In what seems to be a shocking turn of events, it turns out that late actor Gary Coleman was reportedly divorced when he died. According to court documents, Gary and his ex-wife Shannon Price were legally divorced on August 12, 2008. The property was awarded to Gary and no alimony was awarded.
Why is this shocking, you ask? Well, his ex-wife Shannon was the person that gave the hospital permission to take Gary off life support, something that she probably didn’t have the authority to do. The hospital was contacted for comment and a spokesperson said:
“We had no indication that the information Shannon gave us was false. She portrayed herself as his wife.”
Also, TMZ got a hold of the 911 call made by Shannon after Gary hit his head and it sounds fishy as hell. If you ask us, something in the milk ain’t clean about all of this… Take a listen to the 911 call below:
