People use Twitter everyday to share things, but one Twitter user took the concept of “sharing” to a whole new level when he live-tweeted during a trip to the ER after he got a vibrating dildo stuck up his ass.

And for those who doubted the legitimacy of @Grawly’s story, the Twitter user continued his theme of over-sharing by offering PICTURE PROOF of the dildo lodged in his butt in the form of a very revealing X-Ray photo.
