The tattoo artist who “blessed” boxing great Mike Tyson with his distinctive facial tattoo has sued Warner Bros. over the similar-looking facial art on Ed Helms‘ character in the upcoming flick The Hangover: Part II.
S. Victor Whitmill, an award-winning tattoo artist who calls his Tyson design “one of the most distinctive tattoos in the nation,” is seeking an injunction to stop the release of the highly-anticipated comedy sequel, set to hit theaters during Memorial Day weekend.

With the music industry awaiting Lady Gaga’s highly anticipated visual for her controversial hit “Judas“, a brief snippet as well as it’s premiere details have surfaced.
The visual for “Judas” will premiere on E! this Thursday (May 5th) at 7pm.
Famed choreographer Laurieann Gibson directed the video which is confirmed to have had a production budget in the neighborhood of around $10 million, making it the most expensive video in history (right under Michael Jackson’s “Scream” which cost around $7 million to make).

Luckily, none of the eggs landed on the 17-year-old, and he simply moved out of the way and continued singing right on through the ordeal. Eggcellent! Justin managed to move out of the way and let a cleanup crew take care of the mess, then finished out the rest of the concert without missing a beat.
However, the egg incident wasn’t the only controversy surrounding the Biebster. On Sunday, the Def Jam crooner was also involved in an incident on-board a flight.

Former Miss USA Susie Castillo claims she was “molested” during a security pat down at a Texas airport last week — saying a female TSA agent touched her genitals FOUR times.
Castillo — who won the Miss USA crown back in 2003 — made the accusations in an emotional video she recorded mere moments after the alleged ordeal took place at Dallas Fort Worth Airport.
In the video, Castillo says during a full body pat down at the airport’s security checkpoint, a female TSA agent “touched my vagina … four times.”
She went on to reveal that the incident made her feel “molested” and “violated” — so she filled out a complaint right after it happened.
