the neck and shoulder) and wide receiver Doug Baldwin had his hip tighten up while going through pre-game warmups.

Other players who suffered injuries included Jarran Reed (hamstring), Michael Wilhoite (calf), and Sheldon Richardson and Frank Clark (thigh), who ran into each other in Arizona’s backfield.

Coach Carroll said it was hard for him to be excited about their win, considering multiple players were injured in the game.

More via Seahawks.com:

“It’s hard for me to be fired up about this, because a lot of guys got banged up today,” Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said. “…He’s been just a bastion of consistency and competitiveness and toughness. Through all of the stuff we’ve worked through together and all of it, it has been awesome. It has been hard, it has been challenging. He has been an extraordinary, almost iconic player in this league. I’m going to try not to go overboard about this, but that’s just how I feel about it. We’ll miss the heck out of him. He’ll be with us every step of the way when he can, but we’ll miss the heck out of him.”

Added linebacker Bobby Wagner, “It’s hard to enjoy the win. You’ve got so many people down on both teams. These Thursday night games, it’s tough on a lot of these players to get their bodies back. It’s unfortunate the amount of guys who got hurt today.”

Sherman’s injuries hit teammates and coaches hard not just because they knew the team lost one of its best players, but because of how much work they have seen him put in over the years, allowing him to go from fifth-round pick to one of the game’s biggest stars; because of the teammate he has been, making it a point throughout his career to take young defensive backs under his wing; and because of how tough he has been throughout his career, playing through numerous injuries to play in 117 consecutive games, postseason included, a streak that will come to an end when the Seahawks host Atlanta next week.

“To see Richard Sherman go down, that was tough,” said quarterback Russell Wilson. “He’s a guy who works so hard, he’s a great teammate, he’s a guy who’s dedicated to the game, dedicated to his teammates. It’s a tough sport we play, and when you see guys like that go down, you get a little emotional, because the guy has worked so hard to be great—he’s going to be a Hall of Fame corner—and to lose a guy like that is never good.”

With so many players on both teams going down with injuries, Carroll wanted to stress just how taxing this game can be on players, something that was all too obvious as key players on both sides left the game early.

“I hope you guys recognize how challenging this is for NFL players,” Carroll said. “It’s so challenging physically, they have to go through so much and they risk so much. For them to fight and scratch and claw like that—I’m talking about both teams and every team that plays this game, not just about tonight. I hope you guys will understand how admirable it is, because they love the game. Of course they’re getting paid and all, but they go through a tremendous amount, and it just tears your heart out when it gets taken away because of injuries.”

Richard Sherman has publicly stated that he’s against Thursday night football, saying it’s “hypocritical” of the NFL to promote player safety and then turn around and require teams to play after only three days off. Late last season in an op-ed for The Players Tribune titled “Why I Hate Thursday Night Football,” Sherman called the league’s midweek game a “poopfest.”

“The NFL preaches player safety. The league says it wants to do everything in its power to protect its players,” Sherman wrote. “But when it comes down to it, it’s not the players that the NFL protects. It’s the Shield.”

Eminem Drops Surprise Single Featuring Beyoncé: “Walk on Water”

Eminem is back, and his comeback single features Beyoncé!

Just days after teasing the new song, “Walk on Water,” via Instagram, the rapper has released the single, which serves as the first offering from his highly anticipated ninth studio album Revival.

Then Eminem comes in and angry-raps, as Eminem does.

Eminem is set to perform “Walk on Water” (likely without Beyoncé, but you never know!) this Sunday (Nov. 12) at the MTV EMAs (Europe Music Awards) in London. He’ll also take the stage on Saturday Night Live next weekend.

Revival, due out next Friday (Nov. 17), marks Em’s first album release since 2013’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2.

Nicki Minaj’s Brother Jelani Maraj Found GUILTY in Child Rape Case, Faces 25 Years to Life in Prison

After nearly two days of deliberation, a jury has found Nicki Minaj’s brother, Jelani Maraj, guilty in his child rape trial. He was handcuffed and taken into custody following the verdict and now potentially faces 25 years to life in prison.

On Thursday (Nov. 9), Maraj was found guilty of sexually assaulting his stepdaughter when she was just 11 years old. He was convicted of predatory sexual assault on a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

The 38-year-old, who has been out on bond, was immediately taken into custody and held without bail. Sentencing is to take place December 14. He faces 25 years to life behind bars, but his lawyer says they intend to file an appeal.

Disturbing details about the abuse have emerged with the verdict. The victim, now 14, testified that Maraj called her his “puppet,” would slap her if she attempted to fight back, and threatened her to discourage her from telling anyone.

The victim’s younger brother, now 10, also testified that he saw Maraj with his “private parts” on his sister when he walked into her bedroom in 2015. He said they were both partially unclothed.

Semen found on the victim’s pajamas was crucial evidence. A scientist testified the DNA was a 1 in 291 billion match to Maraj.

The abuse occurred repeatedly for eight months between April and November 2015. Maraj would molest the girl when her mother (his then-wife) would go to work. The girl testified that Maraj treated her as his own daughter before he began raping her.

Maraj’s ex-wife and the mother the victim testified that her daughter oddly became “distant,” but made no objections when she married Maraj in August 2015.

She also denied making up the rape accusation and beating her children to go along with her scheme in an attempt to extort Nicki Minaj of $25 million to make the charges “go away,” which Maraj’s lawyers argued. Maraj’s mother, Carol, testified she felt her son’s ex-wife was trying to extort her family.

A jury member said they never believed the defense’s extortion argument, while another juror said the victim’s testimony was the most convincing part of the month-long trial.

Jelani Maraj did not take the stand in his own defense. Nicki Minaj also didn’t testify on her brother’s behalf though it was previously reported she would.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 Taglines Finally Revealed

The Real Housewives of Atlanta returned earlier this week, but one thing that didn’t was the taglines … until now.

While fans were eager to catch up with the ladies, many were a little disappointed that the taglines for the season were not revealed during the premiere episode. But don’t fear, Bravo has finally released the full opening and the iconic taglines will return on episode 2.

NeNe Leakes: “10 years in the game, and I’m still the tastiest peach in Atlanta!”

Porsha Williams: “Friends come and go, but family is forever.”

Cynthia Bailey: “Age is just a number, but these cheekbones are timeless!”

Kandi Burruss: “Don’t mess with the boss, ‘cuz you might get fired!”

Kenya Moore: “While some were saying ‘I can’t,’ I was saying ‘I do!’ ”

Shereé Whitfield: “Call me a bad server, because I always spill the tea!

The queen of RHOA, NeNe Leakes, pats herself on the back with her tagline, but the OG housewife’s is a little weak given this is her highly-anticipated comeback season.

However, Kenya Moore’s may be the worst. Why is she teasing her surprise wedding when her marriage is unlikely to be her main storyline since her husband reportedly wants nothing to do with the show?

Miss Kandi Burruss wins it for me. She threw the most epic shade at Phaedra Parks, who was fired after spreading horrible lies about Kandi throughout the previous season. I doubt anyone will come for her this year after hearing her tagline.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sunday nights on Bravo.

Wendy Williams’ Husband Caught With Alleged Mistress Just Days After She Faints on TV, Wendy Still in Denial

Despite being exposed for allegedly cheating on his wife for the past 10 years, Wendy Williams’ husband has again been spotted with his alleged mistress.

Just days after Wendy fainted on live TV, Kevin Hunter was seen picking up Sharina Hudson from a Manhattan office building on Monday (Nov. 6) in a red Bentley.

The two then drove to New Jersey together. However, it’s unclear if the two retreated to the $765,000 home the pair reportedly share, just miles away from Kevin’s marital home with Wendy.

Kevin was seen dropping Wendy off at her TV studios in the same red Bentley the following day.

After a year-long investigation, Daily Mail reported in September that Kevin, 46, has been in a 10-year relationship with massage therapist Sharina, 32. Wendy denied the report on her talk show and stated, “I stand by my guy.” A spokesperson for the host described Sharina as a “family friend.”

Even though Wendy publicly says her 20-year-marriage is just fine, staffers are concerned about how the cheating rumors are affecting her health. Sources tell Hollywood Life Wendy’s scary fainting incident was caused by stress, and not from being overheated and dehydrated as the host claimed.

“Wendy [Williams] has been under so much stress recently, and it’s really taking a toll on her health. She’s had really bad problems sleeping, she’s pretty much totally lost her appetite, and she’s battling anxiety. Wendy could really do with a break, but she refuses to take any time off from filming [her talk show]. It’s like Wendy is just brushing everything under the table and pretending that nothing’s wrong.”

The source added that Wendy is in denial that her husband is cheating on her and refuses to confront him because the truth could not only ruin their marriage, but also their businesses. Kevin is Wendy’s manager, an executive producer of The Wendy Williams Show, and they both run her production company.

“So, Wendy’s just burying her head in the sand, and acting like everything is just great, while all the time she’s being eaten up inside,” the source said.

This sounds very messy (and a topic Wendy would love to cover if she wasn’t the subject).

Meek Mill’s Lawyer Says Judge Has Personal Vendetta Against Rapper, JAY-Z & T.I. Blast 2-Year Jail Sentence

Well this is a very strange argument for appeal. Moments after Meek Mill was sentenced a minimum of two years in jail, his lawyer claims the judge has a “vendetta” against him because he refused to remake a Boys II Men song at her request.

Judge Brinkley of Philadelphia sentenced Meek 2-4 years behind bars on Monday (Nov. 6) for violating his probation by getting arrested twice earlier this year. Many noted the sentenced seemed harsh because even prosecutors didn’t recommend jail time and the charges from the two incidents this year have been dismissed.

Joe Tacopina, one of Meek’s lawyers, told TMZ that Brinkley has a grudge against his client because he refused to give her a shout-out in a song. Via TMZ:

Tacopina says the judge suggested to Meek — during a meeting in chambers last year — he do a remake of Boyz II Men’s, “On Bended Knee” … and give her, the judge, a shout-out. Meek thought she was kidding and laughed.

Tacopina claims she said, “I’m not kidding,” and when Meek refused to do it, she replied … “Okay, suit yourself.”

Tacopina also added that Brinkley and Meek have a long history. They are both from the same part of Philly and have mutual acquaintances. Brinkley has presided over Meek’s case since 2008, which is where is 10-year probation stems from.

Along with many on Twitter, JAY-Z and T.I. have also slammed the judge’s ruling. Hov – whose Roc Nation manages Meek – described the jail sentence “unjust and heavy-handed,” in a Facebook post on Monday. He wrote:

“The sentence handed down by the Judge – against the recommendation of the Assistant District Attorney and Probation Officer – is unjust and heavy-handed,” Jay-Z said. “We will always stand by and support Meek Mill, both as he attempts to right this wrongful sentence and then in returning to his musical career.”

T.I. shared an Instagram photo of his friend. “Was wit u then & WE STILL WIT U NOW,” he wrote.

Meek’s defense attorney Brian McMonagle fully intends to fight Judge Brinkley’s decision. “You’re goddamned right I am,” he said when asked he would appeal the sentence.

Devin Kelley: Fast Facts About Sutherland Springs Church Shooter

Devin Patrick Kelley, 26, has been identified as the man behind the massacre at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas Sunday morning (Nov. 5) that left at least 26 people dead and 20 others injured in what is being described as the deadliest mass shooting at a church in modern U.S. History and the worst mass shooting in Texas.

Kelley’s motive behind the shooting wasn’t immediately clear. His background includes teaching Vacation Bible School, but, oddly enough, he liked Facebook pages devoted to atheism.

The gunman, who was killed by a heroic citizen not too long after the shooting, left behind a number of disturbing posts on social media, including a Facebook post showing off a rifle, which he called a “bad bitch.”

Kelley lived on a rural property in what KSAT-TV described as a “barndominium” (which are affordable metal buildings converted into living quarters) near his parents’ home.

Neighbors of Kelley said they were shocked to hear about him being behind the shooting. “I’m stunned. I’m leaving to go to a softball meeting and I find this in my front yard,” Terry Moravitz said while deputies were keeping watch on a wooded property on the other side of a cattle guard, where Moravitz said Kelley had lived for the past decade. Shocking. (You) never think your neighbor is capable of something like that,” Terry’s husband Mark said.

Mark Moravitz said the Kelleys would travel often and he and his wife would house sit. “Nothing abnormal. Regular guy,” Moravitz said of Kelley. “I mean, the only thing unusual across the street is we hear a lot of gunfire, a lot of times at night. We hear gunfire a lot, but we’re out in the country.”

The shooter’s uncle, Dave Ivey, told NBC News in a Facebook message, “I never in a million years could of [sic] believed Devin could be capable of this kind of thing. I am numb. … My family will suffer because of his coward actions. … I am so sorry for the victims in Texas.”

Ivey wrote in a separate post on Facebook: “Devin ‘MY NEPHEW’ is NO better than a POS suicide bomber…He acted as a Coward..I hope he burns in hell!” Ivey has since removed his page from Facebook, but a screenshot of the post is below:

Here’s what you need to know about Devin Patrick Kelley, the Sutherland Springs Church shooter:

Devin Patrick Kelley was dressed in all black and wearing a bulletproof vest when he shot up the church.

Kelley approached the church around 11:20 a.m. and was “dressed all in black tactical type gear and was wearing a ballistic vest,” authorities said in a press conference. “He started firing at the church. He moved to the right side of the church and continued to fire, then he went in the church.”

Wilson County Sheriff Joe Tackitt Jr. told the Associated Press that Kelley fired several shots outside the Sutherland Springs church before he entered the building and walked toward the front of the congregation. Tackitt said the gunman then turned around and fired more shots on his way out the front door.

Sheriff Tackitt said that because of how the building was designed, parishioners were trapped inside and had nowhere to go to. “I don’t think they could have escaped,” he said. “You’ve got your pews on either side.”

Three guns belonging to Kelley were found in his vehicle: a Ruger rifle, a black 9mm handgun, and a Ruger 22 pistol, said Fred Milanowski, a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agent.

At least 15 magazines with a 30-round capacity were recovered from the scene, Freeman Martin, a spokesman for the Texas department of public safety said in a press conference Monday (Nov. 6).

Authorities also checked Kelley’s residence for explosives, though it’s not clear what they found.

A KSAT-TV reporter said in a live report on Facebook Live: “A man in full gear came into the church and unloaded several rounds, and then took off in a vehicle.” According to officials, 23 people were found dead inside the church, two were found deceased outside the building, and another was transported to the hospital and died later.

Authorities said that a heroic and unidentified citizen, who lived near the church, “grabbed his rifle and confronted the suspect,” who was armed with a “Ruger AR assault-type rifle.” The Daily Beast later clarified that the heroic citizen was armed with a shotgun and not a “rifle,” contrary to previous reports.

The local citizen and another man, later identified as Johnnie Langendorff, who just so happened to be driving past the church at the time of the shooting, chased down the suspect, who ran off the road, crashed, and was found dead in his vehicle. “We don’t know if it was a self-inflicted gunshot wound or if he was shot by our local resident who engaged him with gunfire,” authorities said initially.

It was later revealed that Kelley had taken his own life. An autopsy found three gunshot wounds on Kelley’s body: two from the armed citizen, one in the leg and in the torso, and a third in the head, which was the self-inflicted wound.

The details of the mass shooting, which Texas Governor Greg Abbott said was the worst in the state’s history, were horrific: churchgoers slaughtered as they worshipped with family; children hiding under pews and being gunned down, etc.

Just five days prior to the shooting, the church had shared now heartbreaking photos on Facebook of a fall festival held on October 31st.

Almost everyone inside the small wood-frame country church building, which held only about 50 people in the town of only a few hundred people, was wounded or killed in the mass shooting. The victims’ ages ranged from 5 to 72, authorities said. “This will be a long-suffering mourning for those in pain,” TX Governor Greg Abbott said.

Authorities said they haven’t found anything linking Kelley to any organized terrorist groups.

Devin P. Kelley Posted a photo of a rifle on Facebook, where he creeped out his friends, was known for “starting drama” and said that he did not “fear death.”

Though Devin Patrick Kelley’s Facebook page has since been deleted, a number of screenshots were taken of his page showing some odd/disturbing activity. For instance, his cover photo was an image of a semi-automatic rifle, which he referred to as a “bad bitch.” Authorities said that the rifle used in the massacre was similar to the one Kelley posted on Facebook, though they couldn’t confirm it was the same weapon. Kelley’s Facebook page also showed that he liked several pages promoting atheism, and pages about German Shepherds, Glocks, cars, and karate.

Former classmates of Kelley described him as “creepy,” “crazy,” and an “outcast” who had recently started preaching about atheism and picking fights with people on social media, the Daily Mail reported.

One former classmate, Nina Rose Nava, wrote on her Facebook page: “…in complete shock! I legit just deleted him off my fb cause I couldn’t stand his post. He was always talking about how people who believe in God we’re stupid and trying to preach his atheism. Smh. … Me and my friend [saw] him a month back at dennys and we were talking about how weird he was!!!”

Another woman commented on Nava’s post that she had unfriended Kelley on Facebook the day before the shooting: “So crazy. He kept messaging me and his fb was creeping me out and I wasn’t liking all that he was sharing.” A man also chimed in on the thread, writing, “I removed him off FB for those same reasons! He was being super [negative] all the tim(e).”

Nava wrote that in high school, Kelley was “an outcast but I wouldn’t say loner. Like he has some [friends] and wasnt a complete nobody.” Another man who knew him wrote: “He was weird but never that damn weird, always posting his Atheist sh*t like Nina wrote, but damn he always posted pics of him and his baby – crazy.”

A different high school classmate who had recently become friends with Kelley on Facebook wrote: “I cannot believe this. I went to high school with this maniac. There were people I knew who stayed away from this guy for many reasons, which all make sense now. He just requested me on facebook recently. Devin Kelly, you are, in fact, officially the biggest piece of sh*t I’ve ever come across. Sorry for the language but wow.”

Just days before the shooting, Kelley had shared a photo on Facebook showing that he had shaved his beard, but didn’t explain why. When someone inquired about it, saying “Don’t you have a beard,” he responded, “Not anymore. Long story.” CBS uncovered a photo of Devin Kelley that shows him with a beard.

Kelley’s Facebook page also contained a quote from Mark Twain about not fearing death: “I do not fear death. I had been dead for billions and billions of years before I was born, and had not suffered the slightest inconvenience from it.”

Johnathan Castillo, who lived near Kelley, told the Los Angeles Times that Kelley had recently lost a lot of Facebook friends for “starting drama” and “sending insulting Facebook messages.”

According to news reports, Kelley lived on a 28-acre property for more than a decade. His parents lived in one home, while Kelley resided in a “barndominium” on a “wooded property behind a cattle guard.”

His neighbor, Mark Moravitz, told KSAT-TV he didn’t see anything strange about Kelley. “Nothing abnormal. Regular guy,” he said. “I mean, the only thing unusual across the street is we hear a lot of gunfire, a lot of times at night. We hear gunfire a lot, but we’re out in the country.”

The New York Times reported that Kelley’s parents’ home is worth $1 million, though the Washington Post said it was $800K. Because the area is typically used for hunting, the Post noted that it wasn’t unusual to hear gunfire there.

Another neighbor of Kelley’s, 16-year-old Ryan Albers, described hearing gunfire to the AP. “It’s really loud. At first I thought someone was blasting,” he said. “It was someone using automatic weapon fire.”

Devin Kelley was a member of the U.S. Air Force from 2010 until he was dishonorably discharged in 2014 for “bad conduct.”

Devin P. Kelley is a former Air Force airman who was discharged from the military after he assaulted his wife and her child. Kelley, who lived near New Braunfels, Texas (about 40 miles from Sutherland Springs) was court-martialed and convicted of domestic violence in 2012 at Holloman AFB in Alamogordo, New Mexico, where he was a logistics readiness specialist, according to the San Antonio Express.

Kelley was sentenced to 12 months confinement, given a bad conduct discharge, and reduced in rank to E-1, or airman basic, Air Force spokeswoman Ann Stefanek said. In 2014, he unsuccessfully appealed his conviction with the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and was officially dishonorably discharged from the military.

Because he was dishonorably discharged, Kelley should not have been able to legally own any firearms. According to the L.A. Times, “Federal law prohibits a person who has been dishonorably discharged from buying a firearm. Whether Kelley’s discharge would trigger the law was not immediately clear.”

However, the governor of Texas told CNN that Kelley was denied a gun permit by the state. “So how was it that he was able to get a gun? By all the facts that we seem to know, he was not supposed to have access to a gun,” Gov. Abbott said.

In Comal County, where Kelley lived, he only had minor traffic offenses, according to public records.

Kelley was a Vacation Bible School teacher and worked nights as a security guard at a water park.

Despite Kelley liking pages devoted to atheism, at one point in life, he was a Vacation Bible School teacher. His LinkedIn page stated that he was a “VBS teacher aid” for “VBS AT KINGSVILLE FB” in June 2013.

He wrote, “Volunteer duration 1 mo. Cause Children. Teaching children ages 4-6 at vocational bible schools helping their minds grow and prosper.” (Ed. Note: He did NOT teach VBS at the Sutherland Springs church.)

It’s chilling to know that he had children under his care, and would murder a number of children a little more than four years later. Additionally, VBS stands for Vacation Bible School, not “vocational” bible school as Kelley wrote.

Kelley also indicated on his LinkedIn page that he cared about causes such as civil rights and social action, animal welfare, children, arts and culture, the environment, health and human rights.

Kelley wrote on his LinkedIn page that he was a “hard working dedicated person” and he lived by “core values on which the Air Force go by.”

Apparently, the Air Force failed to enter the record of Kelley’s domestic abuse conviction into the national background check system, which, according to a spokesperson for the Air Force, would have prohibited him from buying or owning firearms.

Though Kelley wasn’t licensed to carry a firearm in Texas, he did have an unarmed private security license “similar to a security guard at a concert,” Texas department of public safety spokesman Freeman Martin said, which meant he passed criminal background and fingerprint checks.

Over the summer, Kelley was employed as a night-time security guard at a water park in New Braunfels, TX, and he also had a job in security at an RV resort at the time of the shooting, according to the San Antonio Express.

The manager of the resort said that Kelley had passed a background check and was hired about six weeks ago, but left work on Saturday “saying he had a headache” and didn’t show up the next day.

Devin Kelley was married twice and had a strange affinity for dating teenage girls. He also beat his first wife’s infant son so badly that he fractured his skull.

A woman on Facebook named Danielle Shields (pictured above) is believed to be Devin Kelley’s current wife. The woman’s Facebook page says they were married in April 2014, and Kelley appeared to have personal ties to the Sutherland Springs church through his mother-in-law (Shields’ mother).

Her page also has a photo of two small children, including an infant. On Instagram, Danielle, who seems to have changed her last name to her maiden name Shields after Sunday’s incident, wrote: “Danielle Kelley Mom life nature enthusiast free spirit married to my best friend dog fanatic.”

Comal County court records show Devin and Danielle got married in April 2014 when he was 23 and she was 19, not too long after he was discharged from the military. But, plot twist, Danielle isn’t Devin’s first wife. According to online records, three years prior, Kelley married a woman, Tessa K. Loge (his first wife), in April 2011, when she was 18 and he was 20.

Kelley and his first wife, Tessa, were living in New Mexico at the time of his 2012 domestic violence incident, in which he abused her and her infant son (his stepson), which caused him to be discharged from the military.

“He assaulted his stepson severely enough that he fractured his skull, and he also assaulted his wife,” Don Christensen, a retired colonel who was the chief prosecutor for the Air Force, told the New York Times. “He pled to intentionally doing it.”

According to the NY Times, a few months after marrying his second wife, Danielle, Kelley moved with her to Colorado, where he was arrested for beating their pet pit bull puppy. When police arrived at the trailer park where they were living at the time, Kelley refused to come out of their trailer, causing an hour-long standoff.

Kelley was eventually arrested and given a deferred probationary sentence and ordered to pay $368 in restitution. The case was dismissed when he completed his sentence in March 2016, and the couple moved in with Kelley’s parents in Braunfels, Texas sometime this year.

At some point after moving back to Texas, authorities say Kelley and Danielle became estranged, though it’s unclear exactly what happened. They were still legally married at the time of the shooting, and Danielle’s Facebook profile still listed her relationship status as “married.”

Disturbingly, a woman named Brittany Adcock says she dated Kelley for two months in 2009 when he was 18 and she was 13. “At the time I didn’t think much into it being so young but now I realize that there’s something off about someone who is 18 with someone who is 13,” she told NBC.

Adcock said after she dumped Kelley, he refused to accept that their relationship was over, and tried to get her back by any means necessary, including offering her money to live with him and his wife (possibly his first wife, Tessa) as a topless maid.

Multiple children, including the pastor’s 14-year-old daughter, and a pregnant woman, were among the victims of the deadly shooting.

Among the dozens of parishioners at Sutherland Springs’ First Baptist Church who were shot, a number of the victims were young children, including four from one family, two 5-year-olds (a boy and a girl), a 7-year-old girl and an 8-year-old girl who hid under a pew (who, fortunately, didn’t suffer any gunshot wounds).

30-year-old Joann Ward and her daughters Brooke Ward (the 5-year-old girl) and Emily Garza (the 7-year-old girl) were fatally shot, their family confirmed to the Dallas Morning News. Ward’s son, Ryland Ward (the 5-year-old boy, pictured below) was shot four times and underwent surgery Sunday. His condition was critical and it wasn’t immediately known whether he’d survive. Thankfully, after two months, Ryland was released from the hospital. Another daughter of Joann Ward, 8-year-old Rhianna Garza, didn’t suffer any potentially fatal gunshot wounds because she hid under a pew after a bullet only broke her glasses.

The Ward family’s husband and father, Chris Ward, didn’t attend the Sunday morning services because he was sleeping after working a night shift, and his brother woke him up to the devastating news. The two of them helped carry the bloodied, injured people from the church, according to BuzzFeed.

BuzzFeed also reported the reason a lot of the victims were children because they had just come back from Sunday School and were in the back of the church (near the entrance).

The first confirmed victim of the shooting was the 14-year-old daughter of the church’s pastor, Frank Pomeroy, who, along with his wife Sherri, was out of town at the time. Pastor Pomeroy described his daughter Anabelle as “one beautiful special child” to ABC News.

“My husband and I were ironically out of town in two different states. We lost our 14-year-old daughter today and many friends,” Sherri Pomeroy told CBS News Sunday. “Neither of us have made it back into town yet to personally see the devastation. I am at the Charlotte airport trying to get home as soon as I can.”

The church regularly posts videos of its services on YouTube, and authorities revealed Monday (Nov. 6) that they have reviewed video evidence from inside the church, though it hasn’t been released the public.

According to the church’s official website, its youth members are heavily involved in the congregation:

The youth group of First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs is comprised of a diverse and dedicated group of young people in grades 7 through 12 that have a heart for service and a love for God and each other. Students in the youth group here are active in their families, church, community and schools. At FBCSS, youth lessons are Bibles based, Christ centered and God worshipped! A variety of youth classes and activities are offered, from object lessons dealing with everyday situations teenagers face to drama class to Sunday School, plus camps and conferences, and “just for fun” stuff! The youth are also involved in many outreach and community service activities such as visiting a local nursing home, running a concession stand, helping neighbors clear property after a storm and participating in our church workdays. We meet every Wednesday at 7:00 PM, Thursday at 7:00 PM and Sunday at 9:45 AM. Come as you are. We are looking forward to meeting you!

John Holcombe, one man who survived the shooting, lost his parents, his pregnant wife, Crystal, their unborn child, and three of their children. His two other children were in critical condition.

Days after the shooting, Holcombe released a statement via Facebook, which read:

“Thank you all for your love, prayers, and support. Philip, Evelyn, and myself thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Please continue to pray for us in the coming days / weeks / months as we work through all of the issues. I ask for prayers for health, healing, guidance, wisdom, discernment, understanding, protection, and God’s will in our decisions and in our lives. Also please keep our Church family in your prayers. Thank you!”

A second post read:

“Regarding our baby, we don’t know if it was a boy or a girl. It was too soon to tell. However, we have a name for our baby, who died in the womb. Carlin Brite “Billy Bob” Holcombe. This includes Crystal’s pick for a girl, a boy, and the nickname the kids gave the baby.Crystal was very thoughtful when coming up with these names. Carlin means small champion. It also sounds like Karla, Carolyn, and Charles. “Billy Bob” is the nickname the kids gave the baby.”

As many as 20 other people were also injured. Reporters at the scene said that among the response vehicles was an “ambu-bus,” which is used to transport multiple victims.

According to the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung:

Nick Uhlig, 34, is a church member who didn’t go Sunday morning because he was out late Saturday night. He said his cousins were at the church and that his family was told at least one of them, a woman with three children and pregnant with another, is among the dead.

“We just gathered to bury their grandfather on Thursday,” he said. “This is the only church here. We have Bible study, men’s Bible study, vacation Bible school.”

George Hill told The Los Angeles Times, “I lost a niece who was pregnant and three of her babies.”

The youngest to die from the shooting was 18 months, while the oldest was 77.

Kelley’s grandmother-in-law (his wife’s grandmother, mother-in-law’s mother) was also killed in the massacre.

Officials confirmed Monday (Nov. 6) that Kelley’s mother-in-law was a member of the church, and there was a “domestic situation” involving the family. Kelley was said to be on bad terms with his wife’s mother, Michelle Shields, and he had recently “expressed anger” towards her and sent her “threatening texts.”

Although Michelle wasn’t attending church services Sunday when the massacre happened, her mother (Kelley’s wife’s grandmother, his mother-in-law) Lula Woicinski White was killed in the shooting.

Authorities wouldn’t go into further detail about the “situation” between Kelley and his mother-in-law, but said the mass shooting was possibly the result of a domestic situation and was not racially or religiously motivated.

Meek Mill Sentenced to 2-4 Years in Prison for Violating Probation

Meek Mill’s (semi) luck with the law has run out. After having two separate charges dropped earlier this year, the rapper was just sentenced to 2-4 years in jail for violating the terms of his probation.

Meek attended a probation violation hearing at the Criminal Justice Center in Philadelphia on Monday (Nov. 6). Due to two arrests earlier this year, the judged ruled Meek had, in fact, violated his probation and sentenced him up to four years behind bars, with a minimum of two years.

The incidents the judge used to make their ruling occurred in March and August of this year. In March, Meek was charged with misdemeanor assault after an altercation with two employees at a St. Louis airport.

Meek was then charged with reckless endangerment in August in for illegally riding his dirt bike in Manhattan while filming a music video.

Charges from both incidents were eventually dismissed, but that didn’t stop the judge from sending him to prison. It’s the multiple arrests themselves that were considered probation violations.

Meek’s probation stems from a 2008 drugs and weapons conviction, which he served eight months in prison for. He was originally placed on five years parole after his release, however, he was given six additional years in 2016 after violating his parole agreement.

Twitter reacted to Meek’s surprising jail sentence, making him the No. 1 trending topic.

Here’s what you need to know about Pastor Frank Pomeroy and Sutherland Springs’ First Baptist Church:

Pastor Frank Pomeroy was not in town during the shooting.

Pastor Frank Pomeroy and his wife Sherri (pictured with him, above) were both out of town in two different states at the time of the shooting.

According to reports, Pomeroy was in Oklahoma while the tragedy occurred, which is not typical for the pastor who is usually at the church every weekend. It’s not clear where Mrs. Pomeroy was (she was at Charlotte Douglas Int’l Airport when speaking to the media) but she said that she and her her husband were trying their best to get back to Texas ASAP.

Pastor Pomeroy’s 14-year-old daughter Anabelle was killed in the shooting.

Anabelle Pomeroy (L) and her parents, Pastor Frank Pomeroy and First Lady Sherri (R)

Pomeroy’s wife Sherri told the media in a text message that their 14-year-old daughter Anabelle Pomeroy was killed during the shooting.

“We lost our 14-year-old daughter today and many friends. Neither of us have made it back into town yet to personally see the devastation. I am at the Charlotte airport trying to get home as soon as I can.”

Pastor Pomeroy also spoke with ABC News by phone and told them that Anabelle was “was one very beautiful, special child.”

Pastor Pomery recently graduated from college.

Pastor Pomeroy’s wife shared photos on her Facebook page of her husband graduating from Texas State University in 2016.

In December 2014, Sherri bragged about how proud she was of her husband making the Dean’s list with a 4.0 GPA.

Pomeroy also hosts weekly podcasts where he covers social issues and topics about faith and religion.

Pomeroy and his wife have been married for over three decades.

Pastor Pomeroy and his wife Sherri have been married for 31 years. In 2015, Sherri shared a happy anniversary post on Facebook as the couple celebrated at Menger hotel in San Antonio, Texas.

“29 years ago tomorrow, I married the love of my life. He is more wonderful now than he was then,” she wrote in a Facebook post.

Besides their daughter who was killed in the tragic event, the couple have other children and grandchildren.

Pomeroy told to churchgoers “lean on the lord” in a sermon he gave last week.

In a recent video posted on the church’s Youtube page, Pomeroy eerily spoke in preparation of the events that would take place just a week later.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not rely, or lean, on your own understanding. You see God’s understanding is far greater and there may be things that are taking place that you don’t understand but you still need to do what God’s calling you to do.”

Pomeroy also brought a motorcycle as a prop for his last sermon to better get across his message that “you don’t need training wheels, you need Christ.”
