Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill are not here for the shade.

Former “Love & Hip Hop” star/rapper Joe Budden recently made some not-so-nice comments regarding Nicki and Meek’s relationship during an episode of his “I’ll Name This Podcast Later” show, and he learned a big lesson about what happens when you come for Hip Hop’s favorite new couple.

“Part of my problem with that is Meek’s music is too hard. Meek’s music is too hard for me to look at him with this f**king sappy f**k s**t. Be the hardcore guy that I’m sure [Nicki] was attracted to at some point. It’s nasty. I hate everything about it. [Meek’s] all…like this bitch just stepped off of f**king Mars and is like the only girl. I hate it all. But I do appreciate them for keeping the hope of love alive.”

Meek responded back to Joey in a series of tweets going in his rap career and how he has to (or had to) make his checks off “Love & Hip Hop” before Nicki chimed in and gave her own response.

Nicki kept it classy and addressed the issue in the most maturest way possible.

After Nicki spoke her words, Meek tweeted rooting his lady on for taking up for their relationship and scolded Joe for speaking on another man’s situation.

Joe Budden of course tried to downplay his comments, just to turn around and tweet about how Meek can’t rap better than him … which we all know is a damn lie.

Somebody (a.k.a. Joe Budden) sounds like a serious hater.
