Reginae Carter
For those of us who are fans of the rap legend known as Lil Wayne, we’ve watched his oldest child, daughter Reginae Carter, grow up right before our eyes. Reginae was the product of Wayne’s brief marriage with Toya Wright (she later remarried, and divorced, following her split with Wayne) and she’s been in the spotlight her entire life.
“My life is just… lit! Being a celebrity kid definitely has its perks,” Reginae exclaimed on the show’s premiere episode. “Just walking in a house and seeing Drake or Nicki [Minaj] is normal to me. Most people might think I’m a spoiled brat, but I’m not. I just think… I was raised like this!”
Reginae, 18, says her segments on the show will feature a mother/daughter perspective on family relationships and real-life issues. “On the show, I’m getting ready to graduate high school and me and my mom are working on a book together,” she said.
