Former “My Name is Earl” star Jaime Pressly was arrested late Wednesday night (Dec. 5th) on the suspicion of driving under the influence.
The actress was stopped by cops in Santa Monica, L.A. after she allegedly committed a traffic violation. Pressly was then given a field sobriety test and was arrested on the spot.
Since then she has been released on $15,000 bail.
