The actress was so convinced her body part might fall into the wrong hands, she put it in her freezer. Now Lindsay’s close friend Kimberly Stewart is trying to persuade her to sell her appendix anyway. “Kimberly thinks Lindsay should auction it for charity herself,” a source tells the National Enquirer magazine. Lindsay, 20, is currently being treated at the Wonderland Center rehab clinic so is probably mulling the idea over. And the sad part about it is people would actually buy that shit too…. If you can’t get it anywhere else, you can most definitely find it ON EBAY!

Halle Berry (the sexiest woman in her forties!! – in my eyes anyway) hired this Orange County painting company to aid in the remodeling of her kitchen by staining her cabinets (for $57,000). One would think, “Awesome! I get to work in Halle Berry’s house!” – but that’s not the case at all. According to a contract she made the workers sign, they are not allowed to speak to her, unless of course, she initiates the conversation, and you BETTER answer her then!! “Moesha” Star Brandy was recently involved in a fatal car crash that could very well be her fault? Brandy Norwood is an actress and Grammy Award-winning R&B singer who is probably best known for her starring roles in the sitcom Moesha and the 1997 version of Rodgers and Hammerstein‘s Cinderella, Brandy has also gone on to sell more than 18 million albums and singles in the US alone and 35 million albums and singles worldwide. TMZ.com has reportly talked with a witness who was driving directly behind the singer who said that Brandy repeatedly told them that the accident was all her fault.

In an exclusive conversation with the man driving directly behind Brandy at the time of her fateful crash, TMZ has learned that the singer repeatedly blamed herself at the scene of the accident.

“She got upset, talking about how it was all her fault … she didn’t stop, kept saying how she hit the lady,” says the witness.

He added, “Brandy walked in front of traffic, crossing the lanes of speeding cars, then she did it again. People were honking at her to get out of the road. She was obviously disoriented and highly upset.”

The witness also claims he tried to calm the hysterical singer, and even dished out some legal advice, saying he advised her to stop admitting guilt. He also consoled her by repeatedly saying “It was an accident.”

The witness also claims he went over to check on the woman in the Toyota, but couldn’t find a pulse.

The 2007 Academy Awards are near, and today was the official announcement for all nominees! Academy members from the various branches selected the nominees in their corresponding award categories, with the exception of the Animated Feature and Foreign Language Film categories, in which nominations were determined by vote of screening committees composed of members from several branches. All voting members are eligible to select the Best Picture nominees. Ballots were mailed to 5,830 voting members in late December and were returned directly to PricewaterhouseCoopers, the international accounting firm, for tabulation. WHILE BOARDING A PLANE! – Michael Vick, QuarterBack of the Atlanta Falcons, reluctantly surrendered a water bottle to security at Miami International Airport that contained a residue “closely associated with marijuana.” Police said today that no charges immediately were filed. The 26-year-old Atlanta Falcons quarterback entered an airport concourse Wednesday morning with the 20-ounce bottle. He eventually handed it over and boarded his flight to Atlanta. But his initial reluctance to turn over the bottle aroused suspicion among airport security screeners, a police report said. Two Transportation Security Administration screeners recognized the 6-foot, 215-pound Vick.

The bottle was found to have a hidden compartment that contained “a small amount of dark particulate and a pungent aroma closely associated with marijuana,” the report said. The compartment was hidden by the bottle’s label so that it appeared to be a full bottle of water when held upright, police said.

Police said the bottle was sent to the Miami-Dade County crime lab for analysis. It could be weeks before any decision is made on whether to file charges, said Detective Alvaro Zabaleta.

“We’ll do an analysis and see what it is. There’s no sense of urgency to it,” he said to. Vick did not immediately return a phone call early Thursday. “We plan to look into the matter and discuss it with Michael Vick before having any further comment,” Falcons spokesman Reggie Roberts said.

Apparantly, Mr. Usher Raymond was pulled over for speeding over the summer (4th of July to be exact), and recently went to court to receive some kind of judgement. Read below…

Usher has been ordered to pay up for living life in the too-fast lane. The Grammy winner was found guilty of speeding in a Georgia court Tuesday stemming from an incident last summer in which police clocked him doing 103 mph in a 70 mph zone. The 28-year-old “Yeah!” singer and Georgia native appeared in Bartow County Probate Court to face the citation he received on July 4, when cops pulled over his 2005 Range Rover SUV on Interstate 75. Judge Mitchell Scoggins issued a $425 fine to the multmillionaire, whose full name is Usher Raymond, and sentenced him to perform 20 hours of community service. It’s unclear what form his service will take—garbage duty and hospital work have been recently favored by his fellow celeb outlaws—or how long he has to complete his task. However, Scoggins did say that Usher can perform his service closer to his home in Fulton, Georgia.

In any case, the megastar didn’t seem too broken up about his punishment.After leaving the courthouse, Usher spent 30 minutes schmoozing with fans and signing autographs, per the Atlanta Journal Constitution. The sentence caps off a bumpy few months for the singer. In late August, he took over the role of Billy Flynn in the Broadway musical Chicago but was forced to abruptly stop short his hit run in October after being diagnosed with strep throat.

He wasn’t too broken up? Hell, he was only charged $425! He probably had that much in his pocket, LOL. “Oh, only $425? Here’s $500 judge, go buy yourself a new robe.”

Matthew Knowles has expressed outraged and blamed the Hollywood Foreign Press for his daughter, two-time Golden Globe nominee Beyonce Knowles for not walking away with a trophy. She was nominated for ‘Best Actress’ and ‘Best Song” category for the movie ‘Dreamgirls’ at the 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards.

The big winners for the movie were Jennifer Hudson who went home with the ‘Best Supporting Actress’ Award and Eddie Murphy for ‘Best Supporting Actor.’ Knowles told reporters back stage at the Beverly Hills Hilton that his daughter was outcasted and overlooked by a bureaucratic good old boy system that is still alive in 2007 as it was in 1967. “Today is MLK’s birthday and it saddens me to say that things have not changed for blacks. Working class blacks and blacks in Hollywood are still being discriminated against. We still have a long way to go,” he said.

Enough with the BS! I’m sick of it .. I love you to death Beyonce, but I’m tired of hearing about your dad speaking up for you all of the time. After Dreamgirls dies down, and B’Day finishes its course, please do us all a favor and give yourself a long, well-deserved rest. Give us a little time to miss you!
