Banana Attacks Gorilla Outside Cell Phone Store in Ohio

A gorilla suffered a surprise attack at the hands of an angry banana outside a wireless phone store in Strongville, OH over the weekend.

“I noticed a kid in the bushes. Then he just emerged, dressed up as a banana, and sprinted as fast as he could at our gorilla,” manager Brandon Parham told reporters. “The kid was in mid-air, flying. He just looked like a Spartan from that movie 300, except he was a banana.”

Well … this guy — 60-year-old Tyrone Curry — donated $40,000 to the high school where he he works at as a coach AND a janitor to help them get a brand new track!

“He was always talking about how he wanted to do that,” said his friend of 30 years, Frank Luckett. “He’s the kind of guy that even when he was having hard times, he would somehow come up with money to help a kid who needed a uniform or a bag.”

And get this: Mr. Curry has been working for the Highline School District in Washington for 35 years, and still works there, and on the side as a seating host for Safeco Field and as assistant head usher at KeyArena, despite his multi-million dollar lottery win.

“He hasn’t changed a bit,” said his friend Luckett.

After just 3 short years of being in the industry, Waka Flocka recently announced that he has plans to retire from the rap game for good after this year ends. In fact, the rapper, most famous for his songs “O Let’s Do It,” “Hard in Da Paint” and “No Hands,” says he’d rather work at Walmart than rap.

“I’m tired of going through what I go through, and punk a**es always rain on my world,” Flocka revealed in a recent interview with Atlanta Hip-Hop radio station V-103. “There’s so [many] different haters, fake smiles, different hugs. I’d rather work at Walmart than rap, and that’s my word on God. Yup, I put that on Jesus Christ.”

Dillard’s Fired a Man for Eating Leftover 4th of July Hot Dogs that were Being Saved for Labor Day

Believe it or not … but Dillard’s actually fired a worker last year for eating two hot dogs left over from a 4th of July employee picnic!

Apparently, the hot dogs were being saved for Labor Day and Nolan Koewler had no business eating them.

But fortunately for Koewler, who was originally denied unemployment benefits from Dillard’s after they fired him, won a court case relating to the incident and will indeed be getting his unemployment benefits after the Indiana Court of Appeals decided the company wasn’t justified in firing him.

A group of workers at a recycling plant in Seattle found a “butchered torso” rolling down a conveyor belt over the weekend, sparking a homicide investigation. Apparently, the body, which appeared to belong to an adult male, was “mixed with materials from a construction site,” and police didn’t confirm if it matched details from recent missing persons cases.

Before giving her fans an exclusive performance, the gorgeous artist went into the deejay booth where she playfully tried her deejay skills and danced to The Black Eyed Peas song “Dirty Beat.” Around 1:30 a.m. Amerie addressed the crowd, singling out a group of girls who were celebrating a bachelorette party. Her riveting set included “Gotta Work” and chart-topping single “1 Thing,” where at one point she gave her fans the microphone to sing back.

Following the performance the singer returned to the deejay booth and posed for some photos. The remainder of the night the happy couple spent most of the time at their table partying the night away.
