Benjamin Bratt, best known for his role on “Law & Order” as Rey Curtis from 1995-2009, earned an Emmy nomination in 1999. If you’ve seen the Marvel film Doctor Strange, you might remember him as Jonathan Pangborn, the man who helped Dr. Strange find the Kamar-Taj, the home and training grounds to the Masters of the Mystic Arts, including the Ancient One.

Bratt has also had roles in critically acclaimed films such as Piñero, Traffic and The Woodman. He also voiced the character of “Manny” in the animated film Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and its sequel, and he also voiced “Eduardo” in Despicable Me 2 and the second sequel, Despicable Me 3. Bratt was also recently seen in the feature comedy Ride Along 2, opposite Ice Cube and Kevin Hart.

In Star, Benjamin Bratt plays talent manager/industry agent Jahlil Rivera, who wants to revive his career in the music business, so he takes on Star and her two friends as clients.
