Blue Ivy Carter makes her second public appearance in these photos of her and mom Beyonce taking a stroll through Manhattan Sunday afternoon (Feb 26).
Wearing a large blue coat, shades and a knit cap, and accompanied by her big bodyguard Julius, the R&B/Pop diva kept her and daughter with Jay-Z hidden away from the flashing lights of the paparazzi by cradling baby Blue Ivy close to her in what appears to some sort of animal print baby holder.

The day before, in their first public outing as a family, the Carters were spotted leaving Sant Ambroeus Restaurant in New York City after having lunch together.
