Lala Vazquez and Carmelo Anthony are tying the knot after their five year engagement with a summer wedding in front of friends and family. Vazquez announced a coule weeks back on “Wendy Williams.” Celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss has been called in for the couple’s big day. She has planned extravagant wedding for some of hollywoods A-listers: Heidi Klum, Shaquille O’Neal and Gwen Stefani.
“I like her work so I hired her to come on board for my wedding,” Vazquez told Williams.
Vazquez, a former MTV and NBA all-star player Carmelo Anthony, who have a 3-year-old son together named Kiyan, plan to exchange their wedding vows in New York. Vazquez doesn’t have a final list for the bridal party but she says her celeb pals Kim Kardasian and Solange Knowles, will be apart of it to some level. As for the guest list an estimate amount of 250-300 has been set.
“… Everybody’s been waiting for it so long, we might as well invite everybody to come hang out,” she laughed.
