Oscar-winning actor Michael Douglas is almost near the finish line with his treatment for throat cancer.
According to his longtime friend/publicist Allen Burry, Douglas has one more treatment left after this week and then he’s all done.
“No further treatments are scheduled. He’s really happy about it ending.”
It will take 6 weeks for Douglas to reach final recovery and he will have periodic check-ups. But there’s no worries for the “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps” star who is so much of a fighter……he didn’t have to use a feeding tube after treatment.
“He was determined not to have a feeding tube, and he didn’t have to have one,” Allen Burry said.
