Willow Smith made a surprise appearance the other night at her friend Justin Bieber‘s sold-out concert in Los Angeles at the Staples Center.
The 9-year-old rising Pop star, who recently and signed a record deal with Jay-Z‘s Roc Nation label, was caught on camera Monday night (Oct. 25) doing the “Dougie” on-stage with Bieber who originally brought Smith out to perform her debut single “Whip My Hair” during the show.
