Prince Gets Cheeky
Things at the VMAs often have a tendency to get, well, cheeky. And Prince’s raunchy performance of his single “Get Off” at the 1991 VMAs was an eye-popper because the flamboyant singer showed his ass to the world in a canary jumpsuit with the butt cut out.
While the Prince of today is a mellowed, sterilized version of his former self, the old Prince was a rebel in ways that few of his counterparts ever could hope to be.
