Though Megan Thee Stallion has named summer 2019 the “Hot Girl Summer” due to the release of her debut studio album, Fever, the rapper is making a commitment to combat climate change. And she wants her fans to join her.
Megan took to social media to announce she’s making an effort to be more environmentally conscious and shared a few tips of how her followers can contribute as well.
“Hey Hotties these are a few things I’m starting today! If you’re already an eco friendly hottie please comment more ways to help,” she wrote on Twitter.
Some of the tips include using reusable bags and water bottles, reducing dairy and meet in your diet, and recycling.

Megan seems to be very serious about going Green and raising awareness. In addition to using less plastic, the rapper says she’s planning to organize an event to clean a beach and plant trees, but she’s still working out the details.
“I’m really about to get on my hot girl sh*t and I’m about to start using less plastic,” she said in an Instagram Live video.
“I’m thinking about organizing a little beach cleanup for all the hotties,” she added. “Y’all gotta come in y’all bikinis and clean up some sh*t … I’m definitely putting that together so all my hotties that want to help clean up— let’s do it.”
