Beyonce is NOT playing this time around!
In an effort to ensure her comeback performance goes down in history as one of the most memorable halftime shows, ever, the “Bootylicious” songwriter has reportedly enlisted her former DC comrades Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams to join her on stage for a nostalgic medley of their biggest hits including “Independent Women,” “Survivor” and more.
According to Us Weekly, Beyonce will open the show solo before bringing out the other ladies to perform their greatest hits, ending with the newly recorded track “Nuclear.”
Following Destiny’s Child’s energetic set, Bouncy is slated to return to the stage one last time to close the show with the lead single from her 5th studio album.
Talk about one hell of a halftime show. At this point…the actual football game has been put on the back-burner as this NFL event has officially been taken over by King B!
