A homeless man from Florida thought God had blessed him when he stumbled across someone’s lost credit card on the side of a Florida road.

But instead of using the MasterCard to buy food or drink, or even a few nice outfits, 27-year-old Jonah Troutman went to the closest nail salon and got a pedicure.

A frikkin’ pedicure … of all things!

According to a Volusia County Sheriff’s Office report, Troutman went to Nancy’s Nails and received a $20 pedicure. However, after a worker tried twice to process the payment for the foot beautification, the card came back as declined. An employee then called the cops.

When questioned by a deputy, Troutman admitted that he did not own the card. But he explained that he believed it “was a gift card and that finding it was a blessing from God.”

Jonah Troutman was arrested, obviously … and is currently being held in a Florida county jail on $2,500 bond while facing a felony charge of illegal use of a credit card, in addition to a misdemeanor theft charge.
