Tiger Woods‘ rich and famous ex wife Elin Nordegren turned this beautiful $12 million mansion pictured here into a pile of worthless dirt and rubble (pictured below)….on purpose, and just because she wanted to.
Nordegren, who has a rich new boyfriend named Jamie Dingham, reportedly demolished the $12.2 million, 9,000 square-foot oceanfront home that she purchased right after she banked $100 million from her world-famous divorce from Woods.
Elin originally wanted to renovate the luxury 1390s mansion, located in North Palm Beach, Florida.
However, she recently changed her mind and instead chose to just tear it down and start all over the way over so that she can build her very own “Dream Home.”
Why? Because she’s rich and can well enough afford it!
According to plans found at the Palm Beach County Building Office, Nordegren wants an 18,984-square-foot, three-story home erected on the lot and, while she is in the early stages of obtaining permits, the former first lady of golf has a very clear vision.
Under a cedar-shake roof, Nordegren wants to strategically use French doors set in stucco siding to take the most advantage possible of the sparkling ocean views just yards away.
She has enlisted architectural firm Dailey Janssen of West Palm Beach to bring her dreams to life—dreams that include a wine room, gym and theater with stadium seating in the basement.
On the ground floor, the plans call for a great room, a library, a family room, a playroom for daughter Sam and son Charlie and a kitchen measuring 29 by 18 feet.
Nordegren’s 1,200-square foot master suite, replete with bedroom, sitting room, bathroom, closets and dressing area, all with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, will be found on the second floor, along with three more guest rooms with their own private baths.
“Elin has a big family and wants to have room for all of them to visit,” a source exclusively tells E! News.
Out with the old, in with the new!
Must be nice to have so much money that you don’t even know what to do with it…
