DJ Khaled
Just like the title of his latest album, DJ Khaled is Grateful to be where he is right now, and tonight, he will take the BET Awards stage with a performance of something from the album.
While we can probably cancel out the Beyoncé and JAY-Z featured “Shining,” due to the recent birth of their new twins, Khaled has a number of other singles to pick from, but since Lil Wayne is also scheduled to perform tonight, “I’m the One” will probably be the single he performs. (Neither Drake nor Rihanna nor Bryson Tiller are listed to perform, so that means no “To The Max” or “Wild Thoughts,” but you never know).
Big Sean
Celebrating the February release of his fourth studio album I Decided, Big Sean is set to take the stage tonight at the 2017 BET Awards, where he’ll likely perform a medley of his two hit singles “Bounce Back” and “Moves.”
Big Sean is nominated for two awards tonight — Best Male Hip-Hop Artist and Video of the Year for “Bounce Back.”
Maxwell
R&B legend Maxwell will take the stage this evening and no matter what he performs (FYI: It will probably be his latest single “Lake by the Ocean” from 2016’s blackSUMMERS’night) we know he’s going to kill it.
