Lil Wayne’s “Carter V” Will Not Drop on May 5th, According to His Manager Cortez Bryant

This news isn’t the least bit surprising: Lil Wayne‘s eleventh (and reportedly “final“) solo album ‘Tha Carter V’ is being pushed back.

During NBA All Star Weekend, Drake made the announcement on stage with Lil Wayne that ‘Tha Carter V’ would be dropping on May 5th.

But, in the words of Biggie Smalls, “Things Done Changed.” When asked about the album’s release date, Wayne’s manager Cortez Bryant revealed to NeverNotDope.com that the project will come not be available on May 5th, as originally reported.

Cortez also reassured anxious fans that Weezy’s final installment of Tha Carter series will be amazing, in case you were wondering.

“Gonna be f**kin’ amazing. It’s gonna be that good,” Bryant said. “You know I push dates back and shit, so I’m not going to release that date until I really know when it really is.”

Well there you have it, folks! Tha Carter V won’t hit stores May 5th, but it will be “f**kin’ amazing.” Great.

So when your friends ask you “Hey, when is that new Lil Wayne album dropping?” You can simply tell them, “I don’t know … but it will be f**kin’ amazing!”

HOWEVER … we would like to point out the fact that the impromptu interview was uploaded to YouTube last Friday (Mar. 21), and it ends with Cortez telling fans to pay attention for next week (which would mean THIS week!).

Could Weezy pull a Beyoncé and just drop the album out of the blue? Maybe!

Guess we’ll just have to wait and see, but since it’s already Friday afternoon, we can safely say this week is done … unless Wayne dares to be different and makes history by releasing an album on a weekend!

Vicious Brawl Erupts Between Porsha Stewart & Kenya Moore During “RHOA” Season 6 Reunion Taping

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” just put the ‘REAL’ in real, if recent reports are to be believed.

According to US Weekly, “RHOA” stars Porsha Stewart and Kenya Moore got into what they described as a “vicious brawl” today during the taping of the season six reunion special, which is set to air about a month from now.

One of US Weekly’s many spies reported to their leader:

“There was a major physical altercation between Porsha and Kenya … To the point that Porsha beat the crap out of Kenya, dragged her across the stage by her hair, and gave her a major beatdown.”

Wait … WHAT?!?

We knew Porsha and Kenya had beef — for the past few episodes this season, Kenya has been antagonizing Porsha over her divorce from Kordell Stewart, suggesting that Porsha and her now ex husband Kordell’s marriage was “arranged” and Porsha was simply acting as a “beard” for the former NFL player — but DAYUMMMMMMM!!!!

If what they described is true (US is usually right … about 75% of the time), that is one helluva beatdown!

While it’s not even close to a good look for two grown azz women to be brawling like that on national television, we can’t sit here and act like that’s not one of main reasons why we all watch reality television.

No ratchet = boring TV. Even faked ratchet equals boring TV. The ratchet has to be “authentic” for it to truly work, which is why the “Housewives,” “Basketball Wives” and “Love & Hip Hop” shows do so well, but then, when they try to remove the ratchet, they get real boring, real quick.

More details about the fight between Porsha & Kenya are forthcoming, however, we’ll see what REALLY went down when the two-part “Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 6 reunion special airs next month on April 20th and 27th.

Lil Wayne Thinks Nicki Minaj Could Have Done Better on “Lookin Ass”

Nicki Minaj‘s Young Money boss Lil Wayne wasn’t all that impressed with her viral hit “Lookin Ass.”

In a recent interview  with MTV News, Weezy said that while he thought the verse was “nice,” he believed Nicki could have done “better.”

“Honestly, I’m a tough judge and I’m the boss. So I kind of be like, ‘Yeah that’s nice. But you could do better.’ But that’s what I tell myself everyday too.”

Wayne also gave kudos to Nicki, who’s currently working on her new album, and said “she never fails to amaze me.”

Mugshot Madness: Judge Joe Brown Arrested & Jailed for Contempt of Court

How ironic! Judge Joe Brown is getting a taste of his own medicine.

The former TV judge posed for the angry mugshot above after he was arrested and charged with five counts of contempt of court for becoming verbally abusive at a Memphis juvenile court on Monday (Mar 24).

TMZ reports:

Brown showed up to court Monday to represent someone in a child support case — but was turned away by court staff, who informed Brown they had no record of the case in question.

Brown reportedly lost it … becoming verbally abusive and was warned several times to quiet down.

We’re told Brown — who is running for D.A. of Shelby County — was “playing to the peanut gallery” and “incited a near riot.”

Brown reportedly ignored the judge and was subsequently arrested for contempt of court.

Brown was cited for contempt 5 times and ultimately ordered to spend 5 days in jail. He left under his own power and was screaming the entire time.

Ray J & Joan Rivers Spoof Kim Kardashian Sex Tape in TV Promo

Ray J just won’t let this whole “he hit it first” thing go, will he?

To promote the new season of WE TV’s “Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best,” Ray J and TV personality/comedian Joan Rivers spoof Ray J’s infamous 2007 sex tape with Kim Kardashian. And it’s just as awkward and gross as you would imagine.

In the video, after doing some freaky things under the sheets, the rapper/R&B singer  tells Joan that she is twice the woman Kim Kardashian was, to which Joan responds, “No, she was 32 at the time. I’m three times the woman.”

Uhhh… no thanks, Joan!

Afterward, the two sit down for an “interview,” in which they talk about the benefits of a relationship between an older woman and a younger man.

“I like older women because they know what they want, they know when they want it, and after they get it then they tell you to get out,” Ray J said.

“But then I think it’s, we know what we want and usually it’s dinner at 4:30,” Rivers added.

“Yes,” Ray J followed up, “And I’m good with that because when I take you to dinner, after dinner it’s 6:30. We hit the bed by 7:30pm, you sleep by 9, I’m in the club by 12. Hello! We got a perfect relationship.”

Hilarious! But still gross. And awkward. But mostly just gross.

Fred Phelps’ Estranged Son Nate Mourns the Man His Father Could Have Been

Fred Phelps, the controversial, unstable cult leader who started a hateful organization (they call themselves a “church,” but we will call them an “organization”) that spends 100% of their time spreading the message that “God Hates Fags” died last Wednesday (Mar 19) at the age of 84 years old.

As people weigh in on the death of the Westboro Baptist Church founder, Phelps’ estranged son Nate Phelps has released a statement saying that he will mourn the man his father could have been, had he not become obsessed with publicly protesting homosexuality and the funerals of dead soldiers.

Nate is one of Fred Phelps’ 13 children, and has been a big advocate of atheism and the LGBT community since leaving the Westboro Baptist cult in 1980.

“Unfortunately, Fred’s ideas have not died with him, but live on,” the 55-year-old said in a statement posted on the website Recovering from Religion. “Not just among the members of Westboro Baptist Church, but among the many communities and small minds that refuse to recognize the equality and humanity of our brothers and sisters on this small planet we share.”

Nate Phelps added, “I will mourn his passing, not for the man he was, but for the man he could have been. I deeply mourn the grief and pain felt by my family members denied their right to visit him in his final days. They deserved the right to finally have closure to decades of rejection, and that was stolen from them.”

He continued, “Let his death mean something. Let every mention of his name and of his church be a constant reminder of the tremendous good we are all capable of doing in our communities.”

Fred Phelps had been sick in recent weeks and Nathan posted on Facebook that Fred was dying in a hospice in Topeka, Kansas.

Nathan also revealed that his father had been “ex-communicated” from Westboro last August and pointed out the irony in the way his life was ending:

I’m not sure how I feel about this. Terribly ironic that his devotion to his god ends this way. Destroyed by the monster he made.

I feel sad for all the hurt he’s caused so many. I feel sad for those who will lose the grandfather and father they loved. And I’m bitterly angry that my family is blocking the family members who left from seeing him, and saying their good-byes.

Future’s “Honest” Album Finally Has A Solid Release Date!

After several delays, Future‘s sophomore album ‘Honest’ finally has an official track list and a release date that has a really, really good chance of not changing.

Future announced via Twitter earlier this month that the follow-up to his 2012 debut album ‘Pluto’ will be available on April 22nd.

According to his official website FutureFreeBandz.com, ‘Honest,’ which was executive-produced by Mike WiLL Made It, is available for pre-order and will feature a number of A-list collaborators, including Drake, Kanye West, Pharrell, Wiz Khalifa and Andre 3000.

Last August, Future switched his album title from ‘Future Hendrix’ to ‘Honest.’

“Honest is the new me,” Future explained at the time. “It represents the truth I try to bring to my music … I plan to break the mold with this album so that it will be nothing like you’ve heard from me or any other artist out. You can either tell the truth or face the Future.”

T.I., Tiny & Their Kids Honor ‘The Cosby Show’ in “Family Hustle” Season 4 Promo Clip

T.I. gets his Bill Cosby on in a new promo clip for the upcoming fourth season of VH1’s “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle.”

Tip and the whole gang — his wife Tiny, their sons King, Major, Domani and Messiah, and their daughters Deyjah and Zonnique (aka Niq Niq) — pay homage to the “Cosby Show” by re-enacting the sitcom’s famous jazz intro.

This isn’t the first time The Harris family has honored The Huxtable crew.

T.I., Tiny and their six kids posed for a photo that mimics a famous portrait of the “Cosby Show” family back in 2012 for In Touch Weekly, and the Harrises even call themselves the “Hip Hop Huxtables.”

“Family Hustle” Season 4 premieres Monday, March 31 at 9/8c on VH1.

Keyshia Cole Talks to “The Breakfast Club” About Divorce Rumors, Beyoncé Hurting Her Feelings, Michelle Williams Beef and More

Keyshia Cole paid a visit to Power 105’s “The Breakfast Club” Thursday morning and finally revealed the details on all of the controversy that’s been taking place in her life lately.

While being grilled by Charlamagne Tha God, Keyshia spoke on criticizing Beyoncé (in regards to getting her feelings hurt over that “Bow Down Bitches” song), her beef with Michelle Williams, her rumored split from Boobie Gibson, whether or not she still speaks to her family (namely her ratchet ass mama Frankie), and more.

One thing we can say about Keyshia is that she always keeps it 100!

Here are a few excerpts (via our friends over at Rap-Up):

On Beyoncé: “I was not hating on Beyoncé. It was not directed at all as hate. I love Beyoncé. I’ve seen Beyoncé a few times. She’s always a very sweet girl. To me, that just wasn’t her thing. Like dude said, she switched it up or something. But that’s just not what I know of her, so it kinda hurt my feelings.”

On Michelle Williams: “She started that, and it really hurt my feelings too ’cause she’s Christian and she’s the church girl and all of this, but yet we talk on the phone, you say you apologized for taking the tweet down that you said about me in the first place. I just felt like everybody just jumped on me ’cause I’m from Oakland, I’m the ghetto chick and I’m always starting everything, when the actuality, I just say how I feel. I don’t feel like I was starting nothing with her. I was just getting her back for what she said to me.”

On divorce rumors: “I don’t even really know what I wanna do right now. I don’t wanna talk about it. I don’t even want to go into it.”

On her relationship with Boobie: “We co-parent. He’s a great father though. [He takes] DJ to school every morning and I pick him up. We good.”

On dealing with her anger: “I’ve grown a lot. I’m 30 years old. Ain’t the same way I used to do and take my anger out and just go ahead and approach you and do something about it. That ain’t the way I do it no more. I’m a mother and whatever I do from here on out, I want my son to be proud of.”

On her family: “It’s just chaos and I don’t want that around [my son]. I gotta protect him from that kinda chaos.”

On her mother Frankie: “I haven’t even spoken to my mom in a minute. They don’t have my number. It’s a respect thing.”

On her plans after this album: “I was speaking to Baby from Cash Money about a couple things, but I don’t know what’s gonna happen with that.”

Anita Baker Wanted by Detroit Police! (Arrest Warrant Issued)

Say it aint so… Anita Baker is a wanted woman!

An arrest warrant for the Grammy Award-winning singer, known for her hits “Sweet Love” and “Giving You the Best That I Got,” was issued after she failed to show up for a court hearing in Detroit regarding her current legal battle with a paint and decorating company.

According to TMZ, Ray Smith Painting and Decorating has sued Baker on claims that she owes the company $15,000 for services they performed inside her massive home in Grosse Pointe, MI … and so far, she has yet to cough up the cash.

Anita’s people haven’t responded to any requests for comment, but hopefully all of this gets straightened out ASAP! We would hate to see a living legend locked up over some BS.

Besides, Anita Baker is too old to be on the run from the po-po!

Former NBA Star Ben Wallace Spends 16 Hours in Jail for Hit-and-Run

Former NBA player Ben Wallace has got to be one the luckiest men in the world.

Wallace, a former player for the Detroit Pistons, was arrested Tuesday and spent less than 24 hours in jail after pleading no contest for a hit-and-run incident that took place in February.

Eye witnesses say Wallace drove his Escalade into a fence and then fled the scene of the accident.

Wallace was sentenced to one year in jail, but the judge suspended all but two days of the sentence.

Wallace sat behind bars for just 16 hours and was released with only a $500 fine.

While this may sound like an extremely light sentence, CBS 6 notes that Wallace’s punishment isn’t unreasonable.

“This looks like the type of situation you would see when a prosecutor could have difficulty proving a case, and they’re trying to work out some plea agreement that’s kind of right in the middle,” CBS 6 legal expert Todd Stone said.

Whatever the case … Wallace is lucky he wasn’t caught by the police, because it’s very likely that he would have been charged with a DUI. Maybe he should take this as a lesson to not get behind the wheel of a vehicle drunk as a skunk.

Karrueche Tran Dumped Chris Brown Over “Inappropriate Texts” with Other Women

R. Kelly said it best: “When a woman’s fed up … it ain’t nothin you can do about it!”

Chris Brown‘s inappropriate relationship with another woman in rehab didn’t cost him his relationship with Karrueche Tran. It was all the texts from groupies she found in his phone.

Karrueche called it quits with Breezy back in February after she found several texts in his phone from a team of jump-offs.

Sources tell TMZ … Karrueche saw Chris’ phone during her visit — and it was filled with inappropriate texts from other girls. It was the last straw.

We’re told Karrueche was especially pissed because she’d been nothing but supportive to Chris throughout his ordeal, even going to court with him.

We’re told Karrueche wasn’t even aware Chris had allegedly been getting down with girls in rehab until long after the break-up.

Damn Breezy!!! It may be time to let all the hoes go. Good women don’t come around everyday.

Lil Boosie Concert Scam Tricks Promoters Out of $25K

If you are a club promoter and you’ve booked “Lil Boosie” for a concert over the last few weeks … you might as well kiss your money goodbye, unless you know for sure it went to the right person.

TMZ reports that a massive Boosie concert scam has been taking place all over the country and so far several people — two in Dallas, one in Detroit — have fallen victim to it, losing thousands of dollars ($25K to be exact) in the process.

One of the alleged victims LaToya Thompson tells us, she came across a Boosie booking flier on Instagram recently and called the phone number. She says she was eventually put in touch with a man claiming to be Boosie’s brother TQ.

LaToya tells us, “TQ” instructed her to wire him $25,000 to book Boosie for a concert in April — and as soon as the money went through last week, “TQ” went AWOL.

The two other alleged victims tell the same story — one says he had booked Boosie for an appearance last week, and the rapper never showed. He says “TQ” also never responded to his phone calls.

LaToya sent us the contract — which lists a Giovany Productions as the company behind the bookings. We tried to get in touch with someone at Giovany but the phone numbers didn’t work.

But Boosie says it doesn’t matter — he never gave permission to any company to book him. All bookings must go through his brother TQ — the real TQ — and TQ tells us, he was NOT involved in the bookings in question. TQ also says he plans to file a police report.

Boosie himself has also taken to Twitter to give folks the heads up so they aren’t scammed out of thousands of dollars:

Well damn … we feel sorry for those people who actually thought they were booking Boosie and were being hoodwinked the whole time. Just goes to show … show business ain’t no game to play with. Also, getting “booking information” from a flyer probably isn’t the best idea either.

WTF? South Carolina Inmates Shoot Rap Video IN PRISON!

Even jail can’t stop a man from getting his shine on, apparently.

A group of South Carolina inmates recently did the unthinkable and recorded a rap music video while in prison. (PRISON!)

Despite its lack of visual quality (which could have been done on purpose to obscure their identities, or something), the video has already gained a lot of attention and has been labeled as the “first ever” video made behind bars.

We don’t know what was more impressive, the actual rapping or the guys in the background beat-boxing. Or, perhaps, the fact that a group of inmates actually had a fully charged video recording device (and editing capabilities) to SHOOT A FRIKKIN’ MUSIC VIDEO IN PRISON.

Now that’s what you call determination!

Yoga Pants Prank 2 Tricks More Thirsty Guys Into Complimenting A Man’s Butt

If you thought FouseyTube‘s “Yoga Pants Prank” was hilariously funny … wait until you see PART TWO! It honestly gets no better than this.

With the help of a female friend, the YouTube prankster was able to trick a bunch of straight guys into choosing whether he or his female friend had the bigger butt.

Just about every last one of the guys, not knowing he was male, pick FouseyTube, and were shocked to find out they were actually more attracted to a man’s butt than that of a female’s. (Can you say awkward????)

Porsha Williams Gets NOTHING from Kordell Stewart in Divorce Settlement

The divorce saga between “Real Housewives of Atlanta Star” Porsha Stewart Williams and her now ex husband Kordell Stewart is now over, and Porsha definitely got the short end of the stick in the divorce settlement.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ (who else?), Porsha will get absolutely NOTHING. No alimony, none of Kordell’s NFL retirement money, no health insurance, no gas money, a stick of gum, NOTHING. The poor girl even has to pay her own credit card balances, SMH.

TMZ reports that Porsha does, however, get to keep the “Mercedes she drove in on, and that’s about it,” as well as her engagement ring and all of her “personal crap,” like “jewelry, clothes and other personal items.”

As for Kordell … he gets two houses, 2 plots of land, a 2013 Mercedes and a 2010 Porsche, and his full retirement benefits. He also gets to keep a 100% interest in his companies.

Pretty crazy — considering there was a lot of talk on “Real Housewives” that Porsha and Kordell did NOT sign a prenup.

Porsha was fighting like crazy to stay in the house, but Kordell changed the locks on her.

And to make matters EVEN WORSE (yes, things can ALWAYS get worse), it’s rumored that “RHOA” producers are thinking about cutting her from the show. Talk about rubbing salt in an open wound!
