Nothing to see here … just Beyonce being Beyonce, and flaunting that sexy body of hers on the cover of yet another magazine. This time it’s for the latest issue of Shape.

Inside, the Pop icon reveals how she lost the 57 pounds she packed on while she was pregnant with Blue Ivy. She credits a healthy diet and her dance workouts for helping her regain her pre-baby body.

“I’m not a person that is naturally very thin, I’m a person that has to work at keeping my body in shape,” Beyonce told the mag.

“I didn’t have a lot of time to lose the weight because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again!” she laughed.

And while Beyonce has always received compliments and praise for her flawless body, she admits that everyone should celebrate their own bodies, and just focus on their health.

“Everyone is not supposed to be the same,” she said. “Be healthy and take care of yourself but be happy with the beautiful things that make you you.”
