MICHAEL VICK IS GOING DOWN! » Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick was indicted today by a federal grand jury on charges related to illegal dogfighting. Vick and three others are charged with competitive dogfighting, procuring and training pit bulls for fighting and conducting such activities across state lines. The dogfighting operation was named “Bad Newz Kennels,” according to the indictment, and the dogs were housed, trained and fought at a Surry County, Va., property owned by Vick.

The indictment alleges that the 27-year-old Vick and his co-defendants began a grisly dogfighting operation in early 2001 in which dogs fought to the death or close. Losing dogs were sometimes killed by electrocution, drowning, hanging or gunshots. If convicted, Vick and the others Purnell A. Peace, Quanis L. Phillips and Tony Taylor could face up to six years in prison, $350,000 in fines and restitution.

EFF DIDDY, KIM PORTER WANTS THAT PAPER! » Kim Porter, who just recently called it quits with her longtime boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs is already taking the brotha to court to discuss what kind of child support she’ll be getting. And if she gets what she wants, she’s pretty much set for the next 18 years (or the rest of her life if she knows what to do with the money). Apparantly, Diddy is already paying $30,000/mo in child support to his first baby mama, Misa Hylton-Brim (Justin’s mom). So you put the math together, $30k a child = about $90,000. But Kim’s shooting for over $100,000! Dang!

“With Misa Hyton-Brim receiving approximately $30,000 a month, there is no reason that Ms. Porter shouldn’t be able to get close to $100,000 or more per month in child support,” celebrity divorce lawyer Raoul Felder told Page Six. “That amount accounts for Porter having three children with Combs and inflation in the years since Misa received the ruling in her case.”

Fantasia is doing big things! She has a hot single out, and she’s doing her thing in Broadway as well, starring as Ms. Ceelie in the Broadway rendition of “The Color Purple.” Word has it that she will continue on Broadway until January 2008, instead of October 2007. I don’t care what anyone says, to this day, Fantasia is pretty much the only American Idol who truly has MADE IT all around! Congratz to Fantasia! MEDIA TAKE OUT is reporting that Remy Martin’s crazy ass is wanted by the NYPD for a shooting she was apparantly involved in. When there’s a shooting, the first thing that comes my mind is “How much money was it over?” Well the answer to that question is a measly $2,000. Remy, please sit down! Now your black ass is gonna have to sit in a jail cell for a very long time for attempted murder over a little measly 2 Gs. According to sources in the New York Police Department, Remy and a 23-year-old woman got into a verbal argument at a NYC night club. The argument, police claim, spilled out into the street, where Remy Ma is reported to have pulled out a gun and shot the woman once. Remy and her crew hopped into a black SUV and attempted to flee the scene, but once they got into an accident … they fled that scene as well and ran off on foot. Her current whereabouts are unknown. So now she’s probably gonna be charged with a hit-and-run too!

I wonder if there’s any truth to this. I wouldn’t put it past Remy Ma to do some crazy shit like this, real talk. I mean c’mon, she’s the same chick who made an album cover where she’s “crucified” on a grafiti-ridden cross talking about “Shesus Khrist” and “Y’all bitches workin on y’all albums go back to the studio immediately.” I need to take a breather, this is way too much for my soul. I’m going to the altar at church tomorrow and pray for Remy…
