Prayers are up for Beyoncé and her family.
It has been revealed that the singer’s father, Mathew Knowles, has been diagnosed with breast cancer.
Mathew will reportedly break the news tomorrow on Good Morning America during a one-on-one with Michael Strahan.
In a teaser for the interview, Strahan asks the former Destiny Child’s manager about how he told his family the news.
“How was it to tell your family about the diagnosis?” Strahan says to him.

While Matthew doesn’t say anything in the teaser, he will go into detail about his battle with the disease during tomorrow’s episode.
Matthew is also the father of singer/songwriter Solange Knowles.
He was officially divorced from Beyoncé and Solange’s mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson in 2011.
Also in 2011, Beyoncé announced that she had officially severed all professional ties to her father Mathew Knowles.
