49ers Hall of Famer Joe Perry Dies at 84
Hall of Fame fullback Joe Perry, the first football player to achieve back-to-back 1,000-yard rushing seasons and nicknamed “The Jet” for his amazing speed, died Monday at the age of 84.
The San Francisco 49ers announced that Perry passed away in Arizona due to complications from dementia.

While speaking to Jay Leno Monday in a surprise Tonight Show appearance that will air Tuesday night, embattled actress Lindsay Lohan, was a studio audience favorite upon her arrival, and even received a standing ovation.
During her visit Lilo spoke on her 120 day sentence in connection with a probation violation for taking a necklace from a Venice Beach jeweler.
“At what point did you realize, ‘Oh my God, I could lose this, this could slip away from me?’” Leno asked Lohan, to which she responded:

Elton John Breastfeeds Son with Milk Shipped via Fedex
Musical icon Elton John and his baby daddy David Furnish welcomed their son Zachary to the world this past Christmas Day and in a recent interview with ABC’s Barbara Walters, the wealthy couple admitted quite the revelation.
“[Zachary’s biological mother] has been providing him with breast milk,” John told the ’20/20′ host. “We have the breast milk FedExed from where she is.”
John, 64, and Furnish, 48, have been raising the 4-month-old tiny tot in California, where their surrogate also lives.

A small church in Toledo, Ohio have placed a controversial billboard in their community that reads “Being Gay is a Gift from God.”
According to Rev. Bill Barnard, the part-time pastor at Central United Methodist….the billboard is a part of a campaign they have started that supports Gay rights…..and reassures gays and lesbians they don’t have to ask God for forgiveness for being who they are.

Britney Spears decided to drop in on Nicki Minaj as she hosted an after-party (following her concert in L.A. with Lil Wayne) at The Factory in West Hollywood Friday night (Apr 22). According to sources at the event, it was “complete pandemonium” when Britney entered the building.
“[It] was complete pandemonium,” a source told E! News. “Six people were carried out after hyperventilating. They literally fainted when Britney walked onto the stage where Nicki was hanging. People were crowd surfing to get to the stage. Screams were so loud for Nicki and Brit you couldn’t hear the music. Bouncers couldn’t hold the crowd back.”
Kourtney Kardashian was also spotted in the VIP area of the West Hollywood nightclub, along with Britney’s boyfriend Jason Trawick.

Emma Watson Wants to Leave Brown University
Getting an Ivy League education at the prestigious Brown University isn’t working out for ‘Harry Potter’ actress Emma Watson.
There were rumors that the 21 year old actress was bullied out of the Rhode Island school but reps for Watson have denied these claims.
Her rep Vanessa Davies told the New York Times that Watson will be “transferring to another university in the autumn … she is going another route in her studies and the classes she’s looking to take aren’t necessarily offered at Brown.”
Back in 2009, the young starlet broke the news via her website that she will be studying and was looking forward to campus life. But due to her hectic work schedule, she can not meet the demands to studying at this present time.

Lindsay Lohan “Angry” About 4-Month Jail Sentence
Lindsay Lohan just cant seem to catch a break. The troubled Hollywood actress is said to be fuming after being served a 4 month jail sentence in her jewelry shoplifting case on Friday (Apr 22).
“She is angry because she has been working so hard on turning her life around. She didn’t do what they said she did. She didn’t steal that necklace,” producer and close friend Nathan Folks told PEOPLE. “She is ready to do her time. She wants to go to A.A. and N.A. and to serve her 400 hours of community service. She has already been doing lots of charity work.”
Back in January, Lindsay was accused of stealing a $2500 necklace from a jewelry boutique in Los Angeles. She denied the accusations, however, and refused to take a plea bargain, which landed her a 4-month jail sentence. And she is not happy about it.
Ryan Philippe Ready to End 20-Year Acting Career
Actor Ryan Philippe is so fed up with the paparazzi that he’s contemplating ending his acting career.
According to the New York Post Philippe disclosed on Friday night at the premiere of his new indie war film, ‘The Bang Bang Club:’ “I think I’m going to end my acting career. I’m so introverted. I’m ready to be behind the scenes. I’m 36, but I’ve been doing this for 20 years.”
But don’t despair Philippe fans, Access Hollywood has since reported that the statement was taken “out of context” and what the actor meant to say is that he “is looking to expand his behind-the-scenes efforts, along with continuing to do some acting.”
Paula Abdul Wanted by Simon Cowell for X Factor USA
If Simon Cowell has anything to do with it, former American Idol judge Paula Abdul may be back in the judging seat on ‘X Factor USA.’
In a recent interview with Nikki Finke of Deadline.com, Cowell dished:
“I’ve always wanted Paula. Always been very vocal about that. I missed her the second she left the show. Always loved working with her even though she can be a pain…We’ve agreed that we would meet as many people as possible, and now we’re reaching the deadline we’ve got to make the decision soon. But I think she’s got a really good shot.”
If all goes according to Simon’s master plan, Abdul will be joining Simon when the show hits screens on the FOX network along with industry veteran L.A. Reid and unknown to the US, British X Factor judge, Cheryl Cole.
‘X Factor USA’ is due to premiere sometime in the fall.
