Looks like Lindsay Lohan just caught a major break.

Kamofie & Co., the jewelry company accusing Lohan of stealing the infamous $2,500 necklace, recently sold the surveillance video of Lindsay in their store on the day in question, which leads many to believe that Lindsay may have not been lying after all.

The jewelry store solicited the help of a broker to peddle the tape, despite the fact lawyers for the prosecution asked them not to, fearing it would ruin their case.

Sources close to Lindsay insist that the recent sell of the tape proves what she’s been saying all along that Kamofie & Co. are just out trying to capitalize on the situation and are motivated entirely by money.

Lindsay is said to be optimistic that the store’s recent actions will sway public opinion, as well as the prosecution, to finally see things her way.

Talk about lucky. Lilo may have just used up her ninth and final life on this one though!
