In following the footstep’s of rap mogul Diddy, rapper The Game want’s to make a little adjustment himself to his stage name by going by simply “Game” insead of “The Game.”
According to DubCNN.com, “Game has dumped ‘the’ from his moniker to be displayed on his next CD, The R.E.D. Album. No other reason was given for the change.”
His latest musical installment will include guest appearances from Timbaland, Pharrell, Chris Brown, Akon, Diddy, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross and Beanie Sigel. The R.E.D Album is scheduled to drop December 8th and the first single is “L.A. Girl” featuring none other than Chris Breezy.
DJ Kay Slay has put his two cents regarding the “beef” between rappers The Game and Jay-Z. Though he is a good friend of Game, Slay questions his disses towards Jay:
“…I think Jay-Z deserves a little more respect for as long as he’s been in the game,” Slay said in an interview. “And Game, he [should] just chill for a second. I really don’t think he fired at him hard enough for him to be going as hard as he’s going but then again, Game is a man. He’s gonna do what he’s gotta do. But me, I just think that, you gotta be on that individual level to go at him. And I don’t think Game has reached that yet.”
Is it just us or do we sense another beef getting ready to surface? It’s clear that The Game doesn’t like his name to be mentioned by anyone and DJ Kay Slay might just be on the end of another diss. We’re just going to sit back and watch this one.
Rapper The Game has decided to continue his one-sided beef with fellow rapper Jay-Z by humiliating Hov’s fans who attended his concert at London’s Hammersmith Apollo. One by one, The Game calls them up to the stage (some don’t make it that far) only to put them to shame in front of the crowd. Continue reading to check out the video!
Jay-Z finally put that ridiculous rumor of him c*ck blocking Chris Brown’s performance at the BET Awards to rest:
“That’s the silliest rumor I’ve ever heard,” Jay-Z said in a new interview with radio personality Tim Westwood. “First let me categorically deny that, that’s not even my style. I haven’t said anything live or behind the scenes. I don’t agree with what he did and that’s it. We’re all flawed human beings, all a person could do is apologize. Everyone should be allowed to make mistakes. But as far as not letting him perform on BET — that’s ridiculous, that’s stupid and that’s a sucker move. I wouldn’t do it. And people commenting on rumors — that’s a sucker move. I was really sitting back and watching all of them suckers comment on that,” Jay-Z continued. “You don’t comment on rumors. I was watching like, ‘look at them. That’s just so silly. They are all really stupid.’”
The Game’s beef with Jay-Z has just gotten deeper. In a new freestyle directed to the Brooklyn-bred rapper, The Game came hard at Beyonce, implying that she has engaged in sexual activity with members of the Mavericks, Rockets, and the Spurs. Peep the video below (at the 2:30 mark)
Not even 72 hours since Michael Jackson passed and a new song featuring Chris Brown, The Game, and Diddy has joined the many other tributes that have surfaced. The song is titled “Better on the Other Side” and it is produced by DJ Khaled and features various artists such as Chris Brown, Diddy, Boyz II Men and more.
Singers (and lovers) Chris Brown and Rihanna look like they just want to grab each other and …. well, you know the rest. The two performed on stage together at the B96 Jingle Bash in Chicago Tuesday night (Dec. 16th).
Here’s the official GOT video premiere of The Game’s brand new music video for “Camera Phone,” featuring Ne-Yo. R&B artist Pleasure P had a cameo appearance in the video.
