Flo Rida Drops Chris Brown Track From New Album // Says Allegations had Nothing to do With it!
A false story was put out last week saying that Flo Rida had reportedly dropped Chris Brown (like a bad habit) from the roster on his new album R.O.O.T.S. due to the nasty allegations against the pop singer. But Flo Rida wants everyone to know that is NOT the case. In fact, the song had been removed from the album at least a month before the “incident” involving Chris Brown and Rihanna.
The rapper tells Usmagazine.com exclusively that the rumors that he removed a collaborative track with Brown from his upcoming R.O.O.T.S. album — because of the singer’s publicized altercation with Rihanna –are untrue. The reports, which have been published on various sites, quote Rida as saying: “I recorded a great song with Chris. But I won’t be releasing it now because of what’s going on with him and Rihanna. It could have been my next No. 1.” Rida tells Us he never said that.
“I think someone must have got it twisted,” Rida says.
New Eminem “Relapse” Album Coming May 19th 2009!
Interscope announced yesterday (Mar. 5th) that Slim Shady is back! Rapper Eminem and his record label officially announced the street date of his eagerly anticipated new album, Relapse. The LP is set to be released on May 19th 2009 and will be the rapper’s first album in over for years.
Anticipation for Relapse has been building since the fall, when Eminem first announced the album title and debuted the freestyle, “I’m Having A Relapse,” during an interview on his Shade 45 satellite radio station. Last month, the release of “Crack A Bottle” from Eminem, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent brought that anticipation to a head. The track soared to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 (Eminem’s second #1 after 2002’s “Lose Yourself”) and set a Nielsen SoundScan record for opening week download sales (418,000). The recording ranked third in the history of all weekly download sales. “Crack A Bottle” will be included as an album track on Relapse.
With the announcement of the release date for Relapse also comes confirmation of something that had been rumored in recent weeks: Eminem is already working on a follow-up album, Relapse 2, that fans can expect in the second half of 2009. “A lot of people were expecting Relapse to drop last year,” said Eminem. “I was one of them. Then Dre and I went back in the studio in September for a few days, and that turned into six months. We were on such a roll; we wound up with a ton of new music produced by Dre. Putting out Relapse 2 will let everyone get all of the best stuff.”

Rihanna’s Family Reacts to Charges Against Chris Brown: “He Should be in Jail!”
Rihanna‘s family thinks Chris Brown should be in jail! While US Magazine was on the phone with Ronald Fenty (Rihanna’s dad), PEOPLE hit up her other family members, who told them that Chris Brown “deserves whatever he gets” after it was announced that he had been charged with two felonies – assault and making criminal threats.
Just hours after Chris Brown was charged with two felonies – assault and making criminal threats – in the alleged beating of his girlfriend, Rihanna, one of the Barbados-born pop star’s relatives tells PEOPLE, “It’s about time. He should be in jail,” Rihanna’s relative says of Brown, 19, who faces up to four years and eight months in state prison. “He deserves whatever he gets.”
Contacted in Barbados, Rihanna’s father reacted with surprise and displeasure to detailed reports leaked earlier today about the alleged bloody assault on his daughter. “I was annoyed. I never hit my daughter,” says Ronald Fenty, 55. “Why should he hit her? Why would any one do that? I was crazy, but I don’t know the situation and I wasn’t there.”
Rihanna, 21, and Brown have gotten back together since the incident, much to the dismay of her family. “No one wants them back together,” the relative told PEOPLE on Monday. “I don’t ever want her to go through this again.”

It become clear today that everyone in the world (for the most part) has their eyes on this crazy Chris Brown/Rihanna situation. A media circus began to form outside of the LA Superior Court Thursday morning as it was announced that Chris Brown would, indeed, be attending court in person, in addition to being charged with two felony counts of assault and making criminal threats. Rihanna will most likely drop the charges and if the rumors of them being married are true, some clause in the law would make it impossible to “force Rihanna to testify against” Chris, which means he could walk free with as much as a slap on the wrist.

More details have leaked detailing the violent incident involving pop singers Chris Brown and Rihanna. Here is the FULL search warrant and affidavit including every single detail of the fight! Chris Brown is a sick individual… Prepare yourself folks:
Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F. as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robyn F. picked up Brown’s cellular phone and observed a three-page text message from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with. A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled the vehicle over on an unknown street, reached over Robyn F. with his right hand, opened the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F. out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the vehicle, causing an approximate one-inch raised circular contusion.
Robyn F. turned to face Brown and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F.’s mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle.

It’s weird how all of these media outlets have a direct line to Rihanna‘s father, Ronald Fenty. Homeboy sounds like he’s on payroll now and using this situation for a few minutes of fame. US Magazine got a little “press time” with the pop singer’s father shortly after it was announced that Chris Brown was being charged with 2 felony counts of assault and criminal threats. He told them how “someone” had a hold on her and how she’s changed her number so now he can’t even get in touch with her.

Fenty: I don’t know how to react. Chris is a very talented guy. I still think he’s a little immature for Rihanna. Justice can never be served in this situation. He can’t feel the pain she felt. Ryan Seacrest interviewed hip hop mogul Sean Combs (aka Diddy) on his radio show earlier today, and when the interview got to the Chris Brown/Rihanna situation, Diddy, who is usually very outspoken, simply told Ryan that he doesn’t “talk about other people’s business.”

Chris Brown Charged with 2 Felonies! // Could Face Probation or 4 Years in Prison!
It was announced this morning by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office that R&B singer Chris Brown is being charged with two felonies – assault and making criminal threats. These charges stem from the alleged incident in which he beat his girlfriend Rihanna last month the weekend of the 2009 Grammys.
According to DA spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons, If the young pop singer is convicted, he could face anywhere from probation up to a maximum or 4 years and 8 months in state prison. He’s expected to enter a plea in court today. We’ll keep you updated!
Drug Charges Dropped Against Lil’ Wayne!
Thanks to an illegal search by Atlanta police, rapper Lil’ Wayne can breathe a little easier. A Fulton County judge dismissed the drug charges brought against Lil’ Wayne for charges stemming from a 2006 traffic stop. But, unfortunately for the rapper, more charges in different states loom ahead. And we doubt any technicalities will allow those charges to be dropped. Dude just got lucky this time.
Lil’ Wayne is officially off the hook for the painkillers and the weed cops say they found in Georgia — but dude is still up to his tattooed neck in legal problems. A Fulton County judge dismissed felony drug charges against Weezy yesterday after ruling he was the subject of an illegal search.
Wayne was arrested back in 2006 after Atlanta police said they found unmarked bottles of hydrocodone and Xanax along with two marijuana joints in a hotel room. Now that he’s in the clear in Georgia, Wayne can focus on the weapons charges in New York and felony drug charges in Arizona.
Good thing he can afford a good lawyer.

Michael Jackson Announces Summer Shows in London!
Michael Jackson officially announced his big comeback this morning, telling hundreds of screaming fans at a press conference in London’s O2 Arena that he would perform in the city for his last time as a “final curtain call” this summer.
Wearing a military-style black jacket decorated with silver sequins and punching the air, the 50-year-old revealed his plans on a makeshift stage at the 20,000-capacity O2 Arena where he will play 10 dates starting on July 8.

“Bloody Details” on Chris Brown and Rihanna’s Fight!
TMZ has obtained the official notes from LAPD detectives from a search warrant in the case. The notes detail an incident involving Chris Brown and Rihanna, which started from a simple text message. Chris got mad, started beating on Rihanna, shoving her head into the window. And when she called her assistant to tell her to notify police, he threatened to kill her, saying she had just done “the stupidest thing ever.” The report says he bit her, punched her and put her in a headlock, where she almost lost consciousness.
Rihanna read a three-page text message on Brown’s phone from a woman. An argument ensued and Brown allegedly tried forcing Rihanna out of the car but couldn’t because she was wearing her seat belt. Brown then allegedly shoved Rihanna’s head against the passenger window. When Rihanna turned to face him, Brown punched her, then continued punching her while driving, according to the detective’s notes. Blood spattered all over Rihanna’s clothing and in the interior of the car. Her mouth was filled with blood.
Brown allegedly told Rihanna, “I’m going to beat the **** out of you when we get home. You wait and see.“ Rihanna called her assistant and left a message saying, “I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there.” Brown then replied, “You just did the stupidest thing ever. I’m going to kill you.“ According to the report, Brown continued to punch Rihanna, bit her on her ear, her fingers and put her in a headlock — she almost lost consciousness.

[RUMOR] Chris Brown and Rihanna Might be Married?
Rumors are running rampant that Chris Brown and Rihanna may have gotten married while they spent the weekend together in Miami at Diddy’s mansion. Star Magazine ran a story yesterday saying that when Chris saw Rihanna for the first time after the incident, he dropped to his knees, begged for forgiveness … and proposed right on the spot.
In the March 16 issue of Star — on sale now! — we report that the couple had a tearful face-to-face meeting at Diddy’s $14.5 million Miami mansion, during which an emotional Chris apologized, begged for forgiveness and proposed to her on the spot.
“All she’s ever wanted was to be with him forever,” a source tells Star. “Rihanna is looking for the husband-and-two-kids deal before she turns 25. She believes in fairy tales, and she wants to live hers with Chris. She was totally up front and confessed to him, ‘I can’t live without you.'”
The pair wasted no time making Rihanna’s fairy tale come true. They even called a minister to the mansion on exclusive Star Island!
