John Travolta‘s legal team says that the cruise ship worker who accused the actor of sexually assaulting him is lying, and made the whole thing up.

Back in June, TMZ reported that Fabian Zanzi, a Royal Caribbean cruise ship worker, filed a lawsuit against John Travolta, claiming that the 58-year-old actor exposed himself during a routine neck message, and also offered him $12,000 to keep quiet about the alleged 2009 incident.

However, in court documents filed Friday (Aug 3) by Travolta’s attorney Marty Singer, the “Grease” star admits to being on the cruise, but denies Zanzi’s sexual misconduct allegations.

Travolta also reportedly wants the lawsuit dismissed and for Zanzi to pay his legal fees.
