Vivica A. Fox is ready to walk down the aisle! The 46 year-old actress and her boyfriend, Atlanta club promoter Omar “Slim” White are engaged.

“We did get engaged on Dec. 26. And we are very happy!” Fox told PEOPLE Magazine.
A close source also confirmed the news….and said Slim planted a 8-karat ring on Viv’s finger while they were staying in Miami for Christmas.
“She is over the moon – so excited, so in love. She got the ring while they were staying at Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, over the holidays.”
This will be the second marriage for Fox…who was previously married to singer Christopher Harvest.
