Last week, reports surfaced (once again) that Lamar Odom has been unfaithful to Khloe Kardashian, but Khloe isn’t about to let the unflattering chatter end her marriage to the basketball star. According to Radar Online, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” sensation was so determined to revive her romance with Odom that she took him on a “secret getaway.”
The Clippers player is rumored to have strayed with 29-year-old NBA fan Jennifer Richardson. In an interview with Star magazine, the 29-year-old alleged that she began an affair with Odom last year while he was traveling with his team, and even slept with him right before he flew to Los Angeles to be with his wife for Christmas. Odom has since dismissed Robinson’s claims and branded her a fame-seeking groupie.
According to Us Weekly, the mini vacay helped repair the cracks in the Khloe and Lamar’s fragile relationship.
“They were barely speaking” by the time they left for the trip, but when they got into the swing of things, “there were lots of kisses and tears,” a source claimed. “They’re focused on the marriage, they’re committed to the relationship [and] they adore each other.”
But the trouble in their marriage supposedly doesn’t entirely stem from the cheating allegations. Another source told the outlet that Lamar is currently battling personal problems and “goes through mood swings and depression.”
Khloe and Lamar got married September of 2009 after dating for only a month. They will celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary this year.
