Miley Cyrus likes to get high!!
TMZ has obtained footage of the former Disney star smoking out of a bong with friends…..and nearly laughing herself to death. The video was recorded during a party at Miley’s L.A. home 5 days after her 18th birthday.
Surprisingly, Cyrus wasn’t smoking weed though….but instead a natural herb called Salvia, which is legal in California. The plant is also widely known for having hallucinogenic effects. (Guess that’s how Miley likes her drugs!!)
