Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly chosen a name for their newborn daughter, and according to TMZ, it is (drumroll please) … North West.
The report from TMZ says that Kardashian’s and West’s daughter’s birth certificate lists her legal first name as “North.” No word on what her middle name is, if she even has one.
It’s funny … because North West was of the names that was rumored to be on the short list for West and Kardashian. Among other names that were reported were Kaidence Donda West, Kai Georgia Donda West and Easton West, but it’s safe to say no one expected Kim and Kanye to really name their child “North West.” (Was South West even considered? No?)
Kardashian has reportedly left the hospital where she gave birth last weekend, and is holed up in a secret location with her newborn.
The superstar couple have yet to comment on their daughter’s name.
