Beyonce and Jay-Z are still in Paris, and the royal couple left their newborn daughter Blue Ivy Carter back at the hotel with a baby sitter Wednesday evening (Jun 6) so that they could go out together on a dinner date in the City of Lights.
Beyonce was all smiles as she and Jay-Z, accompanied by their security detail, made their way into (and out of) Caviar Kaspia restaurant, where they enjoyed some top-notch French cuisine and a romantic evening to themselves.
