Waka Flocka Flame is behind bars…..
The “No Hands” rapper turned himself into police yesterday (Mon. Jan 3) for violating his probation, possession of drugs, firearms and more. According to TMZ, The Henry County Sheriff’s Department booked Waka for the following charges:
— Possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce
— Possession of firearm by convicted felon
— Possession of hydrocodone
— Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony
— Violation of probation for driving on a suspended license
— Violating Georgia’s “Criminal Street Gang and Terror Prevention Act”
His mother Debra Antney also made a statement saying that he turned himself in “because he wanted to do the right thing and didn’t want to run.”
As we previously reported, a warrant for Waka’s arrest was issued after police raided his home in December. Waka’s bond has been set at $31,950…and a hearing is set for sometime today.
