50 Cent was recently charged this week over a dispute with the mother of his child — allegedly kicking her and damaging more than $7,000 worth of property at her Toluca Lake home in California.

However, through a statement released by his lawyer, the rapper has denied any wrongdoing.

His lawyer wrote: “Curtis Jackson [50 Cent] denies these allegations as made against him. It is important to note, Mr. Jackson has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest.”

The lawyer went on to add: “We have been in contact with the LA City Attorney’s Office and are currently conducting our own investigation into these allegations.”

50 is facing five charges surrounding the incident — including one count misdemeanor domestic violence and four counts of misdemeanor vandalism.

By the time police arrived at the scene, 50 had already ducked out. If convicted on all counts, the rapper faces five years in jail and close to $50,000 in fines.
