New R. Kelly “Sex Tape” Shows Singer Choking 14-Year-Old Girl While Having Anal Intercourse

Attorney Michael Avenatti is reportedly getting ready to show prosecutors a new “sex tape” showing R. Kelly molesting a 14-year-old girl, and sources say that it’s even more shocking than the first one.

Even worse, Avenatti is in the process of obtaining a THIRD tape with a different girl who was somewhere between 13 and 16 years old at the time it was recorded.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ … attorney Michael Avenatti will turn over a 55-minute VHS video Monday to Cook County prosecutors. We’re told the video shows R. Kelly having sex with the same 14-year-old girl depicted in the first video Avenatti obtained, which was shot in 1999. This second video was shot around 2000.

We’re told, just like the first video, there are multiple references to the girl being 14 years old. Our sources say R. Kelly is repeatedly “coaching” the girl through various sexual situations.

At one point, we’re told R. Kelly is seen choking the girl while having anal intercourse. Our sources also say there’s a part where he takes some sort of lotion and “sprays” it all over her face. We’re told he then chokes her, mounts her from behind and turns her face to camera for a reaction shot.

We’ve also learned Avenatti is in the process of procuring a third tape showing R. Kelly with a different girl — whom, at the time, was somewhere between 13 and 16 years old. Our sources say Avenatti’s team has identified the person in possession of the video and is attempting to get it.

The first videotape Avenatti gave to prosecutors earlier this month, which was first reported by CNN, is a little over 40 minutes long and reportedly features two scenes: one apparently in a living room and another in a bedroom.

A naked man who appears to be R. Kelly is seen performing multiple acts with a 14-year-old girl who calls him “daddy” multiple times.

Both Kelly and the girl reference her “14-year-old pu**y” multiple times in the clip, and at one point, the man believed to be R. Kelly asks the girl to urinate. After that, he urinates on her.

The new tapes mirror some of the alleged acts for which Kelly was arrested for child pornography in 2002 and then acquitted six years later.

As of Monday (Feb. 25), R. Kelly remained in jail on $1 million bond after he turned himself in to Chicago police Friday on 10 felony counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

According to Kelly’s lawyer, the disgraced singer-songwriter is having trouble coming up with the bail, of which he only has to pay 10% (or $100K), because his finances are a mess right now.

Of the four cases related to Kelly’s 10-count indictment, three of them involve underage girls. The judge over the case called the allegations “disturbing.”

If convicted on all 10 counts, Kelly could face a minimum of 30-70 years behind bars (3-7 years for each count). His arraignment has been scheduled for February 28th.

Kelly’s lawyer says the singer denies all allegations of sexual misconduct.

Sources close to Kelly told TMZ he could be in jail until at least Tuesday (Feb. 26), if not Wednesday because it’s going to take a couple days to process the paperwork regarding his back child support payments to his ex-wife Andrea Kelly.

Terrence Howard Had a Meltdown on “Empire” Set & Confronted Jussie Smollett About Faking Attack (Report)

In public, Terrence Howard is the biggest supporter in Jussie Smollett’s corner. Behind the scenes, however, is a totally different story.

TMZ reports that Howard had a “complete meltdown” Thursday (Feb. 21) on the set of Empire after Smollett’s arrest for felony disorderly conduct for allegedly lying to police about being attacked by white Trump supporters. Sources told the gossip that the Empire set was a “complete disaster” due to the day’s events.

Terrence was reportedly so pissed at Jussie that he locked himself in his trailer for most of the day.

A source close to Howard told TMZ that he never believe Jussie’s story from the beginning because the sequence of events never added up to him. In the days and weeks leading up to Jussie’s arrest, Terrence would periodically grill his TV son as holes in his story began to emerge.

Tensions reportedly “boiled over” after Abel and Ola Osundairo, the two Nigeran brothers who allegedly helped Jussie stage the attack, were detained by police on Friday, February 15th. After Jussie’s arrest the following week on the 21st, Terrence confronted Jussie again, this time screaming at him to tell the truth.

Further showing that he isn’t here for Jussie’s alleged shenanigans, Terrence was nowhere to be found Thursday night when Jussie addressed everyone on set and apologized for tying them up in this mess.

“I’m sorry I’ve put you all through this,” Jussie said, according to TMZ. “I wanted to say I’m sorry and, you know me, I would never do this to any of you, you are my family. I swear to God, I did not do this.”

Apparently, Terrence Howard isn’t alone in his feelings either. TMZ reported on Friday (Feb. 22) that several of Jussie’s castmates were “f**king furious” with him and want him either replaced or written out of the show.

The reason why they’re so pissed with him is that everyone on set (cast and crew alike) had Jussie’s back after the “attack.” But when Chicago police revealed new evidence suggesting that Jussie and the Nigerian brothers staged the whole thing, many of them felt hurt and embarrassed because they were really riding for him and he (allegedly) betrayed them.

There are, however, some cast and crew members who believe Jussie’s telling the truth because they refuse to believe he would pull off a hoax like this.

But, unfortunately for Jussie, the ones who don’t believe him far outweigh those who do, and producers ultimately decided to have him written out of the last two episodes of Season 5. There are also rumors that he could possibly be replaced next season.

It’s interesting … because just this past Saturday (Feb. 23), Terrence Howard posted a throwback video on Instagram of his TV son playing with his real-life son Hero. Jussie and Hero are on a private plane as Hero breaks into giggles after Jussie tickles him.

“All your lil homies got you…We love the hell outta you,” Howard wrote in the caption along with a heart emoji at the end.

Howard also fired back at a fan who criticized him for supporting Smollett.

“Sorry you feel that way but that’s the only Jussie I know,” he commented. “The Jussie I know could never even conceive of something so unconscious and ugly. His innocence or judgment is not for any of us to decide. Stay in your lane and my lane is empathy and love and compassion for someone I’ve called my son for 5 years. It’s God’s job to judge and it’s ours to love and hope, especially for those that we claim to have loved. There’s nothing more harmful than a fake friend! Real talk.”

This is a stark contrast to what reportedly happened Thursday on set, but it has been a few days since then, so maybe Terrence and Jussie had a come to Jesus moment and are back on good terms (for now).

Meanwhile, the FBI is disputing the Chicago Police Department’s narrative of events.

Chicago PD said Jussie sent a threatening letter to himself before allegedly staging the attack. But the feds say they have no idea who wrote the letter because they’re still investigating.

Jussie also said the $3,500 check he wrote to Abel Osundairo Chicago police said was payment for the attack was actually for training.

Peter Ramsey (“Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”) is First Black Director to Win Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film

The 91st Annual Academy Awards was a big night for black creators and performers.

Amid historic wins from actors Regina King and Mahershala Ali, director Spike Lee, and Black Panther’s production designer Hannah Beachler and costume designer Ruth E. Carter … “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” director Peter Ramsey made history Sunday night (Feb. 24) as the first black director win an Oscar for Best Animated Feature.

Sunday’s win marked one of the biggest awards to date for a title based on Marvel characters, along with “Big Hero 6,” which also won the animated feature trophy in 2015

“Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” is about a 13-year-old Black Puerto Rican kid from Brooklyn named Miles Morales (voiced by Shameik Moore), who becomes one of many Spider-Men, and the adventures that follow.

Ramsey said of the film’s storyline: “Anyone can wear the mask; everyone is powerful and everyone is necessary, and that is the spirit of the movie.”

“Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” was an unexpected box office success for Sony and Marvel, grossing nearly $360 million worldwide on a $90 million budget.

The film—which, along with Peter Ramsey, was also co-directed by Bob Persichetti, Rodney Rothman, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller—was only the second Sony Pictures Animation movie ever nominated for an Oscar after 2007’s “Surf’s Up.”

While accepting the award, Phil Lord celebrated what the representation in the film meant for many people, especially young Black and Spanish boys.

“When we hear that somebody’s kid was watching the movie and turned to them and said, ‘He looks like me,’ or ‘They speak Spanish like us,’ we feel like we already won,” he said.

Peter Ramsey spoke for a moment too, personally thanking the millions of people that went and bought tickets for the film, but by the time Bob Persichetti got to the mic, the team of directors and screenwriters had already run out of their time (the Oscars were running on a super tight schedule this year, apparently) so producers muted the mic and got to commercial.

Persichetti said it’s a shame because all he needed was a few quick seconds to thank legendary comic book writer Stan Lee and Lee’s “Spider-Man” co-creator Steve Ditko for being inspirations to him and the other “Spider-Verse” directors. Lee and Ditko both passed away in 2018 within months of each other.

Via the UK’s Independent:

Bob Persichetti was on stage alongside co-directors Rodney Rothman and Peter Ramsey when they ran out of time during the speech for Best Animated Film.

Speaking backstage, Persichetti said he was about to thank Lee and Steve Ditko, the co-creators of Spider-Man, for inspiring the filmmakers.

Lee, the founder of Marvel, died in November aged 95 while Ditko passed away in June at the age of 90.

Persichetti said: “We were just going to thank Stan Lee and Steve Ditko for inspiring this whole thing and for being a force of believing that all of us, human beings, have the potential, the capacity, to be heroes.”

He said from “day one” the filmmakers wanted the movie to “challenge the audience to believe in themselves and believe in their neighbor and really be positive and make a difference in the world.”

“Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse” won ahead of nominees including Pixar’s “Incredibles 2,” Disney’s “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” “Isle of Dogs” and “Mirai.”

Spider-Verse’s Best Animated Feature Oscar win was a first for all three directors.

“Green Book” Upsets Oscars, Overcomes Backlash to Win Best Picture

In a stunning upset, the segregation-era road-trip drama “Green Book” was crowned Best Picture at the 91st Academy Awards on Sunday, handing Hollywood’s top honor to a film seen as a feel-good throwback by some and ridiculed as an outdated inversion of “Driving Miss Daisy” by others.

From the Associated Press:

In a year where Hollywood could have made history by bestowing best-picture on Netflix (“Roma”) or Marvel (“Black Panther”) for the first time, the motion picture academy instead threw its fullest support behind a traditional interracial buddy tale that proved as popular as it was divisive.

But Peter Farrelly’s “Green Book” weathered criticism that it was retrograde and inauthentic to triumph over more acclaimed films and bigger box-office successes.

It was an unexpected finale to a brisk, hostless ceremony awash in historic wins for diversity, including Spike Lee’s first competitive Oscar. Lee, whose “Do the Right Thing” came out the same year that “Driving Miss Daisy” won best picture, was among those most visibly upset by the award handed to “Green Book.” After presenter Julia Roberts announced it, Lee stood up, waved his hands in disgust and started pacing up and down the aisles.

“Green Book” also won best supporting actor for Mahershala Ali and best original screenplay.

“The whole story is about love,” said Farrelly, a comedy veteran of broad comedies like “Dumb and Dumber” and “There’s Something About Mary.” “It’s about loving each other despite the differences and find out the truth about who we are. We’re the same people.”

Lady Gaga Won Her First Oscar Award for the Song “Shallow” in “A Star Is Born”

She’s already a Grammy winner and a Golden Globe winner, but now when you mention Lady Gaga, make sure you put a little more “respeck” on her name, because she’s now officially an Academy Award winner after her song “Shallow” from “A Star Is Born” won the Oscar for Best Original Song at the 91st annual Academy Awards Sunday night (Feb. 23).

She performed the song for the first time with her on-screen lover Bradley Cooper earlier in the evening.

“I love you, Mom and Dad. Bradley. There’s not a single person on the planet that could have sang this song with me but you. Thank you for believing in us. Thank you so much,” Gaga said on stage as she accepted her first Oscar Award.

“Shallow” is reportedly the most awarded song in history, and after Sunday night’s win, Lady Gaga is the only artist to ever win a Golden Globe, a Grammy, a BAFTA and an Oscar in a single award season.

The singer/actress follows in the footsteps of Barbra Streisand, who also won the same award for her version of “A Star Is Born.” Streisand’s “Evergreen” took home the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1997.

Gaga was also nominated for Best Actress for her role as Ally in the film, which garnered a total of seven Oscar nominations, including Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Cinematography, and Best Sound Mixing.

While this is Lady Gaga’s first Oscar win, she earned her first nomination in 2016 for “Til It Happens to You,” a song she co-wrote with Diane Warren for the “The Hunting Ground, a 2015 documentary film about campus rape in the United States. She performed the song at the 2016 Academy Awards, bringing 52 sexual assault survivors onstage with her.

Spike Lee Leaps Into Samuel L. Jackson’s Arms As He Wins His First Oscar: Best Adapted Screenplay for “BlacKkKlansman”

Spike Lee has been nominated for several Academy Awards in his 30-year career, and Sunday night (Feb. 23), he finally took home a trophy.

The 61-year-old director’s film “BlacKkKlansman” won the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay, earning Lee his VERY first Oscar win after five nominations.

“BlacKkKlansman,” inspired by a true story, stars John David Washington as a black police officer who infiltrates a local chapter of the Ku Klux Klan.

Spike seemed pretty excited to accept his first Oscar too … because as soon as he hit the stage, he jumped right into the arms of Samuel L. Jackson, who presented the award to him.

In Lee’s spirited acceptance speech, he alluded to America’s tumultuous political climate and the 2020 presidential election, calling on the audience to “mobilize.”

“Let’s all mobilize. Let’s all be on the right side of history,” Lee said. “Make the moral choice between love versus hate. Let’s do the right thing!”

Mahershala Ali Makes History As First Black Man to Win 2 Best Supporting Actor Oscars

#MelaninMagic is super strong tonight at the 91st Annual Academy Awards, as Mahershala Ali continues tonight’s trend of firsts for black actors.

Mahershala Ali won his second Oscar award tonight for her role as piano player Don Shirley in Green Book, the controversial film that tells the true story of the black musician’s trip through the Deep South in the 1960s with a white chauffeur played by Viggo Mortenson.

The movie is named after The Negro Motorist Green Book, a mid-20th-century guidebook for African American travelers written by Victor Hugo Green to help them find black-friendly motels and restaurants.

Ali made history Sunday night (Feb. 23) as the first black actor to win two Best Supporting Actor Oscars. His first win came two years ago for the 2016 film “Moonlight.” Ali is so far undefeated in the category as he’s won both times he’s been nominated.

He joins Denzel Washington as the only two black people to win multiple Oscars for acting.

“I want to thank Dr. Shirley for just trying to capture his essence,” Ali said in his acceptance speech. “Just trying to capture Dr. Shirley’s essence, pushed me to my ends, which is a reflection of the person he was and the life that he lived and I thank him.”

The actor dedicated the award to his grandmother “who has been in my ear my entire life telling me that if at first I don’t succeed, try, try again; that I can do anything I put my mind to; always, always pushing me to think positively.”

Mahershala Ali beat out performances from Adam Driver (“BlacKkKlansman”), Sam Elliott (“A Star Is Born”), Richard E. Grant (“Can You Ever Forgive Me?”) and Sam Rockwell (“Vice”) to take home the award.

Regina King Wins Her First Oscar Award: Best Supporting Actress for “If Beale Street Could Talk”

A huge congrats goes out to Regina King, who won her VERY FIRST Academy Award tonight (Sun, Feb. 23) during the 91st annual ceremony!

The 48-year-old actress took home the first trophy of the night—the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her role in “If Beale Street Could Talk.”

This is not only King’s first Oscar, but also her first nomination.

She teared up while thanking her mother in her speech. “Mom, I love you so much,” she said, fighting back tears. “Thank you for teaching me that God is always leaning and always has been leaning in my direction…. God is good all the time.”

Congrats again to Regina King!!

Black Panther’s Hannah Beachler Makes History As First Black Person to Win Oscar for Best Production Design

Not long after Black Panther’s historic Oscar win for Best Costume Design, production designer Hannah Beachler made history herself as the first black person to take home a trophy in the production design category for her work in the Oscar-winning Marvel movie.

Via the Los Angeles Times:

The 48-year-old, who has already taken home an Art Directors Guild award and a Critics Choice Award for her work on the film, is also the first African American ever to be nominated in the category. She was nominated and shared the win with set decorator Jay R. Hart.

“My thought is I have to harness this moment and turn it into more…,” she said of her nomination a week before the Oscars. “I can’t just let it slip away and become a big nothing after.”

“Panther” marks Beachler’s third time working with director Ryan Coogler. She worked with him on his first feature, 2013’s “Fruitvale Station,” and again in 2015 on the Rocky spinoff “Creed.”

She has also worked with Barry Jenkins on “Moonlight” and Beyoncé on “Lemonade.” She’s currently working on the upcoming Todd Haynes drama “Dry Run.”

Beachler and Hart’s competition for the Oscar included Ba?rbara Enri?quez and Eugenio Caballero for “Roma,” Kathy Lucas and Nathan Crowley for “First Man,” Alice Felton and Fiona Crombie for “The Favourite” amd Gordon Sim and John Myhre for “Mary Poppins Returns.”

“Black Panther,” which was the highest-grossing movie of 2018 in the U.S. (and the third highest grossing of all time) with over $700 million, was nominated for seven Academy Awards: for best picture, original score, original song, costume design, sound editing, sound mixing and production design.

Earlier in the evening, Ruth E. Carter made history as the first black person to win the Oscar for Best Costume Design, thanks to her work in “Black Panther.” Carter’s win was also Marvel’s first.

Congrats to Hannah Beachler and Ruth E. Carter on their historic wins!

Black Panther’s Ruth E. Carter Makes History As First Black Person to Win Oscar for Best Costume Design

The 91st annual Academy Awards are being held tonight at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, and “Black Panther” took home the Oscar for Best Costume Design.

The win is also a historic one for costume designer Ruth E. Carter, who made history as the FIRST black person to win at the Academy Awards, thanks to her work in making the Afro-futuristic outfits seen in “Black Panther.”

The award also marks the first Oscar win EVER for Marvel Studios.

Carter, who was previously nominated for her design work in 1992’s Malcolm X and 1997’s Amistad, helped clothe the entire fictional nation of Wakanda in Ryan Coogler’s “Black Panther,” including everything from Chadwick Boseman’s superhero suit and Dora Milaje’s colorful armor.

“Marvel may have created the first black superhero, but through costume design, we turned him into an African king,” Carter said in her acceptance speech. “It’s been my life’s honor to create costumes. Thank you to the Academy, and thank you for honoring African royalty and the empowered way women can look and lead on screen.”

Carter also thanked Spike Lee, who is also an Oscar nominee this year for “BlacKkKlansman,” for giving her her start with “Malcolm X,” telling him, “I hope this makes you proud.”

Carter beat out fellow nominees Mary Zophres for “The Ballad of Buster Scruggs,” Sandy Powell for “The Favorite” and “Mary Poppins Returns,” and Alexandra Byrne for “mary Queen of Scots.”

WATCH: Tyga Reaches for Gun As Security Drags Him Out of Floyd Mayweather’s Birthday Party After Getting Into Fight

Tyga was manhandled by a security guard after he got into a fight with someone at Floyd Mayweather’s birthday party. During the melee, he reached for his security guard’s gun, and the whole thing was captured on video.

TMZ has the details:

Tyga was at the Sunset Room in Hollywood, celebrating Floyd’s 42nd, when someone in the crowd got into it with the rapper. It’s unclear what they were beefing about, but whatever it was, security wanted Tyga out, and he was grabbed by the neck yanked out of the club.

Once outside, it escalated and at one point Tyga reaches for a grabs his security guard’s gun. The security guard knew trouble was brewing and made sure it never left his holster, so Tyga never actually took possession of the firearm.

It took a while for things to calm down, but eventually, Tyga and his crew left the club.

In the video of the fracas (below), obtained by Hollywood Pipeline, you can see the moment security drags Tyga out of the club.

About a minute into the clip is when Tyga reaches for the gun and tries to yank it of the security guard’s hand, but the guard does a good job of not letting him take possession of the weapon.

And if you want to see close-up photos of the ruckus, the Daily Mail has you covered right here, including the moments from inside the club and outside of the club. In one photo, you can clearly see Tyga reaching for the gun.

R. Kelly Spends 2nd Night in Jail Because He Can’t Come Up With $100K Bail

R. Kelly is still in jail nearly 48 hours after he turned himself in on felony charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

A judge set his bond at $1 million ($250K for each of the ten counts in his indictment, prosecutors said), but he only has to pay ten percent, which is $100,000.

However, because the R&B singer’s finances are trash right now, he’s having trouble coming up with $100K to bail himself out of jail and he was forced to spend another night behind bars.

Kelly’s lawyers had asked the judge for a lower bail amount because he’s having some money trouble right now, especially after being dropped by his record label and concert promoters don’t want to run the risk of hiring him and no one showing.

The singer was also required to surrender his passport, even though his attorney, Steve Greenberg, said Kelly isn’t a flight risk, telling the judge: “Contrary to the song, Mr. Kelly doesn’t like to fly.”

Kelly’s bond was set after prosecutors laid out the horrid allegations against Kelly in graphic detail. Three of the four cases involved underage girls.

Kelly reportedly kept his eyes locked on the courtroom floor and looked dejected as the judge called the allegations “disturbing.”

This courtroom sketch shows R&B singer R. Kelly, his attorney Steve Greenberg and prosecutor Jennifer Gonzalez appearing before Cook County Judge John Fitzgerald Lyke Jr. at the Leighton Criminal Courthouse on Saturday, Feb. 233rd, 2019 in Chicago. (AP Photo/Tom Gianni)

If convicted on all 10 counts, R. Kelly could face a minimum of 30-70 years behind bars (3-7 years for each count). His arraignment has been scheduled for February 28th.

Kelly’s lawyer says the singer denies all allegations of sexual misconduct.

Meanwhile, Sources close to Kelly told TMZ he could be in jail until at least Tuesday (Feb. 26), if not Wednesday. Reason being is that he owes his ex-wife Andrea Kelly child support, and they won’t be able to figure out exactly how much he owes until Monday.

Once they do that, they’ll be able to withdraw the necessary funds from his bank account to pay off his bail and child support in one sweep, which would lift the hold on his bond. The only thing is … it could take between 24 and 48 hours to process the paperwork, which means that he won’t get out until at Tuesday at the soonest, Wednesday (Feb. 27) at the latest.

FBI Says Jussie Smollett May Not Have Sent Hate Letter to Himself, Jussie Says $3,500 Check Was for “Training”

The FBI is disputing the Chicago Police Department’s claim that Jussie Smollett sent a threatening hate letter to himself before allegedly staging his January 29th attack with Nigerian brothers Abel and Ola Osundairo.

According to TMZ, the FBI says they don’t know who wrote that letter because they’re still investigating. Meanwhile, Jussie says that the $3,500 check he wrote to Abel Osundairo was for training and not to stage a hate crime attack.

Via TMZ:

TMZ has obtained documents that on the surface back his claim the $3,500 check he wrote to Abel was for training. The check was written to Abel on January 23, 2019, six days before the “attack.” The memo line reads, “5 week Nutrition/Workout program Don’t Go.”

Sources connected to Jussie tell us, the reference to “Don’t Go” is a song for which Jussie was going to shoot a music video … featuring himself shirtless. The sources say Jussie had gained weight — he was 192 lbs and needed to lose 20 pounds for the shoot, and that’s why he hired Abel … whom he says he calls “Bon.”

There are various texts starting from January 20 between Jussie and Bon. On January 28 — the day before the “attack” — Bon wrote, “I know you’re traveling today, make sure you get at least 45 mins of cardio.”

Another text on January 20 outlines a menu for the day, including chicken thigh, StarKist Tuna, Eggs and Smucker’s peanut butter. And, a text on January 25 reads, “This is the meal plan and the breakdown of macronutrients. Also includes projected fat loss.”

You also see a text showing a calendar where February 23 is marked “Don’t Go.” The sources say that’s the date of the music video shoot.

There’s another screenshot from Sept. 27, 2018, presumably showing Jussie has paid Ola in the past. It’s a Venmo payment of $100 to Bola (Abimbola aka Abel) for “Training.”

Sources connected to Jussie say the $3,500 breakdown is as follows — $600 a week for the workout plan for 5 weeks, and $100 a week for the nutrition plan for 5 weeks.

As we reported, Ola and Abel also told the grand jury the payment was for training.

This is not proof the attack wasn’t staged, but in a trial, all the defense has to do is create reasonable doubt, and we’re told the Police Superintendent’s pronouncement will become a defense weapon if the case goes to trial.

The Police Superintendent also said during the news conference Jussie himself sent the racist letter 8 days before the attack. Federal law enforcement sources tell us they have not concluded who wrote the letter … at least not yet.

Here’s a picture of Jussie Smollett’s check to Abel Osundairo:

And below are screenshots of various text message exchanges about diet and fitness in the days leading up to the alleged attack:

And here’s the screenshot of a $100 Venmo transaction from Sept. 27, 2018 for “Training”:

Also, here’s a video from Abel’s YouTube channel called “Fat to Fit in 2 Months.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzaN-lwPMso

What the hell is going on? Is the Chicago PD lying on Jussie about that check? And if so, why would they do that? They’re looking really shady right now because they’re the ones who put it out there that the check was for helping Jussie stage the attack.

Almost every single day, this story either changes or has a new development. Are you as tired as we are? Because we’re tired. This is hella draining.

KTLA News Anchor Died From an Overdose of Crystal Meth in His Butt While Cheating on His Wife With a Man He Met on Grindr

KTLA news anchor Chris Burrous died from a crystal meth overdose while having sex with a man he met on the gay hookup app Grindr.

43-year-old Burrous was reportedly found unresponsive in a motel in Glendale, California on December 28th, 2018. According to the L.A. County Medical Examiner, he died from methamphetamine toxicity and his manner of death was listed as accidental.

Burrous’ death investigation states that he left early from his shift at KTLA complaining that he felt ill. But instead of going home, he arranged a meeting with a man at a Glendale motel to have hardcore sex. The two allegedly met on Grindr and had hooked up on several occasions in the past.

When Burrous’ male companion arrived at the motel, Burrous allegedly answered the door completely naked and had set up the room to look like a mini nightclub, with “DJ style” lighting, sex toys, lube and a massage bench.

The report states that the men engaged in various forms of sex, including anal and oral sex, and at some point during their wild tryst, Burrous allegedly inserted a “rock” of crystal meth into his anus, telling his partner that it was supposed to make him “high and loose.” Burrous also gave his companion a syringe full of GHB and a bottle of Gatorade.

The men had sex again, and Burrous allegedly put another “rock” of meth up his butt before engaging in more sexual activity while Burrous was wearing an S&M mask. According to the report, Burrous also used “poppers,” an amyl nitrate that produces a euphoric effect when inhaled.

Burrous allegedly told the other man he was feeling fine until the man noticed Burrous was making a strange noise, and flipped him over to find that Burrous had vomited inside his S&M mask.

The man immediately called 911 and performed CPR on Burrous until emergency medical responders arrived. Burrous was rushed to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead in the emergency room.

It’s reported that Burrous did not have a history of drug or alcohol abuse and only used drugs recreationally. His companion cooperated with police throughout the investigation and no foul play was suspected in the news anchor’s death.

Chris Burrous, who was a weekday reporter and weekend anchor for the KTLA 5 Morning News and worked for the station since 2011, leaves behind a wife and young daughter.

R. Kelly’s Bail Set at $1 Million in Sex Abuse Case, Singer Faces Up to 70 Years in Prison

This courtroom sketch shows R&B singer R. Kelly, his attorney Steve Greenberg and prosecutor Jennifer Gonzalez appearing before Cook County Judge John Fitzgerald Lyke Jr. at the Leighton Criminal Courthouse on Saturday, Feb. 233rd, 2019 in Chicago. (AP Photo/Tom Gianni)

R. Kelly’s bail was set at $1 million Saturday (Feb. 23) after he appeared before a judge in Chicago to answer to his sex abuse charges. Prosecutors reportedly requested the R&B singer-songwriter not be granted bail, but the judge denied the request and set his bail at $250,000 for each of the 10 indictments.

According to reports from the courthouse, Kelly will have to pay $100,000 in order to be released, and he will be required to surrender his passport (so that he can’t flee the country) and he is not allowed to communicate with the victims in the case. Kelly is also not allowed to associate himself with ANY minors while the case is pending.

The singer’s lawyer said his finances are in shambles, so he’s not able to bond out just yet, however, a close source told TMZ he’ll be able to come up with the $100K soon, but because it’s the weekend  (and banks are closed) he will likely be in the slammer until Monday.

R. Kelly (real name: Robert Sylvester Kelly) was charged with 10 counts of felony criminal sexual abuse with four alleged victims, three of whom were between the ages of 13 and 16 when the alleged crimes occurred.

Kelly turned himself in to Chicago police Friday. If convicted, he could spend up to 70 years in prison (3-7 years for EACH count). His arraignment is scheduled for March 8th.

WATCH: Jussie Smollett Roasted by the Daily Show in Hilarious “Jussie’s Lie” Parody Trailer

Now that it’s been confirmed that Jussie Smollett’s lied his ass off about being attacked by Trump supporters, we knew it wouldn’t be long before comedians started parodying the whole situation. And first up is The Daily Show with Trevor Noah.

The Daily Show, which airs weeknights on Comedy Central, put together a fake Lifetime-esque movie trailer mocking Jussie’s “attack” and how it came to be, starring look-a-like Jaboukie Young-White as Smollett.

The hilarious trailer takes viewers through every stage of Smollett’s staged attack, from him being insulted after he was given $60,000 for working “three days this week” to not being taken seriously after creating a fake death-threat letter that says “I’m going to kill me,” to plotting out the hoax with his Nigerian trainer friends, and eventually clumsily carrying the fake attack out.

The trailer even features a dramatic shot of a Subway sandwich falling to the ground. And in the end, Jussie (Jaboukie) holds a rope as he looks into the camera and says “I’m the gay Tupac.” Pure hilarity all around, tbh.

Jussie Smollett was arrested Thursday and charged with felony disorderly conduct for filing a false police report. He was released on $100,000 bond and faces up to three years in jail if convicted. He still maintains his innocence.

Nah Fam, This Ain’t It: Lil Pump Posts Video of Porn Star Riley Reid Smoking a Blunt From His Feet & Licking His Toes

Lil Pump grossed his 1.2 million Twitter followers out late Friday night (Feb. 22) after he posted a video of a woman smoking a blunt from his feet and licking on his toes.

He captioned the clip “B**CHES SUCKIN & SMOKING BLUNTS OFF MY TOES IN 2019.”

His followers were naturally disgusted.

“Those some nasty ass feet,” one fan responded. “I AM. DISGUSTED,” said another.

Others posts memes/video clips expressing their disgust.

The woman in the video appears to be porn star Riley Reid, who has been spotted with Lil Pump randomly over the past several months. On the rapper’s 18th birthday, she tweeted: “Now I can legally f**k @lilpump.”

And this isn’t the first time she’s been seen toking on a blunt from the “Gucci Gang” rapper’s feet either.

Earlier this month, Pump posted a similar video on his Instagram Stories.

Lil Pump just released his second studio album Harverd Dropout, which includes the Hot 100 top 10 hit “I Love It” featuring Kanye West.

R. Kelly’s Mugshot Released by Chicago Police After He’s Booked on Sex Abuse Charges

R. Kelly’s mugshot has been released by the Chicago Police Department after the singer-songwriter surrendered to police Friday night (Feb. 22).

This comes after a no-bail warrant for his arrest was issued following Kelly’s indictment on charges 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse spanning from 1998 to 2010 involving underage girls.

R. Kelly, whose full name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, arrived at the 1st district police station at approximately 8:14 p.m. CT Friday in a black van wearing a hoodie under a blue puffer jacket.

He was met with a swarm of reporters who asked him questions like “What do you have to say to your fans?” and “What do you have to say to the black women of Chicago?”

Kelly, who tried to keep his head low, didn’t respond, and when he reached the building, he was handcuffed and led away by police.

The indictment accuses the 52-year-old of sexual acts with three children older than 13 but younger than 17. There is no age range listed for one of the alleged victims. The charges also accuse Kelly of using force or the threat of force.

Kelly’s attorney, Steve Greenberg, described him as an innocent man.

“I think all the women are lying,” Greenberg said. “Mr. Kelly is strong, he’s got a lot of support and he’s going to be vindicated on all these charges — one by one if it has to be.”

According to CBS Chicago reporter Vi Nguyen, R. Kelly is now in the custody of the sheriff. He’s being kept separate from other inmates because of the high profile case. His bond hearing is scheduled for Saturday afternoon.

Shocking Video Shows Dog Viciously Attacking Mailman in Detroit

A shocking video showing a dog violently attacking a mail carrier in Detroit has gone viral on social media.

The six-minute video, which was originally shared on Facebook Friday (Feb. 22) by a man named Oneil Colley, apparently shot from inside a vehicle (presumably Colley’s), shows a dog biting and pulling on the Detroit mailman by his foot. The dog’s jaws appear to be locked onto the man, and he refuses to let go.

Several people tried to stop the dog from attacking the man, including a woman who hit the canine with a broomstick and Colley hitting it over the head with a trashcan. At the beginning of the clip, a man can be seen trying to slap the dog with his hands.

About a minute into the video, which has more than 2 million views and has been shared at least 100,000 times, the dog lets go of the mailman’s leg only to grab him by the hand and latch onto him once again.

The dog eventually lets go of the mail carrier off camera, but not before Colley has to take extreme measures by beating the dog repeatedly with metal tools as the mail carrier screamed in the background.

The man from the beginning of the video who was slapping the dog tries to come to the rescue with what appears to be a leash, but the dog overpowers him and the man takes off running.

The dog eventually collapses to the ground and appears to be badly injured. But then he gets up and starts to run after the older woman with the broom as the mailman yells to her: “Ms. Lucas, go!”

“Go in the house, oh Jesus!” Oneil says right before he drops his phone on the floor of his vehicle. He yells at someone to “Get her [Ms. Lucas] in the house!”

When Oneil picks his phone up, he says he’s going to call 911 because the mailman clearly needs an ambulance at this point. “Let me call the ambulance ’cause you the government bro, I ain’t going nowhere, I’m right here,” Oneil says to the mailman, who thanks him, and the video ends.

You can watch the footage here, but be warned that it is VERY GRAPHIC, language and content-wise. VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED.

A Detroit Fire Department spokesperson told WXYZ-TV Detroit that the mailman was bleeding from his hand and his knee was banged up when they got to him. They also said that the dog bit through his boot, but they didn’t reveal the full extent of his injuries.

A spokesperson for the United States Postal Service said they’re investigating the incident internally and also working with Detroit police.

“We are deeply grateful to the concerned citizens who came to the aid of our letter carrier,” the USPS spokesperson said. “Unfortunately attacks such as this provide the postal service an opportunity to remind dog owners that it is their responsibility to restrain their pet in order to avoid attacks against our employees while they are in performance of their duties.”

USPS said there are ways dog owners can make sure attacks like this don’t happen, like keeping dogs in a separate room and closing the door when a mail carrier delivers a package, and also teaching kids and family members not take mail directly when a pet is nearby, and more.

USPS also said that if a mail carrier feels threatened, they have the right to refuse delivery and ask the homeowner to pick their mail up at a nearby post office.

The dog’s owner spoke to WXYZ-TV, and she said that she wasn’t at home at the time of the incident, and that Boss Hog (the dog) was accidentally let out by her nephew (the man in the video with the “leash”) when he opened the door to leave the house.

The woman said her nephew couldn’t find an actual leash so he tried to put a belt around the dog’s neck as a substitute, but as you can see in the video, that clearly didn’t work because the dog started going after him and he took off running.

The woman said prior to this incident she’s never had any issues with Boss Hog, who she said she bought from a breeder in 2012, but she still decided to give him to animal control. She said she’ll find out within the next week or so what Boss Hog’s fate will be.

The mailman was hospitalized with injuries to his hand, foot, and knee, but he’s expected to be OK.

The singer, who arrived in a black van with his attorney Steve Greenberg and a few other men (and one woman), tried to keep his head low and refused to answer any questions as he made his way to the station.

One reporter asked Kelly “What do you say to the black women in Chicago?” to which his lawyer replied: “That’s an offensive question!”

Kelly did not respond to the reporters, and once he entered the building, he was handcuffed and led away by police. His arraignment is set for March 8th.

The indictment accuses Kelly of sexual acts with three children older than 13 but younger than 17. There is no age range listed for one of the alleged victims. The charges accuse Kelly of using force or the threat of force.
