Beyonce and Pepsi give us an inside look at the singer’s new “Mirrors” commercial in newly released behind the scenes footage from the set of the shoot.

In the footage, Bey takes us on a trip down costume memory lane, while also giving fans a little more of her new song “Grown Woman” — which is scheduled to premiere in full tomorrow.

“It was an exciting, artistic collaboration, building this Pepsi campaign around my new song, ‘Grown Woman,” Beyonce says in the clip, released just a day after the commercial premiered last Wednesday morning (Apr 4).

The commercial shows Beyonce rehearsing in a dance studio, and when she takes a break to sip on some Pepsi, she looks in the mirror and is immediately confronted by all of her past selves — from the early 2000’s up until now. She then proceeds to kill it.

“It felt so emotional when I was trying on all the costumes from my past. I was surrounded by so much of my history, especially on the 10th anniversary of ‘Crazy in Love,'” she added.

As of Sunday, April 7th Beyonce’s new Pepsi “Mirrors” commercial has been seen nearly 6 million times on YouTube.
