Young Jeezy sat down with Power 106’s “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” and discussed his backstage brawl with Rick Ross at the 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards, as well as the shots Gucci Mane fired at him earlier this week on the “Breakfast Club,” when Gucci said that he doesn’t respect Jeezy.

About the Rick Ross altercation, Jeezy said:

“So me and [Ross] never really seen each other face to face and I just felt like he spoke, I spoke, and that was basically it. But at the end of the day, it’s been going on for a while so I just felt like if it was to be handled, it should have been handled there. We either gon’ get past it or keep moving. So in my words, I just feel like a lot of these cats are actor rappers. And I’m Jeezy—they could never be me. That’s just pretty much that.”

Jeezy added that not one finger was laid on him, but he said he can’t speak for anyone else. “I assure you, I can’t speak for everybody, but ain’t nobody put no hands on me,” he said with conviction. “I can’t say that for everybody involved, but ain’t nobody touch me.”

As for Gucci Mane, Jizzle had much harsher words for him.

“I mean, I feel like everybody know that boy retarded, nobody takes him seriously,” he said. “He got an ice cream cone on his face. That being said, I’m not going back. I’m going forward. And then it’s crazy because they’ll call you and want you on songs. And then when you don’t get on a song, that’s what happens.”
