Shortly after Bieber cut his lovely locks off, he sent a lock of his hair in a quaint little box to Ellen DeGeneres as a gift. DeGeneres then put the hair up for bids on eBay and it sold for a whopping $40,668!
The entire sum of money will be donated to an animal rescue organization called The Gentle Barn Foundation, and the winning bidder will get a chance to meet Bieber the next time he’s on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
